| 1 | Cluster analysis for syndromes of real-world coronary heartdisease with angina pectoris显示文摘Syndromes of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris were analyzed to provide guidance forclinical practice and to improve accuracy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnoses and efficacy of TCMtreatment. A total of 860 cases with coronary heart disease with angina pectoris were selected from TCM ClinicalResearch Information Sharing System for TCM clinics and research. Syndromes were automatically extractedwith the cluster method and were analyzed to provide objective evidence for clinical studies. Final syndromeclassifications were recognized and confirmed by clinical experts. Popular syndromes included Qi and blooddeficiency, blood stasis and obstruction collaterals, liver depression and spleen deficiency, and Qi stagnation andblood stasis. Syndromes Qi and blood deficiency and blood stasis and obstruction collaterals accounted for 28.61%of total syndromes, whereas liver depression and spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation and blood stasis accountedfor 26.44%. | 2 | NUMERICAL ANALYSIS ON THREE-DIMENSIONAL FLOW FIELD OF TURBINE IN TORQUE CONVERTER显示文摘Three-dimensional flow field of turbine in torque converter is simulated by numerical calculation in order to improve the performance of torque converter. Calculation model of a torque converter is presented based on the mixing-plane technology. In the calculation of flow field,the 3D N-S equations are separated by finite-volume method and solved by semi-implicit method for pressure-linked equations(SIMPLE). Based on flow field calculation,the flow field of turbine is simulated. The velocity and pressure in the flow field of turbine are analyzed. The external performance of the torque converter is also calculated. Results of flow simulation show that there are secondary flow,off flow and velocity gradient in turbine passage. | 3 | Effects of temperature and pressure on the structural and optical properties of ZnO films grown by pulsed laser deposition显示文摘ZnO thin films were deposited on fused silica via pulsed laser deposition (PLD) at substrate temperatures from 300°C to 800°C and ambient oxygen pressures ranging from 10-2 mTorr to 240 mTorr. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectra indicated that wurtzite ZnO was obtained in all cases. The highly c-oriented ZnO films were obtained for oxygen pressures above 11 mTorr. The room-temperature photoluminescence (PL) spectra demonstrated that all the films exhibited strong near-band-edge (NBE) emission, while deep-level (DL) emission was also observed in films deposited at oxygen pressures below 80 mTorr. | 4 | Isotopic Geochemistry of Cadmium:A Review显示文摘Cadmium(Cd) is a scarce, but not an extremely rare element in the Earth's crust(crustal average: 0.2 ppm Cd). Geochemically, Cd exhibits thiophile, lithophile, and volatile behavior in different geologic processes. Biologically, it is a nutrient-like element that is closely related to P and Zn and is toxic element to organisms. Presently, Cd isotopes have been successfully utilized to trace Cd sources and nutrient cycling in marine systems in addition to unearthing other geochemical processes. Using published studies and our recent work, this survey summarizes the chemical preparation and mass spectrometry of Cd isotopes. | 6 | IL-33 drives the antitumor effects of dendritic cells via the induction of Tc9 cells显示文摘Dendritic cell(DC)tumor vaccines exert their antitumor effects through the induction of effector T cells.We recently identified Tc9 cells as a new potent antitumor effector T cell subset.However,approaches to direct DCs to preferably prime antitumor Tc9 cells should be further exploited.Here,we demonstrate that the addition of interleukin(IL)-33 potently promotes the induction of Tc9 cells by DCs in vitro and in vivo.IL-33 treatment also drives the cytotoxic activities of DC-induced Tc9 cells.Notably,IL-33 treatment enhances cell survival and proliferation of DC-primed CD8+T cells.More importantly,the addition of IL-33 during in vitro priming of tumor-specific Tc9 cells by DCs increases the antitumor capability of Tc9 cells.Mechanistic studies demonstrated that IL-33 treatment inhibits exhaustive CD8+T cell differentiation by inhibiting PD-1 and 2B4 expression and increasing IL-2 and CD127(IL-7 receptor-α,IL-7Rα)expression in CD8+T cells.Finally,the addition of IL-33 further promotes the therapeutic efficacy of DC-based tumor vaccines in the OT-I mouse model.Our study demonstrates the important role of IL-33 in DC-induced Tc9 cell differentiation and antitumor immunity and may have important clinical implications. | Ning Liu Yuxue Jiang Jintong Chen He Nan Yinghua Zhao Xiao Chu Alison Wang Dongjiao Wang Tianxue Qin Sujun Gao Ying Yue Siqing Wang | 2019 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,7: | 2 |
| 7 | Experimental study on filtration performance of the moving bed granular filter with axial flow显示文摘The filtration performance of the moving bed granular filter with axial flow (MBGF-AF) is investigated through a large cold experiment. The effect of different operation parameters on the filtration performance (collection efficiency, pressure drop) of the axial-flow moving bed filter is investigated in combination with the dust deposition effect and the mechanism of trapping dust by the capturing particles. The results show that the collection efficiency of MBGF-AF is enhanced by decreasing the superficial gas velocity, increasing the inlet dust concentration properly, or decreasing the moving velocity of the capturing particles. A model covering the above operation parameters is established to calculate the collection efficiency of the moving bed granular filter. | 14 | Microstructure and optical properties of Eu-doped Mg_xZn_(1-x)O hexagonal nanocrystals显示文摘Eu-doped MgxZn1-xO hexagonal nanocrystals with wurtzite-type structure were fabricated on quartz substrates by electron beam evaporation using Mg0.15Zn0.85O:Euy(0≤y≤0.08)target combined thermal annealing followed with rapid cooling.The influence of Eu on the microstructure and optical properties of MgxZn1-xO hexagonal nanocrystals had been investigated using X-ray diffraction spectra,X-ray photoelectron energy spectra,scanning electron microscopy,absorption spectra,and photoluminescence spectra.It was found that Eu-doped MgxZn1-xO hexagonal nanocrystals annealed at 700°C exhibited(002)preferred orientation,whereas undoped MgxZn1-xO hexagonal nanocrystals annealed at 700°C did not exhibit preferential growth.The Mg concentration of Eu-doped and undoped MgxZn1-xO hexagonal nanocrystals annealed at 700°C were both 0.08.However,an evident phase separation of the Eu-doped MgxZn1-xO hexagonal nanocrystals with Mg0.08Zn0.92O/Mg0.03Zn0.97O/air SQW core-shell structures was observed.The binding energy of exciton in Mg0.03Zn0.97O(66 meV)was larger than that in Mg0.08Zn0.92O(50 meV)that was further evidence of Mg0.08Zn0.92O/Mg0.03Zn0.97O/air SQW core-shell structures formed. | LI Na,CUI HaiTao,LIU YuXue,XU ChangShan&LIU YiChun Centre for Advanced Optoelectronic Functional Materials Research,Northeast Normal University,Changchun 130024,China | 2010 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,3: | 1 |

| 18 | Identification of microRNA-21 as a valuable diagnostic marker of oral squamous cell carcinoma and potential target显示文摘Objective The aim of the study was to summarize the diagnostic value of miR-21 as a biomarker in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)using a review of the literature and data from the cancer genome atlas(TCGA)database.Methods Data from TCGA database was sorted and analyzed by bioinformatics to determine the expression level of miR-21 in OSCC.Further,we searched for relevant articles in Embase,PubMed/Medline,Scopus,and Web of Science published before March 2021,extracted the data,and conducted quality assessment.The bivariate meta-analysis model with Stata 16.0 was used to analyze the diagnostic value of miR-21 for OSCC.Results A total of 304 related articles were identified,and seven were selected for meta-analysis.The diagnostic results after analysis were as follows:sensitivity 0.76[95%confidence interval(CI),0.57-0.88];specificity 0.77(95%CI,0.58-0.89);positive likelihood ratio 3.34(95%CI,1.58-7.08);negative likelihood ratio 0.31(95%CI,0.15-0.63);diagnostic odds ratio 10.75(95%CI,2.85-40.51);and area under the curve 0.83(95%CI,0.80-0.86).The Deeks’funnel chart showed that there was no potential bias(P=0.54).Prediction analysis of the potential target genes of miR-21 was performed via the biological website,and DAVID was used to cross target genes for gene ontology(GO)annotation function analysis.Conclusion The results showed that miR-21-3p and miR-21-5p were significantly more highly expressed in OSCC tissues than in normal tissues(P<0.05),and the results of the meta-analysis indicated that they could be used as potential biomarkers in the diagnosis of OSCC.In addition,58 potential target genes of miR-21 were significantly enriched in 28 GO annotation functional pathways,which provided a biological basis for further clinical diagnostic value research. | Hua Yang Yuxue Wei Gangli Liu | 2021 | Oncology and Translational Medicine2021,7,5: | 1 |
