| 1 | Experimental studies on active control of a dynamic system via a time-delayed absorber显示文摘The traditional passive absorber is fully effective within a narrow and certain frequency band.To solve this problem,a time-delayed acceleration feedback is introduced to convert a passive absorber into an active one.Both the inherent and the intentional time delays are included.The former mainly comes from signal acquiring and processing,computing,and applying the actuation force,and its value is fixed.The latter is introduced in the controller,and its value is actively adjustable.Firstly,the mechanical model is established and the frequency response equations are obtained.The regions of stability are delineated in the plane of control parameters.Secondly,the design scheme of control parameters is performed to help select the values of the feedback gain and time delay.Thirdly,the experimental studies are conducted.Effects of both negative and positive feedback control are investigated.Experimental results show that the proper choices of control parameters may broaden the effective frequency band of vibration absorption.Moreover,the time-delayed absorber greatly suppresses the resonant response of the primary system when the passive absorber totally fails.The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical predictions and numerical simulations. | Jian Xu Yixia Sun | 2015 | Acta Mechanica Sinica2015,31,2: | 9 |
| 2 | Rapamycin promotes Schwann cell migration and nerve growth factor secretion显示文摘Rapamycin, similar to FK506, can promote neural regeneration in vitro. We assumed that the mechanisms of action of rapamycin and FK506 in promoting peripheral nerve regeneration were similar. This study compared the effects of different concentrations of rapamycin and FK506 on Sc hwann cells and investigated effects and mechanisms of rapamycin on improving peripheral nerve regeneration. Results demonstrated that the lowest rapamycin concentration(1.53 nmol/L) more significantly promoted Schwann cell migration than the highest FK506 concentration(100 μmol/L). Rapamycin promoted the secretion of nerve growth factors and upregulated growth-associated protein 43 expression in Schwann cells, but did not significantly affect Schwann cell proliferation. | 4 | Diversity Analysis of Chlorophyll, Flavonoid, Anthocyanin, and Nitrogen Balance Index of Tea Based on Dualex显示文摘The chemical compositions of tea(Camellia sinensis)are affected by numerous factors,such as cultivar,climate,leaf position,and cultivation pattern.However,under the same conditions,the chemical compositions are mainly determined by varieties.Therefore,we investigated the genetic diversity of chemical compositions of tea tree resources in China to screen excellent germplasm resources.Three chemical compositions index(including chlorophyll index,flavonoid index,and anthocyanin index)and the nitrogen balance index of tea leaves were measured in 102 tea germplasms planted in Chinese Tea Plants Improved Variety Germplasm Resources Nursery(CTPIVGRN)by Dualex on April 152019.Results showed that the chlorophyll,flavonoid,and anthocyanin contents and the nitrogen balance index significantly differed between the 102 tea germplasms.The genetic diversity index values were 2.005,2.246,1.599,and 1.838,and the average genetic diversity was 1.922.The 102 tea germplasms can be divided into four categories by cluster analysis under the genetic distance threshold of 11.These results suggest that the genetic diversity of tea germplasm resources in China is rich.This study’s results can serve as a basis for the diversified development and utilization of tea plant. | Yifu Liu Jiazhen Wang Yao Xiao Xiongwen Shi Yixia Zeng | 2021 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2021,90,5: | 4 |

| 10 | The Main Characteristics and Disposal of Municipal Garbage in Changchun City of China显示文摘Based on current situations of Chinese garbage management and disposal, this paper is centered on introduction of some research results of household garbage in Changchun, capital city of Jilin Province, northeast China. From the viewpoint of man the earth system, garbage is characterized by sociality, temporal and spatial differentiation and limitation and other features, which imply that the garbage research being involved with natural science and social science should not only focus on the natural features but also on the social features. Compared to some developed cities, the material composition of garbage in Changchun is typically characterized by high moisture content, low combustion value and minor recyclable materials. Concentration, cycle shaping and self similarity characterize the garbage distribution. The tracing investigation on 683 households ten times shows that three fourths of the total garbage yield in Changchun is derived from non domestic units and that the attention of garbage management, especially source reduction, should be focused on the non domestic units. The GM(1,1) prediction model has been set up and the prediction result shows that the amount of garbage yield of Changchun in 2004 will be up to 1,500,000 tons. Investigation of environmental consciousness to garbage problems have been carried out. | 13 | Atom-economic synthesis of an oligomeric P/N-containing fire retardant towards fire-retarding and mechanically robust polylactide biocomposites显示文摘Renewable and biodegradable polylactide (PLA) has excellent mechanical strength but is highly flammable which restricts its practical applications. Many phosphorus/nitrogen (P/N)-based flame retardants are ef- fective in PLA, but their high addition loading usually decreases the mechanical strength of the PLA bulk. For polyphosphoramides, despite high fire-retardant efficiency, their chemical synthesis often generates chemical wastes as byproducts. Herein, we report an atom-economic and highly efficient oligomeric P/N fire retardant (APN) prepared using a mild Michael addition polymerization with no byproducts. Using only 3 wt% APN, the resulting PLA exhibits desired fire retardancy including a UL-94 V-0 rating and a limiting oxygen index of 37.6%. Furthermore, the toughness of the fire-retardant PLA increases by 85% compared to pure PLA, with both tensile strength and thermal stability preserved. The rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMMSCs) were employed, and the cell vitality and apoptosis assays were carried out to evaluate the cytocomptibility of GIPHs. Our data demonstrated that the infl uence of GIPHs on the proliferation of BMMSCs was in a concentration and time dependent manner. The proliferative ability of BMMSCs in GIPHs-treated group(100 μg/mL) after 72 h presented a maximum response which was 30.1% more than that of control group. The numbers of apoptotic cells in GIPHs-treated group(100 μg/mL) were just as much as that of control group after 24 h treatment. | 15 | Effects of the Interaction between Hydroxyapatite Nanoparticles and Hepatoma Cells显示文摘To gain a better understanding of the anticancer effects of hydroxyapatite(HAP) nanoparticles in vivo and in vitro, the effects of the interaction of HAP nanoparticles with hepatoma cells were explored. HAP nanoparticles were prepared by homogeneous precipitation and characterized by laser particle analysis and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). HAP nanoparticles were observed to be uniformly distributed, with rod-like shapes and diameters in the range of 42.1-87.1 nm. Overnight attached, suspended, and proliferating Bel-7402 cells were incubated with HAP nanoparticles. Inverted microscopy observation revealed that HAP nanoparticles with a cell membrane showed good adsorption. TEM demonstrated that HAP nanoparticles were present on the surface of cells, continuously taken up by cells through endocytosis, and transported in vesicles close to the nucleus. Fluorescence microscopy showed that the concentrations of intracellular Ca2+ labeled with Fluo-3 calcium fluorescent probe were significantly enhanced. In addition, inverted microscopy observation revealed that suspended cells treated with HAP nanoparticles did not adhere to the culture bottle, resulting in cell death. After the overnight attached cells were treated with HAP nanoparticles for 96 h with increasing doses of HAP nanoparticles, inverted microscopy observation revealed that cell proliferation was slowed and cell–cell adhesion was weakened. Feulgen staining and image analysis indicated that the nuclear DNA content of the cells was markedly reduced, and argyrophilic nucleolar organizer region(AgNOR) staining and image analysis indicated that the number of AgNORs was signifi cantly decreased. Therefore, hepatoma cells brought about the adsorption, uptake, transport and degradation of HAP nanoparticles. In addition, HAP nanoparticles affected hepatoma cells with regard to cell–cell adhesion, cell and extracellular matrix adhesion, and DNA and protein synthesis; thus inhibiting cell proliferation. | 20 | Promotion of peripheral nerve regeneration and prevention of neuroma formation by PRGD/PDLLA/b-TCP conduit:report of two cases显示文摘In the field of nerve repair,one major challenge is the formation of neuroma.However,reports on both the promotion of nerve regeneration and prevention of traumatic neuroma in the clinical settings are rare in the field of nerve repair.One of the reasons could be the insufficiency in the follow-up system.We have conducted 33 cases of nerve repair using PRGD/PDLLA/b-TCP conduit without any sign of adverse reaction,especially no neuroma formation.Among them,we have selected two cases as representatives to report in this article.The first case was a patient with an upper limb nerve wound was bridged by PRGD/PDLLA/b-TCP conduit and a plate fixation was given.After nearly 3-years’follow-up,the examination results demonstrated that nerve regeneration effect was very good.When the reoperation was performed to remove the steel plate we observed a uniform structure of the regenerated nerve without the formation of neuroma,and to our delight,the implanted conduit was completely degraded 23 months after the implantation.The second case had an obsolete nerve injury with neuroma formation.After removal of the neuroma,the nerve was bridged by PRGD/PDLLA/b-TCP conduit.Follow-up examinations showed that the structure and functional recovery were improved gradually in the 10-month follow-up;no end-enlargement and any other abnormal reaction associated with the characteristic of neuroma were found.Based on our 33-case studies,we have concluded that PRGD/PDLLA/b-TCP nerve conduit could both promote nerve regeneration and prevent neuroma formation;therefore,it is a good alternative for peripheral nerve repair. | Yixia Yin Binbin Li Qiongjiao Yan Honglian Dai Xinyu Wang Jifeng Huang Shipu Li | 2015 | Regenerative Biomaterials2015,2,2: | 1 |
