1Using the curve moment and the PSO-SVM method to diagnose downhole conditions of a sucker rod pumping unit显示文摘Downhole working conditions of sucker rod pumping wells are automatically identified on a computer from the analysis of dynamometer cards. In this process, extraction of feature parameters and pattern classification are two key steps. The dynamometer card is firstly divided into four parts which include different production information according to the 'four point method' used in actual oilfield production, and then the moment invariants for pattern recognition are extracted. An improved support vector machine (SVM) method is used for pattern classification whose error penalty parameter C and kernel function parameter g are optimally chosen by the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. 2The features of cloud overlapping in Eastern Asia and their effect on cloud radiative forcing显示文摘Characteristics of cloud overlap over Eastern Asia are analyzed using a three-year dataset (2007-2009) from the cloud observing satellite CloudSat. Decorrelation depth Lcf* is retrieved, which represents cloud overlap characteristics in the simulation of cloud-radiation processes in global climate models. Results show that values of Lcf* in six study regions are generally within the range 0-3 km. By categorizing Lcf* according to cloud amount in subregions, peak Lcf* appears near subregions with cloud amount between 0.6 and 0.8. Average Lcf* is 2.5 km. Lcf* at higher altitudes is generally larger than at lower latitudes. Seasonal variations of Lcf* are also clearly demonstrated. The sensitivity of cloud radiative forcing (CRF) to Lcf* in Community Atmosphere Model 3.0 of the National Center for Atmospheric Research (CAM3/NCAR) is analyzed. The result shows that Lcf* can have a big impact on simulation of CRF, especially in major monsoon regions and the Mid-Eastern Pacific, where the difference in CRF can reach 40-50 W m2 . 3An Estimation of Internal Soliton Forces on a Pile in the Ocean显示文摘Internal soliton forces on oil-platform piles in the ocean are estimated with the Morison Formula. Different from sur- face wave forces, which change only in magnitude along a pile, internal soliton forces can be distributed over the entire pile in the water and they change not only in magnitude but also in direction with depth. Our calculations show that the maximum total force caused by a soliton with its associated current of 2.1 m s-1 is nearly equal to the maximum total force exerted by a surface wave with a wavelength of 300 m and a wave-height of 18 m. The total internal soliton force is large enough to affect the operations of marine oil platforms and other facilities. 4B-doped and La_(4)NiLiO_(8)-coated Ni-rich cathode with enhanced structural and interfacial stability for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Ni-rich layered oxides are considered promising cathodes for advanced lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)in the future,owing to their high capacity and low cost.However,the issues on structural and interfacial stability of Ni-rich cathodes still pose substantial obstacles in the practical application of advanced LIBs.Here,we employ a one-step method to synthesize a B-doped and La_(4)NiLiO_(8)-coated LiNi_(0.82)5Co_(0.115)Mn_(0.06)O_(2)(BL-1)cathode with reliable structure and interface,for the first time.The La_(4)NiLiO_(8)coating layer can prevent cathodes from electrolyte assault and facilitate Li+diffusion kinetics.Moreover,B-doping can effectively restrain the pernicious H_(2)-H_(3) phase transition and adjust the orientation of primary particles to a radial alignment,which is obstructive to the arise of microcracks induced by the change of anisotropic volume.Specifically,when tested in pouch cells,the BL-1 cathode exhibits outstanding capacity retention of 93.49%after 500 cycles at 1 C.This dual-modification strategy dramatically enhances the stability of the structure and interface for Ni-rich cathode materials,consequently accelerating the commercialization process of high-energy–density LIBs.Lingjun Li Lizhi Fu Miao Li Chu Wang Zixiang Zhao Shangchen Xie Haichen Lin Xianwen Wu Haodong Liu Li Zhang Qiaobao Zhang Lei Tan 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,8:10
5Effects of GBE50 on hippocampal CA1 synaptic plasticity,learning and memory in an experimental rat model of aging显示文摘The content of total flavonoids in an extract of Ginkgo biloba,called GBE50,is 44% by weight.This is significantly greater than that in a standard extract of Ginkgo biloba,designated EGB761.To date,the mechanisms by which GBE50 and EGB761 function remain poorly understood.In the present study,an experimental rat model of aging was induced by intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose,followed by intragastric perfusion of GBE50 (30,60mg/kg),or EGB761 (60mg/kg).The water maze scores and hippocampal CA1 synaptic plasticity were evaluated.In the place navigation test,the GBE50 group rats did better than EGB761,while similar scores were obtained in the spatial probe test,and in the platform-switched test.In addition,long-term potentiation was significantly enhanced following high-frequency stimulation in the GBE50 and EGB761 groups,compared with the model group.These results demonstrate that GBE50 and EGB761 improved the learning and memory of aging rats.In particular,GBE50 administered at the 60mg/kg dose exhibited superior effects over EGB761 at the same 60mg/kg dose.Furthermore,the enhancement of hippocampal synaptic plasticity may be an underlying mechanism.Lili Wu Xianwen Dong Gaiying He Zhixiong Zhang Ying Xu Xingyu Wang Yun Li 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,12:9
6The assessment of extactable tidal energy and the effect of tidal energy turbine deployment on the hydrodynamics in Zhoushan显示文摘In this study, we construct one 2–dimensional tidal simulation, using an unstructured Finite Volume Coastal Ocean Model(FVCOM). In the 2–D model, we simulated the tidal turbines through adding additional bottom drag in the element where the tidal turbines reside. The additional bottom drag was calculated from the relationship of the bottom friction dissipation and the rated rotor efficiency of the tidal energy turbine. 7The modified bilobed flap for reconstructing sacral decubitus ulcers显示文摘Background:Sacral pressure ulcers are associated with high morbidity and,in some cases,result in mortality from severe sepsis.Local flaps are frequently used for reconstruction of stage III and IV pressure ulcers.An ideal flap should be simple to design,have a reliable vascular supply and minimal donor site morbidity.Our study evaluates the use of a bilobed flap based on the superficial branch of the superior gluteal artery or the posterior branch of the fourth lumbar artery to reconstruct the sacral pressure ulcer.Case presentation:We performed a retrospective analysis of paraplegic patients with sacral pressure ulcers treated with our bilobed flaps from January 2015 to December 2019.A description of our management,operative protocol,outcome and complications is outlined.Seven paraplegic patients(6 male,1 female;average age 53.1 years)with sacral pressure ulcers were treated with our bilobed flap based on the superficial branch of the superior gluteal artery or the posterior branch of the fourth lumbar artery.The average size of the pressure ulcers was 7×5 cm(range 6.2×4.5 cm to 11×10 cm).All 7 flaps survived.The patients were followed up for 12 months without significant complications,such as flap necrosis or recurrence.Conclusions:The superficial branch of the superior gluteal artery or the posterior branch of the fourth lumbar artery reliably supplies the bilobed flap.The superior cluneal nerve can be included in the design.The technique is simple and reliable.It should be included in the reconstructive algorithm for the management of sacral pressure ulcers.Xiangong Jiao Chunxiao Cui Sally Kiu-Huen Ng Zhangjia Jiang Chihui Tu Jiemin Zhou Xiandong Lu Xianwen Ouyang Tong Luo Ke Li Yixin Zhang 2020Burns & Trauma2020,8,1:4
8Vertical structure and seasonal variation of tidal and residual currents in the northern Huanghai Sea显示文摘Analysis of tidal current and sea level has been made based on the observations from the summer of 2006 to the winter of 2007,respectively.The result indicates that a two-layer structure of residual current exists in summer,with its upper layer going northwestward and the lower layer southeastward.In addition,some strong residuals exist in the neighboring depth of the pycnocline during the current period of astronomical tide.In winter,except some individual layersthe residual currents mostly direct to the northwest,from which we can see the fluctuation of abnormal sea-level and the appearance of associated current because of the changes of the wind field.The analysis of tidal ellipse indicates that the direction of the maximum semidiurnal component is clockwise from summer to winter,with an angle of 16-18.Moreover,in summer the semidiurnal component rotates with depth clockwise while the diurnal component counterclockwise.However,the vertical structure is almost homogeneous in winter.SONG Jun GUO Junru QIAO Lulu MU Lin YAO Zhigang LIU Yang LI Huan BAO Xianwen SUN Xiaoyan GAO Jia 2011Acta Oceanologica Sinica2011,30,5:4
9Influences of mass flow rate on heat and mass transfer performances of water sublimator combined with fluid loop显示文摘For spacecraft working in vacuum environment, sublimator is an effective heat rejection approach to reject system's peak heat load, and supplement spacecraft radiation heat rejection. For a spacecraft active fluid loop thermal control system combined with sublimator, waste heat generated from multi-point distributed heat sources could be collected by the fluid loop efficiently. However, the heat and mass transfer performances of the sublimator combined with fluid loop have not been adequately studied in previous research, especially for the influences of the heat load. Since work fluid mass flow rate is the main factor affecting heat load of the fluid loop, this context experimentally studied influences of the fluid loop mass flow rate on sublimator start-up transient characteristics, including heat transfer performances, response time, and work stability. Results indicated that the fluid loop mass flow rate affected the sublimator heat and mass transfer performances obviously, but the heat rejection ability is not always increase with the increasing of the fluid loop mass flow rate. 10SOME RESULTS OF UPPER ATMOSPHERIC COMPOSITION MEASUREMENTS BY A MASS-SPECTROMETER ON BOARD 'SZ-2':CHANGE OF COMPOSITIONS DURING SOLAR AND GEOMAGNETIC DISTURBANCES显示文摘Upper atmosphere composition data were obtained for the last half year with a quadruple mass spectrometer on board spacecraft 'SZ-2' launched on 10 Jan uary 2001. Based on the analysis of these data, the variations of atmospheric compositions in solar and geomagnetic quiet conditions are reported first, then a detailed discussion on the atmospheric composition variations under the so lar and geomagnetic disturbed conditions is given. The results show that near the altitude of 400 km the variations of main atmospheric compositions corre sponding to solar disturbances are more remarkable in the sunlit area than in the shade area. 11The interaction between polyphyllin I and SQLE protein induces hepatotoxicity through SREBP-2/HMGCR/SQLE/LSS pathway显示文摘Polyphyllin I(PPI)and polyphyllin II(PII)are the main active substances in the Paris polyphylla.However,liver toxicity of these compounds has impeded their clinical application and the potential hepatotoxicity mechanisms remain to be elucidated.In this work,we found that PPI and PII exposure could induce significant hepatotoxicity in human liver cell line L-02 and zebrafish in a dose-dependent manner.The results of the proteomic analysis in L-02 cells and transcriptome in zebrafish indicated that the hepatotoxicity of PPI and PII was associated with the cholesterol biosynthetic pathway disorders,which were alleviated by the cholesterol biosynthesis inhibitor lovastatin.Additionally,3-hydroxy-3-methy-lglutaryl CoA reductase(HMGCR)and squalene epoxidase(SQLE),the two rate-limiting enzymes in the cholesterol synthesis,selected as the potential targets,were confirmed by the molecular docking,the overexpression,and knockdown of HMGCR or SQLE with siRNA.Finally,the pull-down and surface plasmon resonance technology revealed that PPI could directly bind with SQLE but not with HMGCR.Collectively,these data demonstrated that PPI-induced hepatotoxicity resulted from the direct binding with SQLE protein and impaired the sterol-regulatory element binding protein 2/HMGCR/SQLE/lanosterol synthase pathways,thus disturbing the cholesterol biosynthesis pathway.The findings of this research can contribute to a better understanding of the key role of SQLE as a potential target in drug-induced hepatotoxicity and provide a therapeutic strategy for the prevention of drug toxic effects with similar structures in the future.Zhiqi Li Qiqi Fan Meilin Chen Ying Dong Farong Li Mingshuang Wang Yulin Gu Simin Guo Xianwen Ye Jiarui Wu Shengyun Dai Ruichao Lin Chongjun Zhao 2023Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2023,13,1:2
12Constraint and Mobility Change Analysis of Rubik’s Cube-inspired Reconfigurable Joints and Corresponding Parallel Mechanisms显示文摘The current research of reconfigurable parallel mechanism mainly focuses on the construction of reconfigurable joints.Compared with the method of changing the mobility by physical locking joints,the geometric constraint has good controllability,and the constructed parallel mechanism has more configurations and wider application range.This paper presents a reconfigurable axis(rA)joint inspired and evolved from Rubik’s Cubes,which have a unique feature of geometric and physical constraint of axes of joint.The effectiveness of the rA joint in the construction of the limb is analyzed,resulting in a change in mobility and topology of the parallel mechanism.The rA joint makes the angle among the three axes inside the groove changed arbitrarily.This change in mobility is completed by the case illustrated by a 3(rA)P(rA)reconfigurable parallel mechanism having variable mobility from 1 to 6 and having various special configurations including pure translations,pure rotations.The underlying principle of the metamorphosis of this rA joint is shown by investigating the dependence of the corresponding screw system comprising of line vectors,leading to evolution of the rA joint from two types of spherical joints to three types of variable Hooke joints and one revolute joint.The reconfigurable parallel mechanism alters its topology by rotating or locking the axis of rA joint to turn all limbs into different phases.The prototype of reconfigurable parallel mechanism is manufactured and all configurations are enumerated to verify the validity of the theoretical method by physical experiments.Duanling Li Pu Jia Jiazhou Li Dan Zhang Xianwen Kong 2020Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2020,33,5:2

16Landscape of transcript isoforms in single T cells infiltrating in non-small-cell lung cancer显示文摘Single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)has enabled high-resolution characterization of molecular signatures of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes.However,analyses at the transcript isoform level are rarely reported.As alternative splicing is critical to T-cell differentiation and activation,here,we proposed a computational method named IDEA(Issoform Detection.Enrichment,and functional Annotation)to comprehensively detect and annotate differentially used isoforms across cell subtypes.We applied IDEA on a scRNA-seq data set of 12,346 T cells from non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC).we found that most genes tend to dominantly express one isoform in single T cells,enabling typing T cells based on the isotypes.given a gene.lsotype analysis suggested that tumor-infiltrating Tcells significantly preferred specific isotypes for 245 genes in CD8t Tcells and 456 genes in CD4^+T cells.Functional annotation suggests that the preferred isoforms involved in coding/noncoding switches,transcription start site changes,gains/losses of domains,and subcellular translocation.Clonal analysis revealed that isoform switching occurred during T-cell activation/differentiation.Our analysis provides precise characterization of the molecular events in tumor-infiltrating T cells and sheds new light on the regulatory mechanisms oftumor-infiltrating T cells.Jiesheng Li Hannah YComeau Zemin Zhang Xianwen Ren 2020Journal of Genetics and Genomics2020,47,7:1
