5Weighted Multi-sensor Data Level Fusion Method of Vibration Signal Based on Correlation Function显示文摘As the differences of sensor's precision and some random factors are difficult to control,the actual measurement signals are far from the target signals that affect the reliability and precision of rotating machinery fault diagnosis.The traditional signal processing methods,such as classical inference and weighted averaging algorithm usually lack dynamic adaptability that is easy for trends to cause the faults to be misjudged or left out.To enhance the measuring veracity and precision of vibration signal in rotary machine multi-sensor vibration signal fault diagnosis,a novel data level fusion approach is presented on the basis of correlation function analysis to fast determine the weighted value of multi-sensor vibration signals.The approach doesn't require knowing the prior information about sensors,and the weighted value of sensors can be confirmed depending on the correlation measure of real-time data tested in the data level fusion process.It gives greater weighted value to the greater correlation measure of sensor signals,and vice versa.The approach can effectively suppress large errors and even can still fuse data in the case of sensor failures because it takes full advantage of sensor's own-information to determine the weighted value.Moreover,it has good performance of anti-jamming due to the correlation measures between noise and effective signals are usually small.Through the simulation of typical signal collected from multi-sensors,the comparative analysis of dynamic adaptability and fault tolerance between the proposed approach and traditional weighted averaging approach is taken.Finally,the rotor dynamics and integrated fault simulator is taken as an example to verify the feasibility and advantages of the proposed approach,it is shown that the multi-sensor data level fusion based on correlation function weighted approach is better than the traditional weighted average approach with respect to fusion precision and dynamic adaptability.Meantime,the approach is adaptable and easy to use,can be applied to other areas of vibration measurement.BIN Guangfu JIANG Zhinong LI Xuejun DHILLON B S 2011Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,5:7
6Industrial and Agricultural Effects on Water Environment and Its Optimization in Heavily Polluted Area in Taihu Lake Basin, China显示文摘The deteriorating water quality in the Taihu Lake Basin has attracted widespread attention for many years, and is correlated with a sharp increase in the quantity of pollutant discharge such as agricultural fertilizers and industrial wastewater. In this study, several factors were selected for evaluating and regionalizing the water environmental capacity by ArcGIS spatial analysis, including geomorphologic characteristics, water quality goals, water body accessibility, water-dilution channels, and current water quality. Then, the spatial optimization of agriculture and industry was adjusted through overlay analysis, based on the balance between industrial space and water environmental capacity. The results show that the water environmental capacity gradually decreases from the west to the east, in contrast, the pollution caused by industrial and agricultural clustering is distributes along Taihu Lake, Gehu Lake and urban districts. The analysis of the agricultural space focuses on optimizing key protected areas of the Taihu Lake Basin, and the shores of Gehu Lake, optimally adjusting the second protected areas of the Taihu Lake Basin, and generally adjusting the urban areas of Changzhou and Wuxi cities. The analysis of industrial space focuses on optimizing the downtowns of Changzhou and Wuxi cities, optimally adjusting key protected areas and second protected areas of the Taihu Lake Basin, and generally adjusting the south and southwest of Gehu Lake. 7Quantitative analysis of the ribbon synapse number of cochlear inner hair cells in C57BL/6J mice using the three-dimensional modeling method显示文摘In mammals,the ribbon synapses of cochlear inner hair cells are a synaptic structure of the first sensory nerve in the pathway of acoustical signal transmission to the acoustic center,and it is directly involved in voice coding and neurotransmitter release. It is difficult to quantitatively analyze the ribbon synaptic number only using an electron microscope,because the ribbon synaptic number is relatively limited and their location is deep. In this study,the specific presynaptic structure-RIBEYE,and non-specific postsynaptic structure-GluR 2 & 3 in C57BL/6J mouse basilar membrane samples were treated by immunofluorescent labeling. Serial section was performed on the samples using a laser scanning confocal microscope,and then the serial sections were used to build three-dimensional models using 3DS MAX software. Each fluorescein color pair indicates one synapse,so the number of ribbon synapses of inner hair cells is obtained. The spatial distribution and the number of ribbon synapses of cochlear inner hair cells were clearly shown in this experiment,and the mean number of ribbon synapses per inner hair cell was 16.10±1.03. Our results have demonstrated the number of ribbon synapses is accurately calculated by double immunofluorescent labeling to presynaptic and postsynaptic structures,serial sections obtained using a laser scanning confocal microscope,and three-dimensional modeling obtained using 3DS MAX software. 8Pioneering function of Isl1 in the epigenetic control of cardiomyocyte cell fate显示文摘Generation of widely differing and specialized cell types from a single totipotent zygote involves large-scale transcriptional changes and chromatin reorganization. Pioneer transcription factors play key roles in programming the epigenome and facilitating recruitment of additional regulatory factors during successive cell lineage specification and differentiation steps. Here we show that Isl1 acts as a pioneer factor driving cardiomyocyte lineage commitment by shaping the chromatin landscape of cardiac progenitor cells. Using an Isl1 hypomorphic mouse line which shows congenital heart defects, genome-wide profiling of Isl1 binding together with RNA- and ATAC-sequencing of cardiac progenitor cells and their derivatives, we uncover a regulatory network downstream of Isl1 that orchestrates cardiogenesis. Mechanistically, we show that Isl1 binds to compacted chromatin and works in concert with the Brg1-Baf60c-based SWI/SNF complex to promote permissive cardiac lineage-specific alterations in the chromatin landscape not only of genes with critical functions in cardiac progenitor cells, but also of cardiomyocyte structural genes that are highly expressed when Isl1 itself is no longer present. 9A Novel Resource Allocation Algorithm based on Downlink and Uplink Decouple Access Scheme in Heterogeneous Networks显示文摘Traditional cellular network requires that a user equipment(UE) should associate to the same base station(BS) in both the downlink(DL) and the uplink(UL). Based on dual connectivity(DC) introduced in LTE-Advanced R12, DL/UL decouple access scheme has been proposed, which is especially suitable for heterogeneous networks(Het Nets). This paper is the pioneer to take the DL/UL decouple access scheme into consideration and develop a novel resource allocation algorithm in a two-tier Het Net to improve the total system throughput in the UL and ease the load imbalance between macro base stations(MBSs) and pico base stations(PBSs). A model is formulated as a nonlinear integer programming, and the proposed algorithm is a sub-optimal algorithm based on the graph theory. First, an undirected and weighted interference graph is obtained. Next, the users are grouped to let users with large mutual interferences to be assigned to different clusters. Then, the users in different clusters are allocated to different resource blocks(RBs) by using the Hungarian algorithm. 10Wavy PtCu alloy nanowire networks with abundant surface defects enhanced oxygen reduction reaction显示文摘Bimetalic platinum-copper(Pt-Cu)alloy nanowires have emerged as a novel class of fuel cell electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)due to their intrinsic high catalytic activity and durability,but preparing such electrocatalysts with clean surface via facile method is still a challenge.Herein,PtCu alloy with nanowire networks(NWNs)structure is obtained by a simple modified polyol method accompanied with a salt-mediated self-assembly process in a water/ethylene glycol(EG)mixing media.The formation mechanism of PtCu NWNs including the morphological evolution and the relevant experimental parameters has been investigated systematically.We propose that a micro-interface in H2O-EG media formed with the assistance of disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate(Na2H2P2O7)and its unique nature of coordinating with Pt^2+ or Cu^2+ play critical roles in the formation of NWNs.When tested as ORR catalyst,the PtCuNWNs/C exhibits much higher activity and durability than that of PtNWNs/C and commercial PtC,even exceeding the target of DOE in 2020.The excellent performance of PtCuNWNs/C could be attributed to the unique structure of NWNs with 2.4 nm ultrathin wavy nanowires and plentiful surface defects and the modified electronic effect caused by alloying with Cu atoms.Dahui Fang Lei Wan Qike Jiang Hongjie Zhang Xuejun Tang Xiaoping Qin Zhigang Shao Zidong Wei 2019Nano Research2019,12,11:4
11Preparation of one-dimensional nanostructured ZnO显示文摘Rod-like ZnO particles were synthesized via a sol-gel method by adding ethylene diamine(EDA) to the reaction system of Zn(Ac)2·2H2O and H2C2O4·2H2O.The crystal phase and morphology of the products were characterized by XRD(X-ray powder diffractometer) and TEM(transmission electron microscope).Rod-like ZnO belongs to the hexagonal Wurtzite system,with diameters and lengths of about 20-200 nm and 0.2-1.5 m,respectively.Experimental results showed that the morphology of nano-ZnO can be controlled by modulating the quantities of EDA added into the reaction system and that EDA plays an important role in the formation of rod-like ZnO particles.The growth mechanism of the rod-like nanoZnO was briefly discussed.The proposed facile,reproducible,effective and low-cost synthesis promises future large-scale preparation of nanostructured ZnO for application in nanotechnology.Xiuping Jiang Youzhi Liu Yanyang Gao Xuejun Zhang Lihong Shi 2010Particuology2010,8,4:4

13A monotone finite volume method for time fractional Fokker-Planck equations显示文摘We develop a monotone ?nite volume method for the time fractional Fokker-Planck equations and theoretically prove its unconditional stability. We show that the convergence rate of this method is of order 1 in the space and if the space grid becomes suffciently ?ne, the convergence rate can be improved to order 2.Numerical results are given to support our theoretical ?ndings. 14Incidence of Macrosomia in Rural Areas—Henan Province,China,2013–2017显示文摘Introduction:Macrosomia has short-term and long-term adverse health effects and is thus an important public health concern.Recent decades have witnessed increasing incidence of macrosomia in many countries.Methods:The present study used a large population-based birth cohort study to depict incidence of macrosomia among live births in rural areas of Henan Province of China from 2013 to 2017.Results:Among the 1,262,916 births,82,353 were cases of macrosomia.The overall incidence of all types of macrosomia,of macrosomia with birth weight<4,500 g,and of macrosomia with birth weight≥4,500 g were 6.52%,5.30%,and 1.22%,respectively.From 2013 to 2017,the incidence of macrosomia decreased by 31.3%from 7.96%in 2013 to 5.47%in 2017(X^(2)_(trend)=946.96,P_(trend)<0.001).Male infants and infants≥42 gestational weeks had significantly higher incidence of macrosomia than that of female infants and infants<42 gestational weeks(P<0.001).Conclusion:Gestational weight control through nutrition management and physical activities during pregnancy are needed to reduce incidence of macrosomia.Shiqi Lin Jian Chai Jiajia Li Xuejun Shang Lijun Pei Lifang Jiang Junxi Zhang Panpan Sun Wei Dong Yuhong Wang Dezhuan Zhou 2021China CDC weekly2021,3,37:3

17Pairwise distance-based heteroscedasticity test for regressions显示文摘In this study,we propose nonparametric testing for heteroscedasticity in nonlinear regression models based on pairwise distances between points in a sample.The test statistic can be formulated such that Ustatistic theory can be applied to it.Although the limiting null distribution of the statistic is complicated,we can derive a computationally feasible bootstrap approximation for such a distribution;the validity of the introduced bootstrap algorithm is proven.The test can detect any local alternatives that are different from the null at a nearly optimal rate in hypothesis testing.The convergence rate of this test statistic does not depend on the dimension of the covariates,which significantly alleviates the impact of dimensionality.We provide three simulation studies and a real-data example to evaluate the performance of the test and demonstrate its applications.Xu Guo Xuejun Jiang Shumei Zhang Lixing Zhu 2020Science China Mathematics2020,63,12:2
