| 1 | 新时代中国公共体育服务的层级化建构显示文摘在新时代的背景下,以社会分层理论为立论基础和研究基点,提出了公共体育服务'层级化'的观点,文章在分析基本内涵的基础上认为,以具有多元化体育需求的公众为服务对象的公共体育服务,需要具备实效性、适切性、均等性的特征。基于这样的现实,公共体育服务的'层级化'要在规划设计层面坚持'顶层设计'与'基层地气'的结合,在政府角色层面'掌舵'与'服务'的统合,在体系运行层面坚持'整体'与'局部'的统一。可从拓宽公共体育服务来源、依恃中西方社会分层理论、进行'层级化'的规划设计和统筹布局、建立'政府+社会'的评价反馈机制、建立配套制度6个路径实现公共体育服务的层级化。 | 王洪珅 YAO Wanxiang 黄亚玲 | 2021 | 成都体育学院学报2021,47,2: | 7 |
| 2 | An Intelligent Fault Diagnosis Method of Multi-Scale Deep Feature Fusion Based on Information Entropy显示文摘For a single-structure deep learning fault diagnosis model,its disadvantages are an insufficient feature extraction and weak fault classification capability.This paper proposes a multi-scale deep feature fusion intelligent fault diagnosis method based on information entropy.First,a normal autoencoder,denoising autoencoder,sparse autoencoder,and contractive autoencoder are used in parallel to construct a multi-scale deep neural network feature extraction structure.A deep feature fusion strategy based on information entropy is proposed to obtain low-dimensional features and ensure the robustness of the model and the quality of deep features.Finally,the advantage of the deep belief network probability model is used as the fault classifier to identify the faults.The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by a gearbox test-bed.Experimental results show that,compared with traditional and existing intelligent fault diagnosis methods,the proposed method can obtain representative information and features from the raw data with higher classification accuracy. | Zhiwu Shang Wanxiang Li Maosheng Gao Xia Liu Yan Yu | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,4: | 4 |
| 3 | Arabidopsis ENOR3 regulates RNAi-mediated antiviral defense显示文摘Viruses can infect host plants to cause severe diseases and substantial agricultural loss, while plants have evolved RNA interference(RNAi) strategy to defend against viral infection. Despite enormous efforts, only a few host proteins in RNAi pathway were shown to mediate antiviral defense, including RNA-dependent RNA polymerase 1(RDR1), RDR6, DICER-LIKE 2(DCL2) and DCL4. In this study, we carried out a genetic screen for antiviral factors of RNAi pathway in Arabidopsis rdr6 background via inoculation with a 2 bdeficient Cucumber Mosaic Virus(CMV-D2b). We identified a mutant susceptible to CMV-D2b, referred to as enhancer of rdr6(enor) 3-1 rdr6, and found that ENOR3 encodes a functionally unknown protein with high homology to the mammalian Non Imprinted in Prader-Willi/Angelman(NIPA) magnesium transporters. ENOR3 inhibits accumulation of CMV-D2b and acts additively with RDR1, RDR6, DCL2 and DCL4 in antiviral defense. | 16 | Highly efficient separation of benzene+cyclohexane mixtures by extraction combined extractive distillation using imidazolium-based dicationic ionic liquids显示文摘Benzene(BEN)and cyclohexane(CYH),which have very close boiling points and a binary azeotrope,are the most difficult binary components in the separation of aromatic and non-aromatic hydrocarbons.This study further explored the separation mechanism and industrial application prospects of BEN+CYH mixtures separated by a dicationic ionic liquid(DIL)[C_(5)(MIM)_(2)][NTf_(2)]_(2) based on experimental research.The calculation results of the Conductor-like Screening model Segment Activity Coefficient(COSMO-SAC)model show that selectivity and solvent capacity of the DIL are significantly improved.The effects of different anions and cations on the micro-structure distribution and diffusion behavior of BEN+CYH system were investigated by quantum chemistry(QC)calculations and molecular dynamics(MD)simulations.The results indicate that the anion[NTf_(2)]_(2)has low polarity,uniform charge distribution,and a dual role of hydrogen bonding andπ-πbonding,and the cation[C_(5)(MIM)_(2)]^(2+) has stronger interaction with BEN and higher selectivity than conventional cations.The liquid-liquid extraction and extractive distillation(LLE-ED)process using an optimized 65 mol/mol DIL+35 mol/mol H_(2)O mixed solution as the extractant was proposed,which solved the problem of low product purity in the LLE process and high energy consumption in the ED process.Under the best operating conditions,the purity of CYH product was 99.9%,the purity of BEN product was 99.6%,the recovery rate of BEN reached 99.9%,and the recovery rate of DIL reached 99.9%.The heat-integrated LLE-ED process reduced total annual cost by 21.6%,and reduced CO_(2) emissions by 48.0%,which has broad industrial application prospects. | Wanxiang Zhang Wuji Zhao Shuhang Ren Yucui Hou Weize Wu | 2023 | Green Chemical Engineering2023,4,3: | 0 |
