| 1 | An eigenstructure-based 2D DOA estimation method using dual-size spatial invariance array显示文摘A sparse planar array vertically placed in y-z plane is proposed to improve the angle estimation accuracy of sources in low angle region with reflection multipath.With two sizes of spatial invariances along both dimensions,the array estimates the azimuth and elevation angles using unitary ESPRIT(estimation of signal parameters via rotational invariance techniques).The first spatial invariance with a displacement of half-wavelength yields unambiguous coarse estimates of high-variance,while the second spatial invariance with much larger a displacement of subarrays obtains cyclically ambiguous fine estimates of low-variance.The final estimates are obtained by disambiguating fine estimates with coarse estimates.A novel pairing scheme is proposed to pair both the azimuth and elevation,coarse and fine angle estimates of the same signal.In addition, a new method is presented to calculate 2D angles,which substitutes the estimated elevation angle into the sin relative to the y-axis to get the azimuth angle.Employing real-valued processing and array aperture extension, the new DOA measuring method de-correlates the multipath signals and enhances angle resolution with no extra antennas and computational complexity.Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed technique and its advantages over the conventional methods. | YANG XueYa CHEN BaiXiao CHEN YunHai | 2011 | Science China(Information Sciences)2011,54,1: | 9 |
| 2 | Hydrothermal Synthesis of Molybdenum Disulfide for Lithium Ion Battery Applications显示文摘Molybdenum disulfide nanoflakes were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal process using sodium molybdate and thiourea as reactants at a relatively low temperature. X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission elec-tron microscopy(TEM) indicate that the samples have the structure of 2H-MoS2 and the morphology of nanoflakes with the average thickness around 5-10 nm. The results of electrochemical properties indicate that the morphology and size of MoS2 particles have effects on their capacity when they are used as the anode for lithium ion battery. The as-prepared MoS2 samples have high reversible discharge capacity up to 994.6 mA·h·g-1 for the MoS2-1 elec-trode and 930.1 mA·h·g-1 for the MoS2-2 electrode and show excellent cycling performances. | 4 | Preparation of Ni2P/Al-SBA-15 catalyst and its performance for benzofuran hydrodeoxygenation显示文摘The Al-doped Ni_2P/Al-SBA-15 catalyst with high hydrodeoxygenation(HDO) activity was synthesized by temperature programmed reduction at a relatively low reduction temperature of 400 °C. The as-prepared catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), H_2 temperature-programmed reduction(H_2-TPR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), transmission electron microscope(TEM), NH3 temperature programmed desorption(NH_3-TPD), N_2 adsorption–desorption and CO uptake. The effect of Al on benzofuran(BF) HDO performance was investigated. The result indicates that the incorporation of Al into the SBA-15 support can promote the formation of much uniform, smaller, highly dispersed Ni_2 P particles on the catalyst. The Al also contributes to suppress the enrichment of P and promote more exposed Ni sites on the surface. In addition, the incorporation of Al can enhance the acid strength. | 5 | Fine mapping of the awn gene on chromosome 4 in rice by association and linkage analyses显示文摘Awnness is a key trait in rice domestication, yet no studies have been conducted on fine mapping or association mapping of the rice awn gene. In this study, we investigated the awnness and genotype of a core collection of 303 cultivated rice varieties and a BC5F2 segregating population of 200 individuals. Combining association and linkage analyses, we mapped the awnness related genes to chromosome 4. Primary association analysis using 24 SSR markers revealed five loci significantly associated with awnness on chromosome 4. The associated markers cover previously identified regions. Fine association mapping was conducted using another 29 markers within a 4-Mb region, covering the associated marker in34, which is close to the awn gene Awn4.1. Seven associated markers were revealed, distributed over an 870-kb region. Combining the fine association mapping and linkage analysis of awnness in the 200 BC5F2 segregating population, we finally identified a 330-kb region as the candidate region for Awn4.1. | 6 | Fabrication of gelatin methacryloyl hydrogel microneedles for transdermal delivery of metformin in diabetic rats显示文摘Injection therapy for diabetes has poor patient compliance,and the pain occurring at the site of subcutaneous injections causes significant inconvenience to diabetic patients.In this work,to demonstrate the benefits of an alternative drug delivery technique that overcomes these issues,methacrylated gelatin hydrogel-forming microneedles integrated with metformin were developed to adjust blood glucose levels in diabetic rats.Gelatin methacryloyl microneedles(GelMA-MNs)with different degrees of substitution were successfully prepared by a micro-molding method.The resultant GelMA-MNs exhibited excellent mechanical properties and moisture resistance.Metformin,an anti-diabetic drug,was further encapsulated into the GelMA-MNs,and its release rate could be controlled by the three-dimensional cross-linked network of microneedles,thereby exhibiting sustained drug release behaviors in vitro and implying a better therapeutic effect compared with that of subcutaneous injection in diabetic rats.The drug release period could be significantly prolonged by improving the cross-link density of GelMA-MNs.The results of hypoglycemic effect evaluation show that the application of GelMA-MNs for transdermal delivery in diabetic rats has promising benefits for diabetes treatment. | Zhiyong Zeng Guohua Jiang Tianqi Liu Gao Song Yanfang Sun Xueya Zhang Yanting Jing Mingjia Feng Yufei Shi | 2021 | Bio-Design and Manufacturing2021,4,4: | 4 |
| 7 | High-resolution algorithm based on temporal-spatial extrapolation显示文摘To enhance the resolution of parameter estimation with limited samples received by a short passive array, an iterative nonparametric algorithm for estimating the frequencies and direction-of-arrivals (DOAs) of signals is proposed. The cost function is constructed using l2-norm Gaussian entropy combined with an additional constraint, l2-norm constraint or linear constraint. By minimizing the cost functions in the temporal and the spatial dimensions using corresponding iteration algorithms respectively, the sparse discrete Fourier transforms (DFTs) of temporal and spatial samples are obtained to represent the extrapolated sequences with much larger sizes than the original samples. Then frequency and angle estimates are obtained by performing the traditional simple methods on the extrapolated sequences. It is shown that the proposed algorithm offers increased resolution and significantly reduced sidelobes compared with the periodogram and beamforming based methods. And it achieves high precision compared with the high-resolution method with lower computational burden. | 9 | Aqueous Zinc Batteries with Ultra‑Fast Redox Kinetics and High Iodine Utilization Enabled by Iron Single Atom Catalysts显示文摘Rechargeable aqueous zinc iodine(ZnǀǀI_(2))batteries have been promising energy storage technologies due to low-cost position and constitutional safety of zinc anode,iodine cathode and aqueous electrolytes.Whereas,on one hand,the low-fraction utilization of electrochemically inert host causes severe shuttle of soluble polyiodides,deficient iodine utilization and sluggish reaction kinetics.On the other hand,the usage of high mass polar electrocatalysts occupies mass and volume of electrode materials and sacrifices device-level energy density.Here,we propose a“confinement-catalysis”host composed of Fe single atom catalyst embedding inside ordered mesoporous carbon host,which can effectively confine and catalytically convert I_(2)/I^(−)couple and polyiodide intermediates.Consequently,the cathode enables the high capacity of 188.2 mAh g^(−1)at 0.3 A g^(−1),excellent rate capability with a capacity of 139.6 mAh g^(−1)delivered at high current density of 15 A g^(−1)and ultra-long cyclic stability over 50,000 cycles with 80.5%initial capacity retained under high iodine loading of 76.72 wt%.Furthermore,the electrocatalytic host can also accelerate the I^(+)↔I_(2)conversion.The greatly improved electrochemical performance originates from the modulation of physicochemical confinement and the decrease of energy barrier for reversible I−/I_(2)and I_(2)/I^(+)couples,and polyiodide intermediates conversions. | Xueya Yang Huiqing Fan Fulong Hu Shengmei Chen Kang Yan Longtao Ma | 2023 | Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,8: | 2 |

The initial discharge capacity of the Li/LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2 cell was about 149 mAh·g-1 when it was cycled at a voltage range of 4.5-2.3 V with a specific current of 0.25 mA. The result is better in comparison with solid-state solution method. The synthetic procedure was discussed.
