2Optical analysis of a hybrid solar concentrating Photovoltaic /Thermal (CPV/T) system with beam splitting technique显示文摘A novel hybrid solar concentrating Photovoltaic/Thermal (CPV/T) system with beam splitting technique is presented. In this system, a beam splitter is used to separate the concentrated solar radiation into two parts: one for the PV power generation and the other for thermal utility. The solar concentrator is a flat Fresnel-type concentrator with glass mirror reflectors. It can concentrate solar radiation onto solar cells with high uniformity, which is beneficial to improving the efficiency of solar cells. The thermal receiver is separated to the solar cells, and therefore, the thermal fluid can be heated to a relatively high temperature and does not affect the performance of solar cells. A dimensionless model was developed for the performance analysis of the concentrating system. The effects of the main parameters on the performance of the concentrator were analyzed. The beam splitter with coating materials Nb2O3 /SiO2 was designed by using the needle optimization technique, which can reflect about 71% of the undesired radiation for silicon cell(1.1m < 3m) to the thermal receiver for thermal utility. 3Adsorption capacity of hydrophobic SiO_2 aerogel/activated carbon composite materials for TNT显示文摘The adsorption properties of TNT from wastewater by hydrophobic silica aerogel/activated carbon composite materials were investigated. The effects of adsorption time, pH value, adsorption temperature, and the amount of the composite materials on the adsorption rate were studied. The adsorption principle and mechanism of the composite materials were discussed along with the Freundlich equation. The results showed that the best adsorption rate of the hydrophobic silica aerogel/activated car-bon composite materials could reach 96.5% with adsorption conditions of adsorption temperature 25°C, pH value 7, the amount of SiO2aerogel dosage 3.33 g/L, and adsorption time of 120 min. 5Deformation mechanism of fine grained Mg-7Gd-5Y-l.2Nd-0.5Zr alloy under high temperature and high strain rates显示文摘Fine grained Mg-7Gd-5Y-1.2Nd-0.5Zr alloy was investigated by dynamic compression tests using a Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar under the strain rates in the range 1000-2000 s^(-1) and the temperature range 293-573 K along the normal direction.The microstructure was measured by optical microscopy,electron back-scattering diffraction,transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometry.The results showed that Mg-7Gd-5Y-1.2Nd-0.5Zr alloy had the positive strain rate strengthening effect and thermal softening effect at high temperature.The solid solution of Gd and Y atoms in Mg-7Gd-5Y-1.2Nd-0.5Zr alloy reduced the asymmetry of α-Mg crystals and changed the critical shear stress of various deformation mechanisms.The main deformation mechanisms were prismatic slip and pyramidal(a)slip,{102}tension twinning,and dynamic recrystallization caused by local deformation such as particle-stimulated nucleation.c 2020 Published by Elsevier B.V.on behalf of Chongqing University.Wanru Tang Zheng Liu Shimeng Liu Le Zhou Pingli Mao Hui Guo Xiaofang Sheng 2020Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2020,8,4:2

14常规加IMRT推量放疗联合化疗治疗高分级胶质瘤的疗效和 预后因素(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of the study was to retrospectively evaluate the outcomes and important prognostic factors for patients with high-grade gliomas (HGG) treated with conventional radiotherapy (RT) followed by IMRT as a boost in com- bination with chemotherapy. Methods: From November 2004 to November 2006,112 consecutive patients with high-grade gliomas were treated with radiotherapy,which included initial conventional radiotherapy and an IMRT boost to a total dose of 57.5–62.5 Gy,with 27-29 fractions delivered over 37–45 days. All cases received 3-6 cycles of chemotherapy,63 cases received temozolomide,and another 49 cases received methyl-CCNU and teniposide. The acute and late treatment toxicities and the patterns of treatment failure were recorded. The overall survival (OS) rate and progression-free survival (PFS) rate were calculated,and the prognostic factors were analyzed. Results: Most of the acute radiation reactions were grade 1 or 2. No grade 4 acute reactions were noted. Three cases developed radiation necrosis. Grades I,II,and III myelosuppressions were observed in 5,32,and 12 cases of 49 patients treated with teniposide and methyl-CCNU,respectively. Grades I and Ⅱ myelosuppressions were observed in 15 and 3 of the 6 3 patients who were treated with temozolomide,respectively. The 57 cases (50.9%) had recurred locally,and 13 cases (11.6%) had intracranial dissemination. The OS rates at 1,2,and 3 years were 78.9%,54.7%,and 30.8%,respectively. The PFS rates at 1,2,and 3 years were 63.8%,38.9%,and 10.5%,respectively. A multivariate analysis showed that only tumor location and KPS were prognostic factors of OS. These same two variables and histopathology were statistically significant predictive factors in a multivariate analysis for PFS. Conclusion:Radiation toxicities were not found to be increased in this retrospective study with 112 consecutive patients of combined modality therapy including an IMRT boost treatment for HGG. Higher rate of local regional dissemination within the brain was observed than before. 15Investigating the Immunogenic Cell Death‑Dependent Subtypes and Prognostic Signature of Triple‑Negative Breast Cancer显示文摘Recently,immunotherapy has emerged as a promising and efective method for treating triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).However,challenges still persist.Immunogenic cell death(ICD)is considered a prospective treatment and potential combinational treatment strategy as it induces an anti-tumor immune response by presenting the antigenic epitopes of dead cells.Nevertheless,the ICD process in TNBC and its impact on disease progression and the response to immunotherapy are not well understood.In this study,we observed dysregulation of the ICD process and verifed the altered expression of prognostic ICD genes in TNBC through quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)analysis.To investigate the potential role of the ICD process in TNBC progression,we determined the ICD-dependent subtypes,and two were identifed.Analysis of their distinct tumor immune microenvironment(TIME)and cancer hallmark features revealed that Cluster 1 and 2 corresponded to the immune“cold”and“hot”phenotypes,respectively.In addition,we constructed the prognostic signature ICD score of TNBC patients and demonstrated its clinical independence and generalizability.The ICD score could also serve as a potential biomarker for immune checkpoint blockade and may aid in the identifcation of targeted efective agents for individualized clinical strategies.Youyang Shi Yuanyuan Wu Feifei Li Kexin Jiang Xiaofang Fang Yu Wang Xiaoyun Song Rui Wang Lixin Chen Jinzhou Zheng Chunyu Wu Yuenong Qin Xiaofei Liu Sheng Liu 2024Phenomics2024,4,1:0
