| 5 | Interfacial engineering of printable bottom back metal electrodes for full-solution processed flexible organic solar cells显示文摘Printing of metal bottom back electrodes of flexible organic solar cells(FOSCs) at low temperature is of great significance to realize the full-solution fabrication technology. However, this has been difficult to achieve because often the interfacial properties of those printed electrodes, including conductivity, roughness, work function,optical and mechanical flexibility, cannot meet the device requirement at the same time. In this work, we fabricate printed Ag and Cu bottom back cathodes by a low-temperature solution technique named polymer-assisted metal deposition(PAMD) on flexible PET substrates. Branched polyethylenimine(PEI) and ZnO thin films are used as the interface modification layers(IMLs) of these cathodes. Detailed experimental studies on the electrical, mechanical, and morphological properties, and simulation study on the optical properties of these IMLs are carried out to understand and optimize the interface of printed cathodes. We demonstrate that the highest power conversion efficiency over 3.0% can be achieved from a full-solution processed OFSC with the device structure being PAMDAg/PEI/P3 HT:PC_(61)BM/PH1000. | 13 | Experimental and Theoretical Study on Thermal Stability of Mixture R1234ze(E)/R32 in Organic Rankine Cycle显示文摘The use of Organic Rankine Cycle(ORC)for renewable energy utilization and industrial waste heat recovery is currently attracting growing attention.The working fluids in ORC may face thermally decompose during the working process.The thermal stability and pyrolysis mechanism of R1234ze(E)/R32 mixtures was studied by ReaxFF-MD simulations and DFT calculation.The experimental results indicated that the pyrolysis temperature range is 230℃-250℃ for R1234ze(E),270℃-290℃ for R32 and 230℃-250℃ for R1234ze(E)/R32 mixtures.The cleavage of C-H,C-C bond is the main decomposition pathway of pure R32,R1234ze(E),respectively.The decomposition rate of R32 is significantly slower than that of R1234ze(E).In the mixture R1234ze(E)/R32,R1234ze(E)can significantly promote the decomposition of R32,while R32 has a slight inhibitory effect on the decomposition of R1234ze(E).The CF3 radicals generated by the decomposition of R1234ze(E)significantly reduced the energy barrier of R32 decomposition and promoted the decomposition rate of R32.The H and F radical in the system is more inclined to react with R32 than R1234ze(E)due to their lower energy barrier.The increase of the pressure and mass ratio of R1234ze(E)in the mixture system has a great promoting effect on the pyrolysis of the mixtures. | LIU Jinyu LIU Yu LIU Chao XIN Liyong YU Wei | 2023 | Journal of Thermal Science2023,32,4: | 0 |

| 16 | Exploring the growth mechanism of CuSbSe_(2)thin film prepared by electrodeposition显示文摘Copper antimony selenium(CuSbSe_(2))has advantages of adjustable band gaps from 1.09 eV to 1.2 eV,high light absorption coefficient(>105 cm-1),and low grain generation temperature(300—400℃),which is suitable for the preparation of solar cells.However,the stable range of CuSbSe_(2)(CASe)phase is narrow,which is inevitable to form Sb_(2)Se_(3)and Cu_(3)SbSe_(4)second phase during the preparation process.In this work,selenization annealing of Sb/Cu metal layer to prepare CASe thin films with pulse electrodeposition process was studied,and the growth mechanism of CASe film was analyzed.Cu and Sb reacted with Se to form Cu_(2)Se and Sb_(2)Se_(3),respectively.Then Cu_(2)Se and Sb_(2)Se_(3)further reacted to generate CASe.Since the formation temperature of Cu_(3)SbSe_(4)was lower than that of CASe,the preferential formation of Cu_(3)SbSe_(4)led to layer separation.When the annealing temperature was too high,CASe decomposed to form Cu_(3)SbSe_(3)and Sb_(2)Se_(3).Additionally,by increasing the heating rate,the separation of CASe thin films was effectively improved,and the CASe thin films with relatively high crystallinity were obtained at 360℃with heating rate of 30℃/min and selenization time of 20 min. | WANG Ruihu BI Jinlian LI Wei YUAN Yujie XING Yupeng YAO Liyong | 2023 | Optoelectronics Letters2023,19,9: | 0 |
| 17 | A hybrid-model optimization algorithm based on the Gaussian process and particle swarm optimization for mixed-variable CNN hyperparameter automatic search显示文摘Convolutional neural networks(CNNs)have been developed quickly in many real-world fields.However,CNN’s performance depends heavily on its hyperparameters,while finding suitable hyperparameters for CNNs working in application fields is challenging for three reasons:(1)the problem of mixed-variable encoding for different types of hyperparameters in CNNs,(2)expensive computational costs in evaluating candidate hyperparameter configuration,and(3)the problem of ensuring convergence rates and model performance during hyperparameter search.To overcome these problems and challenges,a hybrid-model optimization algorithm is proposed in this paper to search suitable hyperparameter configurations automatically based on the Gaussian process and particle swarm optimization(GPPSO)algorithm.First,a new encoding method is designed to efficiently deal with the CNN hyperparameter mixed-variable problem.Second,a hybrid-surrogate-assisted model is proposed to reduce the high cost of evaluating candidate hyperparameter configurations.Third,a novel activation function is suggested to improve the model performance and ensure the convergence rate.Intensive experiments are performed on image-classification benchmark datasets to demonstrate the superior performance of GPPSO over state-of-the-art methods.Moreover,a case study on metal fracture diagnosis is carried out to evaluate the GPPSO algorithm performance in practical applications.Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of GPPSO,achieving accuracy of 95.26%and 76.36%only through 0.04 and 1.70 GPU days on the CIFAR-10 and CIFAR-100 datasets,respectively. | Han YAN Chongquan ZHONG Yuhu WU Liyong ZHANG Wei LU | 2023 | Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2023,24,11: | 0 |
