2Mesoscale simulation of discontinuous dynamic recrystallization using the cellular automaton method显示文摘A dynamic recrystallization (DRX) cellular automaton (CA) model that can mark the microstructure with DRX circle was developed. The effects of initial grain size on the stress-strain curve, mean grain size and DRX fraction were mainly investigated, and the simulated results were compared with those obtained from previous researches. The results show that the shape of the stress-strain curve is sensitive, while the stress and mean grain size at the steady state are insensitive to the initial grain size. 3A dynamic modeling approach for nonlinear vibration analysis of the L-type pipeline system with clamps显示文摘There exists a lot of research on the nonlinear vibration of the pipeline system with different boundary conditions.To the best of our knowledge,little research on the actual constraint of the clamp has been performed.In this paper,according to hysteresis loops of the clamp obtained from experimental test,the simplified bilinear stiffness and damping model is proposed.Then the Finite Element(FE)model of L-type pipeline system with clamps is established using Timoshenko beam theory in combination with aforementioned stiffness-damping model.Both hammering and shaker tests verify the FE model via the comparisons of natural frequencies and vibration responses.The results show that the maximum errors of natural frequencies and vibration responses are about 8.31%and 17.6%,respectively.The proposed model can simulate the dynamic characteristics of the L-type pipeline system with clamps well,which is helpful to provide some guidance for the early design stage of pipeline in aero-engine.Qingdong CHAI Jin ZENG Hui MA Kun LI Qingkai HAN 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,12:6
4Low-cost photoacoustic imaging systems based on laser diode and light-emitting diode excitation显示文摘Photoacoustic imaging,an emerging biomedical imaging modality,holds great promise for preclinical and clinical researches.It combines the high optical contrast and high ultrasound resolution by converting laser excitation into ultrasonic emission.In order to generate photoacoustic signal e±-ciently,bulky Q-switched solid-state laser systems are most commonly used as excitation sources and hence limit its commercialization.As an alternative,the miniaturized semiconductor laser system has the advantages of being inexpensive,compact,and robust,which makes a signi¯cant e®ect on production-forming design.It is also desirable to obtain a wavelength in a wide range from visible to nearinfrared spectrum for multispectral applications.Focussing on practical aspect,this paper reviews the state-of-the-art developments of low-cost photoacoustic system with laser diode and light-emitting diode excitation source and highlights a few representative installations in the past decade.Qingkai Yao Yu Ding Guodong Liu Lvming Zeng 2017Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2017,,4:1

7Cathodic corrosion as a facile and universal method for the preparation of supported metal single atoms显示文摘Top-down strategy has been generally adopted for preparation of metal single atom catalysts(SACs)due to the simplified synthetic process,metal economics,and scalability characteristics.Herein,we propose a general top-down route to convert metal nanoparticles into uniformly dispersed metal single atoms in mild electrochemical environment via a facile cathodic corrosion process.Within the synthetic process,Pt nanoparticles precursors are transformed into migrating Pt single atoms(Pt1)driven by a high negative potential;and subsequently these mobile Pt atoms are trapped and stabilized by N coordination sites of N-doped carbon paper(NCP).The as-prepared Pt1/NCP electrodes exhibit a superior catalytic activity toward hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)with a low overpotential of 0.022 V at 10 mA/cm^(2)and a low Tafel slope of 28.5 mV/dec as well as a long-term durability.Notably,the proposed electrochemical atomic migration strategy shows a promising generality for fabricating other metal single atoms(e.g.,Pd,Ir,Cu),which may open a new avenue for metallic SACs preparation.Rui Li Jingsong Xu Qingkai Zhao Wensheng Ren Rongguang Zeng Qifa Pan Xiayan Yan Jingwen Ba Tao Tang Wenhua Luo 2022Nano Research2022,15,3:0

9Platinum single atom catalysts for hydrogen isotope separation during hydrogen evolution reaction显示文摘Electrolysis of water is widely used for hydrogen isotope separation and the development of hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)catalysts with high selectivity and activity is of key importance.Herein,we propose single atom catalysts(SACs)as promising catalysts for efficient hydrogen isotope separation.Pt SACs and Pt nanoparticles(NPs)have been fabricated on nanoarray-structured nitrogen-doped graphite foil(NGF)substrate by a polyol reduction method.The as prepared Pt1/NGF electrode exhibits high activity and selectivity toward HER with a low overpotential of 0.022 V at 10 mA·cm^(-2) and a high separation factor of 6.83 for hydrogen and deuterium separation,much better than Pt NPs counterpart.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations ascribe the high activity and selectivity to the constructed Pt-N_(2)C_(2) structure.This work develops a new opportunity for the design and application of high-efficiency and stable SACs toward hydrogen isotope separation by electrolysis of water.Jingsong Xu Rui Li Xiayan Yan Qingkai Zhao Rongguang Zeng Jingwen Ba Qifa Pan Xin Xiang Daqiao Meng 2022Nano Research2022,15,5:0
