| 1 | Darwin:a neuromorphic hardware co-processor based on Spiking Neural Networks显示文摘Broadly speaking, the goal of neuromorphic engineering is to build computer systems that mimic the brain. Spiking Neural Network(SNN) is a type of biologically-inspired neural networks that perform information processing based on discrete-time spikes, different from traditional Artificial Neural Network(ANN).Hardware implementation of SNNs is necessary for achieving high-performance and low-power. We present the Darwin Neural Processing Unit(NPU), a neuromorphic hardware co-processor based on SNN implemented with digitallogic, supporting a maximum of 2048 neurons, 20482= 4194304 synapses, and 15 possible synaptic delays.The Darwin NPU was fabricated by standard 180 nm CMOS technology with an area size of 5 × 5 mm2and70 MHz clock frequency at the worst case. It consumes 0.84 m W/MHz with 1.8 V power supply for typical applications. | 2 | Efficacy and safety of external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis: a systematic review and Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine (EATCM) on acute gouty arthritis (AGA).METHODS:Six electronic data bases were retrieved from their inception to march 2017.15 randomized controlled clinical trials (RCTs) were included.The quality of the literatures was assessed according to Cochrane review criteria by using RevMan5.3 software;and related data was counted using Stata14.0 software.RESULTS:There was no significant difference in C-reactiveprotein (CRP) between experimental intervention group and control group [(WMD =1.093,95% C/(-2.514,4.701);P =0.553)].In terms of overall efficacy,the EATCM's treatment group was significantly superior to control group [(OR =3.692;95% CI (2.408,5.661);P <0.001)].The EATCM was better than western medicine treatments or other interventions in reducing the adverse reactions [(OR =0.135;95% CI (0.067,0.274);P < 0.001)].All these funnel plots showed unlikelihood of publishing bias.But due to excessive heterogeneity,the statistical results of serum uric acid and visual analogue scale and CRP between the two groups became uncertain.CONCLUSION:The results indicate that EATCM may have greater overall efficacy with fewer adverse drug reactions,although the evidence is weak owing to the low methodological quality and the small number of the included trials. | Huang Xinxing Zhu Zonghua Wu Guang-hui Min Peng Fei Peng Zhu Tao Wang Xuezong Xiao Lianbo | 2019 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,3: | 12 |
| 3 | Development of the general chapters of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 edition: A review显示文摘The Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 edition was reviewed and approved by the National Medical Products Administration and the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China in July 2020.The current edition was officially implemented on December 30,2020.The general chapters of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia discuss the general testing methods and guidelines,which are the common requirements and basis for the implementation of drug standards in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Owing to adherence to the principles of scientificity,versatility,operability,and sustainable development,there is an improvement in the general chapters of the 2020 edition over those of the previous editions.Further,the application of advanced and mature analytical techniques has expanded,the development of testing methods for exogenous pollutants in traditional Chinese medicines has been strengthened,and technical requirements are now better harmonized with international standards.The updated edition provides technical and methodological support to ensure safety,effectiveness,and control of pharmaceuticals in China and will play an important and active role in encouraging the application of advanced technologies,improving the quality control of medicines,and strengthening the means of drug regulation in China.This review provides a comprehensive introduction of the main features of and changes to the general chapters in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 edition and aims to provide reference for its correct understanding and accurate implementation. | Xinyi Xu Huayu Xu Yue Shang Ran Zhu Xiaoxu Hong Zonghua Song Zhaopeng Yang | 2021 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2021,11,4: | 6 |
| 4 | Tunable Ru-Ru2P heterostructures with charge redistribution for efficient pH-universal hydrogen evolution显示文摘Designing synergistic heterogeneous catalytic interfaces is the key to developing highly compatible pH-universal electrocatalysts for complex chemical environments.Our theoretical calculation results demonstrate that the Ru-Ru2P heterointerface can not only promote the redistribution of charges,but also reduce the d-band center,and then enhances the adsorption capacity of the key intermediate.However,in situ and facile synthesis of Ru-Ru2P heterostructures is severely limited by thermodynamic obstacles.Herein,we propose a molten salt-assisted catalytic synthesis scheme,and successfully build a series of homologous metallic Ru-Ru2P heterostructure catalysts with different molar ratios of Ru to P under atmospheric pressure and low-temperature(400C).The resultant Ru-Ru2P with rich heterostructures show the Pt-like HER performance in different pH media.Particularly,it is prominent under alkaline conditions(18 mV@10 mA cm^(2)),which outperforms the Pt catalyst(37 mV@10 mA cm^(2)).Furthermore,Ru-Ru2P heterostructures also show certain potential in the electrolysis of seawater to produce hydrogen.This work represents a significant supplement of high-efficiency pH-universal HER catalysts,and provides a new light on interface engineering in energy technology fields and beyond. | Ding Chen Ruohan Yu Ruihu Lu Zonghua Pu Pengyan Wang Jiawei Zhu Pengxia Ji Dulan Wu Jinsong Wu Yan Zhao Zongkui Kou Jun Yu Shichun Mu | 2022 | InfoMat2022,4,5: | 2 |

| 11 | Tuning Active Metal Atomic Spacing by Filling of Light Atoms and Resulting Reversed Hydrogen Adsorption-Distance Relationship for Efficient Catalysis显示文摘Precisely tuning the spacing of the active centers on the atomic scale is of great significance to improve the catalytic activity and deepen the understanding of the catalytic mechanism,but still remains a challenge.Here,we develop a strategy to dilute catalytically active metal interatomic spacing(d_(M-M))with light atoms and discover the unusual adsorption patterns.For example,by elevating the content of boron as interstitial atoms,the atomic spacing of osmium(d_(Os-Os))gradually increases from 2.73 to 2.96?.More importantly,we find that,with the increase in dOs-Os,the hydrogen adsorption-distance relationship is reversed via downshifting d-band states,which breaks the traditional cognition,thereby optimizing the H adsorption and H_2O dissociation on the electrode surface during the catalytic process;this finally leads to a nearly linear increase in hydrogen evolution reaction activity.Namely,the maximum dOs-Os of 2.96?presents the optimal HER activity(8 mV@10 mA cm^(-2))in alkaline media as well as suppressed O adsorption and thus promoted stability.It is believed that this novel atomic-level distance modulation strategy of catalytic sites and the reversed hydrogen adsorption-distance relationship can shew new insights for optimal design of highly efficient catalysts. | Ding Chen Ruihu Lu Ruohan Yu Hongyu Zhao Dulan Wu Youtao Yao Kesong Yu Jiawei Zhu Pengxia Ji Zonghua Pu Zongkui Kou Jun Yu Jinsong Wu Shichun Mu | 2023 | Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,10: | 0 |
