| 1 | Prevalence of Autism Spectrum Disorder in China:A Nationwide Multi-center Population-based Study Among Children Aged 6 to 12 Years显示文摘This study aimed to obtain the first national estimate of the prevalence of autism spectrum disorder(ASD) in Chinese children.We targeted the population of 6 to 12-year-old children for this prevalence study by multistage convenient cluster sampling.The Modified Chinese Autism Spectrum Rating Scale was used for the screening process.Of the target population of 142,086 children,88.5%(n=125,806) participated in the study.A total of 363 children were confirmed as having ASD.The observed ASD prevalence rate was 0.29%(95% CI:0.26%-0.32%) for the overall population.After adjustment for response rates,the estimated number of ASD cases was867 in the target population sample,thereby achieving an estimated prevalence of 0.70%(95% CI:0.64%-0.74%).The prevalence was significantly higher in boys than in girls(0.95%;95% CI:0.87%-1.02% versus 0.30%;95%CI:0.26%-0.34%;P <0.001).Of the 363 confirmed ASD cases,43.3% were newly diagnosed,and most of those(90.4%) were attending regular schools,and 68.8% of the children with ASD had at least one neuropsychiatric comorbidity.Our findings provide reliable data on the estimated ASD prevalence and comorbidities in Chinese children. | Hao Zhou Xiu Xu Weili Yan Xiaobing Zou Lijie Wu Xuerong Luo Tingyu Li Yi Huang Hongyan Guan Xiang Chen Meng Mao Kun Xia Lan Zhang Erzhen Li Xiaoling Ge Lili Zhang Chunpei Li Xudong Zhang Yuanfeng Zhou Ding Ding Andy Shih Eric Fombonne Yi Zheng Jisheng Han Zhongsheng Sun Yong-hui Jiang Yi Wang LATENT-NHC Study Team | 2020 | Neuroscience Bulletin2020,36,9: | 158 |
| 2 | Global patterns and climatic drivers of above-and belowground net primary productivity in grasslands显示文摘Understanding patterns and determinants of net primary productivity(NPP)in global grasslands is ongoing challenges,especially for belowground NPP(BNPP)and its fraction(fBNPP).By developing a comprehensive field-based dataset,we revealed that,along with gradients of mean annual precipitation,actual evapotranspiration,and aridity,aboveground NPP(ANPP),BNPP,and total NPP(TNPP)exhibited hump-shaped patterns,whereas fBNPPshowed an opposite trend.ANPP and TNPP showed positive correlations with mean annual temperature,but fBNPPwas negatively correlated with it.The relationship between BNPP and climatic factors was considerably weak,indicating that BNPP was relatively stable regardless of the climate conditions.We also observed that the sensitivities of ANPP and BNPP to interannual temperature variability and those of BNPP to interannual precipitation fluctuations exhibited large variations among different study sites,and differed from those at the spatial scale.In contrast,the temporal sensitivities of ANPP to interannual precipitation variability were highly similar across all the individual sites and much smaller than those at the spatial scale.Overall,these results highlight that precipitation,temperature and evapotranspiration all play vital roles in shaping ANPP pattern and its partitioning to belowground and that the patterns of BNPP along climatic gradients do not mirror those of the ANPP. | Yuanfeng Sun Yuanhe Yang Xia Zhao Zhiyao Tang Shaopeng Wang Jingyun Fang | 2021 | Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,5: | 2 |

| 5 | Screening and Identification of Efficient Cellulose-degrading Strain and Its Preliminary Application in Sheep Dung Compost显示文摘The paper was to solve the problems of incomplete fermentation and more cellulose impurities in finished products caused by high cellulose content in sheep dung and accessory substances in composting production.[Method]Efficient cellulose-degrading strains were screened from different animal dung samples and three widely used commercial microbial composting strains(RW,BDM and JBB).The target strains were comprehensively screened by Congo red staining,degradation test of filter strips and cellulase activity test,and the strains screened were identified by physiological and biochemical tests and molecular tests.The strain was used to produce bioaugmentation strain,which was compared with composting fermentation of commercial strains.The temperature of composting process and the physical and chemical properties of finished products were tested to determine whether it met the national standards.[Result]A strain(M2)with strong cellulose-degrading ability from horse dung was screened,and its cellulase activity was(126.06±0.36)U/mL,higher than that of cellulose strain with the highest enzyme activity in commercial strains.Through morphological,physiological and biochemical identification and 16S rDNA sequence analysis,strain M2 was identified as Sphingomonas paucimobilis belonging to Sphingomonas sp.Compared with commercial strains,the bioaugmentation strain effectively improved the cellulose-degrading ability of strains after composting fermentation.The products were uniform in color,without obvious cellulose impurities,and the total nutrients were improved to a certain extent.[Conclusion]The strain M2 screened can be used for the development of specific strain for sheep dung composting. | Sun Yuanfeng Zhong Jie Zheng Juan Wu Yongjun | 2020 | Animal Husbandry and Feed Science2020,12,5: | 0 |
| 6 | Formation behaviors of rod-like reactive shaped charge penetrator and their effects on damage capability显示文摘Formation behaviors of rod-like reactive shaped charge penetrator(RRSCP)and their effects on damage capability are investigated by experiments and numerical simulations.The pulsed X-ray technology and a spaced aluminum/steel plate with the thicknesses of 5 mm/100 mm are used.Three types of sphericalsegment aluminum-polytetrafluoroethylene-copper(Al-PTFE-Cu)reactive liners with Cu contents of 0%,46.6%,and 66%are fabricated and tested.The experimental results show that the reactive liners can form excellent rod-shaped penetrators with tail skirts under the shaped charge effect,but the tail skirts disappear over time.Moreover,rupturing damage to the aluminum plate and penetration to the steel plate are caused by the RRSCP impact.From simulation analysis,the RRSCP is formed by a mechanically and chemically coupled response with the reactive liner activated by shock in its outer walls and bottom and then backward overturning,forming a leading reactive penetrator and a following chemical energy cluster.The unique formation structure determines the damage modes of the aluminum plate and the steel plate.Further analysis indicates that the formation behaviors and damage capability of Al-PTFE-Cu RRSCP strongly depend on Cu content.With increasing Cu content,the velocity,activation extent,and reaction extent of Al-PTFE-Cu RRSCP decrease,which contribute to elongation and alleviate the negative effects of chemical reactions on elongation,significantly increasing the length-diameter ratio and thus enhancing the capability of steel plate penetration.However,the lower activation extent and energetic density will weaken the RRSCP's capability of causing rupturing damage to the aluminum plate. | Tao Sun Haifu Wang Shipeng Wang Chao Ge Die Hu Pengwan Chen Yuanfeng Zheng | 2024 | Defence Technology(防务技术)2024,32,2: | 0 |

| 9 | P-band center theory guided activation of MoS_(2) basal S sites for pHuniversal hydrogen evolution显示文摘The edge S sites of thermodynamically stable 2H MoS_(2)are active for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)but the active sites are scarce.Despite the dominance of the basal S sites,they are generally inert to HER because of the low p-band center.Herein,we reported a synergistic combination of phase engineering and NH_(4)^(+) intercalation to promote the HER performance of MoS_(2).The rational combination of 1T and 2H phases raises the p-band center of the basal S sites while the intercalated NH4+ions further optimize and stabilize the electronic band of these sites.The S sites with regulated band structures afford moderate hydrogen adsorption,thus contributing to excellent HER performance over a wide pH range.In an acid medium,this catalyst exhibits a low overpotential of 169 mV at 10 mA·cm^(−2)and Tafel slope of 39 mV·dec^(−1)with robust stability,superior to most of recently reported MoS_(2)-based non-noble catalysts.The combined use of in/ex-situ characterizations ravels that the appearance of more unpaired electrons at the Mo 4d-orbital reduces the d-band center which upshifts the p-band center of the adjacent S for essentially improved HER performance.This work provides guidelines for the future development of layered transition-metal-dichalcogenide catalysts. | Chao Meng Yuanfeng Gao Yue Zhou Kang Sun Yanmin Wang Ye Han Qianqian Zhao Xuemin Chen Han Hu Mingbo Wu | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,5: | 0 |
| 10 | Scale-adaptive superpixels for medical images显示文摘Background:Superpixel segmentation is a powerful preprocessing tool to reduce the complexity of image processing.Traditionally,size uniformity is one of the significant features of superpixels.However,in medical images,in which subjects scale varies greatly and background areas are often flat,size uniformity rarely conforms to the varying content.To obtain the fewest superpixels with retaining important details,the size of superpixel should be chosen carefully.Methods:We propose a scale-adaptive superpixel algorithm relaxing the size-uniformity criterion for medical images,especially pathological images.A new path-based distance measure and superpixel region growing schema allow our algorithm to generate superpixels with different scales according to the complexity of image content,that is smaller(larger)superpixels in color-riching areas(flat areas).Results:The proposed superpixel algorithm can generate superpixels with boundary adherence,insensitive to noise,and with extremely big sizes and extremely small sizes on one image.The number of superpixels is much smaller than size-uniformly superpixel algorithms while retaining more details of images.Conclusion:With the proposed algorithm,the choice of superpixel size is automatic,which frees the user from the predicament of setting suitable superpixel size for a given application.The results on the nuclear dataset show that the proposed superpixel algorithm superior to the respective state-of-the-art algorithms on both quantitative and quantitative comparisons. | Limin Sun Dongyang Ma Yuanfeng Zhou | 2022 | Quantitative Biology2022,10,3: | 0 |
