1Study on Agricultural Intellectual Property Protection and High-Quality Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Ginseng显示文摘Agricultural intellectual property has the functions of carrying forward agricultural cultural heritage,encouraging agricultural scientific and technological innovation,cultivating the brand of agricultural products and so on. The protection and application of agricultural intellectual property rights can enhance the vitality,innovation and competitiveness of agricultural economy,and promote the strategy of high-quality agricultural development and rural revitalization. Ginseng is a traditional medicinal variety with superior characteristics in Northeast China,and it is one of the most famous ' three treasures' in Northeast China. This paper introduces ginseng( Panax ginseng C. A. 11N-polar InGaN nanowires: breaking the efficiency bottleneck of nano and micro LEDs显示文摘The efficiency of conventional quantum well light-emitting diodes(LEDs) decreases drastically with reducing areal size. Here we show that such a critical size scaling issue of LEDs can be addressed by utilizing N-polar In Ga N nanowires. We studied the epitaxy and performance characteristics of N-polar In Ga N nanowire LEDs grown on sapphire substrate by plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy. A maximum external quantum efficiency-11% was measured for LEDs with lateral dimensions as small as 750 nm directly on wafer without any packaging. The effect of electron overflow and Auger recombination on the device performance is also studied. 12RAF22,ABI1 and OST1 form a dynamic interactive network that optimizes plant growth and responses to drought stress in Arabidopsis显示文摘Plants adapt to their ever-changing environment via positive and negative signals induced by environmental stimuli.Drought stress,for instance,induces accumulation of the plant hormone abscisic acid(ABA),triggering ABA signal transduction.However,the molecular mechanisms for switching between plant growth promotion and stress response remain poorly understood.Here we report that RAF(rapidly accelerated fibrosarcoma)-LIKE MITOGEN-ACTIVATED PROTEIN KINASE KINASE KINASE 22(RAF22)in Arabidopsis tha/iana physically interacts with ABA INSENSITIVE 1(ABl1)and phosphorylates ABl1 at Ser416 residue to enhance its phosphatase activity.Interestingly,ABl1 can also enhance the activity of RAF22 through dephosphorylation,reciprocally inhibiting ABA signaling and promoting the maintenance of plant growth under normal conditions.Under drought stress,however,the ASA-activated OPEN STOMATA1(OST1)phosphorylates the Ser81 residue of RAF22 and inhibits its kinase activity,restraining its enhancement of ABl1 activity.Taken together,our study reveals that RAF22,ABl1,and OST1 form a dynamic regulatory network that plays crucial roles in optimizing plant growth and environmental adaptation under drought stress.Zhihui Sun Zhenkai Feng Yanglin Ding Yuanpeng Qi Shan Jiang Zhen Li Yu Wang Junsheng Qi Chunpeng Song Shuhua Yang Zhizhong Gong 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,7:1
13Polybenzimidazole functionalized electrolyte with Li-wetting and self-fluorination functionalities for practical Li metal batteries显示文摘Rough Li plating,low ionic conductivity,and low thermal stability of conventional electrolytes post-primary challenges for achieving reliable high-capacity rechargeable lithium batteries,for which lithiummetal is frequently proposed as themost promising anode material.Conventional low-polarity commercial polypropylene/polyethylene separators fail to support the application of high-energy-density Li anodes due to their rigid physicochemical properties and the high reactivity of Li metal,leading to fatal dendrite formation and vigorous exothermic reaction with electrolytes.Herein,we develop a Li-wetting,flame-retardant binary polymer electrolyte by functionalizing poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)separators with nonflammable polybenzimidazole(PBI)to build safe room-temperature solid-state electrolyte membranes.A dendrite-free LiFePO4 cell with the solid polymer electrolyte(SPE)delivers a discharge capacity of 127 mAh g^(-1) at 25℃ with a capacity retention of 87.5%after 500 cycles at 0.5℃(0.15 mA cm^(-2)).Phase-field simulations and density functional theory calculations demonstrate that the negatively charged benzimidazole chains of PBI own superior affinity to lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide(LiTFSI),and shares overlapping electron density with Li anode,giving rise to accelerated Li^(+)conduction at room temperature and uniform Li electrodeposition at the electrolyte/Li metal interface.The SPE is also flame-retardant since heat-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene and a dense,heat-blocking graphitized carbon layer are formed in intense heat throughdehydrogenation/fluorination of PVDF under the catalysis of Lewis base imidazole rings and the decomposition of benzimidazole rings in PBI.No such fire-resistant mechanism is ever reported in conventional electrolytes.Dongjiang Chen Yuanpeng Liu Chuan Xia Yupei Han Qingwei Sun Xuchang Wang Wei Chen Xian Jian Weiqiang Lv Jianyi Ma Weidong He 2022InfoMat2022,4,5:1

20High-efficiency organic solar cells enabled by an alcohol-washable solid additive显示文摘The solvent additive strategy has been widely utilized to boost the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of organic solar cells(OSCs).However,the residual solvent additive in the active layer tends to induce a gradual morphology degradation and further influences the long-term stability of OSCs.Here,a solid additive,1,4-diiodobenzene(DIB),was introduced to fabricate efficient OSCs.We found that the treatment of DIB can lead to optimized morphology to form a bicontinuous network with intensified intermolecular packing in the donor and acceptor phases.Notably,DIB can be easily removed from the active layer via a simple alcohol washing process and no further post-thermal annealing is needed,which is desirable for large-scale manufacturing of OSCs.As a result,high efficiencies of 17.47%for PM6:Y6 and 18.13%(certified as 17.7%)for PM6:BTP-eC9 binary OSCs are achieved,which are among the highest efficiencies reported for binary OSCs thus far.Moreover,OSCs fabricated with DIB also exhibit superior stability compared with the as-cast and traditional solvent additive processed devices.Additionally,DIB was successfully applied in different active layers,manifesting its general applicability.This work provides a feasible approach to enhance both the efficiency and stability of OSCs.Yuanpeng Xie Hwa Sook Ryu Lili Han Yunhao Cai Xiaopeng Duan Donghui Wei Han Young Woo Yanming Sun 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,12:0
