2A double crosslinking MXene/cellulose nanofiber layered film for improving mechanical properties and stable electromagnetic interference shielding performance显示文摘With the discovery of the two-dimensional(2D) MXene, it shows a great application potential in the field of electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding, but the mechanical brittleness and easy oxidation of MXene limit its wide application. For this reason, a double crosslinking strategy is provided to solve the above problems in a nacre-like “brick-mortar” layered MXene/cellulose nanofiber(MXene/CNF) film.Typically, the film was firstly suffered by dopamine modification, then was further reinforced by secondary Ca^(2+)bridging, so as to obtain excellent mechanical properties and antioxidative EMI shielding performance. Comparing with the single crosslinking, the double crosslinking strategy reveals a higher efficiency in improving the mechanical property. The mechanical strength and toughness of the double crosslinking MXene/CNF film can increase to 142.2 MPa and 9.48 MJ/m^(3), respectively. More importantly, while achieving good mechanical properties, the MXene composite film still holds a very stable EMI shielding performance of more than 44.6 dB when suffering from the oxidation treatment of hightemperature annealing, showing excellent anti-oxidation ability and environment tolerance. 3Multi-channel phase regeneration of QPSK signals based on phase sensitive amplification显示文摘In this paper,we propose and demonstrate simultaneous phase regeneration of four different channels of QPSK signal based on phase sensitive amplification.The configuration can be divided into two parts.The first one uses four wave mixing in high nonlinear fiber(HNLF)to generate the corresponding three harmonic conjugates precisely at the frequency of the original signals.The other one uses optical combiner to realize coherent addition which is aimed at completely removing the interaction in phase regeneration stage.The simulation results suggest that this scheme can optimize signal constellation to a large extend especially in high noise environment.Besides,optical signal to noise ratio(OSNR)can improve more than 3 dB while the bit-error-rate(BER)reaches 10 – 3 with a constant white noise and 15° phase noise.Hongxiang WANG Tiantian LUO Yuefeng JI 2019Frontiers of Optoelectronics2019,12,1:3
4Controllable self-assembly of parallel gold nanorod clusters by DNA origami显示文摘Herein we demonstrate the construction of three types of parallel gold nanorod(AuNR) clusters using a DNA origami rod(DOR) as the template. Based on the precise control over the position of capture strands on DOR, number and orientation of the AuNR clusters can be well engineered, as evidenced by biological transmission electron microscope(TEM). 5An Adversarial Smart Contract Honeypot in Ethereum显示文摘A smart contract honeypot is a special type of smart contract.This type of contract seems to have obvious vulnerabilities in contract design.If a user transfers a certain amount of funds to the contract,then the user can withdraw the funds in the contract.However,once users try to take advantage of this seemingly obvious vulnerability,they will fall into a real trap.Consequently,the user’s investment in the contract cannot be retrieved.The honeypot induces other accounts to launch funds,which seriously threatens the security of property on the blockchain.Detection methods for honeypots are available.However,studying the manner by which to defend existing honeypots is insufficient to fight against honeypots.The new honeypots that may appear in the future from the perspective of an attacker must also be predicted.Therefore,we propose a type of adversarial honeypot.The code and behavioral features of honeypots are obtained through a comparative analysis of the 158,568 nonhoneypots and 352 honeypots.To build an adversarial honeypot,we try to separately hide these features and make the honeypot bypass the existing detection technology.We construct 18 instances on the basis of the proposed adversarial honeypot and use an open-source honeypot detection tool to detect these instances.The experimental result shows that the proposed honeypot can bypass the detection tool with a 100%ratio.Therefore,this type of honeypot should be given attention,and defensive measures should be proposed as soon as possible.Yu Han Tiantian Ji Zhongru Wang Hao Liu Hai Jiang Wendi Wang Xiang Cui 2021Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2021,,7:1

8Study on Effects of Ascorbyl Propyl Hyaluronate显示文摘The moisturizing,barrier protection,firming effects of Ascorbyl Propyl Hyaluronate(V_(C)-HA)are studied.The moisturizing effect was evaluated by detecting hygroscopicity and water-retention capacity.A model of 3D skin injury was established to evaluate the barrier protection effect by detecting the changes in the histomorphological structure of the model and the barrier related proteins.Expression level of type Ⅰ collagen in FB was detected to evaluate the firming effect(Filaggrin,FLG).The results show that V_(C)-HA has better moisturizing effect and obvious barrier protection effects at the concentration of 300μg/mL.Expression level of type I collagen increases with the increase of the V_(C)-HA concentration in the range of 100~6,250μg/mL.In conclusion,a certain concentration of V_(C)-HA has better moisturizing,barrier protection and firming effects.Yu Tiantian Guo Kai Lin Mengjun Cui Benwen Wang Huihui Ji Shengli 2022China Detergent & Cosmetics2022,7,3:0
9Multifunctional N,S-doped and methionine functionalized carbon dots for on−off−on Fe^(3+)and ascorbic acid sensing,cell imaging,and fluorescent ink applying显示文摘Fluorescent carbon dots(CDs)have been identified as potential nanosensors and attracted tremendous research interests in wide areas including anti-counterfeiting,environmental and biological sensing and imaging in considering of the attractive optical properties.In this work,we present a CDs based fluorescent sensor from polyvinylpyrrolidone,citric acid,and methionine as precursors by hydrothermal approach.The selective quantifying of Fe^(3+)and ascorbic acid(AA)are based on the fluorescent on-off-on process,in which the fluorescent quenching is induced by the coordination of the Fe^(3+)on the surface of the CDs,while the fluorescence recovery is mainly attributed to redox reaction between Fe^(3+)and AA,breaking the coordination and bringing the fluorescence back.Inspired by the good water solubility and biocompatibility,significant photostability,superior photobleaching resistance as well as high selectivity,sensitivity,and interference immunity,which are constructed mainly from the N,S-doping and methionine surface functionalization,the CDs have not only been employed as fluorescence ink in multiple anticounterfeiting printing and confidential document writing or transmitting,but also been developed as promising fluorescence sensors in solution and solid by CDs doped test strips and hydrogels for effectively monitoring and removing of Fe^(3+)and AA in environmental aqueous solution.The CDs have been also implemented as effective diagnostic candidates for imaging and tracking of Fe^(3+)and AA in living cells,accelerating the understanding of their function and importance in related biological processes for the prevention and treatment specific diseases.Zheng Yang Tiantian Xu Shaobing Zhang Hui Li Yali Ji Xiaodan Jia Jianli Li 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:0
10GRK2 mediated degradation of SAV1 initiates hyperplasia of fibroblast-like synoviocytes in rheumatoid arthritis显示文摘Hyperplasia and migration of fibroblast-like synoviocytes(FLSs)are the key drivers in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and joint destruction.Abundant Yes-associated protein(YAP),which is a powerful transcription co-activator for proliferative genes,was observed in the nucleus of inflammatory FLSs with unknown upstream mechanisms.Using Gene Expression Omnibus database analysis,it was found that Salvador homolog-1(SAV1),the pivotal negative regulator of the Hippo-YAP pathway,was slightly downregulated in RA synovium.However,SAV1 protein expression is extremely reduced.Subsequently,it was revealed that SAV1 is phosphorylated,ubiquitinated,and degraded by interacting with an important serine-threonine kinase,G protein-coupled receptor(GPCR)kinase 2(GRK2),which was predominately upregulated by GPCR activation induced by ligands such as prostaglandin E2(PGE2)in RA.This process further contributes to the decreased phosphorylation,nuclear translocation,and transcriptional potency of YAP,and leads to aberrant FLSs proliferation.Genetic depletion of GRK2 or inhibition of GRK2 by paroxetine rescued SAV1 expression and restored YAP phosphorylation and finally inhibited RA FLSs proliferation and migration.Similarly,paroxetine treatment effectively reduced the abnormal proliferation of FLSs in a rat model of collagen-induced arthritis which was accompanied by a significant improvement in clinical manifestations.Collectively,these results elucidate the significance of GRK2 regulation of Hippo-YAP signaling in FLSs proliferation and migration and the potential application of GRK2 inhibition in the treatment of FLSs-driven joint destruction in RA.Paipai Guo Ji Jiang Rui Chu Feng He Mingli Ge Ruhong Fang Qiuyun Guan Huijuan Cheng Chunru Jiang Tiantian Su Zhenduo Zhu Hao Liu Wei Wei Shihao Zhang Qingtong Wang 2024Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2024,14,3:0

12Polymer composites designed with 3D fibrous CNT“tracks”achieving excellent thermal conductivity and electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency显示文摘The rapid improvement in the running speed,transmission efficiency,and power density of miniaturized devices means that multifunctional flexible composites with excellent thermal management capability and high electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding performance are urgently required.Here,inspired by the fibrous pathways of the human nervous system,a“core–sheath”fibers structured strategy was proposed to prepare thermoplastic polyurethane/polydopamine/carbon nanotube(TPU/PDA/CNT)composites film with thermal management capability and EMI shielding performance.Firstly,TPU@PDA@CNT fibers with CNT shell were prepared by a facile polydopamine-assisted coating on electrospun TPU fibers.Subsequently,TPU/PDA/CNT composites with three-dimensional(3D)fibrous CNT“tracks”are obtained by a hot-pressing process,where CNTs distributed on adjacent fibers are compactly contacted.The fabricated TPU/PDA/CNT composites exhibit a high in-plane thermal conductivity(TC)of 9.6 W/(m·K)at low CNT loading of 7.6 wt.%.In addition,it also presents excellent mechanical properties and excellent EMI shielding effectiveness of 48.3 dB as well as multi-source driven thermal management capabilities.Hence,this study provides a simple yet scalable technique to prepare composites with advanced thermal management and EMI shielding performance to develop new-generation wireless communication technologies and portable intelligent electronic devices.Gui Yang Liangchun Zhou Mingjie Wang Tiantian Xiang Duo Pan Jingzhan Zhu Fengmei Su Youxin Ji Chuntai Liu Changyu Shen 2023Nano Research2023,16,8:0
