1The role of dendritic cells derived osteoclasts in bone destruction diseases显示文摘The bone is previously considered as a dominant organ involved in the processes of locomotion.However,in the past two decades,a large number of studies have suggested that the skeletal system closely coordinated with the immune system so as to result in the emerging area of'osteoimmunology'.In the evolution of many kinds of bone destruction-related dis-eases,osteoclasts could differentiate from dendritic cells,which contributed to increased expression of osteoclast-related membrane receptors and relatively higher activity of bone destruction,inducing sewere bone destruction under inflammatory conditions.Numerous fac-tors could influence the interaction between osteoclasts and dendritic cells,contributing to the pathogenesis of several bone diseases in the context of inflammation,including both im-munocytes and a large number of cytokines.In addition,the products of osteoclasts released from bone destruction area serve as important signals for the differentiation and activation of immature dendritic cells.Therefore,the border between the dendritic cell-rela ted immune response and osteoclast-related bone destruction has gradually unravelled.Dendritic cells and osteoclasts cooperate with each other to mediate bone destruction and bone remodelling under inflammatory conditions.In this review,we will pay attention to the interactions be-tween dendritic cells and osteoclasts in physiological and pathological conditions to further understand the skeletal system and identifty potential new therapeutic targets for the future by summarizing their significant roles and molecular mechanisms in bone destruction.Bo Wang Yutong Dong Zhansong Tian Yueqi Chen Shiwu Dong 2021Genes & Diseases2021,8,4:2

3Theoretical eduction and numerical simulation researches on the relationship between resistivity and water saturation of waterflood oil zone显示文摘In the process of water displacing oil,the relationship between resistivity and water saturation is the fundament of the quantitative research on the waterflooded grade and the remaining oil saturation with well logging data. A large number of core analysis data and production data are cumulated in the process of oil field exploitation,which offers the basis for the above research. This paper educed two methods from the Archie equation and material balance theory to calculate the quantitative relationships between Rz and Sw,and between Rt and Sw. The relationships set up by the two methods are similar to those set up by the real core measurements. 10Annotation and Retrieval System of CAD Models Based on Functional Semantics显示文摘CAD model retrieval based on functional semantics is more significant than content-based 3D model retrieval during the mechanical conceptual design phase. However, relevant research is still not fully discussed. Therefore, a functional semantic-based CAD model annotation and retrieval method is proposed to support mechanical conceptual design and design reuse, inspire designer creativity through existing CAD models, shorten design cycle, and reduce costs. Firstly, the CAD model functional semantic ontology is constructed to formally represent the functional semantics of CAD models and describe the mechanical conceptual design space comprehensively and consistently. Secondly, an approach to represent CAD models as attributed adjacency graphs(AAG) is proposed. In this method, the geometry and topology data are extracted from STEP models. On the basis of AAG, the functional semantics of CAD models are annotated semi-automatically by matching CAD models that contain the partial features of which functional semantics have been annotated manually, thereby constructing CAD Model Repository that supports model retrieval based on functional semantics. Thirdly, a CAD model retrieval algorithm that supports multi-function extended retrieval is proposed to explore more potential creative design knowledge in the semantic level. Finally, a prototype system, called Functional Semantic-based CAD Model Annotation and Retrieval System(FSMARS), is implemented. A case demonstrates that FSMARS can successfully botain multiple potential CAD models that conform to the desired function. 12ERp44 C160S/C212S mutants regulate IP_(3)R_(1) channel activity显示文摘Previous studies have indicated that ERp44 inhibits inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate(IP3)-induced Ca2+release(IICR)via IP3R1,but the mechanism remains largely unexplored.Using extracellular ATP to induce intracellular calcium transient as an IICR model,Ca2+image,pull down assay,and Western blotting experiments were carried out in the present study.We found that extracellular ATP induced calcium transient via IP3Rs(IICR)and the IICR were markedly decreased in ERp44 overexpressed Hela cells.The inhibitory effect of C160S/C212S but not C29S/T396A/ΔT(331–377)mutants of ERp44 on IICR were significantly decreased compared with ERp44.However,the binding capacity of ERp44 to L3V domain of IP3R1(1L3V)was enhanced by ERp44 C160S/C212S mutation.Taken together,these results suggest that the mutants of ERp44,C160/C212,can more tightly bind to IP3R1 but exhibit a weak inhibition of IP3R1 channel activity in Hela cells.Congyan Pan Ji Zheng Yanyun Wu Yingxiao Chen Likun Wang Zhansong Zhou Wenxuan Yin Guangju Ji 2011Protein & Cell2011,2,12:0
13Evaluation of the in-place adsorbed gas content of organic-rich shales using wireline logging data: a new method and its application显示文摘Adsorbed gas content is an important parameter in shale gas reservoir evaluations,and its common calculation method is based on core experiments.However,in different areas,the correlations between the adsorbed gas content and well logging data might differ.Therefore,a model developed for one specific area cannot be considered universal.Based on previous studies,we studied the relationships between temperature,TOC,organic matter maturity and adsorbed gas content and revealed qualitative equations between these parameters.Then,the equations were combined to establish a new adsorbed gas content calculation model based on depth and total organic carbon(TOC).This model can be used to estimate the adsorbed gas content using only conventional well logging data when core experimental data are rare or even unavailable.The method was applied in the southern Sichuan Basin,and the adsorbed gas content results agree well with those calculated using the Langmuir isothermal model and core experimental data.The actual data processing results show that the adsorbed gas content model is reliable.Xin NIE Yu WAN Da GAO Chaomo ZHANG Zhansong ZHANG 2021Frontiers of Earth Science2021,15,2:0
14Maternal and Perinatal Outcomes of SARS-CoV-2 and Variants in Pregnancy显示文摘Pregnancy is a physiological state that predisposes women to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection,a disease that can cause adverse maternal and perinatal outcomes.The severity of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) disease is known to vary by viral strain;however,evidence for the effects of this virus in pregnant women has yet to be fully elucidated.In this review,we describe maternal and perinatal outcomes,vaccination,and vertical transmission,among pregnant women infected with the different SARS-CoV-2 variants identified to date.We also summarize existing evidence for maternal and perinatal outcomes in pregnant women with specific information relating to SARS-CoV-2 variants.Our analysis showed that Omicron infection was associated with fewer severe maternal and perinatal adverse outcomes while the Delta variant was associated with worse pregnancy outcomes.Maternal deaths arising from COVID-19 were found to be rare (<1.0%),irrespective of whether the virus was a wild-type strain or a variant.Severe maternal morbidity was more frequent for the Delta variant (10.3%),followed by the Alpha (4.7%),wild-type (4.5%),and Omicron (2.9%) variants.The rates of stillbirth were 0.8%,4.1%,3.1%,and 2.3%,respectively,in pregnancies infected with the wild-type strain,Alpha,Delta,and Omicron variants,respectively.Preterm birth and admission to neonatal intensive care units were more common for cases with the Delta infection (19.0% and 18.62%,respectively),while risks were similar for those infected with the wild-type (14.7% and 11.2%,respectively),Alpha (14.9% and 13.1%),and Omicron variants (13.2% and 13.8%,respectively).As COVID-19 remains a global pandemic,and new SARS-CoV-2 variants continue to emerge,research relating to the specific impact of new variants on pregnant women needs to be expanded.Qiaoli Feng Qianwen Cui Zhansong Xiao Zengyou Liu Shangrong Fan 2023Maternal-Fetal Medicine2023,5,2:0
