Analysis on forming conditions of deep marine reservoirs and their concentration belts in superimposed basins in China显示文摘By taking the Tarim Basin, Sichuan Basin and Ordos Basin as examples, the conditions for deep marine reservoir formation were illustrated in three aspects listed below: late-stage superimposition style, burial history and structural deformation of the marine stratigraphic system. The burial history of marine source rocks can be divided into three types, i.e., type I, type II and type III, which are obviously different from the case with present hydrocarbon phases in terms of hydrocarbon generation and petroleum-reservoir formation. Based on evolution history, the structural belts in the marine stratigraphic sequence can also be divided into four types, i.e. earlier normal fault-later fault-fold type, earlier uplift-later fault-fold type, earlier uplift-later flattened slope type, and earlier depression-later thrust type. In this paper, a successive gas generation model was proposed, and it was particularly pointed out that coupling of geothermal field annealing evolution and tectonic subsidence and late gas generation from dispersed liquid hydrocarbon in highly matured to over-matured source rocks are key factors for formation of marine petroleum reservoirs. The geological conditions for formation of high-grade reservoirs in deep marine system, covering early hydrocarbon injection, deep denudation and buried dolomitization, were summarized. It was finally concluded that three major structural belts, i.e. paleo-uplift belt characterized by composite hydrocarbon accumulation, paleo-fault belt and high-energy sedimentary facies belt, were involved in marine hydrocarbon accumulation. | ZHAO WenZhi WANG ZeCheng ZHANG ShuiChang WANG HongJun | 2007 | Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,A01: | 13
Petroleum geological conditions and exploration importance of Proterozoic to Cambrian in China显示文摘The discovery of the giant Anyue gas field in Sichuan Basin gives petroleum explorers confidence to find oil and gas in Proterozoic to Cambrian.Based on the reconstruction of tectonic setting and the analysis of major geological events in Mesoproterozoic-Neoproterozoic,the petroleum geological conditions of Proterozoic to Cambrian are discussed in this paper from three aspects,i.e.source rocks, reservoir conditions, and the type and efficiency of play.It is found that lower organisms boomed in the interglacial epoch from Mesoproterozoic-Neoproterozoic to Eopaleozoic when the organic matters concentrated and high quality source rocks formed.Sinian-Cambrian microbial rock and grain-stone banks overlapped with multiple-period constructive digenesis may form large-scale reservoir rocks. However, because of the anoxic event and weak weathering effect in Eopaleozoic-Mesoproterozoic,the reservoirs are generally poor in quality, and only the reservoirs that suffered weathering and leaching may have the opportunity to form dissolution-reconstructed reservoirs. There are large rifts formed during Mesoproterozoic-Neoproterozoic in Huabei Craton,Yangtze Craton, and Tarim Craton in China, and definitely source rocks in the rifts, while whether there are favorite source-reservoir plays depends on circumstance. The existence of Sinian-Cambrian effective play has been proved in Upper Yangtze area. The effectiveness of source-reservoir plays in Huabei area depends on two factors:(1)the effectiveness of secondary play formed by Proterozoic source rock and Paleozoic,Mesozoic,Cenozoic reservoir rocks;(2)the matching between reservoirs formed by reconstruction from Mesoproterozoic-Neoproterozoic to Eopaleozoic and the inner hydrocarbon kitchens with late hydrocarbon generation. As for Tarim Basin, the time of Proterozoic and the original basin should be analyzed before the evaluation of the effective play.To sum up,Proterozoic to Cambrian in the three craton basins in China is a potential exploration formation, which deserves further investigation and research. | ZHAO Wenzhi HU Suyun WANG Zecheng ZHANG Shuichang WANG Tongshan | 2018 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2018,45,1: | 2
Control of coupling among three major factors for formation of high-efficiency gas reservoir——A case study on the oolitic beach gas reservoir in Feixianguan Formation in the northeast Sichuan Basin显示文摘Through a case study of the high-efficiency gas reservoir in Feixianguan Formation in the northeast Sichuan Basin, quantitative and semi-quantitative analyses of key elements such as hydrocarbon generation, migration and accumulation, and reservoir evolution as well as their interplay in the critical moment of reservoir formation controlled by the energy field were carried out, by means of numerical modeling of the energy field. It was found that the climax time for Permian hydrocarbon generation was Late Triassic-Early Jurassic and accumulation of oil and gas has resulted in large-scale paleoreservoirs in paleostructural traps in Feixianguan Formation, a process facilitated by fractures connecting the sources. The paleoreservoirs have been turned into high-efficiency gas kitchens due to pyrolysis, which resulted from deep burial at a temperature of 170―210 ℃ as induced by tremendously thick sedimentation in the foreland basin of Daba Mountain in Late Jurassic-Cretaceous period. Meanwhile, abundant acid gas like H2S produced from thermo-chemical sulfate reduction (TSR) at high temperatures leads to extensive dissolution of dolostone in the paleoreservoirs, which may in turn result in modification of the reservoirs and preservation of the reservoir rock porosity. The present distribution of gas reservoirs was ultimately determined in the processes of adjustment, cooling and decompression of the paleoreservoirs resulting from intense deformation in the front of Daba Mountain during the Himalayan orogeny. | WANG ZeCheng ZHAO WenZhi ZHANG ShuiChang WANG HongJun YU Qian | 2007 | Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,A01: | 2
Improving the ammonia synthesis activity of Ru/CeO_(2) through enhancement of the metal–support interaction显示文摘The metal–support interactions induced by high-temperature hydrogen reduction have a strong influence on the catalytic performance of ceria-supported Ru catalysts. However, the appearance of the strong metal–support interaction leads to covering of the Ru species by Ce suboxides, which is detrimental to the ammonia synthesis reaction that requires metallic species as active sites. In the present work, the interaction between Ru and ceria in the Ru/CeO_(2) catalyst was induced by NaBH_(4) treatment. NaBH_(4) treatment enhanced the fraction of metallic Ru, proportion of Ce^(3+), content of exposed Ru species, and amount of surface oxygen species. As a result, a larger amount of hydrogen species would desorb by the H_(2)-formation pathway and the strength of hydrogen adsorption would be weaker, weakening the inhibition effect of the hydrogen species on ammonia synthesis. In addition, the strong electronic metal–support interaction aids in nitrogen dissociation. Consequently, Ru/CeO_(2) with NaBH_(4) treatment showed higher ammonia synthesis rates than that with only hydrogen reduction. | Chunyan Li Yuying Shi Zecheng Zhang Jun Ni Xiuyun Wang Jianxin Lin Bingyu Lin Lilong Jiang | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,9: | 2
Exploring the potential of oil and gas resources in Sichuan Basin with Super Basin Thinking显示文摘Based on the contemporary strategy of Petro China and the“Super Basin Thinking”initiative,we analyze the petroleum system, the remaining oil and gas resource distribution, and the Super Basin development scheme in the Sichuan Basin with the aim of unlocking its full resource potential. We conclude that,(1)The three-stage evolution of the Sichuan Basin has resulted in the stereoscopic distribution of hydrocarbon systems dominated by natural gas.The prospecting Nanhua-rift stage gas system is potentially to be found in the ultra-deep part of the basin. The marine-cratonic stage gas system is distributed in the Sinian to Mid-Triassic formations, mainly conventional gas and shale gas resources. The foreland-basin stage tight sand gas and shale oil resources are found in the Upper Triassic-Jurassic formations.Such resource base provides the foundation for the implementation of Super Basin paradigm in the Sichuan Basin.(2)To ensure larger scale hydrocarbon exploration and production, technologies regarding deep to ultra-deep carbonate reservoirs,tight-sand gas,and shale oil are necessarily to be advanced.(3)In order to achieve the full hydrocarbon potential of the Sichuan Basin, pertinent exploration strategies are expected to be proposed with regard to each hydrocarbon system respectively, government and policy supports ought to be strengthened, and new cooperative pattern should be established.Introducing the“Super Basin Thinking”provides references and guidelines for further deployment of hydrocarbon exploration and production in the Sichuan Basin and other developed basins. | WANG Zecheng SHI Yizuo WEN Long JIANG Hua JIANG Qingchun HUANG Shipeng XIE Wuren LI Rong JIN Hui ZHANG Zhijie YAN Zengmin | 2022 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,5: | 1

Petroleum geology of marl in Triassic Leikoupo Formation and discovery significance of Well Chongtan1 in central Sichuan Basin,SW China显示文摘In 2022,the risk exploration well Chongtan1(CT1)in the Sichuan Basin revealed commercial oil and gas flow during test in a new zone–the marl of the second submember of the third member of Leikoupo Formation(Lei-32)of Middle Triassic, recording a significant discovery. However, the hydrocarbon accumulation in marl remains unclear, which restricts the selection and deployment of exploration area.Focusing on Well CT1,the hydrocarbon accumulation characteristics of Lei-32 marl are analyzed to clarify the potential zones for exploration. The following findings are obtained.First, according to the geochemical analysis of petroleum and source rocks, oil and gas in the Lei-32 marl of Well CT1 are originated from the same marl. The marl acts as both source rock and reservoir rock.Second, the Lei-32 marl in central Sichuan Basin is of lagoonal facies, with a thickness of 40–130 m,an area of about 40000 km^(2),a hydrocarbon generation intensity of(4–12)×10^(8) m^(3)/km^(2),and an estimated quantity of generated hydrocarbons of 25×10^(12) m^(3).Third,the lagoonal marl reservoirs are widely distributed in central Sichuan Basin.Typically,in Xichong–Yilong,Ziyang–Jianyang and Moxi South, the reservoirs are 20–60 m thick and cover an area of 7500 km^(2).Fourth,hydrocarbons in the lagoonal marl are generated and stored in the Lei-32 marl, which means that marl serves as both source rock and reservoir rock. They represent a new type of unconventional resource, which is worthy of exploring.Fifth, based on the interpretation of 2D and 3D seismic data from central Sichuan Basin,Xichong and Suining are defined as favorable prospects with estimated resources of(2000–3000)×10^(8) m^(3). | WANG Zecheng XIN Yongguang XIE Wuren WEN Long ZHANG Hao XIE Zengye ZHANG Jianyong TIAN Han LI Wenzheng FU Xiaodong SUN Haofei WANG Xiaofang HU Guoyi ZHANG Yu | 2023 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,5: | 0
Theoretical perspective on synthetic man-made life:Learning from the origin of life显示文摘Creating a man-made life in the laboratory is one of life science's most intriguing yet challenging problems.Advances in synthetic biology and related theories, particularly those related to the origin of life, have laid the groundwork for further exploration and understanding in this field of artificial life or man-made life. But there remains a wealth of quantitative mathematical models and tools that have yet to be applied to this area.In this paper,we review the two main approaches often employed in the field of man-made life:the top-down approach that reduces the complexity of extant and existing living systems and the bottom-up approach that integrates welldefined components,by introducing the theoretical basis, recent advances, and their limitations. We then argue for another possible approach,namely'bottom-up from the origin of life':Starting with the establishment of autocatalytic chemical reaction networks that employ physical boundaries as the initial compartments, then designing directed evolutionary systems, with the expectation that independent compartments will eventually emerge so that the system becomes free-living.This approach is actually analogous to the process of how life originated. With this paper,we aim to stimulate the interest of synthetic biologists and experimentalists to consider a more theoretical perspective, and to promote the communication between the origin of life community and the synthetic man-made life community. | Lu Peng Zecheng Zhang Xianyi Wang Weiyi Qiu Liqian Zhou Hui Xiao Chunxiuzi Liu Shaohua Tang Zhiwei Qin Jiakun Jiang Zengru Di Yu Liu | 2023 | Quantitative Biology2023,11,4: | 0
Constructing electron-blocking grain boundaries in garnet to suppress lithium dendrite growth显示文摘Li_(7)La_(3)Zr_(2)O_(12)(LLZO)is considered as a promising solid-state electrolyte due to its high ionic conductivity, wide electrochemical window, and excellent electrochemical stability. However, its application in solid-state lithium metal batteries(SSLMBs)is impeded by the growth of lithium dendrites in LLZO due to some reasons such as its high electronic conductivity. In this study, lithium fluoride(LiF)was introduced into Ta-doped LLZO(LLZTO)to modify its grain boundaries to enhance the performance of SSLMBs.A nanoscale LiF layer was uniformly coated on the LLZTO grains, creating a threedimensional continuous electron-blocking network at the grain boundaries.Benefiting from the electronic insulator LiF and the special structure of the modified LLZTO,the symmetric cells based on LLZO achieved a high critical current density(CCD)of 1.1 mA·cm^(-2)(in capacity-constant mode)and maintained stability over 2000 h at 0.3 mA·cm^(-2).Moreover,the full cells combined with a LiFePO_(4)(LFP)cathode,demonstrated excellent cycling performance, retaining 97.1% of capacity retention after 500 cycles at 0.5 C.Therefore, this work provides a facile and effective approach for preparing a modified electrolyte suitable for high-performance SSLMBs. | Xing Xiang Zecheng Fang Congkun Du Zhenzhen Zhao Jiajia Chen Yanhua Zhang Huihu Wang Chenhuinan Wei Fei Chen Qiang Shen | 2024 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2024,13,2: | 0
