| 1 | Multi-Stage Basin Development and Hydrocarbon Accumulations: A Review of the Sichuan Basin at Eastern Margin of the Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Sichuan Basin is one of the uppermost petroliferous basins in China. It experienced three evolutionary phases which were marine carbonate platform(Ediacaran to Late Triassic), Indosinian-Yanshanian orogeny foreland basin(Late Triassic to Late Cretaceous) and uplift and tectonic modification(Late Cretaceous to Quaternary). The present-day tectonics of the Sichuan Basin and its periphery are characterized by three basic elements which are topography, basement type and surface structure, and two settings(plate margin and interior). Therefore, be subdivided into five units which have different structure and tectonic history. The basin contains five different sets of source rocks with thickness up to 2 500 m. These source rocks were well preserved due to the presence of Middel–Lower Triassic evaporites(>~200 m) and thick terrestrial sediments filling in the Indosinian-Yanshanian foreland basin(>3 000 m). The uplift and erosion since Late Cretaceous has significant influence on cross-strata migration and accumulation of oil and gas. | 2 | Effect of Lamb Age and in vitro Culture System of Oocytes on JIVET Technology显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to investigate the effects of lamb age and in vitro culture system of oocytes on the results of juvenile in vitro embryo transfer( JIVET). [Methods]Ten Dorper × small-tailed Han lambs aged 5 to 10 weeks were induced to superovulate via i. p. injection of pregnant mare's serum gonadotropin( PMSG). The oocytes were matured in basal maturation solution or modified maturation solution,which was prepared by adding 200 μmol/L cysteine to the basal maturation solution. Then,the oocytes were fertilized in fertilization medium I containing 2% estrus sheep serum( ESS) or fertilization medium II containing 3 mg/ml bull serum albumin( BSA). Finally,the number of oocytes,oocyte maturation rate and cleavage rate of the lambs of different ages were determined. [Results]The average number of oocytes recovered per lamb was( 111. 00 ± 16. 97),( 139. 50 ± 28. 99),( 108. 50 ± 17. 68) and( 42. 00 ± 11. 31) for5-,7-,8-and 10-week-old Dorper × small-tailed Han lambs,respectively. The number of oocytes obtained from 5-,7-and 8-week-old lambs was significantly higher than that from 10-week-old lambs( P < 0. 05),but there was no significant difference among 5-,7-and 8-week-old lambs( P > 0. 05). The maturation rate of oocytes cultured in modified maturation solution was 3. 64% higher than that in basal maturation solution. The cleavage rate of oocytes in fertilization medium I was very significantly higher than that in fertilization medium II( P < 0. 01). | 3 | An improved CFD model of gas flow and particle interception in a fiber material显示文摘An improved CFD model of gas flow and particle interception in a fiber material which fiber size is Y-shape was developed in this work. The porous medium model was used to build the model of the whole size of fiber filter medium. Mixture model was adopted. The algorithm of particle interception in the whole size of fiber filter medium was derived and UDF(User Defined Function) that described kinds of particle filtering mechanisms in filter fibrous media was added to the Fluent default conservation equation as source term for simulation. The inertial resistance of the filter was taken into consideration, which provided a more precise measurement of the smoke flow and the particle interception in the filter under higher smoke speed conditions. The commercial software, Fluent 6.3, was used to simulate the smoke flow and particle interception in the filter in a single suction. The velocity and pressure profiles of smoke or nicotine particle in the filter, as well as nicotine particle volume fraction profile were well simulated. Finally, the comparisons of nicotine particle filtration efficiency between Fluent simulation results in this work and experimental results, as well as the model prediction in the literature were made to validate the simulation model. The comparisons showed that the particle entrapment model from simulation results was in good agreement with that from the experimental results. | 4 | Photoreduction of CO_(2) in the presence of CH_(4) over g-C_(3)N_(4) modified with TiO_(2) nanoparticles at room temperature显示文摘CO_(2)reduction under simulated sunlight over photocatalysts has become an attractive researcher area recently.In this work,carbon nitride compounds modified by TiO_(2)nanoparticles(TNPs)have been used for the photoreduction of CO_(2)in the presence of CH_(4)at room temperature.Briefly,a series of noble-metal-free TNP-graphitic-carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4),also abbreviated CN)photocatalysts with different TNPs loadings and calcination temperatures have been synthesized by a wet-chemical method.The characterization results of XRD,FTIR,SEM,TEM,BET,XPS,CO_(2)Adsorption,UV-vis,and PL demonstrate that the BET surface area and CO_(2)adsorption capacity have been improved after the calcination.Besides,the g-C_(3)N_(4)has been successfully coupled with the TNPs and a heterojunction has formed at their interface.These characters contribute to increase the photocatalytic activity of TNPs-CN toward reducing CO_(2)in the presence of CH_(4),and its'performance is better than bare g-C_(3)N_(4),Titania(P_(25))-CN,MgO-CN,or Cu_(2)O-CN.Orthogonal experiments are then carried out to investigate the sensitivity factors and optimum conditions.The sensitivity results show that the reaction pressure makes little difference on the photocatalysis results,which verifies the photoinduced CO_(2)-CH_(4)reaction has a tiny change in gas volume.In addition,under the optimum conditions,the turnover frequency(TOF)of CO after 4 h reaction can reach 9.98μmol g-cat.^(-1)h^(-1),and traces of ethane and ethylene have been detected during the reactions.In addition,surface acetate and carbonaceous deposit are found on the(20)TNPs-CN/450 surface after continuous 24 h irradiation under the optimum conditions,which resulting in the inactivation of the catalyst.Finally,possible reaction mechanisms have been proposed based on the results. | Ming Chen Jiachen Wu Chongchong Lu Xiao Luo Yangqiang Huang Bo Jin Hongxia Gao Xiaowen Zhang Morris Argyle Zhiwu Liang | 2021 | Green Energy & Environment2021,6,6: | 2 |
| 5 | Novel carbon-nitride based catalysts for enhanced CH_(4) reforming under visible light: From morphology to heterojunction design principles显示文摘The synthesis of high value-added chemical products using CO_(2)and CH_(4)is a promising CO_(2)conversion technology that can reduce greenhouse gas emissions while also alleviating the energy crisis.However,problems such as high energy consumption and strict reaction conditions in reforming process hinder the further development of the technology.In this work,carbon-nitrogen based composites were prepared for the first time according to the design principle from morphology to heterojunction,which is innovatively applied in the process of photocatalytic CH4reforming.Firstly,C_(3)N_(4)materials with different dimensions(D) are prepared and applied to a CO_(2)-CH_(4)photocatalytic system.Additionally,the 2D/2D TiO_(2)/g-C_(3)N_(4)heterostructure is constructed with the ultrasonic impregnation method to further improve charge generation,transfer,and separation efficiency.It is worth noting that the yield of CO reaches173.80 μmol g^(-1),and the catalytic performance is improved by 1546% compared to bulk C_(3)N_(4).Moreover,the physical and chemical properties of 2D/2D TiO_(2)/g-C_(3)N_(4)materials are studied using a variety of cha racterization methods.Furthermore,the work fu nction and adsorption energy of different C3N4/TiO_(2)models for CO_(2)adsorption are calculated by density functional theory(DFT).Then,a possible catalytic mechanism for photocatalytic CO_(2)and CH_(4) conversion is proposed based on DFT calculations and experimental results.This work provides a new technical route for the rapid conversion of CO_(2)and CH_(4) at room temperature,as well as a new research concept for achieving carbon neutrality. | Yufei Huang Ding Wei Ziyi Li Yu Mao Yangqiang Huang Bo Jin Xiao Luo Zhiwu Liang | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,8: | 0 |

| 7 | A highly efficient La-modified ZnAl-LDO catalyst and its performance in the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate from methyl carbamate and methanol显示文摘In this paper,the highly efficient ZnAlLa layered double oxide(ZnAlLa-LDO)catalyst was evaluated and used in methyl carbamate(MC)alcoholysis synthesis of dimethyl carbonate.Under optimal conditions,the MC conversion was 33.5% and the dimethyl carbonate(DMC)selectivity was up to 92,4% at 443 K and in 9 h.The prepared catalysts were well characterized to investigate the effect on the catalytic performance and reaction catalysis mechanism.The experimental results show that the addition of La adjusted the structure and chemical properties of ZnAl composite oxide and that the synergistic effect among Zn,Al and La play a key role in adjusting the acid-base properties and stability of the catalyst,which definitely improved the DMC selectivity and catalytic stability.Based on the proposed reaction mechanism,two kinetic models of the catalytic reaction were established and modified:LangmuirHinshelwood and power-rate law kinetic model.The good agreement between kinetic models and experimental data showed that the power-rate law kinetic model based on the elementary reactions is a suitable model for providing a theoretical basis.The pre-exponential factor and activation energy of the main reaction are 5.77×10^(7)and 77.60 kJ·mol^(-1),respectively. | Mingxue Yin Bo Jia Kuiyi You Bo Jin Yangqiang Huang Xiao Luo Zhiwu Liang | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,61,9: | 0 |
| 8 | Effects of β-mercaptoethanol Concentrations on Developmental Ability of Oocytes in 6-week-old Dorper Sheep显示文摘This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different concentrations ofβ-mercaptoethanol on the development ability of oocytes in Dorper sheep at the age of 6 weeks.In this study,6 Dorper sheep of 6 weeks old were chosen to induce oocyte collection in vivo by gonadotropin,and A and B grade cumulus oocyte complexes were obtained(COCs)with different concentrations of(0,50,70 and 100μmol/L)ofβ-mercaptoethanol in the mature liquid.The cleavage rate and blastocyst rate were counted after matured oocytes and capacitated sperm were co-incubated and fertilized eggs were cultivated.The results showed that compared with the cleavage rate(59.13%)and the blastocyst rate(12.17%)of the control group,the cleavage rates(60.87%,63.48%and 65.22%)and blastocyst rates(14.78%,17.39%and 21.74%)of the test groups I,II and III were higher(P>0.05),and the order was test group III>test group II>test group I>control group.The cleavage rate and blastocyst rate of the 100μmol/Lβ-mercaptoethanol group increased by 6.09 percentage points and 9.57 percentage points,respectively.It indicated that the addition of a certain amount ofβ-mercaptoethanol in the mature liquid could improve the developmental ability of oocytes and the quality of fertilized eggs of the 6-week-old Doper sheep.When theβ-mercaptoethanol concentration was within 100μmol/L,the cleavage rate and the blastocyst rate of oocytes were on the rise.The optimal concentration ofβ-mercaptoethanol in the mature liquid still needs further study. | Yangyi MAO Huidi LUO Zhiwu WANG Peng ZHAO Guanwu ZHANG Jun LI Hongyu GUO Li ZHANG Lina XUE Wenqing DANG | 2019 | Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,4: | 0 |
| 9 | A Stiffness-Tunable Composite with Wide Versatility and Applicability Based on Low-Melting-Point Alloys显示文摘Flexible materials are essential in bionic fields such as soft robots.However,the lack of stiffness limits the mechanical performance of soft robots and makes them difficult to develop in many extreme working conditions,such as lifting and excavation operations.To address this issue,we prepared a stiffness-tunable composite by dispersing low-melting-point alloy into thermosetting epoxy resin.A dramatic and rapid change in stiffness was achieved by changing the state of matter at lower temperatures,and accurate control of the composite modulus was achieved by controlling the temperature.When the alloy content is at 30vol%,the tensile modulus changes 41.6 times,while the compressive modulus changes 58.9 times.By applying the composite to a flexible actuator,the initial stiffness of the actuator was improved by 124 times,reaching 332 mN/mm.In addition,the use of stiffness-tunable materials in the wheel allowed for timely changes in the grounding area to improve friction.These flexible materials with manageable mechanical properties have wide applicability in fields including bionics,robotics,and sensing.Our findings provide a new approach to designing and developing flexible materials with improved stiffness and controllability. | Jiawei Xiong Bo Sun Chunbao Liu Konghua Yang Yuchao Luo Yunhong Liang Zhiwu Han Lei Ren Zhaohua Lin | 2023 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2023,20,6: | 0 |
| 10 | Feasibility analysis and process simulation of CO_(2) dehydration using triethylene glycol for CO_(2) pipeline transportation显示文摘The operation of dehydration is very important in the process of gas transportation. This study aims to evaluate the application feasibility of CO_(2) dehydration using triethylene glycol, which is also called TEG for short. Aspen Plus software was used to simulate the dehydration process system of CO_(2) gas transportation using TEG dehydration. Parameter analysis and process improvement were carried out for the simulation of dehydration process. At first, a sensitivity analysis was conducted to analyze and optimize operating conditions of conventional CO_(2)-TEG dehydration process system. Subsequently, a recycle unit was introduced into the conventional CO_(2)-TEG dehydration process system, it can be found that the improved process system with the recycle unit has a higher CO_(2) recovery rate which was about 9.8% than the conventional one. Moreover, the improved process system showed excellent operation stability through the comparison of simulation results of several processes with various water contents in their feed gases. Although the energy consumption is increased by about 2%, the improved process was economically and technically feasible for the long-term availability of CO_(2) pipeline transportation. | 11 | Study on In-vitro Production Technology of Embryos from Young Dorper Sheep显示文摘This study was conducted to investigate the in-vitro production technology of embryos from young Dorper sheep, so as to provide technical support for the utilization of ovarian follicles in young Dorper sheep. Tests were conducted from the induction of Dorper sheep of 4 to 8 weeks old using follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and pregnant horse serum(PMSG), collection of oocytes, in-vitro oocyte maturation-fertilization-zygote cultivation and 2-4-cell-stage fertilized ovum transfer. The results showed that 585 oocytes were collected from eight Dorper sheep at the age of 4 and 8 weeks, with an average of 73.13 oocytes/sheep. 346 of the 2-4-cell-stage fertilized eggs were obtained, whose cleavage rate was 59.15%. 77 in-vitro fertilized eggs at 2-4-cell stage were transplanted into 17 recipient sheep, seven of which were pregnant and gave birth to 13 'test-tube sheep' with a conception rate of 41.18%.
