| 1 | A novel Cu-doped high entropy alloy with excellent comprehensive performances for marine application显示文摘High entropy alloy(HEA)has attracted great interests as one of the promising multifunctional materials in marine applications.However,Cu as an effective biocide tends to form segregation in HEA,which could deteriorate corrosion and induce brittle fracture.Herein,we report a strategy to tailor the existing form of Cu in HEA from undesired large-scale segregation to uniform distribution with dispersed nanoscale precipitation,while retaining the unique structure characteristics of HEA.Eliminating Cu segregation improves toughness and avoids serious corrosion in the grain boundary.Uniform distribution with dispersed nanoscale precipitation of Cu further enhances the antifouling and lubricating abilities of Cu-doped HEA.Tailored AlCoCrFeNiCu_(0.5)HEA in this work has excellent comprehensive properties combining good mechanical properties,outstanding antifouling abilities,superior resistance to corrosion and wear.Furthermore,the corresponded mechanisms are discussed in terms of Cu-segregation-eliminated,nanoscale-Cu-precipitate-forming and comprehensive properties. | Yuan Yu Nannan Xu Shengyu Zhu Zhuhui Qjao Jianbin Zhang Jun Yang Weimin Liu | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,10: | 3 |
| 2 | Effects of Ti and Cu on the Microstructure Evolution of AlCoCrFeNi High-Entropy Alloy During Heat Treatment显示文摘The microstructure evolution of AlCoCrFeNiTi0.5 alloy and AlCoCrFeNiCu alloy during heat treatment was systematically studied,to reveal the influence rules of chemical activity of adding element on the microstructure evolution of AlCoCrFeNi system.Owing to the negative mixing enthalpy with the constituent elements,Ti element was mainly dissolved in the Al-Nirich phases,and aggravated the lattice distortion of B2 phase.The structure variation of BCC phase by adding Ti inhibited the formation of FCC phase and enhanced the precipitation ofσphase during heat treatment.Owing to the positive mixing enthalpy with constituent elements,Cu element tended to be repelled to the ID region and formed metastable Cu-rich FCC1 phase which would transform into Cu-Al-Ni-rich FCC2 phase with increasing temperature.The addition of Cu inhibited the precipitation ofσphase during heat treatment.Adding Ti maintained the stable dendritic morphology,while adding Cu reduced the thermal stability of microstructure.Two dramatic morphology changes occurred at 1000℃and 1100℃in the AlCoCrFeNiCu alloy.The lattice distortion of phase in AlCoCrFeNiTi0.5 alloy was aggravated with increasing temperature up to 800℃,then relaxed together with the dissolution ofσphase when temperature was above 900℃.The variation in lattice distortion dominated the hardness of AlCoCrFeNiTi0.5 alloy.With increasing heating temperature,the increasing volume fraction of region with FCC structure due to the transformation between FCC phases,and the pronounced coarsening in microstructure due to the reduced thermal stability,resulted in the mainly decreasing trend in the hardness of AlCoCrFeNiCu alloy. | Yuan Yu Peiying Shi Kai Feng Jiongjie Liu Jun Cheng Zhuhui Qiao Jun Yang Jinshan Li Weimin Liu | 2020 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2020,33,8: | 2 |

| 18 | Nano-capillary induced assemble of quantum dots on perovskite grain boundaries for efficient and stable perovskite solar cells显示文摘In recent years, perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have propelled into the limelight owing to rapid development of efficiency;however, the abundant defects at the perovskite grain boundaries result in unwanted energy loss and structural degradation. Here, the grain boundaries of perovskite polycrystalline films have been found to act as nanocapillaries for capturing perovskite quantum dots(PQDs), which enable the conformal assemble of PQDs at the top interspace between perovskite grains. The existence of PQDs passivated the surface defects, optimized the interfacial band alignments, and ultimately improved the power conversion efficiency from 19.27% to 22.47% in inverted PSCs. | 20 | In-Situ Growing of Branched CNFs on Reusable RCFs to Construct Hierarchical Cross-Linked Composite for Enhanced Microwave Absorption显示文摘The recycling of carbon fibers and protection from unwanted microwave radiation are two important environmental issues that need to be addressed in modern society.Herein,branched carbon nanofibers(CNFs)were grown in-situ on recycled carbon fibers(RCFs)through the chemical vapor deposition method using nickel as catalysts and thiophene as aided-catalysts.The effect of thiophene on the growth morphology of CNFs was investigated.Correspondingly,branched CNFs-RCFs and straight CNFs-RCFs were respectively obtained in the presence and absence of thiophene.The microstructure and electromagnetic behaviour investigations have shown that the branched CNFs possess a typical multi-branched structure,with more defects,pores and a larger specific surface area than the straight CNFs,which lead to better impedance matching and adequate dielectric loss ability for the branched CNFs-RCFs.The reflection loss(RL)results show that the branched CNFs-RCFs exhibit an optimum RL of -23.6 dB at 1.5 mm and a best effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of 7.5 GHz at 2.0 mm.This research provides an innovative microwave absorbing material with adequate absorbing strength and outstanding EAB,while also promoting the sustainable reuse of the RCFs resources. | Lei Liu Shenao Pang Zhuhui Luo | 2023 | Journal of Renewable Materials2023,11,11: | 0 |
