3Co3(hexahydroxytriphenylene)2:A conductive metal-organic framework for ambient electrocatalytic N2 reduction to NH3显示文摘As a carbon-neutral alternative to the Haber-Bosch process,electrochemical N2 reduction enables environment-friendly NH3 synthesis at ambient conditions but needs active electrocatalysts for the N2 reduction reaction.Here,we report that conductive metal-organic framework CO3(hexahydroxytriphenylene)2(Co3 HHTP2)nanoparticles act as an efficient catalyst for ambient electrochemical N2-to-NH3 fixation.When tested in 0.5 M LiClO4,such Co3 HHTP2 achieves a large NH3 yield of 22.14μg·h^-1·mg^-1 cat.with a faradaic efficiency of 3.34%at-0.40 V versus the reversible hydrogen electrode.This catalyst also shows high electrochemical stability and excellent selectivity toward NH3 synthesis.Wei Xiong Xin Cheng Ting Wang Yongsong Luo Jing Feng Siyu Lu Abdullah M.Asiri Wei Li Zhenju Jiang Xuping Sun 2020Nano Research2020,13,4:7
4Analgesic effects of balanced acupuncture versus body acupuncture in low-back and leg pain patients with lumbar disc herniation, as assessed by resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging显示文摘Balanced acupuncture, a single-acupoint balance therapy, regulates the balance of the cerebral center, and is characterized by exerting quick effects and a short treatment course. A total of 20 low-back and leg pain patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with balanced acupuncture or body acupuncture. Central mechanisms of varied acupunctures were compared using resting-state functional MRI. Patients from both groups received functional MRI before and after acupuncture. Functional connectivity in brain regions that were strongly associated with the bilateral amygdala was analyzed utilizing AFNI software. Visual analogue scale scores were greater in the balanced acupuncture group compared with the body acupuncture group. Function of the endogenous pain regulation network was enhanced in patients in the balanced acupuncture group, but was not changed in the body acupuncture group. This result indicates that the analgesic effects of body acupuncture do not work through the central nervous system. These data suggest that balanced acupuncture exerts analgesic effects on low-back and leg pain patients with lumbar disc herniation by regulating the function of the endogenous pain regulation network.Yongsong Ye Bo Liu 2012Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,21:6
5Roles of fishing and climate change in long-term fish species succession and population dynamics in the outer Beibu Gulf,South China Sea显示文摘A prevailing,controversial hypothesis is that fishing pressure has played a greater role than climatic and environmental drivers,in changing fish species succession and biomass fluctuation in the South China Sea(SCS).Based on otter trawl survey data from 1959 to 2010 in the outer Beibu Gulf(OBG),northern SCS,large seasonal and interannual variation is reported for fish species composition,the proportional abundances of dominant taxa,and fish biomass.Generalized additive models are developed to quantify relationships between fish biomass and the external factors of fishing pressure and climate change.Fishing pressure proved to be the main driver of sharp declines in demersal fish stocks,with high-value species being replaced by low-value ones over time.Abrupt decreases in fish biomass during the years of 1993 and 1998 correspond to El Nino events,with climate change possibly the main driver of proportional representation of pelagic species in fisheries trawl catch.The need to differentiate impacts of fishing and environmental drivers on fish species with different life history strategies is stressed to better understand fish community dynamics.Xuehui Wang Yongsong Qiu Feiyan Du Weida Liu Dianrong Sun Xiao Chen Weiwen Yuan Yong Chen 2019Acta Oceanologica Sinica2019,38,10:6
6Porous LaFeO3 nanofiber with oxygen vacancies as an efficient electrocatalyst for N2 conversion to NH3 under ambient conditions显示文摘Electrocatalytic N2 reduction to NH3 under ambient conditions is an eco-friendly and sustainable alternative to the traditional Haber-Bosch process. However, inhibited by the high activation barrier of N2, this process needs efficient electrocatalysts to adsorb and activate the N2, enabling the N2 reduction reaction(NRR). Herein, we report that porous LaFeO3 nanofiber with oxygen vacancies acts as an efficient NRR electrocatalyst with abundant active sites to enhance the adsorption and activation of N2. When tested in 0.1 M HCl, such electrocatalyst achieves a high Faradaic efficiency of 8.77% and a large NH3 yield rate of 18.59 μg h–1 mgcat–1.at-0.55 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode. This catalyst also shows high long-term electrochemical stability and excellent selectivity for NH3 formation. 8High-performance textile piezoelectric pressure sensor with novel structural hierarchy based on ZnO nanorods array for wearable application显示文摘With the increasing demand for smart wearable clothing, the textile piezoelectric pressure sensor (T-PEPS) that can harvest mechanical energy directly has attracted significant attention. However, the current challenge of T-PEPS lies in remaining the outstanding output performance without compromising its wearing comfort. Here, a novel structural hierarchy T-PEPS based on the single-crystalline ZnO nanorods are designed. The T-PEPS is constructed with three layers mode consisting of a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane, the top and bottom layers of conductive rGO polyester (PET) fabrics with self-orientation ZnO nanorods. As a result, the as-fabricated T-PEPS shows low detection limit up to 8.71 Pa, high output voltage to 11.47 V and superior mechanical stability. The sensitivity of the sensor is 0.62 V·kPa−1 in the pressure range of 0–2.25 kPa. Meanwhile, the T-PEPS is employed to detect human movements such as bending/relaxation motion of the wrist, bending/stretching motion of each finger. 9Quantitative model of trophic interactions in Beibu Gulf ecosystem in the northern South China Sea显示文摘A mass-balanced model was constructed to determine the flow-energy in a community of fishes and invertebrates in the Beibu Gulf, northern South China Sea using Ecopath and Ecosim software. Input parameters were taken from the literature, except for the biomass of fish groups which was obtained from trawl surveys during October 1997 to May 1999 in the study area. The model consisted of 16 functional groups (boxes), including one marine mammal and seabirds, each representing organisms with a similar role in the food web, and only covered the main trophic flow in the Beibu Gulf ecosystem. The results showed that the food web of Beibu Gulf was dominated by the detrital path and benthic invertebrates played a significant role in transferring energy from the detritus to higher trophic levels; phytoplankton was a primary producer and most utilized as a food source. Fractional trophic levels ranged from 1.0 to 4.08 with marine mammals occupying the highest trophic level. Using network analysis, the system network was mapped into a linear food chain and six discrete trophic levels were found with a mean transfer efficiency of 16.7% from the detritus, 16.2% from the primary producer within the ecosystem. 14新冠肺炎疫情对我国农业企业的影响分析及应对策略——基于多视角的分析显示文摘本文利用2019年和2020年全国代表性农业企业的微观数据,基于多个视角对我国农业企业的生产经营情况进行比较分析,从而总结新冠肺炎疫情对农业企业的冲击影响。研究发现在疫情冲击下全国农业企业净利润同比大幅下降,农产品进口总额减少,带动链条也出现了连锁反应,即农业企业对各类农业经营主体的带动服务作用被削弱。但疫情的冲击客观上促使国内农业企业加强了自主科技创新,强化了农业企业在粮食、蔬菜、水果、肉等农产品的供应能力。分区域层面来看,疫情冲击对不同地区的影响差异明显;分主营业务类别来看,种植业和休闲农业与乡村旅游业农业企业受疫情负面影响较大,而电商平台的农业企业在疫情期间蓬勃发展;在企业特征上,大型农业企业面对疫情抗风险能力更强,民营农业企业受冲击最为严重。基于上述分析,本文从短期和长期两种视角出发,分别提出保障农业企业应对疫情冲击的应对策略。本文拓展了疫情对“三农”影响的研究,对助企纾困和提高农业企业的抗风险能力有重要的实践意义。张延龙 王明哲 汤佳 冯伟 LIAO Yongsong 2022农业经济问题2022,,12:4

16Regional Moisture Source Changes Inferred from Late Holocene Stable Isotope Records显示文摘Qinghai Lake, China, is located near the northern limit of the East Asian summer monsoon (EASM) and thus is an ideal region for studies of past monsoonal changes. However, isotope records from this region reffect the combined effects of multiple climatic factors, and make climatic interpretations difficult. The authors use multi-proxy records, generated from the same sediment core from Qinghai Lake, to disentangle these multiple effects in isotope records and to infer EASM variability during the late Holocene. Records of leaf wax (C28) δD, lake carbonate δ18O and the Dunde ice core δ18O all indicate a millennial-scale depletion of mean isotopic values at ~1500–1250 years before present. Compared with independent lake temperature and salinity records, the authors suggest that this depletion of long-term mean isotopic values must have resulted from changes in moisture sources in this region. In contrast, the authors attribute high-frequency (centennial timescale) C28 δD and ice core δ18O variability dominantly to a temperature effect. The multi- proxy records provide a coherent picture in that many aspects of this regional climate (temperature, dryness, and moisture source) are strongly linked to the EASM variability.Zhonghui LIU Andrew C. 17TLR4 mediates LPS-induced HO-1 expression in mouse liver:Role of TNF-α and IL-1β显示文摘AIM: Heme oxygenase (HO)-I catalyzes the conversion of heme to biliverdin, iron and carbon monoxide. HO-1 is induced by many stimuli including heme, Hb, heat stress,lipopolysaccharide (LP5) and cytokines. Previous studies demonstrated that LP5 induced HO-1 gene activation and HO-1 expression in liver. However, the mechanisms of LPS-induced HO-1 expression in liver remain unknown. The effect of toll-like receptor-4 (TLR4) on LPS-induced liver HO-1 expression and the role of TNF-α and IL-1β in this condition were determined.METHODS: HO-1 expression was determined by immunofluorescent staining and immunoblotting. Double immunofluorescent staining was performed to determine the cell type of HO-1 expression in liver.RESULTS: A low dose of LPS significantly increased HO-1 expression in the liver which was localized in Kupffer cells only. Furthermore, HO-1 expression was enhanced by three doses of LPS. HO-1 expression was significantly inhibited in the liver of TLR4 mutant mice. While the liver HO-1 expression in TNF KO mice was much lower than that in C57 mice following the same LPS treatment, IL-1β KO had a slight influence on liver HO-1 expression following LPS treatment.CONCLUSION: The preserfl: results confirm that macrophages are the major source of HO-1 in the liver induced by LPS.This study demonstrates that TLR4 plays a dominant role in mediating HO-1 expression following LPS. 18Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG ameliorates DON-induced intestinal damage depending on the enrichment of beneficial bacteria in weaned piglets显示文摘Background: Deoxynivalenol(DON) is one of the most common environmental pollutants that induces intestinal inflammation and microbiota dysbiosis. Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG(LGG) is a probiotic that not only has anti-inflammatory effects, but also shows protective effect on the intestinal barrier. However, it is still unknown whether LGG exerts beneficial effects against DON-induced intestinal damage in piglets. In this work, a total of 36 weaned piglets were randomized to one of four treatment groups for 21 d. The treatment groups were CON(basal diet);LGG(basal diet supplemented with 1.77 × 10^(11)CFU/kg LGG);DON(DON-contaminated diet) and LGG + DON(DON-contaminated diet supplemented with 1.77 × 10^(11)CFU/kg LGG).Result: Supplementation of LGG can enhance growth performance of piglets exposed to DON by improving intestinal barrier function. LGG has a mitigating effect on intestinal inflammation induced by DON exposure, largely through repression of the TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway.
