| 1 | Development, chromosome location and genetic mapping of EST-SSR markers in wheat显示文摘A number of 151695 wheat expression sequence tags (ESTs) that originated from GenBank/dbEST from July 14, 2003 to August 24, 2004 were used to search for simple sequence repeats (SSRs) with motif 2―5 bp, and 2038 simple sequence repeats (EST-SSRs), which accounted for 1.34% of EST database, were identified. Based on these SSR sequences, 249 EST-SSR primer pairs and 166 amplified clear bands in various wheat cultivars were designed. These EST-SSR markers can be used as new molecular markers in wheat and related species. Using Chinese Spring nulli-tetrasomic lines, 93 EST-SSR primer pairs and 193 EST-SSR loci were located on 19 wheat chromosomes except for 4A and 4B. | 2 | Mathematical Model of Heat Treatment and Its Computer Simulation显示文摘Computer simulation on heat treatment is the foundation of intelligent heat treatment. The simulations of temperature field, phase transformation, stress/strain complicate quenching operation were realized by using the model of three dimensional non linear finite element method and the treatment methods of abruptly changing interface conditions. The simulation results basically fit those measured in experiments. The intelligent sealed multipurpose furnace production line has been developed based on the combination of computer simulation on gaseous carburizing and computer control technology. More than 3000 batches of workpieces have been processed on this production line, and all are up to standard. The application of computer simulation technology can significantly improve the loading ability and relia bility of nitriding and carburizing workpieces, reduce heat treatment distortion, and shorten carburizing duration. | 3 | Preparation and particle size characterization of Cu nanoparticles prepared by anodic arc plasma显示文摘Copper nanoparticles were successfully prepared in large scale by means of anodic arc discharging plasma method in inert atmosphere. The particle size, specific surface area, crystal structure, and morphology of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), BET equation, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and the corresponding selected area electron diffraction (SAED). The experimental results indicate that the crystal structure of the samples is fcc structure the same as that of the bulk materials. The specific surface area is 11 m2/g, the particle size distribution is 30 to 90 nm, and the average particle size is about 67 nm obtained from TEM and confirmed from XRD and BET results. | 5 | Genome-wide analysis reveals selection for Chinese Rongchang pigs显示文摘Livestock have undergone domestication and consequently strong selective pressure on genes or genomic regions that control desirable traits. To identify selection signatures in the genome of Chinese Rongchang pigs, we generated a total of about 170 Gb of DNA sequence data with about 6.4-fold coverage for each of six female individuals. By combining these data with the publically available genome data of 10 Asian wild boars,we identified 449 protein-coding genes with selection signatures in Rongchang pigs, which are mainly involved in growth and hormone binding, nervous system development, and drug metabolism. The accelerated evolution of these genes may contribute to the dramatic phenotypic differences between Rongchang pigs and Chinese wild boars. | 6 | Effects of AlCoCrFeNiTi high-entropy alloy on microstructure and mechanical properties of pure aluminum显示文摘A new kind of AlCoCrFeNiTi high-entropy alloy(HEA)as a grain refiner was prepared by vacuum arc melting.In this work,the effects of HEA(1.0 wt.%,2.0 wt.%and 3.0 wt.%)on the microstructure and mechanical properties of pure aluminum were studied.The microstructure was characterized and examined by scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),electron probe micro-analyzer(EPMA)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)to indicate the refining abilities and mechanism of HEA on pure aluminum.Results show that the addition of HEA refined both the macrostructure and microstructure of pure aluminum.When 1.0 wt.%HEA was added,most coarse columnar grains were refined into equiaxed crystals,and as the amount of HEA increased to 2.0 wt.%and3.0 wt.%,aluminum grains were further refined,and the grain boundaries were nearly indistinguishable.Moreover,the morphology ofα-Al transformed from coarse columnar crystals to equiaxed grains,and the mean size ofα-Al grains decreased from 374μm to 27μm.The Al3Ti,Al3Ni,and nano-phase precipitated from the aluminum alloy with HEA in the solidification.The typical rod-like nano-phases distributed interdendritic regions ofα-Al.The average length of nano-phases is 2568 nm,4372 nm,and 6907 nm and the average diameter is 112 nm,103 nm,and 92 nm when 1.0 wt.%,2.0 wt.%and 3.0 wt.%HEA were added to the pure aluminum,respectively.The ultimate tensile strength(UTS)and yield strength(YS)were improved in all samples,whereas the elongation(El)was decreased with increasing HEA concentration.When 3.0 wt.%HEA was added into the aluminum melt,the UTS was improved by 145.2%from62 MPa to 152 MPa,the YS was increased by 173.8%from 42 MPa to 115 MPa,and the El was decreased by 33.3%from 39%to 26%. | Qinglin Li Shang Zhao Xuepeng Bao Yushi Zhang Yuqian Zhu Chuangzao Wang Yefeng Lan Yuxin Zhang Tiandong Xia | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,52,17: | 2 |
| 7 | Physical and Chemical Properties of Sediments in Huainan Segment of Huaihe River显示文摘The chemical and physical properties of nitrogen and phosphorus as well as their concentrations in the over- lying water, pore-water and sediments in Huainan segment of the Huaihe river were analyzed. The chemical forms of phosphorus in sediments were differentiated by a sequential fraction method. The results revealed that the NH+4 -N content in pore-water of 6 surface sediments is obviously higher than that in overlying water, indicating that there is a dynamic tendency of releasing NH+4 -N from sediment into overlying water. Chemical compound of nitrogen differs among segments of the river, while phosphorus has no such difference. Calcium bound phosphate (Ca-P) and iron bound phosphate (Fe-P) accounts for 60 % of the total phosphorus, and occluded-P (O-P) accounts for less than 20 %.
