1Organic composition of gasoline and its potential effects on air pollution in North China显示文摘When gasoline is burned to power an automotive engine, a portion of the fuel remains unburned or is partially burned and leaves the engine as hydrocarbon and oxygenated compounds. In addition, a small portion of the fuel can escape the vehicle through evaporation. Changes in alkanes, olefins and aromatics each affect emissions differently, which could complicate control strategies for air pollution. In this study, we collected 31 gasoline samples over five provinces and cities(Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, and Shaanxi) in North China between 2012 and 2013. The organic composition of the gasoline samples was analyzed using the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) method, and the aniline compounds were analyzed by solvent extraction and the GC-MS method. The ratios of alkanes, aromatics, olefins and other organic compounds in gasoline were 40.6%, 38.1%, 12.9% and 8.4%, respectively. The aromatic and benzene exceedances were 15 and 8 based on the China's gasoline standards(III), and they accounted for 48.4% and 25.8% of all the gasoline samples, respectively. Strong carcinogen aniline compounds were detected in all 31 samples, and the content of aniline compounds in 3 samples exceeded 1%. The high proportion of aromatics and olefins in the gasoline increased the emissions of carbon monoxide(CO) and toxics, as well as the atmospheric photochemical reactivity of exhaust emissions, which could hasten the formation of secondary pollutants. 3Postsynthesis of hierarchical core/shell ZSM-5 as an efficient catalyst in ketalation and acetalization reactions显示文摘Hierarchical core/shell Zeolite Socony Mobil-five(ZSM-5)zeolite was hydrothermally postsythesized in the solution of NaOH and diammonium surfactant via a dissolution-reassembly strategy.The silica and alumina species were firstly dissolved partially from the bulky ZSM-5 crystals and then were reassembled into the MFI-type nanosheets with the structure-directing effect of diammonium surfactant,attaching to the out-surface of ZSM-5 core crystals.The mesopores thus were generated in both the core and shell part,giving rise to a micropore/mesopore composite material.The micropore volume and the acidity of the resultant hybrid were well-preserved during this recrystallization process.Possessing the multiple mesopores and enlarged external surface area,the core/shell ZSM-5 zeolite exhibited higher activity in the ketalation and acetalization reactions involving bulky molecules in comparison to the pristine ZSM-5.Peng Luo Yejun Guan Hao Xu Mingyuan He Peng Wu 2020Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2020,14,2:3

10Influence of Pd deposition pH value on the performance of Pd-CuO/SiO_(2) catalyst for semi-hydrogenation of 2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol(MBY)显示文摘The selective hydrogenation of C≡C to C=C bonds is an important step,yet remains to be a great challenge in chemical industry.In this study,we have revealed the influence of Pd deposition pH value on the catalytic performance of Pd-CuO/SiO_(2)catalyst for the semi-hydrogenation of 2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol(MBY).Trace amount of Pd(about 500 ppm)was loaded via deposition-reduction method on CuO/SiO_(2)support by using H_(2)PdCl_(4) solution as precursor and NaBH_(4)as reductant,respectively.The pH value at which Pd was deposited was adjusted to about 5 and 7 by adding NaOH solution.The obtained catalysts were characterized by several techniques including XRD,TEM,H_(2)-TPR,etc.In the case of pH value of 5,the CuO was partially dissolved during the deposition and then co-reduced with Pd^(2+)by NaBH_(4),forming PdCu alloy structure in sub-nanometer.In contrast,no PdCu alloy structure was observed when pH value was 7.The kinetics of MBY semi-hydrogenation over both catalysts were compared.The former PdCu alloy catalyst showed very high selectivity towards the semi-hydrogenation of MBY due to its low activity in hydrogenation of C=C bond in 2-methyl-3-buten-2-ol(MBE).The results herein demonstrated that the pH value where Pd was deposited played a crucial role in determining the catalytic performance of PdCu catalyst.Jiamin Xu Xiaowen Guo Yejun Guan Peng Wu 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,1:0
11Risk stratification system for skin and soft tissue infections after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation:PAH risk score显示文摘Skin and soft tissue infections(SSTIs)refer to infections involving the skin,subcutaneous tissue,fascia,and muscle.In transplant populations with hematological malignancies,an immunocompromised status and the routine use of immunosuppressants increase the risk of SSTIs greatly.However,to date,the profiles and clinical outcomes of SSTIs in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT)patients remain unclear.This study included 228 patients(3.67%)who developed SSTIs within 180 days after allogeneic HSCT from January 2004 to December 2019 in Peking University People’s Hospital.The overall annual survival rate was 71.5%.We compared the differences between survivors and non-survivors a year after transplant and found that primary platelet graft failure(PPGF),comorbidities of acute kidney injury(AKI),and hospital-acquired pneumonia(HAP)were independent risk factors for death in the study population.A PPGF-AKI-HAP risk stratification system was established with a mortality risk score of 1×PPGF+1×AKI+1×HAP.The areas under the curves of internal and external validation were 0.833(95%CI 0.760–0.906)and 0.826(95%CI 0.715–0.937),respectively.The calibration plot revealed the high consistency of the estimated risks,and decision curve analysis showed considerable net benefits for patients.Shan Chong Yun He Yejun Wu Peng Zhao Xiaolu Zhu Fengrong Wang Yuanyuan Zhang Xiaodong Mo Wei Han Jingzhi Wang Yu Wang Huan Chen Yuhong Chen Xiangyu Zhao Yingjun Chang Lanping Xu Kaiyan Liu Xiaojun Huang Xiaohui Zhang 2022Frontiers of Medicine2022,16,6:0
12Efficient synthesis of bioetheric fuel additive by combining the reductive and direct etherification of furfural in one-pot over Pd nanoparticles deposited on zeolites显示文摘Furfuryl ethers have been considered to be a promising fuel additive.One step reduction etherification of furfural over supported Pd catalysts provides a facile way for the preparation of furfuryl ether.However,the preparation of a reusable Pd catalyst for reductive etherification remains to be a great challenge.In this study,a series of Si O_(2)supported Pd catalysts with particle size ranging from 2.2 nm to 28 nm were prepared.Their textural properties and catalytic performance in furfural reductive etherification have been systematically studied.The results herein shed light on the particle size effect on the competition between hydrogenation/hydrogenolysis of C=O in furfural over Pd surface.We found out that Pd nanoparticles larger than 3 nm are preferred for one step reductive etherification.Based on this finding,we prepared a Pd/ZSM-5 bifunctional catalyst comprising Pd nanoparticles larger than 3 nm and decreased acidity in presence of amino organosilane,which served as a bifunctional catalyst succeeding in one-pot synthesis of ether via reductive-etherification and direct-etherification.This strategy showed significant advantage in efficiently converting furfuryl acohol,a major side-product,into ether,while suppressing the undesired side-reactions.Xiaowen Guo Haihong Wu Peng Wu Mingyuan He Yejun Guan 2023Green Energy & Environment2023,8,2:0
13Computation Rate Maximization in Multi-User Cooperation-Assisted Wireless-Powered Mobile Edge Computing with OFDMA显示文摘In the era of Internet of Things(Io T),mobile edge computing(MEC)and wireless power transfer(WPT)provide a prominent solution for computation-intensive applications to enhance computation capability and achieve sustainable energy supply.A wireless-powered mobile edge computing(WPMEC)system consisting of a hybrid access point(HAP)combined with MEC servers and many users is considered in this paper.In particular,a novel multiuser cooperation scheme based on orthogonal frequency division multiple access(OFDMA)is provided to improve the computation performance,where users can split the computation tasks into various parts for local computing,offloading to corresponding helper,and HAP for remote execution respectively with the aid of helper.Specifically,we aim at maximizing the weighted sum computation rate(WSCR)by optimizing time assignment,computation-task allocation,and transmission power at the same time while keeping energy neutrality in mind.We transform the original non-convex optimization problem to a convex optimization problem and then obtain a semi-closed form expression of the optimal solution by considering the convex optimization techniques.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed multi-user cooperationassisted WPMEC scheme greatly improves the WSCR of all users than the existing schemes.In addition,OFDMA protocol increases the fairness and decreases delay among the users when compared to TDMA protocol.Xinying Wu Yejun He Asad Saleem 2023China Communications2023,20,1:0
