2Crack location identification of rotating rotor systems using operating deflection shape data显示文摘Crack location identification, as one key destination of structural health monitoring, is still a challenge for operating rotor systems. The operating deflection shape (ODS), which represents a visual description of the structural vibration patterns under operating conditions, has been gaining importance for structure damage detection in recent years. The ODS carries damage information of a structure, however, it is also difficult to detect weak cracks of rotor directly. The approximate waveform capacity dimension (AWCD) method was successfully applied to damage detection of plates and beam-like structures. In this paper,a strategic approach that combines ODS and weighted AWCD is proposed for crack location identification of the rotating rotor.To eliminate the false peaks of AWCD and obtain desirable results, a weight factor and ODS curvature data are introduced to the expression of the weighted AWCD. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by numerical simulation and experimental investigation in a cracked rotor system. The results indicate that the proposed approach not only provides good identifying performance for incipient rotor cracks, but also effectively eliminates the fault peaks introduced by the inflexion locations of ODSs. 6Reproductive Strategy and Cycle of the Toad-headed Agama Phrynocephalus grumgrzimailoi(Agamidae) in Xinjiang,China显示文摘The reproductive strategy and cycle of Phrynocephalus grumgrzimailoi were studied at a locality close to Urumqi City, Xinjiang, China. The hatchlings of P. grumgrzimailoi need at least two years to reach sexual maturity, with the smallest mature male and female measured 48.02 mm and 47.01 mm snout-vent length(SVL), respectively. Adult females produce a single clutch per breeding season, with the clutch size ranging from 1 to 5. The clutch size and mass are significantly correlated with female SVL. There is no correlation of mean egg size with clutch size and relative fecundity in P. grumgrzimailoi, suggesting that the trade-off is absent between mean egg size and number. Females increase reproductive output mainly through increasing egg numbers. The copulation period lasts from April to June. Females begin vitellogenesis in April and lay eggs from May to July. 9L-cysteine-modified chiral gold nanoparticles promote periodontal tissue regeneration显示文摘Gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)with surface-anchored molecules present tremendous potential in tissue regeneration.However,little is known about chiral-modified AuNPs.In this study,we successfully prepared L/D-cysteine-anchored AuNPs(L/D-Cys-AuNPs)and studied the effects of chiral-modified AuNPs on osteogenic differentiation and autophagy of human periodontal ligament cells(hPDLCs)and periodontal tissue regeneration.In vitro,more L-Cys-AuNPs than D-Cys-AuNPs tend to internalize in hPDLCs.L-Cys-AuNPs also significantly increased the expression of alkaline phosphatase,collagen type 1,osteocalcin,runt-related transcription factor 2,and microtubule-associated protein light chain 3 II and decreased the expression of sequestosome 1 in hPDLCs compared to the expression levels in the hPDLCs treated by D-Cys-AuNPs.In vivo tests in a rat periodontal-defect model showed that L-Cys-AuNPs had the greatest effect on periodontal-tissue regeneration.The activation of autophagy in L-Cys-AuNP-treated hPDLCs may be responsible for the cell differentiation and tissue regeneration.Therefore,compared to D-Cys-AuNPs,L-Cys-AuNPs show a better performance in cellular internalization,regulation of autophagy,cell osteogenic differentiation,and periodontal tissue regeneration.This demonstrates the immense potential of L-Cys-AuNPs for periodontal regeneration and provides a new insight into chirally modified bioactive nanomaterials.Shuang Zhang Hong Zhou Na Kong Zezheng Wang Huangmei Fu Yangheng Zhang Yin Xiao Wenrong Yang Fuhua Yan 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,10:1

12A Hu sheep genome with the first ovine Y chromosome reveal introgression history after sheep domestication显示文摘The Y chromosome plays key roles in male fertility and reflects the evolutionary history of paternal lineages.Here,we present a de novo genome assembly of the Hu sheep with the first draft assembly of ovine Y chromosome(o MSY),using nanopore sequencing and Hi-C technologies.The o MSY that we generated spans 10.6 Mb from which 775 Y-SNPs were identified by applying a large panel of whole genome sequences from worldwide sheep and wild Iranian mouflons.Three major paternal lineages(HY1a,HY1b and HY2)were defined across domestic sheep,of which HY2 was newly detected.Surprisingly,HY2 forms a monophyletic clade with the Iranian mouflons and is highly divergent from both HY1a and HY1b.Demographic analysis of Y chromosomes,mitochondrial and nuclear genomes confirmed that HY2 and the maternal counterpart of lineage C represented a distinct wild mouflon population in Iran that diverge from the direct ancestor of domestic sheep,the wild mouflons in Southeastern Anatolia.Our results suggest that wild Iranian mouflons had introgressed into domestic sheep and thereby introduced this Iranian mouflon specific lineage carrying HY2 to both East Asian and Africa sheep populations.Ran Li Peng Yang Ming Li Wenwen Fang Xiangpeng Yue Hojjat Asadollahpour Nanaei Shangquan Gan Duo Du Yudong Cai Xuelei Dai Qimeng Yang Chunna Cao Weidong Deng Sangang He Wenrong Li Runlin Ma Mingjun Liu Yu Jiang 2021Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,7:1

19Synthesis of nitrogen-sulfur co-doped Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx MXene with enhanced electrochemical properties显示文摘Through material innovation,nanoscale structural design and hybrid manufacturing methods,great efforts have been made in developing high-performance energy storage systems.These devices can be comprised of twodimensional(2D)nanomaterials,such as MXene,and show promise for use in energy storage devices.In order to achieve better electrochemical properties of MXene,one crucial technique is to modify its structure by introducing defects or heteroatom dopants,which may expand the interlayer spacing and increase the ion transfer kinetics during the charge/discharge process.Here,a modified two-step multi-element strategy is explored utilizing ammonium citrate as intercalant and nitrogen source to enhance the level of heteroatom doping during annealing of MXene with sulfur.The resulting nitrogen/sulfur co-doped MXene displayed enhanced gravimetric capacitance(495 F g^(-1) at 1 A g^(-1)),outstanding rate capability(180 F g^(-1) at 10 A g^(-1))and excellent cycle stability(98%retention after 6000 charge/discharge cycles).The synthesis of NS-MXene reveals a novel and facile multiheteroatom pathway for functionalizing Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx MXene and demonstrates the potential variety of this family of modified MXenes that has yet to be explored,as well as unveils great promise for use in applications such as high performance supercapacitors.Fangli Yang Dylan Hegh Dongxing Song Jizhen Zhang Ken Aldren S.Usman Chao Liu Zhiyu Wang Weigang Ma Wenrong Yang Si Qin Joselito M.Razal 2022Materials Reports(Energy)2022,2,1:1
