| 4 | Heparanase Expression Correlates with Angiogenesis and Lymphangiogenesis in Human Lung Cancer显示文摘Background and objective Heparanase has been thought to be a good molecular marker of tumor,and the heparanase expression level was correlated closely with tumor metastasis. In this study,we investigate the effects of heparanase on angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis of lung cancer and the relationship between heparanase expression and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C). Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of heparanase,VEGF,VEGF-C protein and microvascular density (MVD),lymphatic vessel density (LVD) in 115 cases of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and 45 cases of adjacent normal tissue samples. Results Our results showed that heparanase expression was significantly increased in 91 (79.13%) of the 115 cases and correlated with lymph node metastasis (node positive rate 87.0%; node negative rate 36.8%; P=0.003). Heparanase positive expression cases have significantly higher concentration of microvascular density (MVD) and lymphatic vessel density (LVD) as compared with heparanase negative expression cases (P<0.01,P<0.01,respectively),heparanase expression was significantly correlated with VEGF,VEGF-C expression in NSCLC. | 6 | Integrated generation–consumption dispatch based on compensation mechanism considering demand response behavior显示文摘Demand response(DR) is important to account for behaviors of the demand side to yield an optimal dispatch result. However, it is difficult for energy suppliers to collect customers' private information unless there is an incentive mechanism for customers to do so. Therefore,this paper proposes a new integrated generation–consumption dispatch based on compensation mechanism considering DR behavior. Firstly, in light of the dayahead load forecast data, we deduce the utility function model of different customers. By subtracting generating units' operation cost from consumers' total utility, the dispatch model has a decentralized demand participant structure based on this utility function. The utility function is used to describe consumers' preferences and energy consumption behaviors. Secondly, an effective compensation mechanism is designed to ensure customers to select the level of compensation appropriate to their willingness to curtail load. Finally, a new dispatch model is proposed that incorporates the DR compensation mechanism into the generation–consumption dispatch model. The new model can improve the interaction of generation and consumption,and benefit both the energy supplier and its customers. The proposed model is piecewise linearized and solved by a mixed-integer linear programming method. It is tested on a six-bus system and the IEEE 118-bus system. | 8 | Adsorption Performance of Sliding Wall-Climbing Robot显示文摘Sliding wall-climbing robot(SWCR) is applied worldwide for its continuous motion,however,considerable air leakage causes two problems:great power consumption and big noise,and they constraint the robot's comprehensive performance.So far,effective theoretical model is still lacked to solve the problems.The concept of SWCR's adsorption performance is presented,and the techniques of improving utilization rate of given adsorption force and utilization rate of power are studied respectively to improve SWCR's adsorption performance.The effect of locomotion mechanism selection and seal's pressure allocation upon utilization rate of given adsorption force is discussed,and the theoretical way for relevant parameters optimization are provided.The directions for improving utilization rate of power are pointed out based on the detail analysis results of suction system's thermodynamics and hydrodynamics.On this condition,a design method for SWCR-specific impeller is presented,which shows how the impeller's key parameters impact its aerodynamic performance with the aid of computational fluid dynamics(CFD) simulations.The robot prototype,BIT Climber,is developed,and its functions such as mobility,adaptability on wall surface,payload,obstacle ability and wall surface inspection are tested.Through the experiments for the adhesion performance of the robot adsorption system on the normal wall surface,at the impeller's rated rotating speed,the total adsorption force can reach 237.2 N,the average effective negative pressure is 3.02 kPa and the design error is 3.8% only,which indicates a high efficiency.Furthermore,it is found that the robot suction system's static pressure efficiency reaches 84% and utilization rate of adsorption force 81% by the experiment.This thermodynamics model and SWCR-specific impeller design method can effectively improve SWCR's adsorption performance and expand this robot applicability on the various walls.A sliding wall-climbing robot with high adhesion efficiency is developed,and this robot has the features of light body in weight,small size in structure and good capability in payload. | LI Jun GAO Xueshan FAN Ningjun LI Kejie JIANG Zhihong JIANG Zhijian | 2010 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,6: | 4 |

| 10 | Research on the Production Process of Apple Clear Juice Beverage显示文摘[Objective] The study aimed to determine the formula and production process of apple clear juice beverage. [Method] Concentrated apple juice was used as the raw material in this experiment, apple clear juice beverage was produced through dilution, blending, color protection, sterilization and other key processes. By using orthogonal test, the best formula of the apple clear juice beverage was determined, and then the color protection effects of three color protection agents Cys, NaHSO3 and VC on the apple clear juice beverage were compared. [Result] The best formula of the apple clear juice beverage was composed of 0.15% citric acid, 0.20% sodium citrate, 0.06% tannic acid, 6% white sugar and 16% concentrated apple juice. Besides, there was a big difference among the three kinds of color protection agents (Cys, NaHSO3 and VC) in the color protection effects on the apple clear juice beverage. Considering the quality safety of the product, 0.60% VC was chosen as the best color protection agent. | 11 | System deployment optimization in architecture design显示文摘Optimization of architecture design has recently drawn research interest. System deployment optimization(SDO) refers to the process of optimizing systems that are being deployed to activities. This paper first formulates a mathematical model to theorize and operationalize the SDO problem and then identifies optimal solutions to solve the SDO problem. In the solutions, the success rate of the combat task is maximized, whereas the execution time of the task and the cost of changes in the system structure are minimized. The presented optimized algorithm generates an optimal solution without the need to check the entire search space. A novel method is finally proposed based on the combination of heuristic method and genetic algorithm(HGA), as well as the combination of heuristic method and particle swarm optimization(HPSO).
