1Spatial distributions and interannual variations of snow cover over China in the last 40 years显示文摘By using the observational snow data of more than 700 weather stations,the interannual temporal and spatial characteristics of seasonal snow cover in China were analyzed.The results show that northern Xinjiang,northeastern China-Inner Mongolia,and the southwestern and southern portions of Tibetan Plateau are three regions in China with high seasonal snow cover and also an interannual anomaly of snow cover.According to the trend of both the snow depth and snow cover days,there are three changing patterns for the seasonal snow cover:The first type is that both snow depth and snow cover days simultaneously increase or decrease;this includes northern Xinjiang,middle and eastern Inner Mongolia,and so on.The second is that snow depth increases but snow cover days decrease;this type mainly locates in the eastern parts of the northeastern plain of China and the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.The last type is that snow depth decreases but snow cover days increase at the same time such as that in middle parts of Tibetan Plateau.Snow cover in China appears to have been having a slow increasing trend during the last 40 years.On the decadal scale,snow depth and snow cover days slightly increased in the 1960s and then decreased in the 1970s;they again turn to increasing in the 1980s and persist into 1990s.ChengHai Wang ZhiLan Wang Yang Cui 2009Research in Cold and Arid Regions2009,1,6:8
2Geographical genetic diversity and divergence of common wild rice (O. rufipogon Griff.) in China显示文摘Using 36 SSR markers and 889 accessions of common wild rice in China, the genetic diversity and the divergence among different geographical populations are investigated. Guangdong Province has the largest number of alleles, which account for 84% of the total alleles detected in the study, followed by Guangxi Province. The Nei's gene diversity indices, from high to low, are in the sequence of Hainan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Hunan, Jiangxi, and Yunnan provinces. Two genetic diversity centers of Chinese common wild rice are detected on the basis of geographic analysis, i.e., the region covering Boluo, Zijin, Lufeng, Haifeng, Huidong and Huiyang counties of Guangdong Province and the region covering Yongning, Longan, Laibin and Guigang counties of Guangxi Province. The common wild rice in Yunnan, Hunan, Jiangxi, and Fujian provinces are diverged into respectively independent populations with relatively large genetic distances, whereas, those in Hainan, Guangdong and Guangxi provinces have relatively low genetic divergence. 3287例盆腔及腹主动脉旁淋巴结清扫术与卵巢上皮性癌生存预后的临床分析(英文)显示文摘Objective: To evaluate the relationship between the pelvic and para-aortic lymphadenectomy and the prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods: 287 patients suffering from primary epithelial ovarian cancer from 1995 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The 3-, 5-, 10-year survival with systematic lymphadenectomy (SL) were slightly higher than those without SL, but there were no statistically significance (P > 0.05). The 3-, 5-, 10-year survival of clinical stages without SL were lower than those with SL, but there were no significant difference either (P > 0.05). The 3-,5-, and 10-year survival rates with SL were higher than those without SL with no statistically differences (P > 0.05) among the subgroups such as absent, ≤ 2 cm and > 2 cm residual tumor. The survival rates of the groups without residual tumor and the group with ≤ 2 cm residual tumor were significantly higher than that of > 2 cm (P < 0.005). On multivariate analysis, patient staging (P = 0.01) and size of residual disease after primary cytoreductive surgery (P < 0.001 and = 0.002, respectively) retained prognostic significance. SL was not proved to be an independent prognostic factor (P = 0.69). 7Biomarkers for early diagnosis of autism obtained through bioinformatics analysis of human blood sample显示文摘Objective:autism spectrum disorder(ASD),a serious disorder that begins early in life,con-tinues throughout the lifespan.Children with ASD who are diagnosed early are more responsive to therapeutic interventions and have less social and language impair-ment than children diagnosed later;however,current di-agnostic measures are mostly applied to children older than one year and lack the appropriate biological markers for early diagnosis of ASD.Using bioinformatic analy-sis,this study explores the molecular information mech-anism of ASD.Method:in this study,we used dataset GSE6575 from Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)to an-alyze the mRNA expression profile of ASD,including 35 ASD samples and 12 normal control samples looking for different genes and we did enrichment analysis of those genes.We then used the STRING database to construct a protein-protein interaction(PPI)network of differential genes.Finally,Cytoscape plug-in cytoHubba was used to search for hub genes.The diagnostic value of the hub genes was verified by subject operating characteristic curves.Result:we looked for 50 different genes and did an enrichment analysis of those genes.The results of the enrichment analysis showed that these differential genes were mainly concentrated in the response to viruses,the immune regulation of inflammation and energy metabo-lism.Using Cytoscape plug-in cytoHubba,we found ten different genes.We drew ROC curves for all ten genes among which two genes,interleukin 2 receptor subunit beta(IL2Rβ)and perforin 1(PRF1),had good sensitivity and specificity for the early diagnosis of autism.The ar-eas under the ROC curves were 0.855,0.830 for IL2Rβ,PRF1.Conclusion:data analysis using the GEO data-base can provide new insights into the etiology of ASD as well as some possible biomarkers and therapeutic targets for early diagnosis and treatment of ASD.Liuyin Jin Linman Wu Zhilan Yang Junyi Xiang Wenqian Xu Chang Shu Gaohua Wang 2021Journal of Translational Neuroscience2021,6,4:0
8Value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with percutaneous ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration in the diagnosis of solid pancreatic lesions显示文摘Background:Contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)can detect lesions hidden in inflammatory regions and find necrosis or areas of severe fibrosis within the lesion.This retrospective study aimed to compare the diagnostic accuracy of solid pancreatic lesions using percutaneous ultrasound(US)-guided fine-needle aspiration(FNA)with or without CEUS assessment.Methods:Clinical,imaging,and pathologic data of 181 patients from January 2014 to December 2018 in Pecking Union Medical College Hospital,with solid pancreatic masses who underwent percutaneous US-FNA and ThinPrep cytologic test were retrospectively evaluated.Patients were divided into CEUS and US groups according to whether CEUS was performed before the biopsy.According to FNA cytology diagnoses,we combined non-diagnostic,neoplastic,and negative cases into a negative category.The positive category included malignant,suspicious,and atypical cases.The final diagnosis was confirmed by pathology or clinical and radiological follow-up for at least 12 months.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value(PPV),negative predictive value(NPV),and accuracy of US-FNA were evaluated between the two groups.Results:This study enrolled 107 male and 74 female patients(average age:60 years).There were 58 cases in the US group and 123 cases in the CEUS group.No statistically significant differences in age,gender,or lesion size were found between the two groups.The diagnostic accuracy of the CEUS group was 95.1%(117/123),which was higher than the 86.2%(50/58)observed in the US group(P=0.036).The sensitivity,specificity,PPV,and NPV of the CEUS group were increased by 7.5%,16.7%,3.4%,and 18.8%,respectively,compared with the US group.However,the differences of the two groups were not statistically significant.Conclusions:Compared with the conventional US,the use of CEUS could improve the biopsy accuracy and avoid the need for a repeat biopsy,especially for some complicated FNA cases.Yang Gui Menghua Dai Zhilan Meng Xiaoyan Chang Li Tan Jing Zhang Xueqi Chen Tongtong Zhou Qing Zhang Mengsu Xiao Ke Lyu Yuxin Jiang 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,4:0
9An infection-microenvironment-targeted and responsive peptide-drug nanosystem for sepsis emergency by suppressing infection and inflammation显示文摘Sepsis is a life-threatening emergency that causes millions of deaths every year due to severe infection and inflammation.Nevertheless,current therapeutic regimens are inadequate to promptly address the vast diversity of potential pathogens.Omiganan,an antimicrobial peptide,has shown promise for neutralizing endotoxins and eliminating diverse pathogens.However,its clinical application is hindered by safety and stability concerns.Herein,we present a nanoscale drug delivery system(Omi-hyd-Dex@HA NPs)that selectively targets infectious microenvironments(IMEs)and responds to specific stimuli for efficient intervention in sepsis.The system consists of omiganan-dexamethasone conjugates linked by hydrazone bonds which self-assemble into nanoparticles coated with a hyaluronic acid(HA).The HA coating not only facilitates IMEs-targeting through interaction with intercellular-adhesion-molecule-1 on inflamed endotheliocytes,but also improves the biosafety of the nanosystem and enhances drug accumulation in primary infection sites triggered by hyaluronidase.The nanoparticles release dual drugs in IMEs through pH-sensitive cleavage of hydrazone bonds to eradicate pathogens and suppress inflammation.In multiple tissue infection and sepsis animal models,Omi-hyd-Dex@HA NPs exhibited rapid source control and comprehensive inflammation reduction,thereby preventing subsequent fatal complications and significantly improving survival outcomes.The bio-responsive and self-delivering nanosystem offers a promising strategy for systemic sepsis treatment in emergencies.Wei He Daan Fu Yongkang Gai Xingxin Liu Chang Yang Zhilan Ye Xu Chen Jia Liu Bingcheng Chang 2023Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2023,18,6:0
