1A Review on Lower Limb Rehabilitation Exoskeleton Robots显示文摘Lower limb rehabilitation exoskeleton robots integrate sensing, control, and other technologies and exhibit the characteristics of bionics, robotics, information and control science, medicine, and other interdisciplinary areas. In this review, the typical products and prototypes of lower limb exoskeleton rehabilitation robots are introduced and stateof-the-art techniques are analyzed and summarized. Because the goal of rehabilitation training is to recover patients’ sporting ability to the normal level, studying the human gait is the foundation of lower limb exoskeleton rehabilitation robot research. Therefore, this review critically evaluates research progress in human gait analysis and systematically summarizes developments in the mechanical design and control of lower limb rehabilitation exoskeleton robots. From the performance of typical prototypes, it can be deduced that these robots can be connected to human limbs as wearable forms;further, it is possible to control robot movement at each joint to simulate normal gait and drive the patient’s limb to realize robot-assisted rehabilitation training. 2Creep Behaviors of FGH95 Powder Ni-Base Superalloy显示文摘This article makes an investigation into the creep behavior and deformation features of FGH95 powder Ni-base superalloy by means of creep curves and microstructural observation.Results show that this superalloy exposes obvious sensibility to the applied temperature and stresses in the experimental range.Microstructure of the alloy consists of γ' phase of various sizes and dispersed carbide particles precipitated in the wider crystal boundaries between the powder particles.During the creep,the deformation of the alloy occurs in the form of single-or double-oriented slipping inside the grains,and some of the finer carbide particles are precipitated near the slipping traces.The wide grain boundaries might be broken into the finer grains due to severe deformation.The deformation mechanism of the alloy during creep is thought to be the activation of dislocations of double-oriented slipping,including(1/2)<110> dislocation inside the γ matrix phase and <110> super-dislocation inside the γ' phase.The formation of the stacking faults and(1/3)<112> super-Shockleys partial dislocation configuration is attributed to the decomposition of <110> super-dislocation in the γ' phase.Tian Sugui Liu Yang Zhou Xiaoming Zhao Zhonggang Bao Xianyu Wang Wuxiang 2009Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2009,22,4:6
3An optimization method for metamorphic mechanisms based on multidisciplinary design optimization显示文摘The optimization of metamorphic mechanisms is different from that of the conventional mechanisms for its characteristics of multi-configuration. There exist complex coupled design variables and constraints in its multiple different configuration optimization models. To achieve the compatible optimized results of these coupled design variables, an optimization method for metamorphic mechanisms is developed in the paper based on the principle of multidisciplinary design optimization(MDO). Firstly, the optimization characteristics of the metamorphic mechanism are summarized distinctly by proposing the classification of design variables and constraints as well as coupling interactions among its different configuration optimization models. Further, collaborative optimization technique which is used in MDO is adopted for achieving the overall optimization performance. The whole optimization process is then proposed by constructing a two-level hierarchical scheme with global optimizer and configuration optimizer loops. 4Design and Stability of Operating Mechanism for a Spacecraft Hatch显示文摘This article introduces the working principles of a spacecraft hatch including its operating process and moving trajectory.On this basis,an operating mechanism is designed to execute automatic open and close action of the hatch and measure the operating torques.Analysis on the mechanism's configuration and topological structure of each phase of movement proves that it is a typical variable freedom mechanism.The mechanism manipulates the hatch in accordance with the moving trajectory requirements through configuration transformation.Kinematic analysis and simulation of some typical configurations show that the velocity differences among mechanism components themselves and the components and their abutting components could exert influences on its working stability during configuration transformation.To solve the problem,stability conditions of configuration transformation are proposed.Appropriate control models are established for the output velocity curves of the driving servo motor and solved based on the stability conditions and rules of movement.Results from another simulation demonstrate that the proposed control models ensure smooth configuration transform and stable operation.Zhang Wuxiang Ding Xilun Dai Jiansheng 2009Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2009,22,4:6
5Nasal delivery of broadly neutralizing antibodies protects mice from lethal challenge with SARS-CoV-2 delta and omicron variants显示文摘Multiple new variants of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-Co V-2)have constantly emerged,as the delta and omicron variants,which have developed resistance to currently gained neutralizing antibodies.This highlights a critical need to discover new therapeutic agents to overcome the variants mutations.Despite the availability of vaccines against coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),the use of broadly neutralizing antibodies has been considered as an alternative way for the prevention or treatment of SARS-Co V-2 variants infection.Here,we show that the nasal delivery of two previously characterized broadly neutralizing antibodies(F61 and H121)protected K18-h ACE2 mice against lethal challenge with SARS-Co V-2 variants.The broadly protective efficacy of the F61 or F61/F121 cocktail antibodies was evaluated by lethal challenge with the wild strain(WIV04)and multiple variants,including beta(B.1.351),delta(B.1.617.2),and omicron(B.1.1.529)at 200or 1000 TCID_(50),and the minimum antibody administration doses(5-1.25 mg/kg body weight)were also evaluated with delta and omicron challenge.Fully prophylactic protections were found in all challenged groups with both F61 and F61/H121 combination at the administration dose of 20 mg/kg body weight,and corresponding mice lung viral RNA showed negative,with almost all alveolar septa and cavities remaining normal.Furthermore,low-dose antibody treatment induced significant prophylactic protection against lethal challenge with delta and omicron variants,whereas the F61/H121 combination showed excellent results against omicron infection.Our findings indicated the potential use of broadly neutralizing monoclonal antibodies as prophylactic and therapeutic agent for protection of current emerged SARS-Co V-2 variants infection.Jia Lu Qiangling Yin Rongjuan Pei Qiu Zhang Yuanyuan Qu Yongbing Pan Lina Sun Ding Gao Cuiqin Liang Jingwen Yang Wei Wu Jiandong Li Zongqiang Cui Zejun Wang Xinguo Li Dexin Li Shiwen Wang Kai Duan Wuxiang Guan Mifang Liang Xiaoming Yang 2022Virologica Sinica2022,37,2:4

7Antibody Cocktail Exhibits Broad Neutralization Activity Against SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV-2 Variants显示文摘Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-Co V-2)has precipitated multiple variants resistant to therapeutic antibodies.In this study,12 high-affinity antibodies were generated from convalescent donors in early outbreaks using immune antibody phage display libraries.Of them,two RBD-binding antibodies(F61 and H121)showed high-affinity neutralization against SARS-Co V-2,whereas three S2-target antibodies failed to neutralize SARS-Co V-2.Following structure analysis,F61 identified a linear epitope located in residues G446–S494,which overlapped with angiotensinconverting enzyme 2(ACE2)binding sites,while H121 recognized a conformational epitope located on the side face of RBD,outside from ACE2 binding domain.Hence the cocktail of the two antibodies achieved better performance of neutralization to SARS-Co V-2.Importantly,these two antibodies also showed efficient neutralizing activities to the variants including B.1.1.7 and B.1.351,and reacted with mutations of N501 Y,E484 K,and L452 R,indicated that it may also neutralize the recent India endemic strain B.1.617.The unchanged binding activity of F61 and H121 to RBD with multiple mutations revealed a broad neutralizing activity against variants,which mitigated the risk of viral escape.Our findings revealed the therapeutic basis of cocktail antibodies against constantly emerging SARS-Co V-2 variants and provided promising candidate antibodies to clinical treatment of COVID-19 patients infected with broad SARS-Co V-2 variants.Yuanyuan Qu Xueyan Zhang Meiyu Wang Lina Sun Yongzhong Jiang Cheng Li Wei Wu Zhen Chen Qiangling Yin Xiaolin Jiang Yang Liu Chuan Li Jiandong Li Tianlei Ying Dexin Li Faxian Zhan Youchun Wang Wuxiang Guan Shiwen Wang Mifang Liang 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,5:3

12Overview of current design and analysis of potential theories for automated fibre placement mechanisms显示文摘Automated fibre placement(AFP) systems have successfully intensified the demand for high-quality composite component manufacturing in both the military and civilian fields. One of the main elements of these systems is the AFP mechanism for accomplishing individual fibre delivery,clamp/cut/restart(CCR) and the consolidation process, and it consists of several functional submechanisms presenting strong coupling relationships and motion sequences. This review aims to summarize the development of AFP mechanisms and the associated research achievements and provide insight into the research challenges in promoting innovative design in such mechanisms. The systematic development of AFP systems is reviewed in detail, and subsequently, engineering tendency and the general principle of AFP mechanisms are introduced. Focusing on the mechanism design of AFP sub-mechanisms, including the creel assembly CCR and compaction mechanisms,the mechanical schemes as well as the AFP process parameter control are discussed. To improve system reliability and fully optimise AFP mechanisms, the essential theoretical foundation for AFP mechanisms are provided. It is believed that this attempt will help to change the design and optimisation of similar complete mechanisms. 13ISSR Analysis on Genetic Diversity of Local Varieties of Chinese Hu mulberry(Morus L.)显示文摘[Objective] The aim was to study on the genetic diversity of local varieties of Chinese Hu mulberry (Morus L.). [Method] The genetic diversity of 141 copies of Hu mulberry varieties was analyzed by ISSR molecular markers. [Result] 12 ISSR primers had amplified a total of 90 amplified,of which 57 bands were polymorphic,and the polymorphic rate was 63.33%. The genetic similarity coefficients of 141 Hu mulberry germplasm resources varied from 0.633 3 to 1.000 0 with the average of 0.483 35,indicating that there was difference on genetic diversity among different varieties of Hu mulberries. A dendrogram of all 141 Hu mulberry varieties based on the genetic similarity coefficients using ISSR molecular markers was generated by UPGMA cluster method. Clustering of the 141 Hu mulberry varieties did not correspond with the conventional classification involving differences in style,leaf,branch,fruit and other morphological or agronomical characters.
