| 2 | Grasping institutional complexity in infrastructure megaprojects through the multi-level governance system: A case study of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge construction显示文摘This study analyzes the design and operation of multi-level governance system for the smooth delivery of infrastructure mega-projects with high institutional complexity caused by market transition. From an institutional perspective, this study scrutinizes the structure,elements, and dynamics of the governance system of infrastructure mega-projects and then proposes an integrative framework based on the inductive case study of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge mega-project. Multiple evidences of archives, field studies, and interviews related to the case project are triangulated to further analyze the institutional effects, specifically those with government logics and market structures, on the design and operation of the three-level governance system. Results reveal that the co-evolution between governments and markets in China has shaped the vertical levels of the mega-project governance system and has further affected their evolution and operation across various stages of project development. | 4 | Effect of dissolved organic matter on mercury release from water body显示文摘Dissolved organic matter(DOM) plays an important role in the process of mercury release from water body.In this study,the influence of DOM from different sources(DOMR,DOMS and DOMH,extracted from rice straw,compost and humic soil respectively) on mercury reduction was investigated.The molecular weight distribution and chemical composition of DOM from each source were determined using ultrafiltration membrane technique and elemental analysis respectively.The result showed that mercury release from DOM-added samples was much lower than the control;the lowest mercury release flux was observed in the treatment of DOMH,25.02% of the control,followed by DOMS and DOMR,62.46% and 64.95% of the control,respectively.The higher saturation degree and lower molecular weight of DOMH was responsible for the highest inhibition degree on the mercury release.The link between DOMH,concentration and mercury flux was also estimated and the result showed that mercury flux was increased with DOMH at lower concentration,while decreased with DOMH at higher concentration.Different mechanism dominated the influence of DOM on mercury release with variation of DOM concentration. | Yutao Zhang Xi Chen Yongkui Yang Dingyong Wang Xiao Liu | 2011 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,6: | 3 |

| 7 | Direct growth of special-shape graphene on different templates by remote catalyzation of Cu nanoparticles显示文摘A novel method avoiding the complex transfer process is proposed to directly grow low-defect and few-layer graphene on different insulating substrates(SiO_2, Al_2O_3, etc.) by remote catalyzation of Cu nanoparticles(NPs) using ambient pressure chemical vapor deposition(APCVD). The insulating substrates with special structure are used as templates to grow wrapped graphene sheets with special shapes.Hollow graphene species are obtained by removing the substrates. The prime feature of the proposed method is using Cu NPs as catalyst rather than metal foils. The Cu NPs play an important role in the remote catalyzation during the nucleation of graphene. | 9 | Transcriptome Analysis Provides New Insights into Host Response to Hepatopancreatic Necrosis Disease in the Black Tiger Shrimp Penaeus monodon显示文摘The hepatopancreatic necrosis disease(HPND)is a common shrimp disease.Aquaculture of the black tiger shrimp Penaeus monodon has suffered with the frequent outbreak of HPND.Understanding the molecular mechanisms of host response to HPND is of pivotal importance for improving its farming performance.In this study,the RNA-Seq platform was utilized to investigate transcriptomic changes of the hepatopancreas in pond-cultured P.monodon with HPND symptoms.A total of 62071 genes with an average length of 953 bp were obtained,and a lot of simple sequence repeat(SSR)loci related to these genes were identified.Totally,5204 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were detected between healthy shrimp and HPND shrimp,with 3399 genes upregulated and 1,805 genes down-regulated.These genes had a wide range of biological functions,and several well-known immunerelated genes including integrin alpha 5,integrin beta 1,C type lectin and catalase were among the DEGs.Cell signaling pathways including the extracellular matrix(ECM)receptor interaction,phagosome and lysosome pathways were significantly upregulated in HPND-infected shrimps,indicating their involvement in the immune responses of shrimp against HPND.The data obtained in this study offers new insights into the molecular mechanisms of shrimp host response to HPND disease,and provides a resource for molecular marker development and genetic breeding studies of P.monodon. | ZHAO Jichen CHEN Xieyan HE Zihao CHEN Guoliang LIN Zhaojian LIU Yongkui SUN Chengbo WANG Wei | 2021 | Journal of Ocean University of China2021,20,5: | 1 |

| 12 | Directional design and synthesis of high-yield hollow Fe-MFI zeolite encapsulating ultra-small Fe_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles by using mother liquid显示文摘How to directionally design the hollow zeolite via a green route is of great significance. Here, we successfully synthesized the hollow Fe-silicate-1 encapsulated ultra-small Fe_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles (2.5 nm) with higher yield (85.2%) by mother liquid than traditional dissolution-recrystallization for the first time, which was achieved by precisely regulating the number and distribution of defects in zeolite and cleverly utilizing the TPAOH and nuclei in mother liquor. The effects of synthetic temperature, synthetic period and addition amount of parent zeolite on the formation of hollow zeolite have been investigated and the effect of synthetic conditions on the defects in parent zeolite has been also firstly quantified. The corresponding formation mechanism has been proposed. The abundant inner defects provided by the zeolite synthesized at 130 °C for 1 day and large amount of TPAOH remaining in mother liquid are conducive to the formation of hollow zeolite. Meanwhile, both parent zeolite and nuclei (4-, 5-member rings and structure units) in mother liquid obtained at 130 °C play the crucial roles in enhancing the zeolite yield. Notably, Fe_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles could decompose into small fragments by the interaction with nuclei in mother liquid. Partial ultra-small Fe_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles would be encapsulated in cavity and the rest could be inserted in the zeolite framework, which is significantly different from the conventional dissolution-recrystallization mechanism. | 20 | Efficiency Enhancement of Cu(In,Ga)Se_2 Solar Cells by Applying SiO_2-PEG/PVP Antire flection Coatings显示文摘An effective approach was presented to enhance photoelectric conversion efficiency of Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) solar cells by using modified SiO2 antireflection coatings(ARCs) to harvest more incident sunlight.Polyethylene glycol(PEG) and polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP) used as additives were introduced into silica sols to prepare SiO2-PEG and SiO2-PVP coatings in the sol-gel dip-coating process,respectively. The different effects of PEG and PVP additives on SiO2 coatings were analyzed and the antireflection performance of SiO2-PEG and SiO2-PVP coatings was investigated. The transmittance over 97% ranging from 450 nm to 700 nm with a maximum transmittance over 99.40% at about 550 nm was achieved for both SiO2-PEG2000A and SiO2-PVP0.5 coatings. The relative efficiencies of CIGS solar cells coated with SiO2-PEG2000A and SiO2-PVP0.5 ARCs were increased by 7.27% and 8.33%,respectively.
