1Pioneering function of Isl1 in the epigenetic control of cardiomyocyte cell fate显示文摘Generation of widely differing and specialized cell types from a single totipotent zygote involves large-scale transcriptional changes and chromatin reorganization. Pioneer transcription factors play key roles in programming the epigenome and facilitating recruitment of additional regulatory factors during successive cell lineage specification and differentiation steps. Here we show that Isl1 acts as a pioneer factor driving cardiomyocyte lineage commitment by shaping the chromatin landscape of cardiac progenitor cells. Using an Isl1 hypomorphic mouse line which shows congenital heart defects, genome-wide profiling of Isl1 binding together with RNA- and ATAC-sequencing of cardiac progenitor cells and their derivatives, we uncover a regulatory network downstream of Isl1 that orchestrates cardiogenesis. Mechanistically, we show that Isl1 binds to compacted chromatin and works in concert with the Brg1-Baf60c-based SWI/SNF complex to promote permissive cardiac lineage-specific alterations in the chromatin landscape not only of genes with critical functions in cardiac progenitor cells, but also of cardiomyocyte structural genes that are highly expressed when Isl1 itself is no longer present. 2Geometric dilution of precision for GPS single-point positioning based on four satellites显示文摘To improve the positioning accuracy in GPS point positioning, the geometric dilution of precision (GDOP) including HDOP, VDOP, TDOP, PDOP is commonly considered. The properties of the DOP for the GPS satellite navigation system are studied and the coordinate system is improved in order to decrease the amount of variables. 3Highly reliable relative navigation for multi-UAV formation flight in urban environments显示文摘Formation flight of multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)is expected to bring significant benefits to a wide range of applications.Accurate and reliable relative position information is a prerequisite to safely maintain a fairly close distance between UAVs and to achieve inner-system collision avoidance.However,Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)measurements are vulnerable to erroneous signals in urban canyons,which could potentially lead to catastrophic consequences.Accordingly,on the basis of performing relative positioning with double differenced pseudoranges,this paper develops an integrity monitoring framework to improve navigation integrity(a measure of reliability)in urban environments.On the one hand,this framework includes a fault detection and exclusion scheme to protect against measurement faults.To accommodate urban scenarios,spatial dependence in the faults are taken into consideration by this scheme.On the other hand,relative protection level is rigorously derived to describe the probabilistic error bound of the navigation output.This indicator can be used to evaluate collision risk and to warn collision danger in real time.The proposed algorithms are validated by both simulations and flight experiments.Simulation results quantitatively reveal the sensitivity of navigation performance to receiver configurations and environmental conditions.And experimental results suggest high efficiency and effectiveness of the new integrity monitoring framework.Shizhuang WANG Xingqun ZHAN Yawei ZHAI Cheng CHI Jiawen SHEN 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,7:3

8Globalization of Tourism and Third World Tourism Development——A Political Economy Perspective显示文摘Globalization, which is characterized by the escalating mobility of capital, people, ideas and information on a universal scale, has become a sweeping theme in the contemporary world. Tourism and its associated economic activities are evidently not immune to such a wider context of the world economy. In the past one or two decades, a stable increase has been witnessed in international tourist flows, inter-regional and inter-organizational alliances, and foreign direct investment. These trends are especially prevalent in the developing world, largely because of their pristine nature, di- verse culture, inexpensive goods and services, cheap labours, and other resources. However, it has been cautioned by some scholars, especially those from the Third World countries, that tourism is an industry run by and for the rich, more powerful nations and their corresponding multinational corporations. This article, from the perspective of political economy, supplemented with views from development studies, made a normative analysis on the impacts of the glob- alization of tourism on the Third World destination countries. Specifically, these impacts have been detailed in terms of economic, sociocultural, and ecological domains. It was demonstrated that without appropriate planning and manage- ment, the costs of Third World tourism development may accrue to the extent that its benefits are burned out. 10Effects of daily light integral on tomato(Solanum lycopersicon L.)grafting and quality in a controlled environment显示文摘As the source of energy and biological signals,light can influence the healing process of grafted seedlings by regulating the synthesis of the endogenous hormone,regeneration of wound-healing tissue,and connection of vascular tissue in grafted seedlings.The effect of daily light integral(DLI)on the healing process and seedling quality of tomato(Solanum lycopersicum L.)was analyzed in this study,with the comparison of grafted seedlings treated in dark for 7 d after grafting.The results showed that the height increment of scion and rootstock,adhesion of graft union,stem flow,total chlorophyll content,and net photosynthesis rate increased gradually with increasing light intensity,and no longer increased significantly when the DLI was higher than 5.04 mol/m^(2)·d.The contents of auxin(IAA)and gibberellin(GA)in tomato leaves increased and abscisic acid(ABA)decreased with the increase of DLI.However,there was no significant difference between the treatments with DLI higher than 6.48 mol/m^(2)·d.Both the biomass and energy use efficiency(EUE)of grafted seedlings increased with DLI in a certain range and then decreased.The biomass was the largest when DLI was 5.04 mol/m^(2)·d.However,EUE was highest when DLI was 7.46 mol/m^(2)·d.In conclusion,a suitable DLI is beneficial to cultivate high-quality grafted tomato seedlings,and increasing DLI within a certain range can promote biomass accumulation,connection of vascular tissue,and endogenous hormone biosynthesis in tomato grafted seedlings during the healing period.The lighting environment with DLI of 5.04 mol/m^(2)·d(light intensity of 100μmol/m^(2)·s and light time of 14 h/d)is recommended for the healing treatment in high-quality production,which also improves EUE during the healing period of tomato grafted seedlings.Jinxiu Song Yulong Fan Xingqun Li Yuzhu Li Hanping Mao Zhiyu Zuo Zhirong Zou 2022International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,6:1

14Improved filtered-ε adaptive inverse control and its application on nonlinear ship maneuvering显示文摘The drawbacks of common nonlinear Filtered- ε adaptive inverse control (AIC) method, such as the unreliability due to the change of delay time and the faultiness existing in its disturbance control loop, are discussed. Based on it, the diagram of AIC is amended to accommodate with the characteristic of nonlinear object with time delay. The corresponding Filtered-ε adaptive algorithm based on RTRL is presented to identify the parameters and design the controller. 19Primary productivity in the western tropical Pacific and equatorial warm waters显示文摘Primary productivity in the western tropical Pacific and equatorial warm waters was studied in the WOCE cruise in November of 1991 and the TOGA-COARE cruise from November of 1992 to February of 1993.It is shown that the total amount of integrated chlorophyll a(chloro a)was 19 79 mg/m 2 in depthof0~150 m and the average daily primary productivity was 171 mg/(m 2·d)(C)appeared in the western tropical Pacific while a higher chloro a(21 68 mg/m 2)and primary productivity [228 mg/(m 2·d)(C)]were observed in the equatorial warm waters.The highest chloro a was found at the coastal stations of Philippines and Irian while the lowest chloro a was at the offshore areas bounded by 2°~4°N.The distribution pattern of chloro a biomass was related to different physical processes.Upwelling,which may have led to a high biomass, was a critical factor changing the distributions of temperature,salinity and nutrient in these areas.Chen Xingqun 1,Zhang Ming 1,Chen Qihuan 1 ThirdInstituteofOceanography ,StateOceanicAdministration ,Xiamen 36 10 0 5 ,China 2001Acta Oceanologica Sinica2001,20,1:1
