| 1 | Measure theory of statistical convergence显示文摘The question of establishing measure theory for statistical convergence has been moving closer to center stage, since a kind of reasonable theory is not only fundamental for unifying various kinds of statistical convergence, but also a bridge linking the studies of statistical convergence across measure theory, integration theory, probability and statistics. For this reason, this paper, in terms of subdifferential, first shows a representation theorem for all finitely additive probability measures defined on the σ-algebra A of all subsets of N, and proves that every such measure can be uniquely decomposed into a convex combination of a countably additive probability measure and a statistical measure (i.e. a finitely additive probability measure μ with μ(k) = 0 for all singletons {k}). This paper also shows that classical statistical measures have many nice properties, such as: The set S of all such measures endowed with the topology of point-wise convergence on A forms a compact convex Hausdorff space; every classical statistical measure is of continuity type (hence, atomless), and every specific class of statistical measures fits a complementation minimax rule for every subset in N. | 2 | Ti/(Ti,Cr)N/CrN multilayer coated 316L stainless steel by arc ion plating as bipolar plates for proton exchange membrane fuel cells显示文摘Arc ion plating(AIP) is applied to form Ti/(Ti,Cr)N/Cr N multilayer coating on the surface of 316 L stainless steel(SS316L) as bipolar plates for proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs). The characterizations of the coating are analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). Interfacial contact resistance(ICR) between the coated sample and carbon paper is 4.9 m cm^2 under 150 N/cm^2,which is much lower than that of the SS316 L substrate. Potentiodynamic and potentiostatic tests are performed in the simulated PEMFC working conditions to investigate the corrosion behaviors of the coated sample. Superior anticorrosion performance is observed for the coated sample, whose corrosion current density is 0.12 μA/cm2. Surface morphology results after corrosion tests indicate that the substrate is well protected by the multilayer coating. By expressing the states, inputs, and outputs in vector forms, the transition and output functions are represented in matrix forms.Based on this algebraic description, a necessary and sufficient condition is proposed for checking whether a state is controllable to another one. By this condition, an algorithm is established to find all the control sequences of an arbitrary length. | 5 | Solving type-2 fuzzy relation equations via semi-tensor product of matrices显示文摘The problem of solving type-2 fuzzy relation equations is investigated. In order to apply semi-tensor product of matrices,a new matrix analysis method and tool, to solve type-2 fuzzy relation equations, a type-2 fuzzy relation is decomposed into two parts as principal sub-matrices and secondary sub-matrices; an r-ary symmetrical-valued type-2 fuzzy relation model and its corresponding symmetrical-valued type-2 fuzzy relation equation model are established. Then, two algorithms are developed for solving type-2 fuzzy relation equations, one of which gives a theoretical description for general type-2 fuzzy relation equations;the other one can find all the solutions to the symmetrical-valued ones. The results can improve designing type-2 fuzzy controllers,because it provides knowledge to search the optimal solutions or to find the reason if there is no solution. | 6 | Circumjacent distribution pattern of the Lungmachian graptolitic black shale(early Silurian) on the Yichang Uplift and its peripheral region显示文摘Stratigraphic hiatuses of variable time intervals within the Rhuddanian to early Aeronian(Llandovery, Silurian) are identified in the area bordering East Chongqing, West Hubei and Northwest Hunan in central China. Their distribution suggested the existence of a local uplift, traditionally named the Yichang Uplift. The diachronous nature of the basal black shale of the Lungmachi Formation crossing different belts of this Uplift signifies the various developing stages during the uplifting process.The present paper defines the temporal and spatial distribution pattern of the Yichang Uplift, which might be one of the important controlling factors for the preservation and distribution of the shale gas in this region, as it has been demonstrated that the shale gas exploration is generally less promising in the areas where more of the basal part of the Lungmachi Formation is missing.Therefore, better understanding of the circumjacent distribution pattern developed throughout the uplifting process may provide the important guidance for the shale gas exploration. The present work is a sister study to the published paper, 'Stage-progressive distribution pattern of the Lungmachian black graplolitic shales from Guizhou to Chongqing, Central China'. | 7 | Study on method and mechanism for simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification of flue gas based on the TiO_2 photocatalysis显示文摘Based on the TiO2 photocatalysis mechanism, a new method of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification from flue gas was proposed. Preparation of TiO2 photocatalyst, design of photocatalysis reactor and influencing factors for simul- taneous removal of SO2 and NO, and removal mechanism of SO2 and NO were studied. After the optimal values of concentration of O2 in flue gas, the relative humidity of flue gas and the irradiation time in the photocatalysis reactor were used, the efficiencies of removal for SO2 and NO can be achieved above 98% and about 67%, respectively. | 9 | Effect of Sc and Zr on the in-plane anisotropy of Al-Mg-Mn alloy sheets显示文摘The Al-Mg-Mn alloy sheets with and without trace Sc and Zr were investigated by means of tensile test, X-raydiffraction, optical microscope, and transmission electron microscope. The indexes of in-plane anisotropy (IIPA) of their ten-sile mechanical properties were calculated and their inverse pole figures were obtained by Harris method. The two alloysheets have the same law of in-plane anisotropy and remarkable in-plane anisotropy of mechanical properties, and the IIPA ofthe alloy sheet with Sc and Zr is bigger than that of the alloy sheet without Sc and Zr. The relationships of the in-plane ani-sotropy and the anisotropy of the crystallographic texture were analyzed based on the model of monocrystal. It is the com-mon action of the anisotropy of crystallography and microstructures that causes the in-plane anisotropy of their mechanicalproperties, but the major cause is the {110}<112> crystallographic texture. | 10 | Ordovician integrative stratigraphy and timescale of China显示文摘In this chapter, starting with a brief review of the research history and current status in the studies of the Ordovician chronostratigraphy in China, the subdivision of the Ordovician System, definition and recognition of its series and stage boundaries, and possible stratigraphic gaps are discussed in details in order to establish a multidisciplinary stratigraphic correlation through an integrated approach including lithostratigraphy, biostratigraphy, radiometric dating, chemostratigraphy and magnetostratigraphy. Being internationally accepted, the Ordovician System is now subdivided into three series and seven stages, in ascending order, Lower(Tremadocian, Floian), Middle(Dapingian, Darriwilian) and Upper series(Sandbian, Katian,Hirnantian). Three of the seven 'Golden Spikes' defining the bases of the Ordovician stages, which were established in 1997–2007, are located in China. As a regionally applied chronostratigraphy, the Ordovician System was subdivided in China into Lower(Xinchangian, Yiyangian), Middle(Dapingian, Darriwilian) and Upper series(Neichiashanian, Chientangkiangian,Hirnantian). This scheme agrees largely with the standard international classification, which can actually be directly applied to China, except for some special circumstances where the Neichiashanian and Chientangkiangian stages of the Upper Ordovician are used. Based on the new studies in recent years and distinctions and differences recognized in the development of the Ordovician System in the constituent terranes of China, a new framework for correlation among the major Chinese palaeoplates or terranes, e.g. South China, North China(including Tarim and Qaidam) and Xizang(Tibet)-western Yunnan, has been established. However, it has been recognized herein that uncertainties still remain on defining the base of the Tremadocian,Dapingian and Katian, and on the correlation between different mega-facies. More specifically, for the Tremadocian, the precise correlation of its base will depend on the better-defined conodont taxonomy, while for the Dapingian and Katian, on the correlation between different mega-facies. It is worthwhile to note that the chemostratigraphic studies of the Ordovician System in China produced the carbonate δ13 C curves for the Darriwilian(Middle Ordovician) and Katian(Upper Ordovician), which show significant differences from the composite global curve. Record of the Ordovician isotopic dating is relatively rare in China, with only three reliable ages from zircons that are all from the upper Katian to Hirnantian of the Upper Ordovician.Abundant bentonite beds in the Upper Ordovician of South China will also provide unique opportunities to advance the isotopic dating and related researches. Studies on the Ordovician magnetostratigraphy need to be significantly enhanced in China, as currently all the available results are restricted to the Lower Ordovician of North China, although they can be correlated with those known from other parts of the world. | 12 | Glucose Protects Cochlear Hair Cells Against Oxidative Stress and Attenuates Noise-Induced Hearing Loss in Mice显示文摘Oxidative stress is the key determinant in the pathogenesis of noise-induced hearing loss(NIHL). Given that cellular defense against oxidative stress is an energyconsuming process, the aim of the present study was to investigate whether increasing energy availability by glucose supplementation protects cochlear hair cells against oxidative stress and attenuates NIHL. Our results revealed that glucose supplementation reduced the noiseinduced formation of reactive oxygen species(ROS) and consequently attenuated noise-induced loss of outer hair cells, inner hair cell synaptic ribbons, and NIHL in CBA/J mice. In cochlear explants, glucose supplementation increased the levels of ATP and NADPH, as well as attenuating H_2O_2-induced ROS production and cytotoxicity. Moreover, pharmacological inhibition of glucose transporter type 1 activity abolished the protective effects of glucose against oxidative stress in HEI-OC1 cells. | 13 | One-step wet-spinning assembly of twisting-structured graphene/carbon nanotube fiber supercapacitor显示文摘Graphene fiber-based supercapacitors hold great promise as flexible energy-storage devices. However, simultaneously achieving high ion-transport ability in electrode and electrolyte layer, which is crucial for realizing the high electrochemical performance, still remains challenging. Here, a facile and effective strategy to solve the problem was proposed by developing a twisting-structured graphene/carbon nanotube(CNT) fiber supercapacitor via one-step wet-spinning process with customized multi-channel spinneret.The remarkable structure features of the resulting fiber supercapacitor with wrinkled and thin electrolyte layer, and well-developed porosity of fiber electrode favored the rapid infiltration and transport of electrolyte ions inside the electrode, as well as between electrode and electrolyte, thus boosting high specific capacitance of 187.6 mF cm^(-2) and energy density of 30.2 μWh cm^(-2), and featuring long cycling life(93%capacitance retention after 10,000 cycles) and excellent flexibility. | 18 | Profiling of hepatocellular carcinoma neoantigens reveals immune microenvironment and clonal evolution related patterns显示文摘Objective: Neoantigens derived from tumor-specific genomic alterations have demonstrated great potential for immunotherapeutic interventions in cancers. However, the comprehensive profile of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) neoantigens and their complex interplay with immune microenvironment and tumor evolution have not been fully addressed.Methods: Here we integrated whole exome sequencing data, transcriptome sequencing data and clinical information of 72 primary HCC patients to characterize the HCC neoantigen profile, and systematically explored its interactions with tumor clonal evolution, driver mutations and immune microenvironments.Results: We observed that higher somatic mutation/neoantigen load was associated with better clinical outcomes and HCC patients could be further divided into two subgroups with distinct prognosis based on their neoantigen expression patterns. HCC subgroup with neoantigen expression probability high(NEP-H) showed more aggressive pathologic features including increased incidence of tumor thrombus(P=0.038), higher recurrence rate(P=0.029),more inclined to lack tumor capsule(P=0.026) and with more microsatellite instability sites(P=0.006). In addition,NEP-H subgroup was also characterized by higher chance to be involved in tumor clonal evolution [odds ratio(OR)=46.7, P<0.001]. Gene set enrichment analysis revealed that upregulation of MYC and its targets could suppress immune responses, leading to elevated neoantigen expression proportion in tumor cells. Furthermore, we discovered an immune escape mechanism that tumors could become more inconspicuous by evolving subclones with less immunogenicity. We observed that smaller clonal mutation clusters with higher immunogenicity in tumor were more likely to involve in clonal evolution. | 19 | Plastic Mechanism of Multi-pass Double-roller Clamping Spinning for Arc-shaped Surface Flange显示文摘Compared with the conventional single-roller spinning process,the double-roller clamping spinning(DRCS)process can effectively prevent the sheet metal surface wrinkling and improve the the production efficiency and the shape precision of final spun part.Based on ABAQUS/Explicit nonlinear finite element software,the finite element model of the multi-pass DRCS for the sheet metal is established,and the material model,the contact definition,the mesh generation,the loading trajectory and other key technical problems are solved.The simulations on the multi-pass DRCS of the ordinary Q235A steel cylindrical part with the arc-shaped surface flange are carried out.The effects of number of spinning passes on the production efficiency,the spinning moment,the shape error of the workpiece,and the wall thickness distribution of the final part are obtained.It is indicated definitely that with the increase of the number of spinning passes the geometrical precision of the spun part increases while the production efficiency reduces.Moreover,the variations of the spinning forces and the distributions of the stresses,strains,wall thickness during the multi-pass DRCS process are revealed.It is indicated that during the DRCS process the radical force is the largest,and the whole deformation area shows the tangential tensile strain and the radial compressive strain,while the thickness strain changes along the generatrix directions from the compressive strain on the outer edge of the flange to the tensile strain on the inner edge of the flange.Based on the G-CNC6135 NC lathe,the three-axis linkage computer-controlled experimental device for DRCS which is driven by the AC servo motor is developed.And then using the experimental device,the Q235A cylindrical parts with the arc-shape surface flange are formed by the DRCS.The simulation results of spun parts have good consistency with the experimental results,which verifies the feasibility of DRCS process and the reliability of the finite element model for DRCS. | FAN Shuqin ZHAO Shengdun ZHANG Qi LI Yongyi | 2013 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2013,26,6: | 3 |
