| 2 | A new approach to water resources system assessment——set pair analysis method显示文摘Most traditional assessment methods, which have complicated mathematic formulas, are difficult for calculation and application in water resources system assessment. A new approach to water resources system assessment, the set pair analysis method (SPAM), has been proposed based on the principle of set pair analysis (SPA). The basic ideals and steps of SPAM are discussed. The proposed method can take fuzzy property of threshold values for grade standards into full account and avoid determining the discrepancy uncertainty coefficient i or i1, i2, i3, … in SPA. The presented method is simple in concept, convenient to calculate and feasible for application. Two case studies of water resources assessment have been made. | 5 | Characterizations and mechanical properties of impregnated diamond segment using Cu-Fe-Co metal matrix显示文摘Diamond impregnated Cu-Fe-Co based saw-blade segments are directly processed by vacuum and pressure-assisted sintering at different temperature,with the purpose of reducing the cobalt content in diamond tools.Copper and iron are used as the bonding elements and co-balt-chrome pre-alloyed powder is used as the hardening phase.Effects of sintering temperature on microstructures and mechanical properties of the sintered matrix and diamond graphitization were investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis,electron probe micro-analyzer,universal testing machine,digital Rockwell hardness tester and Raman scattering analyzer.Results showed that microstructures of the sintered matrix were refined and porosities in the sintered matrix were closed to a more spherical-like shape with the increase of the sintering temperature.Densification,hardness and tensile strength of the matrix sintered at 820 ℃ were 12.75%,2.72% and 156.38% higher than that of the matrix sintered at 740 ℃,respectively.Diamond graphitization was not occurred at 820 ℃.The hardness and the tensile strength rose 32.8% and 13.5%,respectively,after 7.5 h ageing treatment.The matrix densification ascent and the dispersed distribution of Co-Cr pre-alloyed powders contributed a hardness improvement and a tensile strength improvement to the Cu-Fe based matrix. | Li, Wensheng Zhang, Jie Wang, Shucai Dong, Hongfeng Li, Yaming Liu, Yi | 2012 | Rare Metals2012,31,1: | 19 |
| 6 | Blockade of Tim-3 Pathway Ameliorates Interferon-γ Production from Hepatic CD8^+ T Cells in a Mouse Model of Hepatitis B Virus Infection显示文摘T cell immunoglobulin-and mucin-domain-containing molecule-3(Tim-3) has been reported to participate in the pathogenesis of inflammatory diseases. However,whether Tim-3 is involved in hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection remains unknown. Here,we studied the expression and function of Tim-3 in a hydrodynamics-based mouse model of HBV infection. A significant increase of Tim-3 expression on hepatic T lymphocytes,especially on CD8+ T cells,was demonstrated in HBV model mice from day 7 to day 18. After Tim-3 knockdown by specific shRNAs,significantly increased IFN-γ production from hepatic CD8+ T cells in HBV model mice was observed. Very interestingly,we found Tim-3 expression on CD8+ T cells was higher in HBV model mice with higher serum anti-HBs production. Moreover,Tim-3 knockdown influenced anti-HBs production in vivo. | 8 | Study on the Seasonal Variation of the Suspended Sediment Distribution and Transportation in the East China Seas Based on SeaWiFS Data显示文摘The monthly mean suspended sediment concentration in the upper layer of the East China Seas was derived from the retrieval of the monthly binned SeaWiFS Level 3 data during 1998 to 2006. The seasonal variation and spatial distribution of the suspended sediment concentration in the study area were investigated. It was found that the suspended sediment distribution presents apparent spatial characteristics and seasonal variations,which are mainly affected by the resuspension and transportation of the sus-pended sediment in the study area. The concentration of suspended sediment is high inshore and low offshore,and river mouths are generally high concentration areas. The suspended sediment covers a much wider area in winter than in summer,and for the same site the concentration is generally higher in winter. In the Yellow and East China Seas the suspended sediment spreads farther to the open sea in winter than in summer,and May and October are the transitional periods of the extension. Winds,waves,currents,ther-mocline,halocline,pycnocline as well as bottom sediment feature and distribution in the study area are important influencing factors for the distribution pattern. | 13 | Preparation and properties of temperature sensitive paint based on Eu(DBM)_3 phen as probe molecule显示文摘Probe molecule Eu(DBM)3 phen is made up of europium oxide(Eu_2 O_3),dibenzoylmethane(DBM) and1,10-phenanthroline(phen). The temperature sensitive paint(TSP) was compounded by the polymerization of the probe molecule, methyl methacrylate(MMA) and the initiator of benzoyl peroxide(BPO).The structure, morphology, luminescence property of probe molecule and the temperature quenching property of the temperature sensitive paint(TSP) were characterized by infrared spectrometer, UV-vis spectrometer, scanning electron microscopy and fluorescence spectrometer respectively. The infrared spectrum and UV-vis spectra show that Eu and DBM form six membered rings, and Eu-O coordinate bonds form. The nanocrystals are in sphere-like morphology with an average size of approximately100 nm. Fluorescence spectra present that the performance of temperature quenching is excellent,what's more, TSP sample has different temperature sensitivity in various temperature scope. Particularly,under excitation of 286 nm, TSP has a highest temperature sensitivity between 50 and 60 ℃, and the strongest fluorescence emission reaches a peak(615 nm). | 14 | Comprehensive profiling and natural variation of flavonoids in rice显示文摘Flavonoids constitute a major group of plant phenolic compounds.While extensively studied in Arabidopsis,profiling and naturally occurring variation of these compounds in rice(Oryza sativa),the monocot model plant,are less reported.Using a collection of rice germplasm,comprehensive profiling and natural variation of flavonoids were presented in this report.Application of a widely targeted metabolomics method facilitated the simultaneous identification and quantification of more than 90 flavonoids using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).Comparing flavonoid contents in various tissues during different developmental stages revealed tissue-specific accumulation of most flavonoids.Further investigation indicated that flavone mono-C-glycosides,malonylated flavonoid O-hexosides,and some flavonoid O-glycosides accumulated at significantly higher levels in indica than in japonica,while the opposite was observed for aromatic acylated flavone C-hexosyl-O-hexosides.In contrast to the highly differential accumulation between the two subspecies,relatively small variations within subspecies were detected for most flavonoids.Besides,an association analysis between flavonoid accumulation and its biosynthetic gene sequence polymorphisms disclosed that natural variation of flavonoids was probably caused by sequence polymorphisms in the coding region of flavonoid biosynthetic genes.Our work paves the way for future dissection of biosynthesis and regulation of flavonoid pathway in rice. | Xuekui Dong Wei Chen Wensheng Wang Hongyan Zhang Xianqing Liu Jie Luo | 2014 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2014,56,9: | 8 |

Based on the characteristics of SDN, a DDoS attack detection method combining generalized entropy and PSOBP neural network is proposed. The traffic is pre-detected by the generalized entropy method deployed on the switch, and the detection result is divided into normal and abnormal. Locate the switch that issued the abnormal alarm. The controller uses the PSO-BP neural network to detect whether a DDoS attack occurs by further extracting the flow features of the abnormal switch. | 20 | A General Channel Model for Visible Light Communications in Underground Mines显示文摘In underground mines, visible light communication(VLC) system is a promising method to realize effective communication,which supports communication and illumination at the same time. Therefore, adequate research of underlying physical propagation phenomenon should be carried out to realize VLC system in underground mines. To design VLC system and evaluate its performance, accurate and efficient channel models, including large-scale fading and scattering characteristics, are needed to be established. However,the characteristics of the underlying VLC channels about fading and scattering have not been sufficiently investigated yet. In this paper, a path loss channel model, based on the recursive model, is proposed precisely. Its path loss exponent is determined by three different trajectories, which is studied in the mining roadway and working face environment. Besides, the shadowing effect for VLC has been modelled by a Bimodal Gaussian distribution in underground mines. Considering the number of transmitters in line-of-sight(Lo S) as well as non-line-of-sight(NLo S) scenarios,our simulation illustrates the fact that, as the curve fitting technique is employed, the path loss displays a linear behavior in log-domain.The path loss expression is derived, it is related to the distance.
