2Efficiency optimized fuel supply strategy of aircraft engine based on air-fuel ratio control显示文摘Accurate fuel injection control of aircraft engine can optimize the energy efficiency of UAV power system while meeting the propeller speed requirement. Traditional injection control method such as open-loop calibration causes instability of fuel supply which brings the risk of power loss of UAV. Considering that the closed-loop control of AFR can ensure a stable fuel feeding, this paper proposes an AFR control based fuel supply strategy in order to improve the efficiency of fuel-powered UAV while obtaining the required engine speed. According to the optimum fuel injection results, we implement fuzzy-PID method to control the set AFR in different situations. Through simulation and experiment studies, the results indicate that, to begin with, the calibrated mathematical model of the aircraft engine is effective. Next, this fuel supply strategy based on AFR control can normally realize the engine speed regulation, and the applied control algorithm can eliminate the overshoot of AFR throughout all the working progress. What is more,the fuel supply strategy can averagely shorten the response time of the engine speed by about two seconds. In addition, compared with the open-loop calibration, in this work the power efficiency is improved by 9% to 33%. Last but not the least, the endurance can be improved by 30 min with a normal engine speed. 4Optimization Study on a Single-cylinder Compressed Air Engine显示文摘The current research of compressed air engine(CAE) mainly focused on simulations and system integrations. However, energy efficiency and output torque of the CAE is limited, which restricts its application and popularization. In this paper, the working principles of CAE are briefly introduced. To set a foundation for the study on the optimization of the CAE, the basic mathematical model of working processes is set up. A pressure-compensated valve which can reduce the inertia force of the valve is proposed. To verify the mathematical model, the prototype with the newly designed pressure-compensated intake valve is built and the experiment is carried out, simulation and experimental results of the CAE are conducted, and pressures inside the cylinder and output torque of the CAE are obtained. Orthogonal design and grey relation analysis are utilized to optimize structural parameters. The experimental and optimized results show that, first of all, pressure inside the cylinder has the same changing tendency in both simulation curve and experimental curve. Secondly, the highest average output torque is obtained at the highest intake pressure and the lowest rotate speed. Thirdly, the optimization of the single-cylinder CAE can improve the working efficiency from an original 21.95% to 50.1%, an overall increase of 28.15%, and the average output torque increases also increases from 22.047 5 N · m to 22.439 N · m. 11Simulation research on dynamic performance of the new type high-pressure solenoid valve显示文摘To improve energy density,the transportation,storage,and operations of hydrogen,methane,and compressed air vehicles currently require high-pressure compression.High-pressure solenoid valve becomes the vital element to above system.In order to reduce leakage and aerodynamic force influence,a new type high-pressure solenoid valve was proposed.The simulation model which included electromagnetic model,aerodynamic force model was established by means of the nonlinear mathematic models.Using the software MATLAB/Simulink for simulation,the dynamic response characteristics of high-pressure pneumatic solenoid valve were obtained under different pulse width modulation(PWM)input control signals.Results show that,first of all,the new type of high-pressure solenoid valve can meet the switch requirement.Secondly,the opening movement and closing movement of the spool lags the PWM rising signal,and the coil current fluctuates significantly during the movement of the spool.Lastly,on/off status of high-pressure valve cannot be represented by the duty cycle.This research can be referred in the design of the high-pressure solenoid valve..Qihui YU Qiancheng WANG Kaifei ZHANG Weiwei ZHENG 2020Mechanical Engineering Science2020,2,2:0

13Investigation on small molecule-aptamer dissociation equilibria based on antisense displacement probe显示文摘Food safety is a major issue to public health and have attracted global attention.Fast,sensitive,and reliable detection methods for food hazardous substances is highly desirable.Aptamers which can bind to the target molecules with high affinity and specificity represent an attractive tool for the recognition of food hazardous substances,which play an important role in the development and application of new food safety detection technology.But current assays for characterizing small molecule-aptamer binding are limited by either the mass sensitivity or the size differentiation ability.Herein,we proposed a comprehensive method for assessing the dissociation equilibria of small molecule-aptamer,which is immobilized-free under ambient conditions.The design employs the Le Chatelier’s principle and could be used to effectively measure small molecule-aptamer interactions.ATP binding aptamer and anti-aflatoxin B1 aptamer were used as the model system to determine their affinity,in which their dissociation equilibria measurements are in excellent close to their previous work.Due to the simplicity and sensitivity of this new method,we believe that it could be recommended as an effective tool for characterizing small molecule-aptamer interactions and promote the further application of small molecular aptamer in food safety.Lei Wang Lili Yao Qihui Ma Yu Mao Hao Qu Lei Zheng 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,4:0

15Soybean protein concentrate causes enteritis in juvenile pearl gentian groupers(Epinephelus fuscoguttatus♀×Epinephelus lanceolatus♂)显示文摘Due to diminishing fish meal(FM)supplies,superb protein(PRO)sources are needed for aquaculture,such as soy-based PRO.However,these can cause enteritis and even intestinal injury in fish when used at high proportions in feed.This research examines the effects of substituting soybean protein concentrate(SPC)for FM on the growth performance and intestinal balance of pearl gentian groupers and investigates the mechanism of SPC-induced enteritis.Experimental fish(n=720)were fed 1 of 3 following diets:(1)a 50%FM diet(control),(2)a diet with 20%of the FM substituted with SPC(group SPC20),and(3)a 40%SPC-substituted diet(SPC40).Fish were fed for 10 wk iso-nitrogenous(50%PRO)and iso-lipidic(10%lipid)diets.Groups SPC20 and SPC40 showed significantly lower developmental performance and intestinal structures than control.Group SPC40 had significantly higher expressions of pro-inflammatory-related genes,such as interleukin 1β(IL1β),IL12,IL17 and tumor necrosis factorαand significantly lower expressions of anti-inflammatory-related genes,such as IL5,IL10 and transforming growth factorβ1.Biochemical and 16S high-throughput sequencing showed that the abundance and functions of intestinal flora in group SPC40 were significantly affected(P<0.05),and there were significant correlations between operational taxonomic unit abundance variations and inflammatory gene expressions at genus level(P<0.05).The second-and third-generation full-length transcriptome sequence was used to analyze the mechanism of SPC-induced enteritis in pearl gentian groupers,which showed that enteritis induced by SPC may be caused by disturbances to intestinal immune function induced by an imbalance in intestinal nutrition and metabolism,such as the intestinal immunity network for IgA production pathway.However,it remains unclear as to which intestinal immune or nutritional imbalance is most important in enteritis development.This study provides a basis for further research into soy PRO-related enteritis in fish.Wei Zhang Beiping Tan Junming Deng Qihui Yang Shuyan Chi Aobo Pang Yu Xin Yu Liu Haitao Zhang 2023Animal Nutrition2023,,1:0

17A Rhodamine-Based Sensor for Chromogenic Detection of Cu^(2+) and Fluorescent Detection of Fe^(3+)显示文摘A rhodamine-benzimidazole conjugate(RB) as a probe was investigated.UV-Vis analysis showed that a strong absorption band at 552 nm was formed with the addition of Cu^(2+),while other transition metal ions induced a little more absorption.The absorption value of RB solution at 552 nm has a linear correlation with Cu^(2+) concentration between 35-70 μmol/L;the detection limit reached 6.82×10^(-2) μmol/L,which is lower than the settled limitation for copper in the drinking water(~30 μmol/L) standardized by World Health Organization(WHO).Moreover,FL analysis showed that only Fe^(3+) could induce large fluorescence intensity enhancement at 582 nm;other common metal ions including Cu^(2+) cannot induce the enhancement.There was a good linear correlation between relative fluorescence intensity and Fe^(3+) concentration ranging from 2 μmol/L to 20 μmol/L,and the detection limit reached1.70×10^(-2) μmol/L.The results showed that RB could detect Cu^(2+)and Fe^(3+) simultaneously,with the UV-Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy,respectively.YU Xianglin QU Hao HU Qihui HOU Kun YAN Yushi WU Dan ZHANG Pian LI Junbo 2014Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2014,19,2:0

20Genomic Perspectives on the Emerging SARS-CoV-2 Omicron Variant显示文摘A new variant of concern for SARS-CoV-2,Omicron(B.1.1.529),was designated by the World Health Organization on November 26,2021.This study analyzed the viral genome sequencing data of 108 samples collected from patients infected with Omicron.First,we found that the enrichment efficiency of viral nucleic acids was reduced due to mutations in the region where the primers anneal to.Second,the Omicron variant possesses an excessive number of mutations compared to other variants circulating at the same time(median:62 vs.45),especially in the Spike gene.Mutations in the Spike gene confer alterations in 32 amino acid residues,more than those observed in other SARS-CoV-2 variants.Moreover,a large number of nonsynonymous mutations occur in the codons for the amino acid residues located on the surface of the Spike protein,which could potentially affect the replication,infectivity,and antigenicity of SARS-CoV-2.Third,there are 53 mutations between the Omicron variant and its closest sequences available in public databases.Many of these mutations were rarely observed in public databases and had a low mutation rate.In addition,the linkage disequilibrium between these mutations was low,with a limited number of mutations concurrently observed in the same genome,suggesting that the Omicron variant would be in a different evolutionary branch from the currently prevalent variants.To improve our ability to detect and track the source of new variants rapidly,it is imperative to further strengthen genomic surveillance and data sharing globally in a timely manner.Wentai Ma Jing Yang Haoyi Fu Chao Su Caixia Yu Qihui Wang Ana Tereza Ribeiro de Vasconcelos Georgii A.Bazykin Yiming Bao Mingkun Li 2022Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2022,20,1:0
