1AMPK and cardiac remodelling显示文摘Cardiac remodelling is generally accepted as a critical process in the progression of heart failure. Myocyte hypertrophy,inflammatory responses and cardiac fibrosis are the main pathological changes associated with cardiac remodelling.AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK) is known as an energy sensor and a regulator of cardiac metabolism under normal and ischaemic conditions. Additionally, AMPK has been shown to play roles in cardiac remodelling extending well beyond metabolic regulation. In this review, we discuss the currently defined roles of AMPK in cardiac remodelling and summarize the effects of AMPK on cardiac hypertrophy, inflammatory responses and fibrosis and the molecular mechanisms underlying these effects. 3Multi-objective robust control based on fuzzy singularly perturbed models for hypersonic vehicles显示文摘In this paper, we propose a multi-objective robust controller based on fuzzy singularly perturbed models (FSPM) for the longitudinal motion of an air-breathing hypersonic vehicle. The control objective is to provide velocity and altitude tracking in the presence of the uncertainties and unknown nonlinearities in the model caused by variations in flight conditions. By approximating the multi-time-scale model with FSPM, ill-posed matrix calculations are circumvented. Under this framework, a fuzzy multi-objective robust controller is developed, and the linear matrix inequalities (LMI) condition is derived. 4Fabrication of highly efficient heterostructured Ag-CeO2/g-C3N4 hybrid photocatalyst with enhanced visible-light photocatalytic activity显示文摘On the basis of hydrothermal synthesis of Ag-CeO2 microspheres,Ag-CeO2/g-C3N4 composite photocatalyst with heterostructure was prepared by simple solvent evaporation of Ag-CeO2 and g-C3N4.To characterize the composition,structure,morphology and light absorption properties of the as-prepared Ag-CeO2/g-C3N4 composites,XRD,FTIR XPS,SEM,TEM,PL,BET and UV-vis DRS were used,respectively.The as-prepared photocatalyst was subjected to photocatalytic degradation of pollutants,and the prepared composite material has excellent photocatalytic activity for photodegradation of methylene blue(MB).The research shows that the photocatalytic properties of Ag-CeO2/g-C3N4 composites were related to the mass ratio of Ag-CeO2 microspheres and g-C3N4 nanosheets.When the ratio of Ag-CeO2 microspheres:g-C3N4 is 1:5,the composites have the highest photocatalytic activity,which was 9.6 and 3.3 times that of single Ag-CeO2 and g-C3N4,respectively.The improvement of photocatalytic activity is attributed to the heterostructure between the composite materials and the addition of noble metal silver,and the degradation of methylene blue by the visible light irradiation material is greatly improved.Finally,an attempt was made to analyze the principle of photocatalytic degradation of pollutants in prepared materials.Chengbao Liu Dongxing Mao Jian Pan Junchao Qian Wenya Zhang Feng Chen Zhigang Chen Yenan Song 2019Journal of Rare Earths2019,37,12:7
5The First Two Imported Cases of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron Variant—Tianjin Municipality,China,December 13,2021显示文摘On December 9,2021,2 international passengers arrived in Tianjin Binhai International Airport from Warsaw,Poland via airplane and tested positive for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),which causes coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),using nucleic acid tests.The first case(Patient A)was a flight crew member,a 35-year-old male,who had returned to Warsaw on the same flight on December 10,2021.The second case(Patient B)was a 17-year-old female student,who has been transferred to Haihe Hospital for isolation.Both cases are Polish nationality that had recently lived in Warsaw,Poland.According to the investigation,neither patient had disease symptoms nor medication history.Patient B received the Pfizer/BNT162b2 vaccine on September 27,2021.Patient A was vaccinated on May 25,2021,but no further vaccine information was collected as Patient A had left China.No other infections from this flight have been detected.Zhaolin Tan Zhixiao Chen Aiping Yu Xiaoyan Li Yenan Feng Xiang Zhao Wenbo Xu Xu Su 2022China CDC weekly2022,4,4:5
6The DNMT1-PAS1-PH20 axis drives breast cancer growth and metastasis显示文摘PH20 is a member of the human hyaluronidase family that degrades hyaluronan in the extracellular matrix and controls tumor progression.Inhibition of DNA methyltransferases(DNMTs)leads to elevated hyaluronan levels;however,whether DNMT inhibitors control PH20 remains unclear.Here,we report that the DNMT1 inhibitor,decitabine,suppresses PH20 expression by activating the long non-coding RNA PHACTR2-AS1(PAS1).PAS1 forms a tripartite complex with the RNA-binding protein vigilin and histone methyltransferase SUV39H1.The interaction between PAS1 and vigilin maintains the stability of PAS1.Meanwhile,PAS1 recruits SUV39H1 to trigger the H3K9 methylation of PH20,resulting in its silencing.Functionally,PAS1 inhibits breast cancer growth and metastasis,at least partially,by suppressing PH20.Combination therapy of decitabine and PAS1-30nt-RNA,which directly binds to SUV39H1,effectively blocked breast cancer growth and metastasis in mice.Taken together,DNMT1,PAS1,and PH20 comprise a regulatory axis to control breast cancer growth and metastasis.These findings reveal that the DNMT1-PAS1-PH20 axis is a potential therapeutic target for breast cancer.Yenan Fu Xi Zhang Xiao Liu Peng Wang Wenhui Chu Wei Zhao Yunling Wang Guangbiao Zhou Yu Yu Hongquan Zhang 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,4:2
7Genomic Surveillance for SARS-CoV-2 Variants of Concern from Imported COVID-19 Cases-the Mainland of China,2021显示文摘Introduction:After the epidemic in Wuhan City was brought under control in 2020,local outbreaks of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in the mainland of China were mainly due to imported COVID-19 cases.The ongoing evolution of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)has continued to generate new variants.Some have been designated as variants of concern(VOCs)by the World Health Organization(WHO).To better assess the role of imported SARS-CoV-2 surveillance and the prevalence of VOCs in 2021,the genomic surveillance data of SARS-CoV-2 from imported COVID-19 cases of 2021 in the mainland of China were analyzed.Methods:The analyses included the number of sequence submissions,time of sequence deposition,and time of detection of the VOCs in order to determine the timeliness and sensitivity of the surveillance.The proportions of VOCs were analyzed and compared with data from the Global Initiative of Sharing All Influenza Data(GISAID).Results:A total of 3,355 sequences of imported cases were submitted from 29 provincial-level administrative divisions,with differences in the number of sequence submissions and median time of sequence deposition.A total of 2,388 sequences with more than 90%genomic coverage were used for lineage analysis.The epidemic trend from Alpha to Delta to Omicron in imported cases was consistent with that in the GISAID.In addition,VOCs from imported cases were usually identified after WHO designation and before causing local outbreaks.Conclusions:The global distribution of SARSCoV-2 VOCs changed rapidly in 2021.Robust genomic surveillance of the imported SARS-CoV-2 in the mainland of China is of great significance.Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),the etiological agent of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),is constantly mutating under the different circumstances of global transmission(1).The emerging SARS-CoV-2 variants may have potential adverse impacts on epidemic traits and severity.To some extent,it is also capable of escaping natural and vaccine-induced immunity(2–3).Some of them were designated as variants of concern(VOCs)by the World Health Organization(WHO)(4).Therefore,robust surveillance is essential to assess the evolution of viruses in real time.After the epidemic in Wuhan City was brought under control in 2020,several COVID-19 outbreaks in the mainland of China have been proven to relate to SARS-CoV-2 contaminated cold-chain products(5–7),while most were caused by transmission through imported cases on flights,at isolation facilities,or in designated hospitals(8–9).Therefore,genomic surveillance for SARS-CoV-2 from imported cases is of great significance for monitoring the risk of different variants that were imported into the mainland of China,assessing the risk of importation-associated domestic spread,and helping guide public health interventions.On March 17,2020,the China CDC released a notice and launched genomic surveillance for SARS-CoV-2 from imported COVID-19 cases nationwide.The laboratories of provincial CDCs were required to conduct SARS-CoV-2 whole-genome sequencing for samples from imported cases and submit the genomic sequences to the China CDC in time.This study includes the analysis of genomic surveillance data of imported SARS-CoV-2 cases of 2021 from the mainland of China.Yenan Feng Xiang Zhao Zhixiao Chen Kai Nie Zeyuan Yin Ying Xia Ji Wang Peihua Niu Ruhan A Lili Li Dayan Wang Wenjie Tan Xuejun Ma Shiwen Wang Huanyu Wang George F.Gao Cao Chen Wenbo Xu 2022China CDC weekly2022,4,31:1

10Surveillance and Analysis of SARS-CoV-2 Variant Importation—China,January–June 2022显示文摘Introduction:The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)Omicron variant is the dominant circulating strain worldwide.To assess the importation of SARS-CoV-2 variants in the mainland of China during the Omicron epidemic,the genomic surveillance data of SARS-CoV-2 from imported coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)cases in the mainland of China during the first half of 2022 were analyzed.Methods:Sequences submitted from January to July 2022,with a collection date before June 30,2022,were incorporated.The proportions of SARS-CoV-2 variants as well as the relationships between the origin and destination of each Omicron imported case were analyzed.Results:4,946 sequences of imported cases were submitted from 27 provincial-level administrative divisions(PLADs),and the median submission interval was within 1 month after collection.In 3,851 Omicron sequences with good quality,1 recombinant(XU)and 4 subvariants under monitoring(BA.4,BA.5,BA.2.12.1,and BA.2.13)were recorded,and 3 of them(BA.4,BA.5,and BA.2.12.1)caused local transmissions in the mainland of China later than that recorded in the surveillance.Omicron subvariants dominated in the first half of 2022 and shifted from BA.1 to BA.2 then to BA.4 and BA.5.The percentage of BA.2 in the imported SARS-CoV-2 surveillance data was far higher than that in the Global Initiative on Sharing All Influenza Data(GISAID).The imported cases from Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,China,accounted for 32.30%of Omicron cases sampled,and 98.71%of them were BA.2.Conclusions:The Omicron variant showed the intra-Omicron evolution in the first half of 2022,and all of the Omicron subvariants were introduced into the mainland of China multiple times from multiple different locations.Yenan Feng Xiang Zhao Zeyuan Yin Changcheng Wu Zhixiao Chen Kai Nie Ruhan A Lili Li Peihua Niu Ji Wang Yuchao Wu Shiwen Wang Dayan Wang Wenjie Tan Huanyu Wang Xuejun Ma George FGao Cao Chen Wenbo Xu 2022China CDC weekly2022,4,50:1

14Influence of synergistic effect of LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.15)Al_(0.05)O_(2)@Cr_(2)O_(5)composite on the electrochemical properties显示文摘LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.15)Al_(0.05)O_(2)@Cr_(2)O_(5)composite electrode combines the high rate-capability characteristics of NCA with the stability of Cr_(2)O_(5),playing a synergistic role in improving the cyclic stability,initial discharge capacity and the security of low cut-off voltage(2.0 V).When the mass ratio of Cr_(2)O_(5)in NCA is 45%(mass),the capacity retention rate increases from 58.5% without Cr_(2)O_(5)to 69.3% in the range of 2.0-4.3 V.The initial discharge capacity of NCA@Cr_(2)O_(5)composite material is 211.4 mA·h·g^(-1),its first coulombic efficiency is 94.2%,and the charging capacity remains approximately constant when mixed with 15%(mass)Cr_(2)O_(5).The reason for the improvement of the initial charge-discharge efficiency(ICDE)was explained.Impedance and cyclic voltammetry analysis reveal more detailed reasons of the observed improvements.Compared with NCA cathode material,the NCA@Cr_(2)O_(5)composite material can provide not only additional stable sites and channels for Li^(+)insertion/extraction to make up for the loss of active Li^(+)sites and prevent the accumulation of Li+in the circulation process,but also protect the NCA electrode from the corrosion of the electrolyte decomposition by the Cr_(2)O_(5)nanoparticles adhering to NCA interface.Yunke Wang Yongjia Li Yenan Zhang Guozheng Zha Feng Liang Yongnian Dai Yaochun Yao 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,5:1

16Genomic Surveillance for SARS-CoV-2—China,September 26,2022 to January 29,2023显示文摘Introduction:The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)has generated 2,431 variants over the course of its global transmission over the past 3 years.To better evaluate the genomic variation of SARS-CoV-2 before and after the optimization of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)prevention and control strategies,we analyzed the genetic evolution branch composition and genomic variation of SARS-CoV-2 in both domestic and imported cases in China(the data from Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions and Taiwan,China were not included)from September 26,2022 to January 29,2023.Methods:Analysis of the number of genome sequences,sampling time,dynamic changes of evolutionary branches,origin,and clinical typing of SARS-CoV-2 variants submitted by 31 provincial-level administrative divisions(PLADs)and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(XPCC)was conducted to assess the accuracy and timeliness of SARS-CoV-2 variant surveillance.Results:From September 26,2022 to January 29,2023,20,013 valid genome sequences of domestic cases were reported in China,with 72 evolutionary branches.Additionally,1,978 valid genome sequences of imported cases were reported,with 169 evolutionary branches.The prevalence of the Omicron variants of SARS-CoV-2 in both domestic and imported cases was consistent with that of international epidemic variants.Conclusions:This study provides an overview of the prevalence of Omicron variants of SARS-CoV-2 in China.After optimizing COVID-19 prevention and control strategies,no novel Omicron variants of SARSCoV-2 with altered biological characteristics or public health significance have been identified since December 1,2022.Shiwen Wang Peihua Niu Qiudong Su Xiaozhou He Jing Tang Ji Wang Yenan Feng Cao Chen Xiang Zhao Zhixiao Chen Wenling Wang Zeyuan Yin Yuchao Wu Changcheng Wu Lili Li Aili Cui Yan Zhang Caiyun Long Xiaoyu Yang Zhongxian Zhang Hong Bo Wenbo Xu SARS-CoV-Genome Working Group 2023China CDC weekly2023,5,7:1

19Occurrence and Damage Regularity of Spodoptera litura in Broccoli显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to explore the occurrence and damage regularity of Spodoptera litura in broccoli,and to reveal the annual movement regularity and seasonal fluctuation regularity of S.litura population.[Method] The monitoring data of sexual attractants at fixed points for 11 consecutive years were summarized and analyzed.[Result] The large occurrence frequency of S.litura in Taizhou was 36.4%;the annual movement showed a downward-opening parabolic form,and the movement trajectory was N =-18.416 t^(2)+182.51 t +179.71,t ={1,2,3,…,n}(n =11;r =0.691 7*).The seasonal fluctuation showed a trend of peak oscillation attenuation curve,and the total moth quantity gradually decreased from sowing to heading stage.The functional model of average daily quantity was m=0.000 2 d^(2)-0.067 5 d+6.797 3,d={1,2,3,…,n}(n =186,r=0.955 2**).Air temperature was the main external factor affecting the seasonal variation of quantity,and there was a significant correlation be-tween the number of ten-day moth trapping quantity and ten-day average temperature:M =0.243 T^(2)-6.935 1 T +46.681(n =108,r =0.560 2**)or M=2.734 4 T-35.446(n=108,r=0.500 3**).Therefore,the moth quantity in the field increased with the increase of ten-day average temperature,and the period from July to September with high temperature and less rainfall was the peak occurrence period of S.litura.[Conclusion] These models can be used to improve the prediction and early warning levels of S.litura in broccoli,and has good guiding significance for decision-making and prevention.Weiming Liu Enguo Wang Yenan Liu 2021Plant Diseases and Pests2021,12,4:0
20Research on Chemical Prevention and Control against Stem Base Rot of Sweet Potato显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to effectively control stem base rot of sweet potato.[Method]Chemical prevention and control test against stem base rot of sweet potato were conducted for consecutive three years from 2016 to 2018.[Result]The use of carbendazim or carbendazim+mancozeb,and carbendazim+embamycin had significant control effect on stem base rot of sweet potato.However,the applied concentration should be higher than the recommended concentration.Especially the concentration of 50%carbendazim WP should be no more than 300 times,and the prevention and control effect of 100 times dilution would be better.[Conclusion]The types and concentrations of prevention and control agents are determined in the test,which will provide certain basis for chemical prevention and control against stem base rot of sweet potato.Liu Yenan Liu Weiming He Xianbiao Huang Lifei 2021Plant Diseases and Pests2021,12,1:0
