1La/Ce-codoped Bi_2O_3 composite photocatalysts with high photocatalytic performance in removal of high concentration dye显示文摘A series of La/Ce-codoped Bi_2O_3 composite photocatalysts were fabricated via hydrothermal–calcination process. The as-prepared products were intensively characterized by some physicochemical characterizations like N_2 physical adsorption, X-ray powder diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM), transmission electron microscope(TEM), UV–Vis diffuse reflectance(UV–Vis DRS), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),photoelectrochemical measurements, and photoluminescence(PL) spectroscopy. The characterization results indicated that La and Ce doping induced obvious crystal phase transformation in Bi_2O_3, from monoclinic to tetragonal phase. La and Ce codoping also gave rise to the obvious synergetic effects, e.g., the lattice contraction of Bi_2O_3, the decrease of crystal size and the increase of surface area. The photocatalytic performance of the prepared catalysts was evaluated by removal of dye acid orange II with high concentration under visible light irradiation. Results showed that La/Ce-codoped Bi_2O_3 displayed much higher photocatalytic performance than that of bare Bi_2O_3, single La or Ce doped Bi_2O_3 samples. 3Optical visualization and polarized light absorption of the single-wall carbon nanotube to verify intrinsic thermal applications显示文摘The predicted extraordinary properties of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)from theoretical calculations have great potential for many applications.However,reliable experimental determination of intrinsic properties at the single-tube level is currently a matter of concern,and many challenges remain because of the unhandled and nanoscale size of individual nanotubes.Here,we demonstrated a prototype to detect the intrinsic thermal conductivity of the single-wall carbon nanotube(SWCNT)and verify the significant non-resonant optical absorption behavior on tiny nanotubes by integrating the nanotube and ice into a new core-shell design.In particular,a reversible optical visualization method based on the individual suspended ultra-long SWCNT was first developed by wrapping a nanotube with ice in the cryogenic air environment.The light-induced thermal effect on the hybrid core-shell structure was used tomelt the ice shell,which subsequently acted as a temperature sensor to verify the intrinsic thermal conductivity of the core-like nanotube.More interestingly,we successfully determined for the first time the thermal response phenomenon of the tiny absorption cross section in SWCNT in the vertical-polarization configuration and the significant non-resonant absorption behavior in the parallel-polarization configuration.These investigations will provide a better understanding for the unique optical behaviors of CNT and enable the detection of intrinsic properties of various one-dimensional nanostructures such as nanotubes,nanowires,and nanoribbons.Xiao Zhang Li Song Le Cai Xuezeng Tian Qiang Zhang Xiaoying Qi Wenbin Zhou Nan Zhang Feng Yang Qingxia Fan Yanchun Wang Huaping Liu Xuedong Bai Weiya Zhou Sishen Xie 2015Light(Science & Applications)2015,4,1:2
4High value-added fluorescence upconversion agents-assisted nanosemiconductors for efficient wide spectral response photocatalysis:Exerting energy transfer effect and applications显示文摘The design of the photocatalytic materials has made a great of remarkable progress in the area of the enhancement photocatalytic activity,but there are still lots of problems such as wide band gap,low utilization of sunlight,low quantum efficiency and poor stability,which further limit the extensive practical applications.Thus,it is a hot research topic and key scientific problem to be solved that how to design and prepare the catalysts,which can respond to visible and near-infrared light in sunlight.Inspired by efficient nonlinear optical upconversion materials,upconversion-based nanocomposites can indirectly broaden the absorption ranges of semiconductors by co nverting the captured long-band visible and near-infrared incident light into high-energy short-band visible or ultraviolet light,which can be adopted as the promising candidate in wide-spectral-light-activating photocatalytic materials coupling with conventional semiconductors.According to our recent works and literature reports,recent review summarizes the research progress of photocatalytic materials with upconversion effect on photolysis of water for hydrogen production,degradation of organic and inorganic pollutants,reduction of CO_(2) and photodynamic therapy.The prepared nanocomposites can suppress the recombination of electrons and holes,and greatly improve the photocatalytic efficiency by the synergistic effect.It maybe stimulates a great interest in rational design and preparation of efficient full-spectrum photocatalytic systems and their wide application in solar energy conversion.Kailian Zhang Man Zhou Changlin Yu Xiaoxiao Li Kai Yang Shi Yang Wenxin Dai Weiya Huang Qizhe Fan Lihua Zhu 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,3:1

8LncPheDB:a genome-wide lncRNAs regulated phenotypes database in plants显示文摘LncPheDB(https://www.lncphedb.com/)is a systematic resource of genome-wide long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)-phenotypes associations for multiple species.It was established to display the genome-wide lncRNA annotations,target genes prediction,variant-trait associations,gene-phenotype correlations,lncRNA-phenotype correlations,and the similar non-coding regions of the queried sequence in multiple species.LncPheDB sorted out a total of 203,391 lncRNA sequences,2000 phenotypes,and 120,271 variants of nine species(Zea mays L.,Gossypium barbadense L.,Triticum aestivum L.,Lycopersicon esculentum Mille,Oryza sativa L.,Hordeum vulgare L.,Sorghum bicolor L.,Glycine max L.,and Cucumis sativus L.).By exploring the relationship between lncRNAs and the genomic position of variants in genome-wide association analysis,a total of 68,862 lncRNAs were found to be related to the diversity of agronomic traits.More importantly,to facilitate the study of the functions of lncRNAs,we analyzed the possible target genes of lncRNAs,constructed a blast tool for performing similar fragmentation studies in all species,linked the pages of phenotypic studies related to lncRNAs that possess similar fragments and constructed their regulatory networks.In addition,LncPheDB also provides a user-friendly interface,a genome visualization platform,and multi-level and multi-modal convenient data search engine.We believe that LncPheDB plays a crucial role in mining lncRNA-related plant data.Danjing Lou Fei Li Jinyue Ge Weiya Fan Ziran Liu Yanyan Wang Jingfen Huang Meng Xing Wenlong Guo Shizhuang Wang Weihua Qiao Zhenyun Han Qian Qian Qingwen Yang Xiaoming Zheng 2022aBIOTECH2022,3,3:0
