Phylogeny and Classifcation of Prunus sensu lato (Rosaceae)显示文摘The classifcation of the economically important genus Prunus L.sensu lato(s.l.)is controversial due to the high levels of convergent or the parallel evolution of morphological characters. In the present study, phylogenetic analyses of ffteen main segregates of Prunus s.l.represented by eighty-four species were conducted with maximum parsimony and Bayesian approaches using twelve chloroplast regions(atpB-rbcL,matK,ndhF,psbA-trnH,rbcL,rpL16,rpoC1,rps16,trnS-G,trnL,trnL-F and ycf1)and three nuclear genes(ITS,s6pdh and SbeI)to explore their infrageneric relationships. The results of these analyses were used to develop a new,phylogeny-based classifcation of Prunus s.l.Our phylogenetic reconstructions resolved three main clades of Prunus s.l.with strong supports. We adopted a broad-sensed genus,Prunus, and recognised three subgenera corresponding to the three main clades:subgenus Padus, subgenus Cerasus and subgenus Prunus.Seven sections of subgenus Prunus were recognised. The dwarf cherries, which were previously assigned to subgenus Cerasus, were included in this subgenus Prunus. One new section name,Prunus L.subgenus Prunus section Persicae(T.T.Yü&L.T.Lu)S.L.Zhou and one new species name,Prunus tianshanica(Pojarkov)S.Shi,were proposed.Shuo Shi Jinlu Li Jiahui Sun Jing Yu Shiliang Zhou 2013Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2013,55,11:18
The enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP显示文摘In this paper we present the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP. eXTP is a space science mission designed to study fundamental physics under extreme conditions of density, gravity and magnetism. The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. In particular, its wide field monitoring capabilities will be highly instrumental to detect the electro-magnetic counterparts of gravitational wave sources. The paper provides a detailed description of:(1) the technological and technical aspects, and the expected performance of the instruments of the scientific payload;(2) the elements and functions of the mission, from the spacecraft to the ground segment.ShuangNan Zhang Andrea Santangelo Marco Feroci YuPeng Xu FangJun Lu Yong Chen Hua Feng Shu Zhang Sφren Brandt Margarita Hernanz Luca Baldini Enrico Bozzo Riccardo Campana Alessandra De Rosa YongWei Dong Yuri Evangelista Vladimir Karas Norbert Meidinger Aline Meuris Kirpal Nandra Teng Pan Giovanni Pareschi Piotr Orleanski QiuShi Huang Stephane Schanne Giorgia Sironi Daniele Spiga Jiri Svoboda Gianpiero Tagliaferri Christoph Tenzer Andrea Vacchi Silvia Zane Dave Walton ZhanShan Wang Berend Winter Xin Wu Jean J.M.in't Zand Mahdi Ahangarianabhari Giovanni Ambrosi Filippo Ambrosino Marco Barbera Stefano Basso Jörg Bayer Ronaldo Bellazzini Pierluigi Bellutti Bruna Bertucci Giuseppe Bertuccio Giacomo Borghi XueLei Cao Franck Cadoux Francesco Ceraudo TianXiang Chen Yu Peng Chen Jerome Chevenez Marta Civitani Wei Cui WeiWei Cui Thomas Dauser Ettore Del Monte Sergio Di Cosimo Sebastian Diebold Victor Doroshenko Michal Dovciak YuanYuan Du Lorenzo Ducci QingMei Fan Yannick Favre Fabio Fuschino JoséLuis Ga'lvez Min Gao MingYu Ge Olivier Gevin Marco Grassi QuanYing Gu YuDong Gu DaWei Han Bin Hong Wei Hu Long Ji ShuMei Jia WeiChun Jiang Thomas Kennedy Ingo Kreykenbohm Irfan Kuvvetli Claudio Labanti Luca Latronico Gang Li MaoShun Li Xian Li Wei Li ZhengWei Li Olivier Limousin HongWei Liu XiaoJing Liu Bo Lu Tao Luo Daniele Macera Piero Malcovati Adrian Martindale Malgorzata Michalska Bin Meng Massimo Minuti Alfredo Morbidini Fabio Muleri Stephane Paltani Emanuele Perinati Antonino Picciotto Claudio Piemonte JinLu Qu Alexandre Rachevski Irina Rashevskaya Jerome Rodriguez Thomas Schanz ZhengXiang Shen LiZhi Sheng JiangBo Song LiMing Song Carmelo Sgro Liang Sun Ying Tan Phil Uttley Bo Wang DianLong Wang GuoFeng Wang Juan Wang LangPing Wang YuSa Wang Anna L.Watts XiangYang Wen Jörn Wilms ShaoLin Xiong JiaWei Yang Sheng Yang YanJi Yang Nian Yu WenDa Zhang Gianluigi Zampa Nicola Zampa Andrzej A.Zdziarski AiMei Zhang ChengMo Zhang Fan Zhang Long Zhang Tong Zhang Yi Zhang XiaoLi Zhang ZiLiang Zhang BaoSheng Zhao ShiJie Zheng Yu Peng Zhou Nicola Zorzi J.Frans Zwart 2019Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2019,62,2:11
Effects of Dielectric Barrier Discharge Plasma on the Combustion Performances of Reverse-Flow Combustor in an Aero-Engine显示文摘In order to apply plasma assisted combustion(PAC) into a reverse-flow aero-engine and verify the improvement of combustion performance, a feasible approach was proposed in this work. In this approach, based on the structure characteristics of the reverse-flow combustor, a parallel plate double dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) PAC actuator was designed to generate plasma. It was installed at the front of combustor. When the actuator is driven, the original air flow is not disturbed for the device’s structure and installation. Using aviation kerosene as fuel, the effects of plasma on ignition boundary and outlet temperature of the combustor were experimentally investigated at atmosphere pressures. Through the dual high voltage differential power supply, the large gap, large area and uniform plasma discharge was achieved. The results of PAC actuator discharge indicate that inlet air temperature has a small increase of 4–9 K. After PAC is applied, the combustion performances of reverse-flow combustor in an aero-engine are remarkably improved. Experimental results indicate that ignition boundary is widened by 3.7%–12.5% because of the impact of plasma. Outlet highest temperature of combustor is raised by 19–75 K;outlet temperature distribution coefficient is reduced by 11.1%–26.6%. This research provides an effective and practicable way to implement the application of PAC in aero-engine combustor and has some engineering application significance.DENG Jun PENG Changxin HE Liming WANG Shuai YU Jinlu ZHAO Bingbing 2019Journal of Thermal Science2019,28,5:3

Experimental Investigation on Plasma-assisted Combustion Characteristics of Premixed Propane/Air Mixture显示文摘A detailed study on the plasma-assisted combustion(PAC) characteristics of premixed propane/air mixture is presented. The PAC is measured electrically, as well as optically with a multichannel spectrometer. The characteristics are demonstrated by stable combustion temperature and combustion stability limits, and the results are compared with conventional combustion(CC). Stable combustion temperature measurements show that the introduction of PAC into combustion system can increase the stable combustion temperature, and the increment is more notable with an increase of discharge voltage. Besides, the rich and weak limits of combustion stability are both enlarged when plasma is applied into the combustion process and the increase of discharge voltage results in the expansion of combustion stability limits as well. The measurements of temperature head and emission spectrum illustrate that the kinetic enhancement caused by reactive species in plasma is the main enhancement pathway for current combustion system.LIU Xingjian HE Liming YU Jinlu ZENG Hao JIN Tao 2015Journal of Thermal Science2015,24,3:1

Safety and activity of WX-0593(Iruplinalkib)in patients with ALK-or ROS1-rearranged advanced non-small cell lung cancer:a phase 1 dose-escalation and dose-expansion trial显示文摘WX-0593(Iruplinalkib)is a novel, highly selective oral ALK and ROS1 tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI).In this study, the safety, antitumor activity, and pharmacokinetics of WX-0593 were evaluated in advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients with ALK or ROS1 rearrangement. In the dose-escalation phase and dose-expansion phase, patients were treated with WX-0593 until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity,or subject withdrawal. In the dose-escalation phase, the primary endpoints were maximum tolerated dose(MTD),dose-limiting toxicity(DLT),and safety assessed by investigators. In the dose-expansion phase, the primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR)assessed by investigators.Between September 25,2017 and October 15,2018,a total of 153 patients received WX-0593 treatment. Two dose-limiting toxicities(DLTs)including one grade 3 QT interval prolonged and one grade 2 chronic heart failure were reported at the dose of 300 mg in one patient.MTD was not reached.Overall,140 of the 152(92%)patients experienced treatment-related adverse events(TRAEs)and 35 of the 152(23%)patients had TRAEs≥grade 3.The overall ORR was 59.3%(32 of 54)for the dose-escalation phase and 56.6%(56 of 99)for the dose-expansion phase. For patients who were ALK-rearranged and ALK TKI naive, the ORR were 81.0%(17 of 21)in the dose-escalation phase and 76.3%(29 of 38)in the dose-expansion phase, and for patients who previously received crizotinib as the only ALK TKI,the ORR were 38.1%(8 of 21)and 45.7%(21 of 46)for the two phases, respectively. For patients who were ROS1-rearranged,the ORR were 30.0%(3 of 10)in the dose-escalation phase and 44.4%(4 of 9)in the dose-expansion phase.WX-0593 showed favorable safety and promising antitumor activity in advanced NSCLC patients with ALK or ROS1 rearrangement.Yuankai Shi Jian Fang Xuezhi Hao Shucai Zhang Yunpeng Liu Lin Wang Jianhua Chen Yi Hu Xiaosheng Hang Juan Li Chunling Liu Yiping Zhang Zhehai Wang Yanping Hu Kangsheng Gu Jian’an Huang Liangming Zhang Jinlu Shan Weiwei Ouyang Yanqiu Zhao Wu Zhuang Yan Yu Jun Zhao Helong Zhang Pei Lu Weidong Li Meimei Si Mingjing Ge Huaize Geng 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,2:0
Regenerative material for aneurysm embolizationA 3-dimensional culture system of fibroblasts and calcium alginate gel显示文摘Calcium alginate gel(CAG) has been shown to successfully model aneurysm embolization within a short period of time. However, gradually degrading CAG potentially results in aneurysm recanaliza-tion.In the present study,a regenerative embolic material was designed by seeding rat fibroblasts in a CAG.The study investigated the feasibility of constructing a 3-dimensional culture system. The fibroblasts grew well and firmly attached to the CAG.CAG was conducive for fibroblast growth, and resulted in a 3-dimensional culture system. Results show that CAG can be used theoretically as a vascular, regenerative, embolic material.Jingdong Zhang Kan Xu Jinlu Yu Jun Wang Qi Luo 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,10:0
Dense matter with eXTP显示文摘In this White Paper we present the potential of the Enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry(eXTP) mission for determining the nature of dense matter; neutron star cores host an extreme density regime which cannot be replicated in a terrestrial laboratory. The tightest statistical constraints on the dense matter equation of state will come from pulse profile modelling of accretion-powered pulsars, burst oscillation sources, and rotation-powered pulsars. Additional constraints will derive from spin measurements, burst spectra, and properties of the accretion flows in the vicinity of the neutron star. Under development by an international Consortium led by the Institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the eXTP mission is expected to be launched in the mid 2020 s.Anna L.Watts WenFei Yu Juri Poutanen Shu Zhang Sudip Bhattacharyya Slavko Bogdanov Long Ji Alessandro Patruno Thomas E.Riley Pavel Bakala Altan Baykal Federico Bernardini Ignazio Bombaci Edward Brown Yuri Cavecchi Deepto Chakrabarty Jér?me Chenevez Nathalie Degenaar Melania Del Santo Tiziana Di Salvo Victor Doroshenko Maurizio Falanga Robert D.Ferdman Marco Feroci Angelo F.Gambino MingYu Ge Svenja K.Greif Sebastien Guillot Can Gungor Dieter H.Hartmann Kai Hebeler Alexander Heger Jeroen Homan Rosario Iaria Jean in 't Zand Oleg Kargaltsev Aleksi KurkelaTheoretical Physics Department CERN XiaoYu Lai Ang Li XiangDong Li ZhaoSheng Li Manuel Linares FangJun Lu Simin Mahmoodifar Mariano Méndez M.Coleman Miller Sharon Morsink Joonas N?ttil?
