1Diaporthe species occurring on citrus in China显示文摘Diaporthe species are important pathogens of a wide range of hosts including many economically important crops.Diaporthe citri is generally accepted to cause melanose of Citrus fruits,leaves and shoots;stem-end rot of fruits and gummosis of perennial branches.In this study,147 strains of Diaporthe were isolated from diseased leaves,twigs,fruits and branches of Citrus from Shaanxi,Zhejiang,Guangxi,Fujian,Guangdong,Jiangxi,Hunan,Chongqing and Shanghai and identified by morphology and molecular analysis of nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer(ITS),partial sequences of translation elongation factor 1-α(EF 1-α),tubulin(TUB)and calmodulin(CAL)genes.All strains from Citrus clustered in three clades.Diaporthe citri was the predominant species and is compared with strains from Florida,USA,where this species was first collected and described.Two new taxa differing from D.citri are described as D.citriasiana and D.citrichinensis in this paper.Inoculation tests indicate that all three species are able to cause stem-end rot of fruits,while only D.citri could cause melanose on leaves.Feng Huang Xin Hou Megan M Dewdney Yushi Fu Guoqing Chen Kevin D Hyde Hongye Li 2013Fungal Diversity2013,,4:4
2Effects of Reheating Duration on the Microstructures and Tensile Properties of Thixoforged In Situ Mg_2Si_p/AM60B Composites显示文摘The influences of reheating duration on microstructures and tensile properties of thixoforged in situ Mg2Sip/AM60 B composites have been investigated. The results indicate that the reheating time affects the volume fraction,composition and distribution of the liquid phase, the evolution of the liquid pools within the primary particles, and the morphology and distribution of the Mg2 Si particles of the semisolid feedstock. These changes then affect the subsequent solidification behavior and deformation mechanism during thixoforging, which are responsible for the resulting microstructure and tensile properties. Mg2 Si particles play a strengthening role for the matrix through the load transfer mechanism. The appropriate reheating time is 60 min at 600 °C when the mold preheating temperature is at 300 °C. 3Shenmai injection enhances cisplatin-induced apoptosis through regulation of Mfn2-dependent mitochondrial dynamics in lung adenocarcinoma A549/DDP cells显示文摘Aim:Chemoresistance is the biggest obstacle in cancer treatment.Our previous study demonstrated that Shenmai injection(SMI),a Chinese herbal medicine,enhanced the antitumor effect of cisplatin via glucose metabolism reprogramming.This study aimed to further determine whether the SMI sensitizes the non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)cells to cisplatin through regulation mitochondrial dynamics.Methods:The Kaplan-Meier Plotter database was used to investigate the relationship between mRNA expression of mitofusin-2(Mfn2)and the survival analysis of NSCLC patients.The protein expression of Mfn2 in a lung adenocarcinoma tissue chip was detected by immunohistochemistry staining.The expression of Mfn2 and ATAD3A were compared between cisplatin-sensitive A549 and cisplatin-resistant A549/DDP cells.Additionally,A549/DDP cells were co-treated with cisplatin and SMI to detect mitochondrial morphology by fluorescent staining,apoptosis-related protein expression with Western blotting,and mitochondrial membrane potential(ΔΨm)with flow cytometry analysis.Results:The mean survival time of the Mfn2^(low) group was significantly lower than that of the Mfn2^(high) group by Kaplan-Meier Plotter database analysis,and the Mfn2 protein expression level was lower in cancer tissues than in adjacent tissues.The combination of SMI and cisplatin induced dynamic changes in A549/DDP cells,with increased mitochondrial fusion followed by upregulation of Mfn2 and downregulation of ATAD3A and reduced mitochondrial mass and ΔΨm.Moreover,SMI significantly enhanced cisplatin-induced A549/DDP apoptosis,upregulated Bax and the active subunit of caspase-3,and downregulated Bcl-2 expression,as shown via Hoechst staining and flow cytometry analysis.Conclusion:Our findings suggest SMI enhances cisplatin-induced apoptosis through regulation of Mfn2-dependent mitochondrial dynamics in cisplatin-resistant lung adenocarcinoma cells.Yushi Chen Ye Sun Qiuyu Zhao Chunying Liu Chun Wang 2021Cancer Drug Resistance2021,4,4:2
4Potential chronic liver toxicity in rats orally administered an ethanol extract of Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae Baicalensis)显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the potential chronic liver toxicity of oral administration of ethanol extract of Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae Baicalensis)(SBE) in Wistar rats.METHODS: SBE was administered to rats by gavage for 26 weeks, at doses of 300, 1250, or 2500 mg·kg-1·d-1 respectively. The rats were euthanized at the end of 13 and 26 weeks daily oral dosing and following 4 weeks of recovery time. The changes of hematology, urinary, blood biochemistry and histomorphology were examined at each time point and focus on liver function and histological changes.RESULTS: When SBE at a dose of up to 2500 mgkg-1 d-1 was fed to male and female rats for 2··6 weeks, the liver tissue showed some inflammatory change that predominated by leukocyte infiltrationbut returned to normal after withdrawal. In addition, high-dose SBE treatment of 26 weeks in rats,glucose, electrolyte and lipid levels also have some changes. In addition, there are no other functional or organic lesions related to SBE treatment.CONCLUSIONS: Long-term and high-dose SBE may cause liver damage, however, the structural damage of the liver can be restored after the ethanol extract stopping. 6Effects of Exposure to Lead and Cadmium on the Oxidative Damage of Livers in Laying Hens显示文摘[Objective] To detect the effects of exposure to lead and cadmium on the oxidative damage of livers in laying hens. [Methods] One hundred and twenty 40-week-old Hyline brown hens were randomly divided into four groups. 100 mg / L Pb and / or 50 mg / L Cd was added into the drinking water for eight weeks. [Results] Compared with control group,AST and ALT activities in Pb group enhanced; but there were no significant differences. AST and ALT activities in Cd group and( Pb + Cd) group significantly or extremely significantly increased( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). SOD activity,GSH- Px activity and GSH content in( Pb + Cd) group,Cd group and Pb group were significantly or extremely significantly lower than those in control group( P <0. 05 or P <0. 01). Among them,( Pb + Cd) group showed the greatest reduction( P <0. 01). MDA contents in the three groups were significantly higher than that of control group; and( Pb +Cd) group was significantly higher than Pb group and Cd group. Cu,Fe and Zn contents in three groups were higher than those in control group in different degrees( P <0. 05 or P <0. 01). Se contents in Cd group and( Pb + Cd) group were significantly lower than that in control group( P <0. 01). Residue contents in livers in Pb group and Cd group were significantly greater than that in control group; while residue content in( Pb + Cd) group was significantly higher than those in Pb group and Cd group. Ultrastructure showed that there were symptoms of mitochondrial swelling and fractured cristae in liver cells of laying hens after the exposure to Cd and Pb. In( Pb + Cd) group,these symptoms were even greater. 8Development and Prospect of Study on Soil Nonlinear Dynamic Characteristics under Strong-Motion显示文摘Ground motions are significantly influenced by dynamic characteristics of overburden soil layers near ground surface,as thick and soft soil layers would obviously amplify the ground motion strength. The conventional research method on soil nonlinear dynamic characteristics under strong motions is based on experiments in laboratories for the deficiency of observation data,but it is difficult to reliably simulate the complex factors of soils in actual earthquake durations,including loading paths,boundary conditions,and drainage conditions. 9High resolution non-invasive intraocular pressure monitoring by use of graphene woven fabrics on contact lens显示文摘Monitoring intracorporal pressures are important for health care and diagnosis.In this work,a contact lens tonometer employing graphene woven fabrics(GWFs),which indicate great sensibility of resistance to strain,flexibility,stretchability,transparency,and biocompatibility,is proposed for real-time monitoring intraocular pressure(IOP)with high resolution.The mechanical properties of the device during the deformation were analyzed,and the sensitivity of the fabricated device was tested on a mimic human eyeball.In vitro experiments on porcine eyes were executed to test the effectiveness of the device.The change rate of resistance under different IOP was tested.Also,the relationship between the current changes and IOP variation when keeping the voltage constant for different devices was obtained.The contact lens tonometers with GWFs as high-resolution sensing element have shown a promising prospective to realize the low-cost disposable sensing contact lens with lower power.Yushi Zhang Yufeng Chen Tianxing Man Dong Huang Xiao Li Hongwei Zhu Zhihong Li 2019Microsystems & Nanoengineering2019,5,1:1

11Fe-N co-doped coral-like hollow carbon shell toward boosting peroxymonosulfate activation for efficient degradation of tetracycline: Singlet oxygen-dominated non-radical pathway显示文摘Fe-N co-doped coral-like hollow carbon shell (Fe-N-CS) was synthesized via a simply impregnation-pyrolysis method.The Fe-N-CS showed an excellent ability for activating peroxymonosulfate (PMS),which could degrade about 93.74%tetracycline (20 mg/L) in 12 min.The Fe-N-CS/PMS system exhibited a good anti-interference capacity of various pH,inorganic anions,HA and different water qualities.More importantly,the Fe nanoparticles were anchored uniformly in the carbon layer,effectively limiting the metal leaching.The quenching tests and electron spin resonance (ESR) manifested that non-radical singlet oxygen (1O_(2))was the main reactive oxygen species (ROS) for TC degradation.The mechanism study showed that Fe nanoparticles,defect and graphite N played a key role in activating PMS to produce ROS.Moreover,three probable degradation pathways were proposed by using LC-MS measurements.Generally,this work had a new insight for the synthesis of heterogeneous Fe-N-C catalysts in the advanced oxidation process based on PMS.Wenjin Chen Jin Huang Yaqian Shen Ke Zhu Lele Lei Hongmei He Yushi Ai 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,4:1
12Influence of CePO_(4)with different crystalline phase on selective catalytic reduction of NO_(x)with ammonia显示文摘A series of cerium phosphate catalysts with different crystal phases were synthesized by hydrothermal method and co-precipitation method.Hexagonal cerium phosphate(CePO_(4)-H)shows better NH_(3)-SCR denitration activity than monoclinic cerium phosphate(CePO_(4)-M)and mixed phases of CePO_(4)-H and CePO_(4)-M.Moreover,CePO_(4)-H also exhibits excellent activity stability with stream time and cycling stability.Various characterizations were carried out to explain the effects of different crystal phases of CePO_(4)on the activity.Among these catalysts,CePO_(4)-H has much stronger surface acidity that is conducive to the adsorption and activation of NH_(3),and more surface adsorbed oxygen species that can effectively improve SCR activity.In situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DRIFTS)were performed to investigate the adsorption and reaction of NH_(3)and NO_(x)on CePO_(4)-H and CePO_(4)-M,and the results suggest that the better activity over CePO_(4)-H follows mainly the Eley-Rideal mechanism in the activity temperature window(300-500℃)with 100%NO conversion.Chen Zhao Yushi Li Zhiping Zhang Huansheng Tan Fulong Yuan Yujun Zhu 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,8:1

17Estimating heat capacities of liquid organic compounds based on elements and chemical bonds contribution显示文摘Molecular property depends on the property, the number of the elements, and the interaction between elements(such as chemical bonds). Based on the above-mentioned idea, two methods to estimate the isobaric heat capacity of liquids organic compounds were developed. Ten elements groups and 32 chemical bond groups were defined by considering the structure of organic compounds. The group contribution values and correlation parameters were regressed by the ridge regression method with the experiment data of 1137 compounds. The heat capacity can be calculated by summating the contributions of the elements and chemical bond groups. The two methods were compared with existing group contribution methods, such as Chickos, Zabransky-Ruzicka, and Zdenka Kolska. The results show that those new estimation methods' overall average relative deviations were 5.81% and 5.71%, which were lower than the other three methods. Those methods were more straightforward in compound splitting.Those new methods can be used to estimate the liquid heat capacity of silicon-containing compounds,which the other three methods cannot estimate. The new methods are more accessible, broader, and more accurate. 18Construction of a Stimuli-Responsive DNAzyme-Braked DNA Nanomachine for the Amplified Imaging of miRNAs in Living Cells and Mice显示文摘Synthetic DNA motors have spurred considerable research interest as a way to interrogate biochemical processes that can further facilitate disease diagnosis.However,current direct sense-on-demand DNA motors are hampered by undesired signal leakage originating from their nonspecific stimulation prior to their arrival at target sites.Herein,we propose a DNAzyme-guided DNA amplification motor through the facile built-in of a stimuli-responsive DNAzyme brake to facilitate the in vivo sensitive imaging of biomarkers by minimizing the off-site signal leakage in living systems.To realize the on-site activation,the inactive DNAzyme DNA motor was encapsulated into the folate(FA)-modified zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8)/poly(D,L-lactic-co-glycolic acid(PLGA)nanovesicles.The FA interaction-promoted tumor-cell-selective delivery and the pH-responsive disassembly of ZIF-8/PLGA permitted sufficient release of DNAzyme cofactors to achieve on-site stimulation of DNAzyme for restoring the temporally caged DNA amplification motor in tumor cells where the endogenous miRNA target was thus specifically and sensitively analyzed.By integration of the cellselective delivery and the site-specific stimulation,our DNAzyme-guided DNA motor can realize the reliable imaging of tumor cells and provide a new toolbox for disease diagnosis.Yingying Chen Mingzhu Yan Yushi Wang Jinhua Shang Shizhen He Yuhui Gao Chen Hong Xiaoqing Liu Fuan Wang 2023CCS Chemistry2023,5,7:0
19Identification of Avian-Derived Ingredients in Livestock and Poultry Meat by PCR Technology显示文摘In order to establish a quick and specific method which could identify the avian-derived ingredients,this study used 16 S rRNA gene sequence as target site,and designed the specific primers of chicken,pigeon meat and quail meat. The DNA of common livestock and poultry meat( including mutton,beef,pork,rabbit meat,pigeon meat,quail meat,chicken,duck and goose) was used as template. Though PCR amplification and specific detection,a quick determination method was established to identify the avian-derived ingredients. The results showed that the selected primers could identify the ingredients of animal origin effectively and quickly. 20In vivo anti-aging properties on fat diet-induced high fat Drosophila melanogaster of n-butanol extract from Paecilomyces hepiali显示文摘The purpose of this study was to explore the potential of the development and application of Paecilomyces hepiali,a fungus with edible and medicinal value,as a foodborne antioxidant and anti-aging agent.Its n-butanol extract(PHE)from rice cultures was selected for anti-aging experiment because of significant free radical scavenging activity in vitro.In vivo,PHE could significantly prolong the mean lifespan,50%survival days,and the maximum lifespan of Drosophila on a high-fat diet.It is amazing that the mean lifespan increased from 19.1 days to 32.9 days,50%survival days increased from 15.7 days to 34.3 days,and the maximum lifespan extended from 44.7 days to 52.7 days,when the high-fat female Drosophila model was fed with 10μg/mL PHE.Further research showed that PHE reduced the accumulation of peroxide products and increased the activity of antioxidant enzymes.Then,through antioxidant activity tracking,dimerumic acid(compound 1,the IC_(50) value of 3.4μg/mL on DPPH free radicals scavenging activity),4,5-dihydroxy-3-methoxypentanoic acid(compound 2,new compound),and thymidine(compound 3)were isolated from PHE.It is worth mentioning that dimerumic acid,the major antioxidant compound of PHE(content up to 3%),was discovered in P.hepiali for the first time.It was concluded that PHE showed excellent anti-aging activity at a very low concentration on fat diet-induced high fat Drosophila melanogaster,and dimerumic acid may be its main material basis.These results indicated that PHE had the potential to be developed as antioxidant and anti-aging agent in the healthcare industry.Akang Dan Yushi Chen Yongqi Tian Shaoyun Wang 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,4:0
