1Effect of Different Dietary Protein and Lipid Levels on the Growth,Body Composition,and Intestinal Digestive Enzyme Activities of Juvenile Yellow Drum Nibea albiflora(Richardson)显示文摘An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to determine the optimal dietary protein-to-lipid ratio for juvenile Nibea albiflora with an initial weight of(11.76 ± 0.20) g.Nine experimental diets containing different concentrations of protein(40%,47%,or 54%) and lipids(5%,9%,or 13%) in a 3 × 3 factorial experimental design were tested in triplicate groups of fish,while the protein-to-energy(P/E) ratios of the diets varied in the range of 19.74–28.32 mg k J^(-1).Results showed that fish fed diets containing 9% or 13% lipids with 54% protein exhibited significantly higher weight gains and specific growth rates than those fed other diets.The feed conversion rate of fish fed the diet with 40% protein and 5% lipids was significantly poorer than that of fish fed other diets.The protein efficiency rate of fish fed diets with 5% lipids was significantly lower than that of fish fed 9% or 13% lipid diets.Carcass lipid and energy contents were positively correlated with dietary lipid level regardless of protein level.Fish fed a 54% protein diet showed the highest trypsin activity.The intestinal lipase activity of fish fed the diet containing 13% lipids was significantly higher than that of fish fed 5% or 9% lipid diets.These results demonstrate the high protein dietary requirements of N.albiflora.A diet containing 54% protein and 9%–13% lipids with a P/E ratio of 26.2–27.81 mg protein k J^(-1) can be considered optimal for juvenile N.albiflora.WANG Ligai HU Shenyu LOU Bao CHEN Dongxing ZHAN Wei CHEN Ruiyi LIU Feng XU Dongdong 2018Journal of Ocean University of China2018,17,5:4
2Investigation of ion-atom collision dynamics through imaging techniques显示文摘The principle and technique details of recoil ion momentum imaging are discussed and summarized. The recoil ion momentum spectroscopy built at the Institute of Modern Physics (Lanzhou) is presented. The first results obtained at the setup are analyzed. For 30 keV He2+ on He collision, it is found that the capture of single electron occurs dominantly into the first excited states, and the related scattering angle results show that the ground state capture occurs at large impact parameters, while the capture into excited states occurs at small impact parameters. The results manifest the collision dynamics for the sub-femto-second process can be studied through the techniques uniquely. 3PGE2/EP4 skeleton interoception activity reduces vertebral endplate porosity and spinal pain with low-dose celecoxib显示文摘Skeletal interoception regulates bone homeostasis through the prostaglandin E2(PGE2)concentration in bone.Vertebral endplates undergo ossification and become highly porous during intervertebral disc degeneration and aging.We found that the PGE2 concentration was elevated in porous endplates to generate spinal pain.Importantly,treatment with a high-dose cyclooxygenase 2 inhibitor(celecoxib,80 mg·kg−1 per day)decreased the prostaglandin E2 concentration and attenuated spinal pain in mice with lumbar spine instability.However,this treatment impaired bone formation in porous endplates,and spinal pain recurred after discontinuing the treatment.Interestingly,low-dose celecoxib(20 mg·kg−1 per day,which is equivalent to one-quarter of the clinical maximum dosage)induced a latent inhibition of spinal pain at 3 weeks post-treatment,which persisted even after discontinuing treatment.Furthermore,when the prostaglandin E2 concentration was maintained at the physiological level with low-dose celecoxib,endplate porosity was reduced significantly,which was associated with decreased sensory nerve innervation and spinal pain.These findings suggest that low-dose celecoxib may help to maintain skeletal interoception and decrease vertebral endplate porosity,thereby reducing sensory innervation and spinal pain in mice.Peng Xue Shenyu Wang Xiao Lyu Mei Wan Xialin Li Lei Ma Neil CFord Yukun Li Yun Guan Wenyuan Ding Xu Cao 2021Bone Research2021,9,3:2

54-6 Measurement of the Ratio of C3+ and O4+ Ions Produced by ECR Source to Prepare a Laser Cooling Experiment at Storage Rings显示文摘The cooling of heavy ions can provide high-quality beams that are especially important for high-precisionexperimental nuclear and atomic physics. The laser cooling of relativistic C3+ ion beams at the experimental coolerstorage ring (CSRe) is being currently prepared at Institute of Modern Physics (IMP) in Lanzhou. An electroncyclotron resonance ion source (ECRIS) will be used to produce C3+ ion beams. Meanwhile, O4+ ions could alsobe produced due to residual gas because of the same mass-to-charge ratio. Therefore, both C3+ and O4+ ion beamswill be injected and circulate in a storage ring during the laser cooling experiment at the same time. 74-16 Triple Coincidence (e, γ2e) Experiment for Ionization-excitation of Helium*显示文摘Electron induced ionization-excitation (IE) of helium is a basic four-body Coulomb problem in which all thefour charged particles are actively involved. It is much more challenging to both experiment and theory in contrastto direct ionization with the residual He+ ion in the ground state. The 2s or 2p separated TDCS data, especially atlow incident energy range where the high order effects are expected to play a significant role, would offer the moststringent test to theoretical models. 8Ne^(8+)重离子碰撞氩二聚体碎裂中的取向效应研究显示文摘The experiment was carried out using the Reaction Microscope mounted at the 320 kV platform for multidisciplinary research with highly charged ions at the Institute of Modern Physics,CAS[1,2].For reaction channel of(Ar2)^(2+)→Ar^(+)+Ar^(+),the kinetic energy release(KER)distribution clearly shows two peaks.The left peak locates at 3.7 eV approximately,and the right one lies at about 5.3 eV.From the classical reflection approximation KER/(Z1-Z2)=R,the internuclear distance R can be deduced.We find that the corresponding internuclear distance of the left peak is 3.8˚A,which is the equilibrium internuclear distance of the Ar2 dimer.This indicates that coulomb explosion takes place immediately after the double ionization process,without the involvement of the geometry change of the cluster ion.Therefore,the left peak dominantly arises from two-site double ionization.Zhu Xiaolong Yan Shuncheng Feng Wentian Ma Xinwen Chuai Xiaoya Guo Dalong Gao Yong Zhang Ruitian Zhang Pengju Zhang Shaofeng Zhao Dongmei Xu Shenyue Wang Hanbing Huang Zhongkui Qian Dongbin 2018IMP & HIRFL Annual Report2018,,1:0
