2Two VOZ transcription factors link an E3 ligase and an NLR immune receptor to modulate immunity in rice显示文摘Nucleotide-binding leucine-rich repeat(NLR)proteins play critical roles in plant immunity.However,how NLRs are regulated and activate defense signaling is not fully understood.The rice(Oryza sativa)NLR receptor Piz-t confers broad-spectrum resistance to the fungal pathogen Magnaporthe oryzae and the RING-type E3 ligase AVRPIZ-T INTERACTING PROTEIN 10(APIP10)negatively regulates Piz-t accumulation.In this study,we found that APIP10 interacts with two rice transcription factors,VASCULAR PLANT ONEZINC FINGER 1(OsVOZ1)and OsVOZ2,and promotes their degradation through the 26S proteasome pathway.OsVOZ1 displays transcriptional repression activity while OsVOZ2 confers transcriptional activation activity in planta.The osvoz1 and osvoz2 single mutants display modest but opposite M.oryzae resistance in the non-Piz-t background.However,the osvoz1 osvoz2 double mutant exhibits strong dwarfism and cell death,and silencing of both genes via RNA interference also leads to dwarfism,mild cell death,and enhanced resistance to M.oryzae in the non-Piz-t background.Both OsVOZ1 and OsVOZ2 interact with Piz-t.Double silencing of OsVOZ1 and OsVOZ2 in the Piz-t background decreases Piz-t protein accumulation and transcription,reactive oxygen species-dependent cell death,and resistance to M.oryzae containing AvrPiz-t.Taken together,these results indicate that OsVOZ1 and OsVOZ2 negatively regulate basal defense but contribute positively to Piz-t-mediated immunity.Jiyang Wang Ruyi Wang Hong Fang Chongyang Zhang Fan Zhang Zeyun Hao Xiaoman You Xuetao Shi Chan Ho Park Kangyu Hua Feng He Maria Bellizzi Kieu Thi Xuan Vo Jong-Seong Jeon Yuese Ning Guo-Liang Wang 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,2:8
3Etomidate affects the anti-oxidant pathway to protect retinal ganglion cells after optic nerve transection显示文摘Our previous studies revealed that etomidate, a non-barbiturate intravenous anesthetic agent, has protective effects on retinal ganglion cells within 7 days after optic nerve transection. Whether this process is related to anti-oxidative stress is not clear. To reveal its mechanism, we established the optic nerve transection injury model by transecting 1 mm behind the left eyeball of adult male Sprague-Dawley rats. The rats received an intraperitoneal injection of etomidate(4 mg/kg) once per day for 7 days. The results showed that etomidate significantly enhanced the number of retinal ganglion cells retrogradely labeled with Fluorogold at 7 days after optic nerve transection. Etomidate also significantly reduced the levels of nitric oxide and malonaldehyde in the retina and increased the level of glutathione at 12 hours after optic nerve transection. Thus, etomidate can protect retinal ganglion cells after optic nerve transection in adult rats by activating an anti-oxidative stress response. 4Lower limit law of welding windows for explosive welding of dissimilar metals显示文摘The influence of explosive charge thickness on the quality of explosive welding of dissimilar metals was investigated.The lower limit law should be followed in the course of explosive welding.Three welding experiments of stainless steel(410S)and steel(Q345R)were carried out in three different kinds of explosive charge thicknesses,namely 15,25and 35mm.Interfaces of morphology and mechanical properties of three samples were observed and tested.It was found that micro and small wavy bonding is mainly formed for charge thickness of 15mm whose strength is the highest with minor deformation and few defects in the interface;small and middle wavy bonding are mainly formed for charge thickness of 25 mm whose strength is comparatively mediocre;big wavy bonding is mainly formed for charge thickness of 35 mm whose strength is the lowest.The cause of high bonding strength of the micro and small wavy interface was analyzed and verified on the basis of the results of Electron Probe Micro-Analyzer(EPMA)tests of three selected samples.Chang-gen Shi Xuan Yang Yu-heng Ge Jun You Hong-bao Hou 2017Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)2017,24,8:3
5Assessing Liver Function by T1 Maps on Gd-EOB-DTPA- Enhanced MRI for up to 50 Min in Rat Models of Liver Fibrosis: A Longer Hepatobiliary Time Period may Help显示文摘Objectives To investigate whether a longer time period of gadolinium ethoxybenzyl diethylenetriaminepen-taacetic add(Gd-EOB-DTPA)-enhanced T1 mapping scanning,as well as dynamic contrast-enhanced(DCE)and multiple hepatobiliary phase magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)have the potential to provide information about liver function in rats with liver fibrosis.Methods Forty rats were divided into the carbon tetrachloride-induced hepatic injury groups[carbon tetrachloride for four(n=14),eight(n=8),or twelve(n=8)weeks]and the control group(n=10).Gd-EOB-DTPA-enhanced MRI was performed including T1-mapping(delayed to 50 min),DCE,and multiple hepatobiliary phases.Indocyanine green retention rate at 15 min(ICG-R15)was determined.Parameters such as T1 reduction rate(△T1),elimination half-life of △T1(T_(△T1 1/2)),relative enhancement(RE),time to maximum RE(T_(max)),and perfusion parameters were calculated.Pearson correlation analysis was used for correlation analysis between ICG-R15 and each MRI indices.Results △T1 at 30,40,and 50 min showed significant positive correlations with ICG-R15(r=0.784,0.653,0.757,P=0.007,0.041,0.030).T_(△T1 1/2) showed a significant positive correlation with ICG-R15(r=0.685,P=0.029).showed a significant positive correlation with ICG-R15(r=0.532,P=0.019).Conclusions △T1 in the late hepatobiliary phase and T_(△T1 1/2) exhibited moderate correlations with liver function.The longer time period of Gd-EOB-DTPA-enhanced Tl mapping scanning,as well as DCE and multiple hepatobiliary phases,may be of some value for estimating liver function in rats with liver fibrosis.Jia Xu Xuan Wang Zhengyu Jin Qin Wang Yan You Shitian Wang Tianyi Qian Huadan Xue 2021Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2021,36,2:2
6Effects of different Chinese herbal prescriptions on cytokines in autoimmune prostatitis rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe and compare the effects of Chinese herbal prescriptions for promoting blood circulation,clearing heat,removing toxicity,and dispersing stagnated liver-Qi on cytokines in model rats with experimental autoimmune prostatitis(EAP) to provide an experimental basis for the use of Chinese herbal prescriptions in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.METHODS:One-hundred and ten male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 11 groups:blank group;model group;Huoxuehuayu(promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis) high,middle,and low dose groups;Qingrejiedu(clearing heat and removing toxicity) high,middle,and low dose groups;and Shuganliqi(dispersing stagnated liver-Qi) high,middle,and low dose groups.Except the blank group,rats in all groups were injected subcutaneously in multiple points on days 0 and 30 with prostatic protein extractive solution(60 mg/ml_),and intraperitoneally injected with diphtheria-pertussis and tetanus vaccine(DPT vaccine) to establish the EAP model.Model rats were administrated high,middle,and low doses of Chinese herbal prescriptions and were sacrificed after 4 weeks.Pathological changes in the prostate gland were observed with HE staining and changes in serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),and prostaglandin E_2(PGE_2) levels were detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.RESULTS:Compared with the blank group,serum PGE_2,IL-6,and IL-8 levels in the model group were significantly higher(P < 0.05).Compared with the model group,serum PGE_2,IL-6,and IL-8 levels in the Qingrejiedu low dose and middle dose groups were significantly lower(P < 0.05),with the lower dose having a more obvious effect.Serum PGE_2,IL-6,and IL-8 levels in the Huoxuehuayu high dose group(P < 0.05),IL-6 and IL-8 levels in the Huoxuehuayu middle dose group(P < 0.05),and the IL-8level in the Huoxuehuayu low dose group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in PGE_2 and IL-6 levels among the different dose groups of Shuganliqi drugs(P < 0.05).Compared with the model group,serum PGE_(2/) IL-6,and IL-8levels in the Shuganliqi high dose group(P <0.05) and IL-8 level in the Shuganliqi low dose group were significantly lower(P < 0.05),while the Shuganliqi middle dose group did not change significantly(P > 0.05).CONCLUSION:Therefore,in TCM treatment of autoimmune prostatitis,different treatment methods should select different doses.For prescriptions that clear heat and remove toxicity,low doses should be used.For prescriptions that promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis and for prescriptions that disperse stagnated liver-Qi,high doses should be used.Song Guohong Zhang Qiumei Pang Baozhen He Lijuan Saimaiti Julaiti Tulahong Aisikeer Gao Xuan You Lina Wuxiuer Reyihan Zhou Wentao Pang Qingyang 2015Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2015,35,2:2
7Microtremor-based analysis of the dynamic response characteristics of earth-fissured sites in the Datong basin, China显示文摘This study conducted microtremor testing along six survey lines that cross three typical earth fissures in the Datong basin to determine the dynamic response characteristics of earth fissure sites with regard to the Fourier amplitude spectrum,response spectrum,and Arias intensity.The results show the following.(1)The predominant frequency of an earth fissure site is mainly affected by the thickness and the shear wave velocity of the soil layer and is minimally effected by the presence of an earth fissure.(2)Earth fissures have a pronounced amplification effect on dynamic response.Fourier amplitude,response acceleration,and Arias intensity are high near an earth fissure and decrease with an increase in distance from the earth fissure,tending toward stability at a distance of 20 m.(3)The area that is seriously affected by this amplification is within 6-8 m of an earth fissure,and the general affected area is farther out than this,to a distance of 25 m.(4)New construction should be avoided in an area affected by the amplification,and existing buildings in general and seriously affected areas need to be reinforced to increase their seismic fortification intensity.Xuan You Deng Yahong He Jia Chang Jiang Yan Zuofei Wu Wei 2021Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2021,20,3:2
8Simulation and characteristics analysis of a wavefield in a thermoelastic medium adopting the rotated staggered-grid pseudospectral method and L-S theory显示文摘The simulation of wave propagation in high-temperature media requires thermoelastic theory.In this paper,we apply the rotated-staggered-grid pseudo-spectral method(RSG-PSM)to solving thermoelastic governing equations based on L-S theory.A time splitting method is used to solve the stiffness problem of the equations,and we introduce the rotated staggered pseudo-spectral operator and centered pseudo-spectral operator to compute the first-order spatial derivatives and second-order spatial derivatives,respectively.In the case of the heterogeneous-medium model,the Crank-Nicolson explicit method is used instead of the pseudo-spectral method to compute the wavefield.The properties and propagation of the thermal coupled wavefield are discussed,and we compare the simulation results obtained using the pseudo-spectral method,staggered-grid pseudo-spectral method,and RSG-PSM.In the case of an isotropic homogeneous medium,we obtain stable and highly accurate results using the time splitting method combined with the RSG-PSM.However,the algorithm cannot be applied with a large time step when the thermal conductivity changes dramatically,and the algorithm is unstable when the reference temperature has a gradient distribution.The optimal combined application of the mesh generation mode and numerical algorithm is explored,laying a foundation for the extension of these methods to thermoporoelasticity,thermoviscoelasticity,and anisotropy.Yuanxie LI Cai LIU Zhiqi GUO Yang LIU Xuan FENG You TIAN Qi LU 2021Science China Earth Sciences2021,64,8:1

12Synthesis of Lithium-cobalt Oxides by Sol-gel Method and their Cathodical Discharge Behavior at 500 ℃显示文摘Three kinds of lithium cobalt oxides with lithium to cobalt atomic ratios of 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0 respectively were prepared using nitrates and citric acid by sol gel process. During the baking of the dry gel powder, two exothermic peaks occur, followed by the formation of Li 2O and Co 3O 4 and then the combination of LiCoO 2, which is testified by DTA and XRD. The powder formed from an alkaline sol is finer than that from the acidic one. 20Application of high-frequency magnetotelluric method in porphyry copper deposit exploration:a case study of Duobaoshan deposit area显示文摘The Duobaoshan mine area in Heilongjiang is located in the northeast section of Xingmeng orogenic belt and is in the west side of Hegang Mountain-Heihe fault zone. There exist many deposits in this area,and its metallogenic conditions are superior,which has been one of the hotspots in geological prospecting and metallogenic research in Northeast China. On the basis of previous studies,the authors used the EH-4 electromagnetic imaging system to carry out the data acquisition of three survey lines in Woduhe Village,Duobaoshan Town,Nenjiang County. Through the analysis of apparent resistivity section under TE and TM polarization modes,integrating regional geological data,it is concluded that:(1) the electrical characteristics of the metal ore in this area show a relatively low resistance,and according to its resistivity difference with surrounding rocks,the geometrical structures and apparent resistivity parameters of the low resistivity bodies in the lower section of the survey line are defined,and the electrical anomalies can be identified;(2)faults F1 and F2 may have a good metallogenic environment,so they are recommended for further exploration;(3) low resistance metal ore bodies have good correlation with local small structures or faults,which may play an iconic role for the delineation of key target areas;(4) in the process of using apparent resistivity to define the geometric structures of ore bodies underground,comprehensive analysis integrating the advantages of TE and TM models should be carry out to achieve more reliable inversion results.LIU Caihua QU Xin FENG Xuan TTAN You LIU Yang QIAO Hanqing WANG Shiyu 2017Global Geology2017,20,4:1
