| 2 | Adaptive Trajectory Tracking Control for a Nonholonomic Mobile Robot显示文摘As one of the core issues of the mobile robot motion control, trajectory tracking has received extensive attention. At present, the solution of the problem only takes kinematic or dynamic model into account separately, so that the presented strategy is difficult to realize satisfactory tracking quality in practical application. Considering the unknown parameters of two models, this paper presents an adaptive controller for solving the trajectory tracking problem of a mobile robot. Firstly, an adaptive kinematic controller utilized to generate the command of velocity is designed based on Backstepping method. Then, in order to make the real velocity of mobile robot reach the desired velocity asymptotically, a dynamic adaptive controller is proposed adopting reference model and Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, through simulating typical trajectories including circular trajectory, fold line and parabola trajectory in normal and perturbed cases, the results illustrate that the control scheme can solve the tracking problem effectively. | 3 | 基于有限元法的硬脑膜外视皮层电刺激仿真研究显示文摘经硬脑膜对视皮层电刺激是治疗失明的新思路。为从理论上认识其作用机制,首先建立视皮层区域的有限元仿真模型,分析脑组织内电场分布,并用激活函数和组织活化区来表征外加刺激的作用效果;随后逐次改变单相脉冲的幅值、脉宽和频率,通过基波作用下组织活化区的变化来探讨不同刺激参数对结果的影响。仿真结果显示,经硬脑膜可以实现对视皮层的有效刺激,只是所需刺激强度比直接皮层刺激约高30倍;多电极刺激模式下,只要电极间距超过5 mm,电极间的影响可忽略不计;降低幅值、脉宽和频率等参数,可以改善单相方波脉冲的刺激效果,其中幅值的减小对空间分辨率的提高效果最为显著。所得结论对实验具有一定指导意义。 | 侯文生 章毅 郑小林 吴小鹰 阴正勤 JIANG Yingtao BISWAJIT Das | 2010 | 中国生物医学工程学报2010,29,4: | 9 |
| 4 | An overview of resistive random access memory devices显示文摘With recent progress in material science, resistive random access memory (RRAM) devices have attracted interest for nonvolatile, low-power, nondestructive readout, and high-density memories. Relevant performance parameters of RRAM devices include operating voltage, operation speed, resistance ratio, endurance, retention time, device yield, and multilevel storage. Numerous resistive-switching mechanisms, such as conductive filament, space-charge-limited conduction, trap charging and discharging, Schottky Emission, and Pool-Frenkel emission, have been proposed to explain the resistive switching of RRAM devices. In addition to a discussion of these mechanisms, the effects of electrode materials, doped oxide materials, and different configuration devices on the resistive-switching characteristics in nonvolatile memory applications, are reviewed. | 8 | Improving the electrical performance of resistive switching memory using doping technology显示文摘In this paper, improvements of resistive random access memory (RRAM) using doping technology are summarized and analyzed. Based on a Cu/ZrO2/Pt device, three doping technologies with Ti ions, Cu, and Cu nanocrystal, respectively, are adopted in the experiments. Compared to an undoped device, improvements focus on four points: eliminating the electroforming process, reducing operation voltage, improving electrical uniformity, and increasing device yield. In addition, thermal stability of the high resistance state and better retention are also achieved by the doping technology. | 9 | Nanoparticle monolayer-based flexible strain gauge with ultrafast dynamic response for acoustic vibration detection显示文摘The relatively poor dynamic response of current flexible strain gauges has prevented their wide adoption in portable electronics. In this work, we present a greatly improved flexible strain gauge, where one strip of Au nanoparticle (NP) monolayer assembled on a polyethylene terephthalate film is utilized as the active unit. The proposed flexible gauge is capable of responding to applied stimuli without detectable hysteresis via electron tunneling between adjacent nanoparticles within the Au NP monolayer. Based on experimental quantification of the time and frequency domain dependence of the electrical resistance of the proposed strain gauge, acoustic vibrations in the frequency range of 1 to 20,000 Hz could be reliably detected. However,due to the great volatility of services in Mobile Internet environments,such as internet of vehicles,Web services often do not work as announced and thus cause unacceptable problems. QoS prediction can avoid failure before it takes place,which is considered a more effective way to assure quality. However,Current QoS prediction approaches neither consider the highly dynamic of Web services,nor maintain good prediction performance all the time. Consequently we propose a novel Bayesian combinational model to predict QoS by continuously adjusting credit values of the basic models so as to keep good prediction accuracy. QoS attributes such as response time,throughput and reliability are used to validate the proposed model.
