1Review of Key Problems Related to Integrated Energy Distribution Systems显示文摘Integrated energy distribution system(IEDS)is one of the integrated energy and power system forms,which involves electricity/gas/cold/heat and other various energy forms.The energy coupling relationship is close and complex.IEDS is the focus of regional energy internet research and development at home and abroad.Compared with the traditional power distribution system,IEDS through the multi-energy coupling link comprehensive utilization,effectively improve the distribution system economy,safety,reliability,flexibility and toughness,but also to ease the regional energy system environmental pressure.IEDS is an important direction for the future development of energy systems,and its related research and practice on China’s energy system development also has important practical and strategic significance.This paper summarizes the related researches of the IEDS and explores the energy operation characteristics and coupling mechanisms.What’s more,the integrated model of IEDS is summarized.On these bases,this paper discusses and prospects some key issues such as joint planning,optimization control and security analysis,state estimation and situational awareness and generalized demand side management.Dan Wang Liu Liu Hongjie Jia Weiliang Wang Yunqiang Zhi Zhengji Meng Bingyu Zhou 2018CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2018,4,2:43
2Earthquake-induced soft-sediment deformation structures in the Mesoproterozoic Wumishan Formation,North China,and their geologic implications显示文摘Soft-sediment structures are key to defining seismites. Two soft-sediment deformation horizons, bounded by undeformed carbonate strata, have been found in the Wumishan Formation in the Jumahe region, 175 km southwest of Beijing. One is in the lowest part of Wumishan Formation; and the other is in the uppermost part of Litho-member I. The soft-sediment structures in these two horizons fall into three categories: mould-and-sag structures, hydraulic shatterings and liquefaction dikes. The mould-and-sag structures are divided into two types: one developed in tidal-flat sediments, accompa-nied by many liquefaction-related structures and characterized by autochthonous post-earthquake sediments in sags, and the other type developed in deep-water environments, is not associated with liquefaction structures, and is overlain immediately by seismogenic tsunamites. The hydraulic shat-terings are composed of pockets of fluidization conglomerate, sand intrusions, and syndepositional faults. The liquefaction dikes fall into two categories: hydraulic-fracturing dikes and lateral-spreading dikes. The former are steep, planar, and pinch out upwards. The latter are snake-like and characterized by no diapir-related drag structures in surrounding rocks. Examination of the attitudes and strati-graphic positions of these structures suggests that these soft-sediment structures are seismogenic, and consequently, are seismites. Most seismites in the Wumishan Formation are developed near the former western, margin fault of Yanliao rift. This occurrence suggests that they could be related to movements on this fault. 3Acupuncture therapy for angina pectoris:a systematic review显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To assess the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture therapy for angina pectoris.METHODS:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) concerned with acupuncture treatment of angina pectoris were identified by searching Academic Source Premier,MEDLINE,Science Citation Index Expanded,and three Chinese databases(China biology medicine database,China national knowledge infrastructure,and VIP database for Chinese technical periodicals).The valid data were extracted in accordance with our inclusion and exclusion criteria.The main outcomes of the included studies were synthesized using Revman 5.1.RESULTS:Twenty-one articles on 16 individual studies were included and evaluated as having high or moderate risk of bias according to the standards of the Cochrane Collaboration.Meta-analysis indicated that acupuncture combined with conventional drugs(ACCD) was superior to conventional drugs alone in reducing the incidence of acute myocardial infarction(AMI) [OR=0.18,95%CI(0.04,0.84),P=0.03].Moreover,ACCD was superior to conventional drugs in the relief of angina symptoms [OR=4.23,95%CI(2.73,6.56),P<0.00001],and improvement of electrocardiography(ECG) [OR=2.61,95%CI(1.83,3.73),P<0.00001].Acupuncture by itselfwasalsosuperiortoconventionaldrugsforanginasymptoms[OR=3.59,95%CI(1.76,7.92),P=0.0004] and ECG improvement [OR=3.07,95%CI(1.54,6.10),P=0.001].ACCD was superior to conventional drugs in shortening the time to onset of angina relief [WMD=-1.40,95% CI(-1.65,-1.15),P< 0.00001].However,the time to onset was significantly longer for acupuncture treatment than for conventional treatment alone [WMD=2.43,95%CI(1.63,3.23),P<0.000 01].CONCLUSION:ACCD reduced the occurrence of AMI,and both acupuncture and ACCD relieved angina symptoms and improved ECG.However,compared with conventional treatment,acupuncture showed a longer delay before its onset of action.This indicates that acupuncture is not suitable for emergency treatment of heart attack.Owing to the poor quality of the current evidence,the findings of this systematic review need to be verified by more RCTs to enhance statistical power.Ji Chen Yulan Ren Yong Tang Zhengjie Li Fanrong Liang 2012Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2012,32,4:10

6Research on the carbon isotopic composition of organic matter from Lake Chenghai and Caohai Lake sediments显示文摘The carbon isotopic composition of organic matter from lake sediments has been extensively used to infer variations in productivity. In this paper, based on the study of the contents and δ13C values of organic matter in different types of lakes, it has been found that δ13C values of organic matter have different responses to lake productivity in different lakes. As to the lakes dominated by aqutic macrophytes such as Lake Caohai, organic matter becomes enriched in 13C with increasing productivity. As to the lakes dominated by aquatic algae such as Lake Chenghai, δ13C values of organic matter decrease with increasing productivity, and the degradation of aquatic algae is the main factor leading to the decrease of δ13C values of organic matter with increasing productivity. 7Separate lateral parametrial lymph node dissection improves detection rate of parametrial lymph node metastasis in early-stage cervical cancer: 10-year clinical evaluation in a single center in China显示文摘Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of separate lateral parametrial lymph node dissection(LPLND) in improving parametrial lymph node(PLN) and its metastasis detection rate during radical hysterectomy for early-stage cervical cancer.Methods: From July 2007 to August 2017, 2,695 patients with cervical cancer in stage IB1-IIA2 underwent radical hysterectomy were included. Of these patients, 368 underwent separate dissection of PLNs using the LPLND method, and 2,327 patients underwent conventional radical hysterectomy(CRH). We compared the surgical parameters, PLN detection rate and PLN metastasis rate between the two groups.Results: Compared with CRH group, the rate of laparoscopic surgery was higher(60.3% vs. 15.9%, P<0.001),and the blood transfusion rate was lower(19.0% vs. 29.0%, P<0.001) in the LPLND group. PLNs were detected in 356 cases(96.7%) in the LPLND group, and 270 cases(11.6%) in the CRH group(P<0.001), respectively. The number of PLNs detected in the LPLND group was higher than that in the CRH group(median 3 vs. 1, P<0.001).The PLN metastases were detected in 25 cases(6.8%) in the LPLND group, and 18 cases(0.8%) in the CRH group(P<0.001), respectively. In multivariable analysis, LPLND is an independent factor not only for PLN detection [odds ratio(OR)=228.999, 95% confidence interval(95% CI): 124.661-420.664;P<0.001], but also for PLN metastasis identification(OR=10.867, 95% CI: 5.381-21.946;P<0.001).Conclusions: LPLND is feasible and safe. 9Regulation of extracellular bioactive cations in bone tissue microenvironment induces favorable osteoimmune conditions to accelerate in situ bone regeneration显示文摘The design of orthopedic biomaterials has gradually shifted from“immune-friendly”to“immunomodulatory,”in which the biomaterials are able to modulate the inflammatory response via macrophage polarization in a local immune microenvironment that favors osteogenesis and implant-to-bone osseointegration.Despite the well-known effects of bioactive metallic ions on osteogenesis,how extracellular metallic ions manipulate immune cells in bone tissue microenvironments toward osteogenesis and subsequent bone formation has rarely been studied.Herein,we investigate the osteoimmunomodulatory effect of an extracellular bioactive cation(Mg^(2+))in the bone tissue microenvironment using custom-made poly lactic-co-glycolic acid(PLGA)/MgO-alendronate microspheres that endow controllable release of magnesium ions.The results suggest that the Mg^(2+)-controlled tissue microenvironment can effectively induce macrophage polarization from the M0 to M2 phenotype via the enhancement of anti-inflammatory(IL-10)and pro-osteogenic(BMP-2 and TGF-β1)cytokines production.It also generates a favorable osteoimmune microenvironment that facilitates the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells.The in vivo results further verify that a large amount of bony tissue,with comparable bone mineral density and mechanical properties,has been generated at an early post-surgical stage in rat intramedullary bone defect models.This study demonstrates that the concept of in situ immunomodulated osteogenesis can be realized in a controlled magnesium tissue microenvironment.Zhengjie Lin Danni Shen Weixiao Zhou Yufeng Zheng Tiantian Kong Xuanyong Liu Shuilin Wu Paul K.Chu Ying Zhao Jun Wu Kenneth M.C.Cheung Kelvin W.K.Yeung 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,8:5
10Deciphering impacts of climate extremes on Tibetan grasslands in the last fifteen years显示文摘Climate extremes have emerged as a crucial driver of changes in terrestrial ecosystems. The Tibetan Plateau, facing a rapid climate change, tends to favor climate extremes. But we lack a clear understanding of the impacts of such extremes on alpine grasslands. Here we show that extreme events(drought,extreme wet, extreme cold and extreme hot) occurred at a frequency of 0.67–4 months decade^(-1) during2001–2015, with extreme precipitation predominantly occurring in June-to-August and extreme temperatures in May. Drought and extreme wet cause opposite and asymmetric effects on grassland growth,with drought-induced reductions greater than increases due to extreme wet. Grassland responses to extreme temperatures, which predominantly occur in May, show a dipole-like spatial pattern, with extreme hot(cold) events enhanced(reduced) growth in the eastern plateau but slightly reduced(enhanced) growth in the western plateau. These opposite responses to extreme temperatures over the eastern plateau are explained by the possibility that the occurrence of extreme cold slows the preseason temperature accumulation, delaying the triggering of spring phenology, while extreme hot hastens the accumulation. In the western plateau, in contrast, positive responses to extreme cold are induced by accompanying high precipitation. Furthermore, high extremeness of climate events generally led to a much lower extremeness in growth response, implying that the Tibetan grasslands have a relatively high resistance to climate extremes. 11Cerebral fractional amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations may predict headache intensity improvement following acupuncture treatment in migraine patients显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To explore how baseline resting-state cerebral function predicts clinical outcomes of acupuncture treatment for migraine.METHODS:One hundred migraine patients and 46 healthy subjects were recruited.Patients were randomized into the acupuncture,sham acupuncture,and waiting list groups.Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging data were collected at baseline and after 1 month of longitudinal acupuncture treatments.Fractional amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations(f ALFF)calculations were applied to explore the associations between baseline f ALFF and changes in clinical variables in the acupuncture treatment group and the waiting list group.RESULTS:Compared with healthy subjects,migraine patients had lower f ALFF in the left rostral ventromedial medulla,right thalamus,left amygdala,and right angular gyrus.Regression analyses revealed that baseline f ALFF values in the left middle frontal gyrus,left superior temporal gyrus,and middle temporal gyrus were positively associated with headache intensity changes in the acupuncture treatment group,while baseline f ALFF values in the bilateral lingual gyrus and cuneus were negatively associated with headache intensity changes in this group.CONCLUSION:The baseline f ALFF values of brain regions associated with cognitive pain modulation,but not migraine severity,may predict future headache intensity improvement levels in migraine patients receiving acupuncture treatment.Li Zhengjie Zhou Jun Cheng Shirui Lan Lei Sun Ruirui Liu Mailan Yang Jie Gao Yujie Guo Taipin Gong Qiyong Zeng Fang Liang Fanrong 2020Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,6:5
12Flight dynamics modeling of a small ducted fan aerial vehicle based on parameter identifcation显示文摘This paper presents a simple and useful modeling method to acquire a dynamics model of an aerial vehicle containing unknown parameters using mechanism modeling,and then to design different identifcation experiments to identify the parameters based on the sources and features of its unknown parameters.Based on the mathematical model of the aerial vehicle acquired by modeling and identifcation,a design for the structural parameters of the attitude control system is carried out,and the results of the attitude control flaps are verifed by simulation experiments and flight tests of the aerial vehicle.Results of the mathematical simulation and flight tests show that the mathematical model acquired using parameter identifcation is comparatively accurate and of clear mechanics,and can be used as the reference and basis for the structural design.Wang Zhengjie Liu Zhijun Fan Ningjun Guo Meifang 2013Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2013,26,6:5
13Surface defect ordered Cu_(2)ZnSn(S,Se)_(4) solar cells with efficiency over 12% via manipulating local substitution显示文摘The environmentally friendly Cu_(2)ZnSn(S,Se)_(4)(CZTSSe) compounds are promising direct bandgap materials for application in thin film solar cells, but the spontaneous surface defects disordering would lead to large open-circuit voltage deficit(V_(oc,deficit)) and significantly limit kesterite photovoltaics performance,primarily arising from the generated more recombination centers and insufficient p to n conversion at p-n junction. Herein, we establish a surface defects ordering structure in CZTSSe system via local substitution of Cu by Ag to suppress disordered Cu_(Zn) defects and generate benign n-type Zn_(Ag) donors. Taking advantage of the decreased annealing temperature of Ag F post deposition treatment(PDT), the high concentration of Ag incorporated into surface absorber facilitates the formation of surface ordered defect environment similar to that of efficient CIGS PV. The manipulation of highly doped surface structure could effectively reduce recombination centers, increase depletion region width and enlarge the band bending near p-n junction. As a result, the Ag F-PDT device finally achieves maximum efficiency of 12.34% with enhanced V_(oc) of 0.496 V. 14Adjusting the SnZn defects in Cu_(2)ZnSn(S,Se)_(4) absorber layer via Ge^(4+) implanting for efficient kesterite solar cells显示文摘The development of kesterite photovoltaic solar cells has been hindered by large open-circuit voltage(V_(oc))deficit.Recently,Snzn deep point defect and associative defect cluster have been recognized as the main culprit for the Voc losses.Therefore,manipulating the deep-level donor of Snzn antisite defects is crucial for breaking through the bottleneck of present Cu_(2) ZnSn(S,Se)_(4)(CZTSSe)photovoltaic technology.In this study,the Snzn deep traps in CZTSSe absorber layer are suppressed by incorporation of Ge.The energy levels and concentration of Snzn defects measured by deep-level transient spectroscopy(DLTS)decrease significantly.In addition,the grain growth of CZTSSe films is also promoted due to Ge implantation,yielding the high quality absorber layer.Consequently,the efficiency of CZTSSe solar cells increases from 9.15%to 11.48%,largely attributed to the 41 mV Voc increment.Yueqing Deng Zhengji Zhou Xin Zhang Lei Cao Wenhui Zhou Dongxing Kou Yafang Qi Shengjie Yuan Zhi Zheng Sixin Wu 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,10:4
15Effects of 1-MCP on proline,polyamine,and nitric oxide metabolism in postharvest peach fruit under chilling stress显示文摘Peach(Prunus persica Batsch‘Yuhualu’)fruit are sensitive to chilling injury(CI).Proline,polyamine(PA),and nitric oxide(NO)are important small regulators of various metabolic pathways under chilling stress that mitigate CI.Ethylene is known to promote senescence and CI,while 1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP)is an antagonist that inhibits the effects of ethylene.However,how1-MCP and ethylene affect proline,PA,and NO levels under chilling stress remains unclear.To address these questions,1-MCP(1μL·L^(−1))and ethylene(1μL·L^(−1))treatments were applied to peach fruit.Fruit were stored at 4°C for 28 d,then moved to 25°C for 3 d immediately after cold storage.Peach fruit exhibited CI symptoms after 7 d of cold storage with enhanced electrolyte leakage and malondialdehyde contents.The 1-MCP treatment significantly(P<0.05)restrained peach CI,and fruit did not exhibit CI symptoms until 14 d of cold storage.Proline and PAs in peach under chilling stress weremostly synthesized from glutamate and arginine,which were catalyzed by1-pyrroline-5-carboxylate synthetase and arginine decarboxylase,respectively.1-MCPtreated fruit exhibited higher proline and PA contents and enhanced chilling tolerance compared to the control,while ethylene-treated fruit had lower proline and PA contents and reduced chilling tolerance.Ethylene-treated fruit,which exhibited more severe CI symptoms compared to the control,had significantly(P<0.05)lower NO contents and NO synthase activities.However,NOmay not be a direct acting factor in 1-MCPinduced chilling tolerance,as 1-MCP-treated fruit had lower NO contents and NO synthase activities compared to the control.In conclusion,proline and PA clearly played direct and important roles in 1-MCP-induced peach chilling tolerance,while NO may not be actively involved.Chunlu Qian Zhengjie Ji Qin Zhu Xiaohua Qi Qianqian Li Jiandong Yin Jun Liu Juan Kan Man Zhang Changhai Jin Lixia Xiao 2021Horticultural Plant Journal2021,7,3:4
16Paleotemperature variations at Lake Caohai, southwestern China, during the past 500 years:Evidence from combined δ^(18)O analysis of cellulose and carbonates显示文摘The oxygen isotopic values of aquatic plant cellulose and carbonates in Lake Caohai sediments were measured using a continuous flow isotopic ratio mass spectrometer(CF-IRMS).Because of predictable oxygen isotopic fractionation between cellulose and its source water,the oxygen isotopic composition of paleo-lake water has been established quantitatively.Combined oxygen isotopic values of cellulose and carbonates were used in the‘Craig’equation to determine paleotemperatures and their variation in the lake during the past 500 years.Results show that the paleotemperature trend correlates well with meteorological records from Weining.There are four notable cold intervals at Lake Caohai over the past 500 years,namely 1540–1570AD,1670–1715AD,1780–1870AD and 1900–1930AD,and the former three cold intervals have been observed in the conventional Little Ice Age(LIA).These cold periods at Lake Caohai correspond well with those recorded from tree ring,peat,and ice core data from adjacent regions,particularly temperature those inferred fromδ18O of peat cellulose from Hongyuan Southwestern China.The trend in paleotemperature variations at Lake Caohai are also consistent with both the change of Indian summer monsoon,derived fromδ18O values of a stalagmite in Dongge,and a recorded shift in solar activity.The findings of this study illustrate that coupled analysis ofδ18O values of cellulose and carbonates from lake sediments may be used as a paleotemperature proxy.These results also provide further evidence of the existence of LIA in southwestern China.ZHU ZhengJie CHEN JingAn ZENG Yan 2014Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,6:4
17Vision-based bio-inspired guidance law for small aerial vehicle显示文摘During predation, a flying insect can form a stealth flight path. This behavior is called motion camouflage. Based on the study results of this behavior, the perception and neurology of flying insects, a novel bio-inspired guidance law is proposed for the terminal guidance for small aerial vehicle with charge-coupled device imaging seekers. The kinematics relationship between a small aerial vehicle and target is analyzed, and a two-dimensional guidance law model is established by using artificial neural networks. To compare with the proportional guidance law, the numerical simulations are carried out in the vertical plane and in the horizontal plane respectively. The simulation results show that the ballistic of the small aerial vehicle is straighter and the normal acceleration is smaller by using the bio-inspired guidance law than by using the proportional guidance law. 18Metasurface-based subtractive color filter fabricated on a 12-inch glass wafer using a CMOS platform显示文摘Optical color filters are widely applied in many areas including display,imaging,sensing,holography,energy harvest,and measurement.Traditional dye-based color filters have drawbacks such as environmental hazards and instability under high temperature and ultraviolet radiation.With advances in nanotechnology,structural color filters,which are based on the interaction of light with designed nanostructures,are able to overcome the drawbacks.Also,it is possible to fabricate structural color filters using standard complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS)fabrication facilities with low cost and high volume.In this work,metasurface-based subtractive color filters(SCFs)are demonstrated on 12-inch(300-mm)glass wafers using a CMOS-compatible fabrication process.In order to make the transmissive-type SCF on a transparent glass wafer,an in-house developed layer transfer process is used to solve the glass wafer handling issue in fabrication tools.Three different heights of embedded silicon nanopillars(110,170,and 230 nm)are found to support magnetic dipole resonances.With pillar height and pitch variation,SCFs with different displayed colors are achieved.Based on the resonance wavelength,the displayed color of the metasurface is verified within the red-yellow-blue color wheel.The simulation and measurement results are compared and discussed.The work provides an alternative design for high efficiency color filters on a CMOS-compatible platform,and paves the way towards mass-producible large-area metasurfaces.ZHENGJI XU NANXI LI YUAN DONG YUAN HSING FU TING HU QIZE ZHONG YANYAN ZHOU DONGDONG Li SHIYANG ZHU NAVAB SINGH 2021Photonics Research2021,9,1:3
