| 1 | Identification of long-range transport pathways and potential sources of PM2.5 and PM10 in Beijing from 2014 to 2015显示文摘Trajectory clustering, potential source contribution function(PSCF) and concentration-weighted trajectory(CWT) methods were applied to investigate the transport pathways and identify potential sources of PM_(2.5)and PM_(10) in different seasons from June 2014 to May 2015 in Beijing.The cluster analyses showed that Beijing was affected by trajectories from the south and southeast in summer and autumn. In winter and spring, Beijing was not only affected by the trajectories from the south and southeast, but was also affected by trajectories from the north and northwest. In addition, the analyses of the pressure profile of backward trajectories showed that backward trajectories, which have important influence on Beijing, were mainly distributed above 970 h Pa in summer and autumn and below 950 h Pa in spring and winter. This indicates that PM_(2.5)and PM_(10) were strongly affected by the near surface air masses in summer and autumn and by high altitude air masses in winter and spring. Results of PSCF and CWT analyses showed that the largest potential source areas were identified in spring, followed by winter and autumn,then summer. In addition, potential source regions of PM_(10) were similar to those of PM_(2.5). There were a clear seasonal and spatial variation of the potential source areas of Beijing and the airflow in the horizontal and vertical directions. | 2 | Deep Learning Based 2D Human Pose Estimation:A Survey显示文摘Human pose estimation has received significant attention recently due to its various applications in the real world. As the performance of the state-of-the-art human pose estimation methods can be improved by deep learning, this paper presents a comprehensive survey of deep learning based human pose estimation methods and analyzes the methodologies employed. We summarize and discuss recent works with a methodologybased taxonomy. Single-person and multi-person pipelines are first reviewed separately. Then, the deep learning techniques applied in these pipelines are compared and analyzed. The datasets and metrics used in this task are also discussed and compared. The aim of this survey is to make every step in the estimation pipelines interpretable and to provide readers a readily comprehensible explanation. | 3 | Analysis of threshed rice mixture separation through vibration screen using discrete element method显示文摘The discrete element method was utilized to construct three-dimensional discrete element models for the rice mixture,and their motions were analyzed numerically on a planar vibration screening device.The results showed that,after falling onto the vibrating screen surface,the mixture undergoes a reciprocating motion within the same cycle.During the screening process,the mixture undergoes segregation,slides along the screen surface,passes through the screen and then falls.In comparing the movement of grains and shriveled grains,it can be seen that the velocity of shriveled grains experiences cyclical changes,which is consistent with the grains’motion cycle.The impact on grains is shown to be greater than that on shriveled grains,and the average speeds of shriveled grains and grains converge.The curve shows that the screening of repetitive movements has a significant effect on the average velocity of shriveled grains,but also the velocity of shriveled grains and the vibration parameters can be well represented by a fitting equation.It is beneficial for the separation of grains from shriveled grains to choose a greater vibration frequency and screen surface inclination in the range of commonly used. | Li Hua Wang Jinshuang Yuan Jianbo Yin Wenqing Wang Zhiming Qian Youzhang | 2017 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,6: | 10 |
| 4 | Classification of rice seed variety using point cloud data combined with deep learning显示文摘Rice variety selection and quality inspection are key links in rice planting.Compared with two-dimensional images,three-dimensional information on rice seeds shows the appearance characteristics of rice seeds more comprehensively and accurately.This study proposed a rice variety classification method using three-dimensional point cloud data of the surface of rice seeds combined with a deep learning network to achieve the rapid and accurate identification of rice varieties.First,a point cloud collection platform was set up with a Raytrix light field camera as the core to collect three-dimensional point cloud data on the surface of rice seeds;then,the collected point cloud was filled,filtered and smoothed;after that,the point cloud segmentation is based on the RANSAC algorithm,and the point cloud downsampling is based on a combination of random sampling algorithm and voxel grid filtering algorithm.Finally,the processed point cloud was input to the improved PointNet network for feature extraction and species classification.The improved PointNet network added a cross-level feature connection structure,made full use of features at different levels,and better extracted the surface structure features of rice seeds.After testing,the improved PointNet model had an average classification accuracy of 89.4%for eight varieties of rice,which was 1.2%higher than that of the PointNet model.The method proposed in this study combined deep learning and point cloud data to achieve the efficient classification of rice varieties. | Yan Qian Qianjin Xu Yingying Yang Hu Lu Hua Li Xuebin Feng Wenqing Yin | 2021 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,5: | 1 |

| 8 | Rice seeds identification based on back propagation neural network model显示文摘Rice quality directly affects the final rice yield.In order to achieve rapid,non-destructive testing of rice seeds,this paper combines the three-dimensional laser scanning technology and back propagation(BP)neural network algorithm to build a rice seeds identification platform.The information on rice seed surface is collected from four angles and processed using Geomagic Studio software.Based on the noise filtering,smoothing of the point cloud,vulnerability repair,and downsampling,the three-dimensional(3D)morphological characteristics of a rice seed surface,and the projection features of the main plane cross-section are obtained through the calculation of the features.The experiments were performed on five rice varieties,including Da Hua aromatic glutinous,Hong ShiⅠ,Tian You VIII,Xin Dao X,and Yu Jing VI.The resulting input vector consisted respectively of:(1)nine 3D morphological surface features,(2)nine projection features of the main cross-section plane of rice,and(3)all of the above features.The results showed that for an input vector consisting of nine surface 3D morphological features,the recognition rate of the five rice varieties was 95%,96%,87%,93%,and 89%,respectively;for an input vector consisting of nine projection features of the main cross-section plane of rice seeds,the recognition rate was 96%,96%,90%,92%,and 89%,respectively;and lastly,for an input vector consisting of all the features,the highest recognition rate of 96%,97%,91%,94%,and 90%,respectively,was achieved.The analysis showed that rice varieties could be identified by using 3D laser scanning.Therefore,the proposed method can improve the accuracy of rice varieties identification. | Xuebin Feng Peijun He Huaxi Zhang Wenqing Yin Yan Qian Peng Cao Fei Hu | 2019 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,6: | 1 |
