1全球气候变化对中国未来地表径流的影响显示文摘本文应用改进的水分平衡模型研究了不同气候变化情景下中国未来地表径流的变化。结果表明 :基于不同的气候变化情景模拟所得的地表径流变化在空间上有差异 ,总体上 ,中国未来的地表径流将增加 ;长江上游地区的地表径流春季下降但在夏季增加 ,而下游地区的则相反 ,夏季径流下降而春季径流剧增 ;气溶胶对地表径流变化方面有影响 ,但在各个气候变化情景下缺乏一致性。游松财 Kiyoshi Takahashi Yuzuru Matsuoka 2002第四纪研究2002,22,2:29
2Endoscopic submucosal dissection for colorectal neoplasms:A review显示文摘The introduction of colorectal endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)has expanded the application of endoscopic treatment,which can be used for lesions with a low metastatic potential regardless of their size.ESD has the advantage of achieving en bloc resection with a lower local recurrence rate compared with that of piecemeal endoscopic mucosal resection.Moreover,in the past,surgery was indicated in patients with large lesions spreading to almost the entire circumference of the rectum,regardless of the depth of invasion,as endoscopic resection of these lesions was technically difficult.Therefore,a prime benefit of ESD is significant improvement in the quality of life for patients who have large rectal lesions.On the other hand,ESD is not as widely applied in the treatment of colorectal neoplasms as it is in gastric cancers owing to the associated technical difficulty,longer procedural duration,and increased risk of perforation.To diversify the available endoscopic treatment strategies for superficial colorectal neoplasms,endoscopists performing ESD need torecognize its indications,the technical issues involved in its application,and the associated complications.This review outlines the methods and type of devices used for colorectal ESD,and the training required by endoscopists to perform this procedure.Taku Sakamoto Genki Mori Masayoshi Yamada Yuzuru Kinjo Eriko So Seiichiro Abe Yosuke Otake Takeshi Nakajima Takahisa Matsuda Yutaka Saito 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,43:13
3Study of polluted soil remediation based on freezing and thawing cycles显示文摘It is generally known that soil pollution poses a terrible hazard to the environment, but the present techniques of contaminated soil remediation cannot control this growing threat. This paper compares the pollutant extraction efficiency of traditional pumping and treating, which is a typical washing technology for the remediation of contaminated soils, with methods that utilize freeze-thaw cycles. In the soil freezing process, water shifts from unfrozen soils to the freezing front, and the permeability of soil will be enhanced under certain temperature gradients and water conditions. Therefore, this paper discusses the purification of contaminated soil through freeze-thaw action. We conducted a cleansing experiment on clay and silica sand infused with NaCl(simulation of heavy metals) and found that the efficiency of purification was enhanced remarkably in the latter by the freeze-thaw action. To assess the effective extraction of DNAPLs in soil, we conducted an experiment on suction by freezing, predicated on the different freezing points of moisture and pollutants. 4Efficacy of direct-acting antiviral treatment for chronic hepatitis C: A single hospital experience显示文摘AIM To evaluate the efficacy of direct-acting antivirals(DAAs) in Kanto Rosai Hospital. METHODS All patients with hepatitis C virus(HCV) who underwent DAA prescription were enrolled in this study. The present study was a single center retrospective analysis using patients infected with HCV genotype 1 or 2. Resistance analysis was performed by using direct sequencing and cycleave PCR in genotype 1 patients treated with interferon(IFN)-free DAA. The primary endpoint was sustained virologic response at 12 wk after therapy(SVR12).RESULTS A total of 117 patients participated in the study, including 135 with genotype 1 and 42 with genotype 2. Of the 135 patients with genotype 1, 16 received protease inhibitor + IFN + ribavirin and all achieved SVR. Of the 119 patients who received IFN-free DAA(in different combinations), 102 achieved SVR and 9 failed(7/9 were on daclatasvir/asunaprevir and 2/9 on ledipasvir/sofosbuvir). Efficacy analysis was done only for 43 patients who received daclatasvir/asunaprevir. From this analysis, Y93 resistance-associated substitutions were significantly correlated with SVR.CONCLUSION The SVR rate was 98% for genotype 1 and 100% for genotype 2. 5Medial tibial plateau morphology and stress fracture location:A magnetic resonance imaging study显示文摘AIM To determine the location of medial tibial plateau stress fractures and its relationship with tibial plateau morphology using magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).METHODS A retrospective review of patients with a diagnosis of stress fracture of the medial tibial plateau was performed for a 5-year period. Fourteen patients [three female and 11 male, with an average age of 36.4 years(range, 15-50 years)], who underwent knee MRI, were included. The appearance of the tibial plateau stress fracture and the geometry of the tibial plateau were reviewed and measured on MRI.RESULTS Thirteen of 14 stress fractures were linear, and one of them stellated on MRI images. The location of fractures was classified into three types. Three fractures were located anteromedially(AM type), six posteromedially(PM type), and five posteriorly(P type) at the medial tibial plateau. 8Early B lymphocyte development: Similarities and differences in human and mouse显示文摘B lymphocytes differentiate from hematopoietic stem cells through a series of distinct stages. Early B cell development proceeds in bone marrow until immature B cells migrate out to secondary lymphoid tissues, such as a spleen and lymph nodes, after completion of immunoglobulin heavy and light chain rearrangement. Although the information about the regulation by numerous factors, including signaling molecules, transcription factors, epigenetic changes and the microenvironment, could provide the clinical application, our knowledge on human B lymphopoiesis is limited. However, with great methodological advances, significant progress for understanding B lymphopoiesis both in human and mouse has been made.
