Incidence and mortality of corpus uteri cancer in China,2008-2012显示文摘Objective: To analyze the incidence and mortality rates of corpus uteri cancer in China using 2008-2012 data from the National Central Cancer Registry(NCCR) of China. Methods: We analyzed 2008-2012 data from 135 cancer registries using NCCR screening methods and criteria. The Chinese standard population in 2000 and Segi’s world population were applied to determine age-standardized incidence and mortality rates. The annual percentage change(APC) in rate was calculated using the Joinpoint Regression Program. Results: The crude incidence of corpus uteri cancer was 9.58/100,000, making corpus uteri cancer the ninth most common malignancy in females. The crude mortality was 2.97/100,000, making corpus uteri cancer the 13 th leading cause of death from malignant tumors in females. The incidence was higher in urban than in rural areas, but the mortality was higher in rural than in urban areas. The crude incidence was higher in eastern areas than in middle and western areas, while the crude mortality was higher in middle areas than in eastern and western areas.During 2003-2012, the age-standardized incidence rate based on the Chinese standard population in 2000(ASIRC)with uterine cancer increased significantly by 3.0% annually, while the age-standardized mortality rate based on the Chinese standard population in 2000(ASMRC) decreased by 0.4% annually, but the decrease was not statistically significant. The APC in incidence rate in the age groups of 30-44 years was 4.2%, which was statistically significant;increases/decreases in other age groups were not statistically significant. From 2003 to 2004, the age groups of 60-74 years showed high incidence, while from 2005 to 2012, the age groups of 45-59 years had high incidence. Conclusions: The incidence and mortality rates of corpus uteri cancer in China from 2008 to 2012 were relatively low compared with other countries. However, the significant increase in incidence rates and marked decrease in patient age suggest the need to strengthen China’s efforts toward prevention and control of corpus uteri cancer. | Yunfeng Xi Wenrui Wang Wenjie Chen Ke Han Liying Qiao Wanqing Chen | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2019,31,3: | 7

Controllable synthesized step-scheme heterojunction of WO_(3)/CuBi_(2)O_(4) decorated WO_(3) plates for visible-light-driven CO_(2) reduction显示文摘Rational design and construction of step-scheme(S-scheme)photocatalyst has received much attention in the field of CO_(2) reduction because of its great potential to solve the current energy and environmental crises. In this study,a series of plate-like WO_(3)/CuBi_(2)O_(4)(WO/CBO)photocatalysts were synthesized. The CO and CH4 yields over optimal composite reached 1,115.8 and 67.2μmol/m2 after 9 h visible light illumination(λ>400 nm),which was higher than those of two pure catalysts in CO_(2) photoreduction. The product yields slightly decreased in the 7th cycling.Besides, the staggered band structure of heterojunction was characterized by diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(DRS)and valence band-X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(VB-XPS),and a S-scheme charge transfer mechanism was verified by detecting electron spin resonance(ESR)and XPS result about surface composition of WO/CBO catalyst in dark or light. This work may be useful for rational designing of S-scheme photocatalyst and provides some illuminating insights into the S-scheme transfer mechanism. | Weina Shi Ji-Chao Wang Xiaowei Guo Xiu Qiao Fang Liu Renlong Li Wanqing Zhang Yuxia Hou Huijuan Han | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,7: | 1
Effect of dendritic cell/cytokine-induced killer cell immunobiological cancer therapy combined with adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with triple-negative breast cancer显示文摘Objective The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of dendritic cell(DC)/cytokine-induced killer cell(CIK) immunobiological cancer therapy in patients with triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC) who underwent adjuvant chemotherapy. Methods From January 2010 to October 2013, 120 patients with postoperative TNBC were recruited and included in the study. Patients were enrolled in one of two groups according to whether they accepted DC/CIK immunobiological cancer therapy during adjuvant chemotherapy; the patients in the DC/CIK group underwent adjuvant chemotherapy combined with DC/CIK immunobiological cancer therapy, and the control group underwent adjuvant chemotherapy alone. When six cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy and six cycles of DC/CIK immunobiological cancer therapy had been completed, differences between the two groups with regard to quality of life(Qo L), immunological indicators(CD3, CD4, CD8, and NK cell levels), disease-free survival(DFS), and side effects of chemotherapy and DC/CIK treatment were evaluated. Results In the DC/CIK group, the proportion of NK cells and CD3+ and CD4+ T-cell subgroups significantly increased, and the proportion of CD8+ cells decreased when they were compared before and after DC/CIK therapy(P < 0.05). However, there were no significant changes in the control group. By the final follow-up, DFS of the treatment group and the control group was 38.4 and 34.2 months, respectively. The Qo L improved in the patients treated with chemotherapy plus DC/CIK therapy compared with the patients treated with chemotherapy alone, and the difference between groups was significant(P < 0.05). The side effects of two groups were tolerable and not significantly different between the two groups. Conclusion The DC/CIK treatment had potential benefits for patients with TNBC compared with the control group, and was not associated with any obvious side effects. Therefore, DC/CIK therapy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of TNBC. | Ranran Zhang Wanqing Xie Tao Han Yongye Liu Zhaozhe Liu Fang Guo Yaling Han Zhenyu Ding Yinghui Sun Dongchu Ma Xiaodong Xie | 2015 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2015,14,1: | 1
An efficient preparation of porous polymeric microspheres by solvent evaporation in foam phase显示文摘This paper reports an efficient method of preparing porous polymeric microspheres by solvent evaporation in foam phase,in which phase separation between polymer and porogen occurs in foam phase instead of that in water phase by using the traditional solvent eva poration method. The method provides outstanding features, including being time-saving,of high-yield and able for continuous production,in which formation of porous polymeric microspheres finished within 3 min with a high production yield up to approximate 95 wt% and the process was able to be developed into a continuous process for production of porous polymeric microspheres. It was also universal to non-crosslinked polymers since the method is a development on the traditional emulsion solvent evaporation method. The new method is efficient and can be used potentially on the industrial scale for continuous production of porous polymeric microsphere s. | Yang Yu Guiying Li Wanqing Han Linhua Zhu Tian Si HongWang Yanlin Sun Yanping He | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,1: | 1
Cryptanalysis of an MOR cryptosystem based on a finite associative algebra显示文摘The Shor algorithm is effective for public-key cryptosystems based on an abelian group. At CRYPTO 2001, Paeng(2001) presented a MOR cryptosystem using a non-abelian group, which can be considered as a candidate scheme for post-quantum attack. This paper analyses the security of a MOR cryptosystem based on a finite associative algebra using a quantum algorithm. Specifically, let L be a finite associative algebra over a finite field F. Consider a homomorphism φ : Aut(L) → Aut(H) × Aut(I), where I is an ideal of L and H ■ L/I.We compute dim Im(φ) and dim Ker(φ), and combine them by dim Aut(L) = dim Im(φ) + dim Ker(φ). We prove that Im(φ) = Stab Comp(H,I)(μ + B^2(H, I)) and Ker(φ)■ Z^1(H, I). Thus, we can obtain dim Im(φ), since the algorithm for the stabilizer is a standard algorithm among abelian hidden subgroup algorithms. In addition,Z^1(H, I) is equivalent to the solution space of the linear equation group over the Galois fields GF(p), and it is possible to obtain dim Ker(φ) by the enumeration theorem. Furthermore, we can obtain the dimension of the automorphism group Aut(L). When the map ? ∈ Aut(L), it is possible to effectively compute the cyclic group ? and recover the private key a. Therefore, the MOR scheme is insecure when based on a finite associative algebra in quantum computation. | Wanqing WU Huanguo ZHANG Houzhen WANG Shaowu MAO Shuomei WU Haiqing HAN | 2016 | Science China(Information Sciences)2016,59,3: | 0
三阴性乳腺癌在新辅助化疗中获得病理完全缓解率的Meta分析(英文)显示文摘Objective:The pathological complete response(pCR) rates of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC) in triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC) was reported higher than that in non-TNBC but ranged from 12% to 48%. pCR was reported to be a predictor of long overall survival and exact pCR rate of NAC in TNBC would give us some hints on how to improve outcomes of TNBC patients. The meta-analysis was conducted to estimate the pCR rate of NAC for TNBC through contrasting the pCR rates of TNBC and non-TNBC tumors in NAC. Methods: Studies were selected from the PubMed database and Cochrane Collaboration Library. pCR rates were collected in groups of TNBC and non-TNBC tumors. Review Manager 4.2 was used to perform forest plots and funnel plots. Results: The analysis included 22 studies with 7168 patients, the aggregate pCR rate was 29.5% in TNBC group, which was 17.7% higher than non-TNBC. The summary relative risk(RR) for pCR rate of TNBC group with that of non-TNBC group was 2.55. No obvious statistical heterogeneity and publication bias was detected. Conclusion: This meta-analysis demonstrated that NAC showed a higher pCR rate in TNBC than non-TNBC. | Guojing Zhang Wanqing Xie Chao Lin Zhaozhe Liu Long Xu Guanzhong Zhang Fang Guo Yaling Han Hongxin Zheng Xiaodong Xie | 2014 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2014,13,2: | 0
