The modified temperature term on Johnson-Cook constitutive model of AZ31 magnesium alloy with {0002} texture显示文摘The dynamic compression experiments with Split-Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB)were performed on AZ31 magnesium alloy rolled sheet specimens in the normal direction(AZ31-ND)with{0002}texture at the temperature of 293-523 K and the strain rate of 0.001-2200 s^−1.The temperature term in Johnson-Cook(JC)constitutive model had been reasonably modified. This advantage made constitutive model promising for decribing the dynamic deformation behavior of AZ31-ND with{0002}texture more accurately. The obtained true stress-true plastic strain curves agreed well with the measured results in a wide range of strain rates and temperatures. The thermal softeninging, strain and strain rate hardening effect on the AZ31-ND with{0002}texture were discussed. The adiabatic shear band(ASB)of AZ31-ND with{0002}texture hat shaped specimen was successfully predicted by combining modified JC constitutive model and numerical simulation, which was also validated by Electron Back-Scattered Diffraction(EBSD)map under the same boundary condition. | Feng Zhang Zheng Liu Yue Wang Pingli Mao Xinwen Kuang Zhenglai Zhang Yingdong Ju Xiaozhong Xu | 2020 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2020,8,1: | 8
On-orbit Geometric Calibration of Linear Push-broom Optical Satellite Based on Sparse GCPs显示文摘The paper presents a geometric calibration method based on the sparse ground control points (GCPs), aiming to the linear push-broom optical satellite. This method can achieve the optimal estimate of internal and external parameters with two overlapped image pair along the charge-coupled device (CCD), and sparse GCPs in the image region, further get rid of the dependence on the expensive calibration site data. With the calibrated parameters, the line of sight (LOS) of all CCD detectors can be recovered. This paper firstly establishes the rigorous imaging model of linear push-broom optical satellite based on its imaging mechanism. And then the calibration model is constructed by improving the internal sensor model with a viewing-angle model after an analysis on systematic errors existing in the imaging model is performed. A step-wise solution is applied aiming to the optimal estimate of external and internal parameters. At last, we conduct a set of experiments on the ZY-3 NAD camera and verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the presented method by comparison. | Yingdong PI Baorong XIE Bo YANG Yiling ZHANG Xin LI Mi WANG | 2020 | Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2020,3,1: | 8

Temperature dependent Raman and photoluminescence of vertical WS2/MoS2 monolayer heterostructures显示文摘Heterostructures from two-dimensional transition-metal dichalcogenides MX_2 have emerged as a hot topic in recent years due to their various fascinating properties. Here, we investigated the temperature dependent Raman and photoluminescence(PL) spectra in vertical stacked WS_2/MoS_2 monolayer heterostructures. Our result shows that both E_(2g)~1 and A_(1g) modes of WS_2 and MoS_2 vary linearly with temperature increasing from 300 to 642 K. The PL measurement also reveals strong temperature dependencies of the PL intensity and peak position. The activation energy of the thermal quenching of the PL emission has been found to be equal to 69.6 meV. The temperature dependence of the peak energy well follows the bandgap shrinkage of bulk semiconductor. | Zhijian Hu Yanjun Bao Ziwei Li Yongji Gong Rui Feng Yingdong Xiao Xiaochun Wu Zhaohui Zhang Xing Zhu Pulickel M. | 7 | Paleogene Tectonic Evolution Controls on Sequence Stratigraphic Patterns in the Fushan Sag, Northern South China Sea显示文摘Tectonism is of extreme importance to sequence stratigraphic patterns in continental sedimentary basins, affecting both the architectures and internal makeup of sequences. Sequence stratigraphic framework of the Paleogene system in the Fushan sag, northern South China Sea, was built using 3D and 2D seismic data, complemented by drilling cores and well logs data. One first-order, three second-order and seven third-order sequences were identified. Analysis of paleotectonic stress field, unconformities and subsidence history showed that the Paleogene tectonic evolution presented significant characteristics of multistage and episode, and can be divided into three stages: rifting stage I(initial rifting period), rifting stage II(rapid subsidence period), rifting stage III(fault-depressed diversionary period). Partition of the west and east in tectonic activity was obvious. The west area showed relatively stronger tectonic activity than the east area, especially during the rifting stage II. Episodic rifting and lateral variations in tectonic activity resulted in a wide variety of structural slope break belts, which controlled both the sequence architectures and interval makeup, and strongly constrained the development of special facies zones or sand bodies that tended to form hydrocarbon accumulation. This paper classifies the genetic types of slope break belts and their relevant sequence stratigraphic patterns within the Fushan sag, and further discusses the tectonic evolution controls on sequence stratigraphic patterns, which suggests that vertical evolution paths of structural slope break belts and relevant sequence stratigraphic patterns as a response to the Paleogene tectonic evolution were strongly controlled by sag margin types and lateral variations of tectonic activity. | Guanhong Wang Hua Wang Huajun Gan Entao Liu Cunyin Xia Yingdong Zhao Shanbin Chen Chengcheng Zhang | 2016 | Journal of Earth Science2016,27,4: | 5
Caspase-1 inhibition attenuates activation of BV2 microglia induced by LPS-treated RAW264.7 macrophages显示文摘Neuroinflammation has been recognized as a factor in the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases.Emerging evidence suggests that peripheral inflammation, besides neuroinflammation, functions as a modulator of disease progression and neuropathology in several neurodegenerative diseases. However, detailed correlations among peripheral inflammation, neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration remain unknown. In the present study,we prepared a peripheral inflammation model with lipopolysaccharides(LPS)-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages to explore its activation on BV2 microglia. We found that LPS induced the production of IL-1 β,IL-6 and TNF-α in the culture medium of RAW264.7 macrophages. We further showed that LPS plus ATP activated inflammasome, evidenced by the upregulation of caspase-1 and IL-1β,which was suppressed by ZYVAD,a caspase-1 inhibitor.Furthermore, the conditioned medium obtained from LPS-treated RAW264.7 macrophages activated BV2 microglia, stimulating the release of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-a from BV2 cells.ZYVAD pretreatment markedly suppressed BV2 microglia activation induced by RAW264.7 cells conditioned medium.Taken together, our study indicates that macrophage-mediated peripheral inflammation subsequently evokes neuroinflammation and may aggravate neural damage.Inflammasome and caspase-1 may be potential targets for modulating systemic inflammatory responses in neurodegenerative diseases. | Yang Pan Bo Shen Qin Gao Jun Zhu Jingde Dong Li Zhang Yingdong Zhang | 2016 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2016,30,3: | 5
Influence factors and variation characteristics of water vapor absorption by soil in semi-arid region显示文摘The adsorption of water vapor by soil is one of the crucial contributors to non-rainfall water on land surface, particularly over semi-arid regions where its contribution can be equivalent to precipitation and can have a major impact on dry agriculture and the ecological environment in these regions. However, due to difficulties in the observation of the adsorption of water vapor, research in this area is limited. This study focused on establishing a method for estimating the quantitative observation of soil water vapor adsorption(WVA), and exploring the effects of meteorological elements(e.g., wind, temperature, and humidity) and soil environmental elements(e.g., soil temperature, soil moisture, and the available energy of soil) on WVA by soil over the semi-arid region, Dingxi, by combining use of the L-G large-scale weighing lysimeter and meteorological observation. In addition, this study also analyzed the diurnal and annual variations of WVA amount, frequency, and intensity by soil, how they changed with weather conditions, and the contribution of WVA by soil to the land surface water budget. Results showed that WVA by soil was co-affected by various meteorological and soil environmental elements, which were more likely to occur under conditions of relative humidity of 6.50% and the diurnal variation of relative humidity was large, inversion humidity, wind velocity of 3.4 m/s,lower soil water content, low surface temperature and slightly unstable atmospheric conditions. There was a negative feedback loop between soil moisture and the adsorption of water vapor, and, moreover, the diurnal and annual variations of WVA amount and frequency were evident—WVA by soil mainly occurred in the afternoon, and the annual peak appeared in December and the valley in June, with obvious regional characteristics. Furthermore, the contribution of WVA by soil to the land surface water budget obviously exceeded that of precipitation in the dry season. | ZHANG Qiang WANG Sheng WANG ShanShan ZHAO YingDong WEN XiaoMei | 2016 | Science China Earth Sciences2016,59,11: | 4

Distribution and differentiation of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells in vivo after intraperitoneal and tail vein injection into rats in the recovery phase of stroke: Which path is better?显示文摘BACKGROUND:Stereotactic injection(striatum or lateral ventricle) and vascular injection(tail vein or carotid artery) are now often used in cellular therapy for cerebral infarction.Stereotactic injection can accurately deliver cells to the infarct area, but requires a stereotactic device and causes secondary trauma;vascular injection is easy and better for host neurological deficit recovery, but can cause thrombosis.OBJECTIVE:To compare the therapeutic potential of adult bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) transplantation by intraperitoneal versus intravenous administration to cerebral ischemic rats.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A randomized controlled animal experiment was performed at the Cell Room and Pathology Laboratory,Brain Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from November 2007 to September 2008.MATERIALS:BMSCs were derived from 20 healthy Sprague-Dawley rats aged 4-6 weeks.METHODS:Forty-five adult middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) rats were randomly divided into control, intravenous and intraperitoneal injection groups, with 15 rats in each group. At 21 days after modeling, rats in the control group received 1 mL of 0.01 mol/L phosphate buffered saline via tail vein injection and each experimental rat received 4 × 106 BMSCs labeled by bromodeoxyuridine(BrdU) via intravenous or intraperitoneal injection.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Angiogenin expression and survival of transplanted cells were measured by immunohistochemical staining of brain tissue in infarction hemisphere at 7,14 or 21 days after BMSC transplantation.Co-expression of BrdU/microtubule-associated protein 2 or BrdU/glial fibrillary acidic protein was observed by double-labeled immunofluorescence of cerebral cortex.Evaluation of nerve function using the neurological injury severity score and the adhesion-removal test was performed on the 1st and 21st day before and after MCAO,and at 3,7,14 or 21 days after BMSCs treatment.RESULTS:Angiogenin-positive new vessels were distributed in the bilateral striatum, hippocampus and cerebral cortex of each group of rats at each time point, most markedly in the intravenous injection group. There were significantly more BrdU-positive cells in the intravenous injection group than in the intraperitoneal injection group(P < 0.01).Co-expression of BrdU/microtubule-associated protein 2 or BrdU/glial fibrillary acidic protein were almost only seen in the intravenous group by fluorescence microscopy. After transplantation,BMSCs significantly restored nerve function in rats, particularly in the intravenous injection group.CONCLUSION:BMSCs were able to enter brain tissue via the tail vein or peritoneal injection and improve neurological function by promoting the regeneration of nerves and blood vessels in vivo, more effectively after intravenous than intraperitoneal injection. | Yan Liu Yingdong Zhang | 2010 | Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,13: | 2
Pretreatment with simvastatin upregulates expression of BK-2R and CD11b in the ischemic penumbra of rats显示文摘Inhibitors of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductases, collectively known as statins, have been shown to minimize cerebral ischemic events in patients. We assessed the mechanisms of simvastatin pretreatment in preventing cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats using a model of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).Rats were pretreated with simvastatin 14 days prior to MCAO induction. At 3, 24, and 48 hours after reperfusion, bradykinin levels in the ischemic penumbra were assayed by ELISA, mRNA levels of bradykinin B2 receptors(BK-2Rs) and CD11b were measured by fluorescent quantitative real-time PCR(RT-PCR), and co-expression of microglia and BK-2Rs was determined by immunofluorescence. Simvastatin had no effect on bradykinin expression in the ischemic penumbra at any time point. However, the levels of BK-2R and CD11b mRNA in the ischemic penumbra, which were significantly decreased 3 hours after ischemia-reperfusion, were increased in simvastatin-pretreated rats. Moreover, the co-expression of BK-2Rs and microglia was confirmed by immunofluorescence analysis. These results suggest that the beneficial effects of simvastatin pretreatment before cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats may be partially due to increased expression of BK-2R and CD11b in the ischemic penumbra. | Jianying Zhang Qingke Bai Yingdong Zhang | 2018 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2018,32,5: | 2
Subjective poor sleep quality in Chinese patients with Parkinson's disease without dementia显示文摘Parkinson's disease (PD) is a common progressive neurological disorder and is composed of motor and nonmotor symptoms. Sleep disturbances are frequent problems for patients with PD. The relationship between sleep disturbances with Hoehn and Yahr (H&Y) staging have been demonstrated. However, the relationship between sleep disorders and H&Y is still unclear in patients with PD without dementia in Chinese PD patients. In this study, we interviewed 487 non-demented PD patients of Chinese Han descents by H&Y classification. We found that night sleep quality was significantly associated with the severity of PD (P=0.008). Panic disorder severity scale (PDSS) total scores were correlated with PD non-motor symptoms scale (PDNMS) scores (r=-0.528, P<0.001), the Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) scores (r=-0.545, P<0.001) and the Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) scores (r=-0.498, P<0.001). Our results indicated that sleep quality deteriorated with the advancing of PD in Chinese non-demented patients with PD. Depression and anxiety may partly explain sleep disturbances in nondemented patients with PD. | Li Zhang Jingde Dong Weiguo Liu Yingdong Zhang | 2013 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2013,27,4: | 2
Comparative proteomic analysis of the effects of high-concentrate diet on the hepatic metabolism and inflammatory response in lactating dairy goats显示文摘Background: To understand the impact of feeding a high-concentrate diet to mid-lactating goats for a long time on liver metabolism and inflammatory response, two dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(2-DE) and real-time PCR method were employed to detect proteins differentially expressed in liver and their m RNAs expression in goats fed high concentrate diet(HC) or low concentrate diet(LC). Twelve lactating dairy goats were randomly assigned to either a HC diet group(65 % concentrate of dry matter; n = 6) or a LC diet group(35 % concentrate of dry matter; n = 6) for 10 wk.Results: Twenty differentially expressed spots(≥2.0-fold changes) in the hepatic tissues were excised and successfully identified using MALDI TOF/TOF. Of these, 8 proteins were up-regulated, while the rest 12 proteins were down-regulated in HC goats compared to LC. Differential expressed proteins including alpha enolase 1(ENO1), glutamate dehydrogenase 1(GLUD1), glutathione S-transferase A1(GSTA1), ATP synthase subunit 5β(ATP5β), superoxide dismutase [Cu-Zn](SOD1), cytochrom c oxidase subunit Via(COX6A1) and heat shock protein 60(HSP60) were further verified by real-time PCR and/or western blot at m RNA or protein expression level. Consistent with the 2-DE results, a significant decrease of β-actin protein expression and SOD enzyme activity was observed in liver of HC goats(P < 0.05), while ENO1 protein expression was significantly up-regulated in HC compared to LC goats(P < 0.05). However, western blot analysis did not show a significant difference of hepatic HSP60 protein between HC and LC group, which did not match the decrease of HSP60 content detected by 2-DE analysis. Real-time PCR showed that glutathione S-transferase P1(GSTP1) and SOD1 m RNA expression was significantly decreased in liver of HC goats, while cytochrom c oxidase(COX3) and ATPase 8(ATP8) m RNAs expression were markedly increased compared to LC(P < 0.05). Gene Ontology(GO) analysis revealed that HC diet resulted in altered expression of proteins related to catalytic and mitochondrial metabolism in the liver, and may increase the stress response with up-regulating the expression of differentiation 14(CD14) cluster and serum amyloid A(SAA) as well as C-reactive protein(CRP) in the liver. Conclusions: These results suggest that feeding high concentrate diet to lactating goats for 10 wk leads to the activation of the inflammatory response, and decreases the anti-oxidant capacity, and subsequently impairs the mitochondrial function in the liver. | Yongqian Duanmu Rihua Cong Shiyu Tao Jing Tian Haibo Dong Yuanshu Zhang Yingdong Ni Ruqian Zhao | 2016 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2016,7,2: | 2
Low temperature impact toughness and fracture mechanism of cast QT400-18L ductile iron with diferent Ni additions显示文摘Different contents of Ni(0.3wt.%to 1.2wt.%)were added to the QT400-18L ductile iron to investigate the effect of Ni addition on the impact toughness of cast ductile irons at low temperatures. The impact toughnesses of the samples at room and low temperatures were tested. The microstructures and fractographs were observed. Results show that with the increase of Ni addition there is a general trend of refinement of the ferrite matrix while the nodule density shows no obvious change. When the Ni content is 0.7wt.%,the matrix structure is the refined ferrite with a very small fraction(about 2%)of pearlite near the eutectic cell boundaries. When the Ni content is further increased, the fraction of pearlite increases significantly and reaches more than 5%when 1.2wt.%Ni is added. The impact toughness at room temperature increases as the content of Ni increases from 0.3 wt.%to 0.7 wt.%,but decreases as the Ni content further increases to 1.2wt.%due to the increase of pearlite fraction. The maximum value of the impact work is 18.5 J at room temperature with 0.7wt.%Ni addition. The average value of the impact work is still more than 13 J even at-30℃.In addition, the fracture mechanism changes from ductile manner to brittleness as the testing temperature decreases from 20℃to-60℃. | Zhang Xinning Qu Yingdong Yang Hongwang Li Rongde | 2013 | China Foundry2013,10,5: | 2
On proactive eavesdropping using anti-relay-selection jamming in multi-relay communication systems显示文摘This paper considers a multi-relay legitimate surveillance system, where a suspicious link may transmit illegal information with the help of relays and a legitimate monitor aims at intercepting the information. We assume that the relay selection method is adopted by the suspicious link to improve the efficiency of the information transmission. We propose anti-relay-selection(ARS) jamming strategies for two different information transmission scenarios, namely the event-based information and content-based information. Beamforming vector of jamming is optimized and the iterative algorithms are used to improve the jamming efficiency. | 17 | The influence of microtexture on the formation mechanism of nodules in Zircaloy-4 alloy tube显示文摘Corrosion re sistance of Zircaloy-4 alloy tube in superheated steam at 673 K/10.3 MPa is anisotropic.A part of the surface undergoes uniform corrosion while the other suffers nodular corrosion.Narrow and wide nodules are observed after an exposure period of 3 and 30 days, respectively.A new matrix transformation method is established in order to study the formation mechanism of nodules in the cross-section(CS) of Zircaloy-4 alloy tube using the EBSD technique, while the CS perpendicular to axial direction(AD).The results reveal that the microtexture is a key factor behind the two types of corrosion.Furthermore, the oxide layers grow anisotropically over the corroded surface.A thick oxide layer forms over the nodular corrosion region on the grains with c-axis oriented in the range of 40° around tangential direction(TD),whereas a thin oxide layer over the uniform corrosion region is detected on the grains with c-axis oriented in the range of 68° around TD.In short, the anisotropic growth of oxide layer was caused by the change of microtexture of the Zr-4 alloy tube, and this anisotropic growth of oxide layer contributed to the nodules formation. | Yingdong Zhang Fusen Yuan Fuzhou Han Muhammad Ali Wenbin Guo Geping Li Chengze Liu Hengfei Gu | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,12: | 2
Origin of High Efficiency and Long-Term Stability in Ionic Liquid Perovskite Photovoltaic显示文摘Environment-friendly protic amine carboxylic acid ionic liquids(ILs)as solvents is a significant breakthrough with respect to traditional highly coordinating and toxic solvents in achieving efficient and stable perovskite solar cells(PSCs)with a simple one-step air processing and without an antisolvent treatment approach. However,it remains mysterious for the improved efficiency and stability of PSCs without any passivation strategy. Here,we unambiguously demonstrate that the three functions of solvents, additive, and passivation are present for protic amine carboxylic acid ILs.We found that the ILs have the capability to dissolve a series of perovskite precursors, induce oriented crystallization, and chemically passivate the grain boundaries. This is attributed to the unique molecular structure of ILs with carbonyl and amine groups, allowing for strong interaction with perovskite precursors by forming C=O…Pb chelate bonds and N-H…I hydrogen bonds in both solution and film. This finding is generic in nature with extension to a wide range of IL-based perovskite optoelectronics. | Lingfeng Chao Tingting Niu Hao Gu Yingguo Yang Qi Wei Yingdong Xia Wei Hui Shouwei Zuo Zhaohua Zhu Chengjie Pei Xiaodong Li Jing Zhang Junfeng Fang Guichuan Xing Hai Li Xiao Huang Xingyu Gao Chenxin Ran Lin Song Li Fu Yonghua Chen Wei Huang | 2020 | Research2020,,1: | 2
Effects of chronic peripheral pretreatment with an angiotensin II type-1 receptor blocker on apoptosis-related molecules in rats with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury显示文摘Chronic systemic treatment with blockers of angiotensin II type-1(AT1) receptors inhibits ischemia-induced apoptosis and reduces ischemic neuronal damage. However, the molecular mechanisms of AT1 receptor blockers in modulating neuronal apoptosis remain poorly understood.Pretreatment with irbesartan significantly suppressed cell apoptosis at 1-7 days following cerebral ischemia/reperfusion,increased levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor, and elevated the ratios of Bcl-2/Bax and phosphorylated cyclic adenosine monophosphate response element-binding protein(pCREB)/CREB in the ischemic cortex at 1 day after reperfusion,as well as suppressing caspase-3 activation.Cerebral ischemia increased the mRNA expression of AT1 and AT2 receptors in the ischemic cortex, whereas irbesartan blocked this increase in AT1 expression but potentiated the expression of AT2.Therefore,this AT1 receptor blocker was neuroprotective by increasing the ratios of Bcl-2/Bax and pCREB/CREB,increasing brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels, inhibiting caspase-3 activation, and modulating AT receptor expression. | Jingping Shi Jingde Dong Jie Lu Yingdong Zhang | 2010 | Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,15: | 2
