12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Level of circulating PD-L1 expression in patients with advanced gastric cancer and its clinical implications显示文摘Objective:The programmed cell death-1 receptor/programmed cell death-1 ligand(PD-1/PD-L1) pathway plays a crucial role in tumor evasion from host immunity.This study was designed to evaluate the association between circulating PD-L1 expression and prognosis in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:Totally 80 advanced gastric cancer patients and 40 health controls from Beijing Cancer Hospital were enrolled in the present study.Circulating PD-L1 expression was tested by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The associations between the expression level of PD-L1 and clinicopathological features and prognosis were analyzed statistically.Results:Expression of PD-L1 in advanced gastric cancer patients was significantly up-regulated compared with health people(P=0.006).The expression of PD-L1 was significantly correlated with differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P=0.026 and P=0.041,respectively).Although we didn't find significant difference in all advanced gastric cancer patients with different PD-L1 expression,the adenocarcinoma patients with higher up-regulated PD-L1 expression had much better prognosis than low expression patients(65.6% vs.44.7%,P=0.028).Conclusions:PD-L1 was elevated in advance gastric cancer patients and may play an important role in tumor immune evasion and patients prognosis.Zhixue Zheng Zhaode Bu Xijuan Liu Lianhai Zhang Ziyu Li Aiwen Wu Xiaojiang Wu Xiaojing Cheng Xiaofang Xing Hong Du Xiaohong Wang Ying Hu Jiafu Ji 2014Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2014,26,1:37
3Prognostic role of lymph node metastasis in early gastric cancer显示文摘Objective: To clarify the relationship between clinicopathological features and lymph node metastasis and to propose the potential indications of lymph node metastasis for prognosis in early gastric cancer(EGC) patients. Methods: We retrospectively observed 226 EGC patients with lymph node resection, and analyzed the associations between lymph node metastasis and clinicopathological parameters using the chi-square test in univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis in multivariate analysis. Overall survival analysis was determined using the Kaplan-Meier and log-rank test. We conducted multivariate prognosis analysis using the Cox proportional hazards model.Results: Of all the EGC patients, 7.5%(17/226) were histologically shown to have lymph node metastasis. The differentiation, lymphovascular invasion and depth of invasion were independent risk factors for lymph node metastasis in EGC. The 5- and 10-year survival rates were significantly lower in patients with lymph node metastasis than in those without and the patients also had shorter progress-free survival time. Lymph node metastasis and tumor size were independent prognostic factors for EGC. The status of the lymph nodes was a significant factor in predicting recurrence or metastasis after surgery. Conclusions: The undifferentiated carcinoma and lymphovascular and/or submucosal invasion were associated with a higher incidence of lymph node metastasis in EGC patients, whom need to perform subsequent D2 lymphadenectomy or laparoscopic lymph node dissection and more rigorous follow-up or additional chemotherapy/radiation after D2 gastrectomy for poor prognosis and high recurrence/metastasis rate.Zhixue Zheng Yiqiang Liu Zhaode Bu Lianhai Zhang Ziyu Li Hong Du Jiafu Ji 2014Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2014,26,2:12
4Pore scale simulation of liquid and gas two-phase flow based on digital core technology显示文摘Two-phase flow in two digital cores is simulated by the color-gradient lattice Boltzmann method.This model can be applied totwo-phase flow with high-density ratio(on order of 1000).The first digital core is an artificial sandstone core,and itsthree-dimensional gray model is obtained by Micro-CT scanning.The gray scale images are segmented into discrete phases(solid particles and pore space) by the Otsu algorithm.The second one is a digital core of shale,which is reconstructed usingMarkov Chain Monte Carlo method with segmented SEM scanning image as input.The wettability of solid wall and relativepermeability of a cylindrical tube are simulated to verify the model.In the simulations of liquid and gas two phase flow in digital cores,density ratios of 100,200,500 and 1000 between liquid and gas are chosen.Based on the gas distribution in the digital core at different times,it is found that the fingering phenomenon is more salient at high density ratio.With the density ratioincreasing,the displacement efficiency decreases.Besides,due to numerous small pores in the shale,the displacement efficiency is over 20% less than that in the artificial sandstone and the difference is even about 30% when density ratio is greaterthan 500.As the density ratio increases,the gas saturation decreases in big pores,and even reaches zero in some small pores orbig pores with small throats.Residual liquid mainly distributes in the small pores and the edge of big pores due to the wettability of liquid.Liquid recovery can be enhanced effectively by decreasing its viscosity.ZHANG Lei KANG QinJun YAO Jun GAO Ying SUN ZhiXue LIU HaiHu VALOCCHI Albert J. 2015Science China(Technological Sciences)2015,58,8:11
5Numerical simulation of deposit in confluence zone of debris flow and mainstream显示文摘Abundant solid materials were formed as a result of landslide and collapse due to Wenchuan earthquake.The solid source around mountains would form a debris flow when appropriate rain condition occurs.Such a debris flow is structurally very large and strong,and the river flow can hardly wash away the deposit when the debris flow enters into the mainstream.As a result,the deposit on the river bed due to debris flow will cause a series of hazards.Based on the previous researches and relevant data,this paper simplified the interaction between debris flow and current of the main river,and adopted the finite element characteristic-based-split algorithm which is favorable to the stabilization of dealing with the convection.Finally,the numerical model of the confluence of debris flow deposit and main river was developed,and the deposit progress of the mega-debris flow from Wenjiagou in Mianyuan river was reproduced.Furthermore,the influence of the deposit on the flow route of the main river,and distribution of velocity and water depth were analyzed.The results showed that the simulation deposit terrain qualitatively agreed with the field data through comparison,including the deposit area and depth distribution.Furthermore,the improvement of the model in future was discussed.CHEN RiDong LIU XingNian CAO ShuYou GUO ZhiXue 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,10:8

7Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb Dating of the Tourmalinites from Boron-bearing Series of Borate Deposits in Eastern Liaoning and its Geological Implications显示文摘This paper focused on the zircon sensitive high resolution ion micro-probeU-Pb geochronology of the tourmalinites from boron-bearing series of borate deposits in Eastern Liaoning.The zircons commonly have core-rim structures,most cores show oscillatory zoning in cathodoluminescence and plane polarized light images,suggesting a magmatic detrital origin.Ages of the magmatic detrital zircons from the hyalotourmalite samples(N13) and(N14) are 2175±5Ma and 2171±9Ma,respectively.Moreover,metamorphic zircon from the sample(N13) shows an age of 1906±4Ma.Zircon core and rim from the hyalotourmalite sample(N02) record ages of 2171±6Ma and 1889±62Ma,which are explained as indicating the formation and metamorphic ages.Combined with the geological and geochemical studies,it can be concluded that the tourmalinites are formed during sedimentary exhalative mineralizations in the mid-Paleoproterozoic(~2170Ma) and underwent the metamorphism in the late-Paleoproterozoic(~1900Ma).The tourmalinites are the products of submarine acid volcanism in the extension rifting phase of the Liaoji Paleoproterozoic Rift,the rock-forming materials of which are derived from the mantle sources with recycling crustal contamination.The emergence of tourmalinites not only indicates the mid-Paleoproterozoic tectonic-magmatic processes,but also provides impetus,heat and material sources for the mineralization of borate deposits in Eastern Liaoning.LIU Jingdang XIAO Rongge ZHANG Yanfei FAN Minghui WANG Shengzhi JIA Yuguo WANG Gang LIU Zhixue 2012Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2012,86,1:5
8Mutation of the PHYTOENE DESATURASE 3 gene causes yellowish-white petals in Brassica napus显示文摘Oilseed rape (Brassica napus) with yellow flowers is an attractive ornamental landscape plant during the flowering period,and the development of different petal colors has become a breeding objective.Although yellowish flower color is a common variant observed in field-grown oilseed rape,the genetics behind this variation remains unclear.We obtained a yellowish-white flower (ywf) mutant from Zhongshuang 9 (ZS9) by ethyl methanesulfonate mutagenesis (EMS) treatment.Compared with ZS9,ywf exhibited a lower carotenoid content with a reduced and defective chromoplast ultrastructure in the petals.Genetic analysis revealed that the yellowish-white trait was controlled by a single recessive gene.Using bulked-segregant analysis sequencing (BSA-seq) and kompetitive allele-specific PCR(KASP),we performed map-based cloning of the ywf locus on chromosome A08 and found that ywf harbored a C-to-T substitution in the coding region,resulting in a premature translation termination.YWF,encoding phytoene desaturase 3 (PDS3),was highly expressed in oilseed rape petals and involved in carotenoid biosynthesis.Pathway enrichment analysis of the transcriptome profiles from ZS9 and ywf indicated the carotenoid biosynthesis pathway to be highly enriched.Further analyses of differentially expressed genes and carotenoid components revealed that the truncated Bna A08.PDS3 resulted in decreased carotenoid biosynthesis in the mutant.These results contribute to an understanding of the carotenoid biosynthesis pathway and manipulation of flower-color variation in B.napus.Chuanji Zhao Luqman Bin Safdar Meili Xie Meijuan Shi Zhixue Dong Li Yang Xiaohui Cheng Yueying Liu Zetao Bai Yang Xiang Chaobo Tong Junyan Huang Lijiang Liu Shengyi Liu 2021The Crop Journal2021,9,5:3

10Passively Q-switched erbium doped fiber laser using a gold nanostars based saturable absorber显示文摘In this paper, we propose and demonstrate an all-fiber passively Q-switched erbium doped fiber laser(EDFL) by using gold nanostars(GNSs) as a saturable absorber(SA) for the first time, to the best of our knowledge. In comparison with other gold nanomorphologies, GNSs have multiple localized surface plasmon resonances, which means that they can be used to construct wideband ultrafast pulse lasers. By inserting the GNS SA into an EDFL cavity pumped by a 980 nm laser diode, a stable passively Q-switched laser at 1564.5 nm was achieved for a threshold pump power of 40 mW. By gradually increasing the pump power from 40 to 120 mW, the pulse duration decreases from 12.8 to 5.3 μs and the repetition rate increases from 10 to 17 kHz. 11Inluence of heat treatment on microstructure and tensile properties of a cast Al-Cu-Si-Mn alloy显示文摘Solution and aging treatments are important approaches to improve mechanical properties and microstructure of aluminum-base alloys. In this research, a new type high strength Al-Cu-Si-Mn cast alloy was prepared. The effect of different solution and aging treatment temperatures on microstructure and mechanical properties of the Al-Cu-Si-Mn cast alloy were studied by means of microstructure observation and mechanical properties testing. Results showed that after solution treated at different temperatures for 12 h and aged at 175 ℃ for 12 h, with the increase of the solution temperature, both the tensile strength and the elongation of the alloy firstly increase and then decrease, and reach their peak values at 530 ℃. When the solution temperature is below 530 ℃, the microstructure of the alloy consists of α phase, undissolved θ phase and T phase; while when it exceeds 530 ℃, the microstructure only consists of α phase and T phase. After solution treated at 530 ℃ for 12 h and aged at different temperatures for 12 h, both the tensile strength and the elongation of the alloy firstly increase and then decrease with the increasing of temperature, and reach their peak values at 175 ℃. 12Nomogram for predicting lymph node metastasis rate of submucosal gastric cancer by analyzing clinicopathological characteristics associated with lymph node metastasis显示文摘Background:To combine clinicopathological characteristics associated with lymph node metastasis for submucosal gastric cancer into a nomogram.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 262 patients with submucosal gastric cancer who underwent D2 gastrectomy between 1996 and 2012.The relationship between lymph node metastasis and clinicopathological features was statistically analyzed.With multivariate logistic regression analysis,we made a nomogram to predict the possibility of lymph node metastasis.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC) analysis was also performed to assess the predictive value of the model.Discrimination and calibration were performed using internal validation.Results:A total number of 48(18.3%) patients with submucosal gastric cancer have pathologically lymph node metastasis.For submucosal gastric carcinoma,lymph node metastasis was associated with age,tumor location,macroscopic type,size,differentiation,histology,the existence of ulcer and lymphovascular invasion in univariate analysis(all P<0.05).The multivariate logistic regression analysis identified that age ≤50 years old,macroscopic type III or mixed,undifferentiated type,and presence of lymphovascular invasion were independent risk factors of lymph node metastasis in submucosal gastric cancer(all P<0.05).We constructed a predicting nomogram with all these factors for lymph node metastasis in submucosal gastric cancer with good discrimination [area under the curve(AUC)=0.844].Internal validation demonstrated a good discrimination power that the actual probability corresponds closely with the predicted probability.Conclusions:We developed a nomogram to predict the rate of lymph node metastasis for submucosal gastric cancer.With good discrimination and internal validation,the nomogram improved individualized predictions for assisting clinicians to make appropriated treatment decision for submucosal gastric cancer patients.Zhixue Zheng Yinan Zhang Lianhai Zhang Ziyu Li Aiwen Wu Xiaojiang Wu Yiqiang Liu Zhaode Bu Jiafu Ji 2015Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2015,27,6:2

14Sequential and Simultaneous Joint Inversion of Resistivity and IP Sounding Data Using Particle Swarm Optimization显示文摘In order to interpret the vertical electrical sounding data more reliably and effectively in the case of lacking proper priori information,two inverse schemes are proposed to invert combined resistivity and induced polarization data by using particle swarm optimization technique.Based on the computational formula of induced polarization,the inversion for chargeability/polarizability data can be transformed into inverting equivalent resistivity data.Then,the inversion for combined data can be decomposed into two procedures:inverting resistivity data and inverting equivalent resistivity data.A sequential inversion scheme is presented to run the two procedures sequentially.Contrast to the sequential scheme,a simultaneous one is proposed to invert resistivity and induced polarization data simultaneously.Both the sequential and simultaneous schemes are performed via centered-progressive particle swarm optimization algorithm for more exploratory purpose.Numerical experiments show that both the designed inversion algorithms can invert resistivity and induced polarization data successfully with fast convergence and high accuracy,even performed in a large search space.The inverse results are comparable to the results from generalized linear method.As an approximate importance sampler,the particle swarm optimization based algorithm can provide posterior analysis conveniently.We employ the posterior probability distributions of inverted model parameters to evaluate the performance and uncertainty of inversion.The posterior analysis and further field data testing show that the proposed inversion algorithms perform good sampling of the equivalence region and make sure that the global optimum can locate in the high probability areas.Yi'an Cui Zhixue Chen Xiaoxiong Zhu Haifei Liu Jianxin Liu 2017Journal of Earth Science2017,28,4:1
15Evaluation and prevention of formation damage in offshore sandstone reservoirs in China显示文摘Reduction in water injectivity would be harmful to the waterflood development of offshore sandstone oil reservoirs.In this paper the magnitude of formation damage during water injection was evaluated by analyzing the performance of water injection in the Bohai offshore oilfield,China.Two parameters,permeability reduction and rate of wellhead pressure rise,were proposed to evaluate the formation damage around injection wells.The pressure performance curve could be divided into three stages with different characteristics.Analysis of field data shows that formation damage caused by water injection was severe in some wells in the Bohai offshore oilfield,China.In the laboratory,the content of clay minerals in reservoir rock was analyzed and sensitivity tests(including sensitivity to water, flow rate,alkali,salt and acid)were also conducted.Experimental results show that the reservoir had a strong to medium sensitivity to water(i.e.clay swelling)and a strong to medium sensitivity to flow rate, which may cause formation damage.For formation damage prevention,three injection schemes of clay stabilizer(CS)were studied,i.e.continuous injection of low concentration CS(CI),slug injection of high concentration CS(SI),and slug injection of high concentration CS followed by continuous injection of low concentration CS(SI-CI).Core flooding experiments show that SI-CI is an effective scheme to prevent formation damage and is recommended for the sandstone oil reservoirs in the Bohai offshore oilfield during water injection.Yang Shenglai Sheng Zhichao Liu Wenhui Song Zhixue Wu Ming Zhang Jianwei 2008Petroleum Science2008,5,4:1
