3An Energy Efficient Design for UAV Communication With Mobile Edge Computing显示文摘This paper considers a UAV communication system with mobile edge computing(MEC).We minimize the energy consumption of the whole system via jointly optimizing the UAV's trajectory and task assignment as well as CPU's computational speed under the set of resource constrains.To this end,we first derive the energy consumption model of data processing,and then obtain the energy consumption model of fixed-wing UAV's flight.The optimization problem is mathematically formulated.To address the problem,we first obtain the approximate optimization problem by applying the technique of discrete linear state-space approximation,and then transform the non-convex constraints into convex by using linearization.Furthermore,a concave-convex procedure(CCCP) based algorithm is proposed in order to solve the optimization problem approximately.Numerical results show the efficacy of the proposed algorithm.Lingyan Fan Wu Yan Xihan Chen Zhiyong Chen Qingjiang Shi 2019China Communications2019,16,1:8

5High Spatial Resolution and High Temporal Frequency(30-m/15-day) Fractional Vegetation Cover Estimation over China Using Multiple Remote Sensing Datasets:Method Development and Validation显示文摘High spatial resolution and high temporal frequency fractional vegetation cover(FVC) products have been increasingly in demand to monitor and research land surface processes. This paper develops an algorithm to estimate FVC at a 30-m/15-day resolution over China by taking advantage of the spatial and temporal information from different types of sensors: the 30-m resolution sensor on the Chinese environment satellite(HJ-1) and the 1-km Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS). The algorithm was implemented for each main vegetation class and each land cover type over China. First, the high spatial resolution and high temporal frequency normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI) was acquired by using the continuous correction(CC) data assimilation method. Then, FVC was generated with a nonlinear pixel unmixing model. Model coefficients were obtained by statistical analysis of the MODIS NDVI. The proposed method was evaluated based on in situ FVC measurements and a global FVC product(GEOV1 FVC). Direct validation using in situ measurements at 97 sampling plots per half month in 2010 showed that the annual mean errors(MEs) of forest, cropland, and grassland were-0.025, 0.133, and 0.160, respectively, indicating that the FVCs derived from the proposed algorithm were consistent with ground measurements [R2 = 0.809,root-mean-square deviation(RMSD) = 0.065]. An intercomparison between the proposed FVC and GEOV1 FVC demonstrated that the two products had good spatial–temporal consistency and similar magnitude(RMSD approximates 0.1). 6Detection of the Pandemic H1N1/2009 Influenza A Virus by a Highly Sensitive Quantitative Real-time Reverse-transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction Assay显示文摘A quantitative real time reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) assay with specific primers recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) has been widely used successfully for detection and monitoring of the pandemic H1N1/2009 influenza A virus. In this study, we report the design and characterization of a novel set of primers to be used in a qRT-PCR assay for detecting the pandemic H1N1/2009 virus. The newly designed primers target three regions that are highly conserved among the hemagglutinin (HA) genes of the pandemic H1N1/2009 viruses and are different from those targeted by the WHO-recommended primers. The qRT-PCR assays with the newly designed primers are highly specific, and as specific as the WHO-recommended primers for detecting pandemic H1N1/2009 viruses and other influenza viruses including influenza B viruses and influenza A viruses of human, swine, and raccoon dog origin. Furthermore, the qRT-PCR assays with the newly designed primers appeared to be at least 10-fold more sensitive than those with the WHO-recommended primers as the detection limits of the assays with our primers and the WHO-recommended primers were 2.5 and 25 copies of target RNA per reaction, respectively. When tested with 83 clinical samples, 32 were detected to be positive using the qRT-PCR assays with our designed primers, while only 25 were positive by the assays with the WHO-recommended primers. 20Preparation of biomimetic gene hydrogel via polymerase chain reaction for cell-free protein expression显示文摘Deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)hydrogels,a three-dimensional(3 D)network made from DNA chains,have attracted great attention because of its molecular programmability,excellent biocompatibility and wide biomedical applications.Construction of hydrogel incorporating genetic function is still a challenge because of the limitations in available preparation methods.Herein,we develop a polymerase chain reaction(PCR)based strategy to construct gene integrated hydrogel to mimic the biofunction of nucleus zone.DNA primers were chemically modified by methacrylamide,which were used as modular primers in PCR to hybridize with template plasmid DNA,yielding methacrylamide functionalized gene(Acry-gene).Afterwards,Acry-gene was chemically cross-linked and compressed via free radical polymerization of terminal group methacrylamide to form a threedimensional gene network,namely gene hydrogel.The gene hydrogel retained the genetic function and expressed protein successfully in a cell free protein expression system.This work provides a general approach for the construction of biofunctional gene hydrogel which mimics bioprocesses,showing great potential in biomedicine and biomimetic fields.Feng Li Wenting Yu Xue Zhang Xiaocui Guo Xihan Xu Xiaolei Sun Dayong Yang 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,1:1
