1Ligustrazine monomer against cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury显示文摘Ligustrazine(2,3,5,6-tetramethylpyrazine) is a major active ingredient of the Szechwan lovage rhizome and is extensively used in treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.The mechanism of action of ligustrazine use against ischemic cerebrovascular diseases remains unclear at present.This study summarizes its protective effect,the optimum time window of administration,and the most effective mode of administration for clinical treatment of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.We examine the effects of ligustrazine on suppressing excitatory amino acid release,promoting migration,differentiation and proliferation of endogenous neural stem cells.We also looked at its effects on angiogenesis and how it inhibits thrombosis,the inflammatory response,and apoptosis after cerebral ischemia.We consider that ligustrazine gives noticeable protection from cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.The time window of ligustrazine administration is limited.The protective effect and time window of a series of derivative monomers of ligustrazine such as 2-[(1,1-dimethylethyl)oxidoimino]methyl]-3,5,6-trimethylpyrazine,CXC137 and CXC195 after cerebral ischemia were better than ligustrazine.Hai-jun Gao Peng-fei Liu Pei-wen Li Zhuo-yan Huang Feng-bo Yu Ting Lei Yong Chen Ye Cheng Qing-chun Mu Hai-yan Huang 2015Neural Regeneration Research2015,10,5:48
2De novo characterization of the root transcriptome of a traditional Chinese medicinal plant Polygonum cuspidatum显示文摘Various active components have been extracted from the root of Polygonum cuspidatum.However,the genetic basis for their activity is virtually unknown.In this study,25600002 short reads (2.3 Gb) of P.cuspidatum root transcriptome were obtained via Illumina HiSeq 2000 sequencing.A total of 86418 unigenes were assembled de novo and annotated.Twelve,18,60 and 54 unigenes were respectively mapped to the mevalonic acid (MVA),methyl-D-erythritol 4-phosphate (MEP),shikimate and resveratrol biosynthesis pathways,suggesting that they are involved in the biosynthesis of pharmaceutically important anthraquinone and resveratrol.Eighteen potential UDP-glycosyltransferase unigenes were identified as the candidates most likely to be involved in the biosynthesis of glycosides of secondary metabolites.Identification of relevant genes could be important in eventually increasing the yields of the medicinally useful constituents of the P.cuspidatum root.From the previously published transcriptome data of 19 non-model plant taxa,1127 shared orthologs were identified and characterized.This information will be very useful for future functional,phylogenetic and evolutionary studies of these plants.HAO DaCheng MA Pei MU Jun CHEN ShiLin XIAO PeiGen PENG Yong HUO Li XU LiJia SUN Chao 2012Science China(Life Sciences)2012,55,5:36
3Clinical observations on the treatment of prolapsing hemorrhoids with tissue selecting therapy显示文摘AIM:To compare the effects and postoperative complications between tissue selecting therapy stapler(TST)and Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(M-M).METHODS:Four hundred and eighty patients with severe prolapsing hemorrhoids,who were admitted to the Shenyang Coloproctology Hospital between 2009and 2012,were randomly divided into observation(n=240)and control(n=240)groups.Hemorrhoidectomies were performed with TST in the observation group and with the M-M technique in the control group.The therapeutic effects,operation security,and postoperative complications in the two groups were compared.The immediate and long-term complications were assessed according to corresponding criteria.Pain was assessed on a visual analogue scale.The efficacy was assessed by specialized criteria.The follow-up was conducted one year after the operation.RESULTS:The total effective rates of the observation and control groups were 99.5%(217/218)and 98.6%(218/221)respectively;the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.322).Their were significant differences between observation and control groups in intraoperative blood loss(5.07±1.14 vs 2.45±0.57,P=0.000),pain(12 h after the surgery:5.08±1.62 vs 7.19±2.01,P=0.000;at first dressing change:2.64±0.87 vs 4.34±1.15,P=0.000;first defecation:3.91±1.47 vs 5.63±1.98,P=0.001),urine retention(n=22 vs n=47,P=0.001),anal pendant expansion after the surgery(2.35±0.56 vs 5.16±1.42,P=0.000),operation time(18.3±5.6 min vs 29.5±8.2 min,P=0.000),and the length of hospital stay(5.3±0.6 d vs 11.4±1.8 d,P=0.000).Moreover TST showed significant reductions compared to M-M in the rates of long-term complications such as fecal incontinence(n=3 vs n=16,P=0.003),difficult bowel movement(n=1 vs n=9,P=0.011),intractable pain(n=2 vs n=12,P=0.007),and anal discharge(n=3 vs n=23,P=0.000).CONCLUSION:TST for severe prolapsing hemorrhoids is a satisfactory technique for more rapid recovery,lower complication rates,and higher operation security.Zhi-Gang Wang Yong Zhang Xian-Dong Zeng Tie-Hui Zhang Qi-Dong Zhu De-Long Liu Yun-Yu Qiao Nan Mu Zhi-Tao Yin 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,8:33

5Inflammatory biomarkers and cerebral small vessel disease:a community-based cohort study显示文摘Background and purpose Although inflammation has been proposed to be a candidate risk factor for cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD),previous findings remain largely inconclusive and vary according to disease status and study designs.The present study aimed to investigate possible associations between inflammatory biomarkers and MRI markers of CSVD.Methods A group of 15 serum inflammatory biomarkers representing a variety of those putatively involved in the inflammatory cascade was grouped and assessed in a cross-sectional study involving 960 stroke-free subjects.The biomarker panel was grouped as follows:systemic inflammation(high-sensitivity C reactive protein(hsCRP),interleukin 6 and tumour necrosis factorα),endothelial-related inflammation(E-selectin,P-selectin,intercellular adhesion molecule 1,vascular cell adhesion molecule 1(VCAM-1),CD40 ligand,lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2,chitinase-3-like 1 protein and total homocysteine(tHCY))and media-related inflammation(matrix metalloproteinases 2,3 and 9,and osteopontin).The association(s)between different inflammatory groups and white matter hyperintensity(WMH),lacunes,cerebral microbleeds(CMBs),enlarged perivascular space(PVS)and the number of deep medullary veins(DMVs)were investigated.Results High levels of serum endothelial-related inflammatory biomarkers were associated with both increased WMH volume(R^(2)=0.435,p=0.015)and the presence of lacunes(R^(2)=0.254,p=0.027).Backward stepwise elimination of individual inflammatory biomarkers for endothelial-related biomarkers revealed that VCAM-1 was significant for WMH(β=0.063,p=0.005)and tHCY was significant for lacunes(β=0.069,p<0.001).There was no association between any group of inflammatory biomarkers and CMBs or PVS.Systemic inflammatory biomarkers were associated with fewer DMVs(R^(2)=0.032,p=0.006),and backward stepwise elimination of individual systemic-related inflammatory biomarkers revealed that hsCRP(β=−0.162,p=0.007)was significant.Conclusion WMH and lacunes were associated with endothelial-related inflammatory biomarkers,and fewer DMVs were associated with systemic inflammation,thus suggesting different underlying inflammatory processes and mechanisms.Ding-Ding Zhang Yuan Cao Jing-Yu Mu Yi-Ming Liu Feng Gao Fei Han Fei-Fei Zhai Li-Xin Zhou Jun Ni Ming Yao Ming-Li Li Zheng-Yu Jin Shu-Yang Zhang Li-Ying Cui Yong Shen Yi-Cheng Zhu 2022Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,4:11
6TiC-Fe coatings prepared by flame spray synthesis process显示文摘A new process, flame spray synthesis (FSS), has been developed for producing ceramic containing composite coatings. By combining self propagation high temperature synthesis (SHS) and flame spraying, the cermet based material was synthesized and deposited simultaneously. TiC Fe coatings were deposited from commercial ferrotitanium, iron and graphite powders by the flame spraying synthesis process. Microstructure analyses revealed that TiC was synthesized during spraying, and that submicron and round TiC particles were dispersed within an iron matrix. 7Full-color quantum dots active matrix display fabricated by ink-jet printing显示文摘Making full-color active matrix display based on quantum dot light emitting diodes(AM-QLEDs) via ink-jet printing is attractive in display industry due to QLEDs' wide color gamut and their potential manufacturing advantages of large screen size and low cost. The challenges for realizing AM-QLED display are how to achieve high quality films through ink-jet printing, multi-color patterning, electroluminescence(EL) color purity, and high efficiency. Herein, a 2-inch diagonal full-color AM-QLEDs display with pixel density of 120 pixels per inch(PPI) fabricated by ink-jet printing technique is presented. Driven by a metal oxide TFT(MOTFT) back-panel, the display exhibits a maximum brightness of 400 cd m.2, and a color gamut of 109%(NTSC 1931). The red, green, and blue(RGB) monochrome QLEDs passive matrix panels fabricated by ink-jet printing technique have a current efficiency(CE) of 2.5, 13.9, and 0.30 cd A.1, respectively. To the best of our knowledge, the efficiencies are the highest among passive matrix QLEDs panels made by ink-jet printing technique. 8Identification,bioinformatic analysis and expression profiling of candidate mRNA-like non-coding RNAs in Sus scrofa显示文摘Messenger RNA-like non-coding RNAs(mlncRNAs) are a newly identified group of non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs) that may be in-volved in a number of critical cellular events.In this study,93 candidate porcine mlncRNAs were obtained by computational prediction and screening,among which 72 were mapped to the porcine genome.Further analysis of 8 representative candidates revealed that these mlncRNA candidates are not highly conserved among species.Remarkably,one of the candidates,sTF35495,was found to be precursor of a putative porcine microRNA.By RACE PCR,we determined that the full length of sTF35495 was 3 kb.The protein-coding potential of this RNA was tested in silico with no significant finding.Semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis of the subgroup of 8 candidates revealed two distinct expression profiles and two molecules were further validated by real-time PCR.The predicted pre-microRNA sequence in this study provides a potentially interesting insight into the in vivo function of porcine mlncRNAs and our findings suggest that they play key biological roles in Sus scrofa.Bang Xiao Xingju Zhang Yong Li Zhonglin Tang Shulin Yang Yulian Mu Wentao Cui Hong Ao Kui Li 2009Journal of Genetics and Genomics2009,36,12:7
9Utilization of Ogura CMS germplasm with the clubroot resistance gene by fertility restoration and cytoplasm replacement in Brassica oleracea L显示文摘Clubroot disease,a major plant root disease caused by Plasmodiophora brassicae,has become one of the most destructive diseases among cultivated cruciferous vegetables.However,clubroot-resistant Brassica oleracea materials are rare.A few clubroot-resistant cabbage varieties are available on the market,but all are Ogura cytoplasmic male sterile(CMS)types.Therefore,in this study,to reutilize the clubroot-resistant Ogura CMS germplasm of cabbage,a new fertility-restored Ogura CMS material,16Q2-11,was used as a bridge to transfer the clubroot resistance(CR)gene from the Ogura CMS cytoplasm to the normal cytoplasm by a two-step method(a fertility restoration and cytoplasm replacement method).In the first cross for fertility restoration of Ogura CMS clubroot-resistant cabbage(FRCRC),16Q2-11 was used as a restorer to cross with Ogura CMS materials containing the CR gene CRb2.Eleven Rfo-positive progenies were generated,of which four contained CRb2:F8-514,F8-620,F8-732 and F8-839.After inoculation with race 4 of P.brassicae,these four CRb2-positive individuals showed resistance.Furthermore,F8-514 and F8-839 were then used as male parents in the second cross of FRCRC to cross with cabbage inbred lines,resulting in the successful introgression of the CRb2 gene into the inbred lines.All offspring produced from this step of cross,which had a normal cytoplasm,showed a high resistance to race 4 of P.brassicae and could be utilized for the breeding of clubrootresistant cabbage varieties in the future.This is the first time that the Ogura CMS restorer has been used to restore the fertility of Ogura CMS clubroot-resistant cabbages,which could improve germplasm diversity in cabbage and provide a reference method for using CMS germplasm in Brassica crops.Wenjing Ren Zhiyuan Li Fengqing Han Bin Zhang Xing Li Zhiyuan Fang Limei Yang Mu Zhuang Honghao Lv Yumei Liu Yong Wang Hailong Yu Yangyong Zhang 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:7

12Intensive phototherapy vs.exchange transfusion for the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia:a multicenter retrospective cohort study显示文摘Background:Intensive phototherapy(IPT)and exchange transfusion(ET)are the main treatments for extreme hyperbilirubinemia.However,there is no reliable evidence on determining the thresholds for these treatments.This multicenter study compared the effectiveness and complications of IPT and ET in the treatment of extreme hyperbilirubinemia.Methods:This retrospective cohort study was conducted in seven centers from January 2015 to January 2018.Patients with extreme hyperbilirubinemia that met the criteria of ET were included.Patients were divided into three subgroups(low-,medium-,and high-risk)according to gestational week and risk factors.Propensity score matching(PSM)was performed to balance the data before treatment.Study outcomes included the development of bilirubin encephalopathy,duration of hospitalization,expenses,and complications.Mortality,auditory complications,seizures,enamel dysplasia,ocular motility disorders,athetosis,motor,and language development were evaluated during follow-up at age of 3 years.Results:A total of 1164 patients were included in this study.After PSM,296 patients in the IPT only group and 296 patients in the IPT plus ET group were further divided into the low-,medium-,and high-risk subgroups with 188,364,and 40 matched patients,respectively.No significant differences were found between the IPT only and IPT plus ET groups in terms of morbidity,complications,and sequelae.Hospitalization duration and expenses were lower in the low-and medium-risk subgroups in the IPT only group.Conclusions:In this study,our results suggest that IPT is a safe and effective treatment for extreme hyperbilirubinemia.The indication of ET for patients with hyperbilirubinemia could be stricter.However,it is necessary to have a contingency plan for emergency ET as soon as IPT is commenced especially for infants with risk factors.If IPT can be guaranteed and proved to be therapeutic,ET should be avoided as much as possible.Meng Zhang Yang He Jun Tang Wenbin Dong Yong Zhang Benjin Zhang Hong Wan Quanmin Deng Lirong Guan Bin Xia Zhong Chen Min Ge Jing Zhao Wenxing Li Jingjun Pei Yi Qu Dezhi Mu 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,5:7
13Toxicity of Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes,Graphene Oxide,and Reduced Graphene Oxide to Zebrafish Embryos显示文摘Objective This study was aimed to investigate the toxic effects of 3 nanomaterials, i.e. multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs), graphene oxide(GO), and reduced graphene oxide(RGO), on zebrafish embryos. Methods The 2-h post-fertilization(hpf) zebrafish embryos were exposed to MWCNTs, GO, and RGO at different concentrations(1, 5, 10, 50, 100 mg/L) for 96 h. Afterwards, the effects of the 3 nanomateria on spontaneous movement, heart rate, hatching rate, length of larvae, mortality, and malformations ls were evaluated. Results Statistical analysis indicated that RGO significantly inhibited the hatching of zebrafish embryos. Furthermore, RGO and MWCNTs decreased the length of the hatched larvae at 96 hpf. No obvious morphological malformation or mortality was observed in the zebrafish embryos after exposure to the three nanomaterials. Conclusion MWCNTs, GO, and RGO were all toxic to zebrafish embryos to influence embryos hatching and larvae length. 14The Relationship between Polymorphisms at 17 Gene Sites and Hypertension among the Aboriginal Tibetan People显示文摘Objective The incidence of hypertension in Tibet ranks highest among all Chinese provinces. This may be due to genetic changes caused by Tibet's unique natural environment and agrarian lifestyle, prompting us to investigated the relationship between gene polymorphisms and hypertension. Methods Blood samples were collected from 229 hypertensive participants and 372 healthy (control) participants from five Tibetan counties. Seventeen single nucleotide polymorphisms were investigated for their connection to hypertension. Results The C allele at rs2070744 of the NOS3 gene was shown to be significantly associated with hypertension (P=0.0443; OR=1.636). Additionally, the T allele of rs4961 of the ADD gene was correlated with hypertension in women (P=0.03124; OR=1.584). Conclusion In this study we found that the NOS3 and ADD genes were related to a high incidence of hypertension among Tibetans. NOS3 gene plays a role in regulating vascular tone and blood vessel diameter, which may be altered by the low-oxygen environment of Tibet. ADD is involved in water and salt metabolism, which is consistent with the high-salt diet of Tibetans. 15The Spatial Color Mixing Model of Digital Camouflage Pattern显示文摘A spatial color-mixing model based on tricolor angular frequencies is proposed in consideration that the design theory falls behind the application of digital camouflage pattern.The model is based on Fourier transform and Gaussian low-pass filter(LPF).In the model,the tricolor angular frequencies are introduced to the spatial frequency response function of human color vision,and the effects of atmospheric attenuation and air screen brightness on color mixture are considered.The field test shows that the model can simulate the color-mixing process in the aspects of color-mixing order,and shape and position of color-mixing spot.But the color-mixing spot color is not perfect,which can be improved by optimizing the atmospheric parameters and tricolor cut-off angular frequencies.The model provides a tool for the research on digital camouflage pattern.Yong ZHANG Shi-qiang XUE Xiao-jun JIANG Jing-yang MU Yang YI 2013Defence Technology(防务技术)2013,9,3:6
16Long-term effects of early antibiotic intervention on blood parameters,apparent nutrient digestibility, and fecal microbial fermentation profile in pigs with different dietary protein levels显示文摘Backgroud: This study aimed to determine the effects of early antibiotic intervention(EAI) on subsequent blood parameters, apparent nutrient digestibility, and fecal fermentation profile in pigs with different dietary crude protein(CP) levels. Eighteen litters of piglets(total 212) were randomly allocated to 2 groups and were fed a creep feed diet with or without in-feed antibiotics(olaquindox, oxytetracycline calcium and kitasamycin) from postnatal d 7 to d 42. On d 42, the piglets within the control or antibiotic group were mixed, respectively, and then further randomly assigned to a normal-(20%, 18%, and 14% CP from d 42 to d 77, d 77 to d 120, and d 120 to d 185,respectively) or a low-CP diet(16%, 14%, and 10% CP from d 42 to d 77, d 77 to d 120, and d 120 to d 185,respectively), generating 4 groups. On d 77(short-term) and d 185(long-term), serum and fecal samples were obtained for blood parameters, microbial composition and microbial metabolism analysis.Results: EAI increased(P < 0.05) albumin and glucose concentrations in low-CP diet on d 77, and increased(P < 0.05) urea concentration in normal-CP diet. On d 185, EAI increased(P < 0.05) globulin concentration in normal-CP diets, but decreased glucose concentration. For nutrient digestibility, EAI increased(P < 0.05)digestibility of CP on d 77. For fecal microbiota, the EAI as well as low-CP diet decreased(P < 0.05) E. coli count on d 77. For fecal metabolites, on d 77, EAI decreased(P < 0.05) total amines concentration but increased skatole concentration in low-CP diet. On d 185, the EAI increased(P < 0.05) putrescine and total amines concentrations in low-CP diets but reduced(P < 0.05) in the normal-CP diets. The low-CP diet decreased the concentrations of these compounds.Conclusions: Collectively, these results indicate that EAI has short-term effects on the blood parameters and fecal microbial fermentation profile. 17An interface shear damage model of chromium coating/steel substrate under thermal erosion load显示文摘The Cr-plated coating inside a gun barrel can effectively improve the barrel’s erosion resistance and thus increase the service life.However,due to the cyclic thermal load caused by high-temperature gunpowder,micro-element damage tends to occur within the Cr coating/steel substrate interface,leading to a gradual deterioration in macro-mechanical properties for the material in the related region.In order to mimic this cyclic thermal load and,thereby,study the thermal erosion behavior of the Cr coating on the barrel’s inner wall,a laser emitter is utilized in the current study.With the help of in-situ tensile test and finite element simulation results,a shear stress distribution law of the Cr coating/steel substrate and a change law of the interface ultimate shear strength are identified.Studies have shown that the Cr coating/steel substrate interface’s ultimate shear strength has a significant weakening effect due to increasing temperature.In this study,the interfacial ultimate shear strength decreases from 2.57 GPa(no erosion)to 1.02 GPa(laser power is 160 W).The data from this experiment is employed to establish a Cr coating/steel substrate interface shear damage model.And this model is used to predict the flaking process of Cr coating by finite element method.The simulation results show that the increase of coating crack spacing and coating thickness will increase the service life of gun barrel.Xiao-long Li Yong Zang Yong Lian Min-yu Ma Lei Mu Qin Qin 2021Defence Technology(防务技术)2021,17,2:6
18Genetic and Antibiotic Resistance Characteristics ofCampylobacterjejuni Isolated from Diarrheal Patients,Poultry and Cattle in Shenzhen显示文摘Objective To investigate genetic and antibiotic resistance characteristics of Campylobacter jejuni(C. jejuni) isolated from Shenzhen. Methods Multilocs sequence typing and agar dilution methods were used to define the genotype and antibiotic resistance of C. jejuni, respectively. Results In total, 126 C. jejuni strains were isolated. The prevalence of C. jejuni was 5.3% in diarrheal patients. The prevalence in poultry meat(36.5%) was higher than that in cattle meat(1.1%). However, the prevalence in poultry cloacal swabs(27.0%) was lower than that in cattle stool(57.3%). Sixty-two sequence types were obtained, among which 27 of the STs and 10 alleles were previously unreported. The most frequently observed clonal complexes were ST-21(11.9%), ST-22(10.3%), and ST-403(7.1%). ST-21, ST-45, ST-354, ST-403, and ST-443 complexes overlapped between isolates from patients and cattle, whereas ST-45 and ST-574 complexes overlapped between isolates from patients and poultry. All C. jejuni were resistant to at least one antibiotic. The highest resistance rate was toward ciprofloxacin(89.7%), followed by tetracycline(74.6%), and nalidixic acid(69.0%). Conclusion This is the first report of the genotypes and antibiotic resistance of C. jejuni in Shenzhen. 19A short-term study of corneal collagen cross-linking with hypo-osmolar riboflavin solution in keratoconic corneas显示文摘AIM: To report the 3mo outcomes of collagen crosslinking(CXL) with a hypo-osmolar riboflavin in thin corneas with the thinnest thickness less than 400 μm without epithelium.METHODS: Eight eyes in 6 patients with age 26.2±4.8y were included in the study. All patients underwent CXL using a hypo-osmolar riboflavin solution after its de-epithelization. Best corrected visual acuity, manifest refraction, the thinnest corneal thickness, and endothelial cell density were evaluated before and 3mo after the procedure.RESULTS: The mean thinnest thickness of the cornea was 408.5 ±29.0 μm before treatment and reduced to369.8 ±24.8 μm after the removal of epithelium. With the application of the hypo-osmolar riboflavin solution, the thickness increased to 445.0 ±26.5 μm before CXL and recover to 412.5 ±22.7 μm at 3mo after treatment, P =0.659). Before surgery, the mean K-value of the apex of the keratoconus corneas was 57.6 ±4.0 diopters, and slightly decreased(54.7±4.9 diopters) after surgery(P =0.085). Mean best-corrected visual acuity was 0.55 ±0.23 logarithm of the minimal angle of resolution, and increased to 0.53±0.26 logarithm after surgery(P =0.879).The endothelial cell density was 2706.4 ±201.6 cells/mm2 before treatment, and slightly decreased( 2641. 2 ±218.2 cells/mm2) at last fellow up(P =0.002).CONCLUSION: Corneal collagen cross-linking with a hypo-osmolar riboflavin in thin corneas seems to be a promising treatment. 20Simulation of the extreme waves generated by typhoon Bolaven (1215) in the East China Sea and Yellow Sea显示文摘Record-breaking high waves occurred during the passage of the typhoon Bolaven(1215)(TYB) in the East China Sea(ECS) and Yellow Sea(YS) although its intensity did not reach the level of a super typhoon.Winds and directional wave measurements were made using a range of in-situ instruments mounted on an ocean tower and buoys.In order to understand how such high waves with long duration occurred,analyses have been made through measurement and numerical simulations.TYB winds were generated using the TC96 typhoon wind model with the best track data calibrated with the measurements.And then the wind fields were blended with the reanalyzed synoptic-scale wind fields for a wave model.Wave fields were simulated using WAM4.5 with adjustment of C_d for gust of winds and bottom friction for the study area.Thus the accuracy of simulations is considerably enhanced,and the computed results are also in better agreement with measured data than before.It is found that the extremely high waves evolved as a result of the superposition of distant large swells and high wind seas generated by strong winds from the front/right quadrant of the typhoon track.As the typhoon moved at a speed a little slower than the dominant wave group velocity in a consistent direction for two days,the wave growth was significantly enhanced by strong wind input in an extended fetch and non-linear interaction.JUN Ki Cheon JEONG Weon Mu CHOI Jin Yong PARK Kwang Soon JUNG Kyung Tae KIM Mee Kyung CHAE Jang Won QIAO Fangli 2015Acta Oceanologica Sinica2015,34,12:5
