2Estimation Method of State-of-Charge For Lithium-ion Battery Used in Hybrid Electric Vehicles Based on Variable Structure Extended Kalman Filter显示文摘Since the main power source of hybrid electric vehicle(HEV) is supplied by the power battery,the predicted performance of power battery,especially the state-of-charge(SOC) estimation has attracted great attention in the area of HEV.However,the value of SOC estimation could not be greatly precise so that the running performance of HEV is greatly affected.A variable structure extended kalman filter(VSEKF)-based estimation method,which could be used to analyze the SOC of lithium-ion battery in the fixed driving condition,is presented.First,the general lower-order battery equivalent circuit model(GLM),which includes column accumulation model,open circuit voltage model and the SOC output model,is established,and the off-line and online model parameters are calculated with hybrid pulse power characteristics(HPPC) test data.Next,a VSEKF estimation method of SOC,which integrates the ampere-hour(Ah) integration method and the extended Kalman filter(EKF) method,is executed with different adaptive weighting coefficients,which are determined according to the different values of open-circuit voltage obtained in the corresponding charging or discharging processes.According to the experimental analysis,the faster convergence speed and more accurate simulating results could be obtained using the VSEKF method in the running performance of HEV.The error rate of SOC estimation with the VSEKF method is focused in the range of 5% to 10% comparing with the range of 20% to 30% using the EKF method and the Ah integration method.In Summary,the accuracy of the SOC estimation in the lithium-ion battery cell and the pack of lithium-ion battery system,which is obtained utilizing the VSEKF method has been significantly improved comparing with the Ah integration method and the EKF method.The VSEKF method utilizing in the SOC estimation in the lithium-ion pack of HEV can be widely used in practical driving conditions.SUN Yong MA Zilin TANG Gongyou CHEN Zheng ZHANG Nong 2016Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2016,29,4:17
3Modular growth and clonal propagation of Hippophae rhamnoides subsp, sinensis in response to irrigation intensity显示文摘A multipurpose clone plant species,Hippophae rhamniodes has the capacity for indefinite longevity,although under successive drought stress it may often decline or die across large areas.Field trials were conducted over 2 years to examine the effects of varied irrigation intensities on modular growth and clonal propagation in a semi-arid area.Irrigation levels included a control,as well as two,four and six times the volume of water that was typically received via local annual average precipitation.Irrigation intensity significantly influenced clonal propagation capacity(number of daughter ramets),aboveground modular growth(height,base diameter,and crown width),belowground modular growth included root nodule dry weight,stretching capacity of lateral roots(length of the longest lateral roots,and diameter of firstgrade lateral roots),and branching intensity of lateral roots(number of lateral roots bifurcation grade,number of firstgrade lateral roots).The modular growth and the density of daughter ramets were small under non-irrigation or low irrigation,and became larger with increased irrigation intensity.Beyond a certain threshold,however,further increases in irrigation intensity resulted in a reversion to the development.The optimal irrigation intensities for growth and propagation were 3.48–5.29 times the volume of nominal local annual average precipitation.There were effects of irrigation intensities on the positive significant correlations between aboveground and belowground modular growths,and on clonal propagation capacities.Under various water treatments,H.rhamnoides may adapt to the environment through the regulation of growth and propagation.We concluded that water shortages act to weaken the growth and propagation of H.rhamniodes plantations.Zilin Cao Tianjiang Li Genqian Li Chunhong Liu Haiyin Gao Guanghui Dai Zhiyong Xiao Sunling Li 2016Journal of Forestry Research2016,27,5:14
4Discrete element modeling of ice loads on ship hulls in broken ice fields显示文摘Ice loads on a ship hull affect the safety of the hull structure and the ship maneuvering performance in ice-covered regions.A discrete element method(DEM)is used to simulate the interaction between drifting ice floes and a moving ship.The pancake ice floes are modelled with three-dimensional(3-D)dilated disk elements considering the buoyancy,drag force and additional mass induced by the current.The ship hull is modelled with 3D disks with overlaps.Ice loads on the ship hull are determined through the contact detection between ice floe element and ship hull element and the contact force calculation.The influences of different ice conditions(current velocities and directions,ice thicknesses,concentrations and ice floe sizes)and ship speeds are also examined on the dynamic ice force.The simulated results are compared qualitatively well with the existing field data and other numerical results.This work can be helpful in the ship structure design and the navigation security in ice-covered fields.JI Shunying LI Zilin LI Chunhua SHANG Jie 2013Acta Oceanologica Sinica2013,32,11:12
5Spatial and Temporal Evolution of Surface Subsidence in Tianjin from 2015 to 2020 Based on SBAS-InSAR Technology显示文摘Tianjin is one of the inland cities with the most severe cases of subsidence hazard in China.The majority of the existing studies have mainly focused on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and little attention has been given to Tianjin.In addition,these existing studies are short-term investigations,lacking long-term monitoring of surface subsidence.In the present study,we use the Small Baseline Subset Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar(SBAS-InSAR)technique to monitor the subsidence process in Tianjin between 2015 and 2020 and reveal its spatial and temporal variation.We divided the 44-view Sentinel-1A image data into three periods to avoid the effect of temporal and spatial decoherence by extracting the surface deformation field in Tianjin.We finally verified the accuracy and reliability of the inversion results using second-order leveling data.Results showed that the correlation coefficient r between the two reached 0.89,and the root mean square error was 4.84 mm/y.Obvious subsidence funnels exist in Tianjin,mainly in the towns of Wangqingtuo and Shengfang.These subsidence funnels have a subsidence deformation rate of-136.2 mm/y and a maximum cumulative settlement of-346.3 mm within the study period.The subsidence area tends to extend to the southwest.The analysis of annual rainfall,groundwater resource extraction,spatial location distribution of industrial areas combined with SBAS-InSAR inversion results indicates that overextraction of groundwater resources is the main cause of land subsidence in the area.Therefore,strict control of groundwater extraction is the main approach to mitigate land subsidence effectively.Lyu ZHOU Yizhan ZHAO Zilin ZHU Chao REN Fei YANG Ling HUANG Xin LI 2022Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2022,5,1:8

7Synthesis and characterization of boron nitride sponges as a novel support for metal nanoparticles显示文摘This paper describes a simple synthetic route for the synthesis of hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) powders with high specific surface area, in which BBr3, NH4Cl and Al powders are used as starting materials. The structure and composition of the powders were characterized by electron diffraction, Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy in the selected area. X-ray diffraction shows wide peaks of crystalline h-BN with the particle size on the nanometer scale, and transmission electron microscopy reveals that the products have a novel spongy morphology. Silver nanoparticles loaded h-BN sponges were prepared via a one-step synthesis method. 10The heterogeneity of islet autoantibodies and the progression of islet failure in type 1 diabetic patients显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus is heterogeneous in many facets. The patients suffered from type 1 diabetes present several levels of islet function as well as variable number and type of islet-specific autoantibodies. This study was to investigate prevalence and heterogeneity of the islet autoantibodies and clinical phenotypes of type 1 diabetes mellitus; and also discussed the process of islet failure and its risk factors in Chinese type 1 diabetic patients. A total of 1,291 type 1 diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. Demographic information was collected. Laboratory tests including mixed-meal tolerance test, human leukocyte antigen alleles, hemoglobin A1 c, lipids, thyroid function and islet autoantibodies were conducted. The frequency of islet-specific autoantibody in newly diagnosed T1 DM patients(duration shorter than half year) was 73% in East China. According to binary logistic regressions, autoantibody positivity, longer duration and lower Body Mass Index were the risk factors of islet failure. As the disease developed, autoantibodies against glutamic acid decarboxylase declined as well as the other two autoantibodies against zinc transporter 8 and islet antigen 2. The decrease of autoantibodies was positively correlated with aggressive beta cell destruction. Autoantibodies can facilitate the identification of classic T1 DM from other subtypes and predict the progression of islet failure. 12A transient multiphysics coupling method based on OpenFOAM for heat pipe cooled reactors显示文摘Differing from traditional pressurized water reactors(PWRs),heat pipe cooled reactors have the unique characteristics of fuel thermal expansion,expansion reactivity feedback,and thermal contact conductance.These reactors require a new multiphysics coupling method.In this paper,a transient coupling method based on OpenFOAM is proposed.The method considers power variation,thermal expansion,heat pipe operation,thermal contact conductance,and gap conductance.In particular,the reactivity feedback caused by working medium redistribution in a heat pipe is also preliminarily considered.A typical heat pipe cooled reactor KRUSTY(Kilowatt Reactor Using Stirling TechnologY)is chosen as the research object.Compared with experimental results of load following,the calculated results are in good agreement and show the validity of the proposed method.To discuss the self-adjusting capability of this type of reactor system,a hypothetical accident is simulated.It is assumed that at the beginning of this accident,loss of the heat sink occurs.After 1500 s of the transient process,the reactor system recovers immediately.During this hypothetical accident,the control rod is always out of the reactor core,and the reactor only relies on the reactivity feedback to regulate the fission power.According to the simulation,the peak temperature is only about 1112 K,which is far below the safety limit.As for system recovery,the reactor needs approximately 2500 s to return to a steady state and can realize effective power regulation by reactivity feedback.This study confirms the availability of this coupling method and that it can be an effective tool for the simulation of heat pipe cooled reactors.GUO YuChuan LI ZeGuang WANG Kan SU ZiLin 2022Science China(Technological Sciences)2022,65,1:4

15Tomato SlPUB24 enhances resistance to Xanthomonas euvesicatoria pv. perforans race T3显示文摘Solanum lycopersicum var.cerasiforme accession PI 114490 has broad-spectrum resistance to bacterial spot caused by several species of Xanthomonas.Resistance is quantitatively inherited,and a common quantitative trait locus QTL-11B on chromosome 11 has been identified previously.In this study,the SlPub24 gene was characterized in QTL-11B.SlPub24 in PI 114490 was upregulated by infection with X.euvesicatoria pv.perforans race T3,but its transcription was low in the susceptible line OH 88119 whether or not it was infected by the pathogen.The differential expression of SlPub24 between PI 114490 and OH 88119 was due to great sequence variation in the promoter region.The promoter of SlPub24 in OH 88119 had very low activity and did not respond to pathogen infection.Transgenic lines of OH 88119 overexpressing SlPub24 isolated from PI 114490 showed significantly enhanced resistance,while mutants of Slpub24 generated by CRISPR/Cas9 editing showed more susceptibility to race T3 and to other races.The mutants also showed spontaneous cell death in leaves.The expression of the salicylic acid(SA)pathway gene phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL)and signaling-related genes pathogenesis-related(PR1)and nonexpresser of PR1(NPR1)were influenced by SlPub24.The content of SA in tomato plants was consistent with the level of SlPub24 expression.Furthermore,SlPUB24 interacted with the cell wall protein SlCWP and could regulate the degradation of SlCWP.The expression levels of SlCWP and SlCWINV1,a cell wall invertase gene,showed opposite patterns during pathogen infection.The activity of SlCWINV1 was lower in mutants than in PI 114490.The results are discussed in terms of the roles of the abovementioned genes,and a potential model for SlPUB24-mediated resistance to bacterial spot is proposed.Xin Liu Ge Meng Mengrui Wang Zilin Qian Yaxian Zhang Wencai Yang 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:4
16Simultaneous determination of three curcuminoids in Curcuma longa L.by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrochemical detection显示文摘A novel method for analysis of three active components curcumin,demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin in Curcuma longa L.was developed by HPLC coupled with electrochemical detection.Three curcuminoids were well separated on a C_(18) column and detected with high sensitivity.A mobile phase containing acetonilrile and 10 mM Na_2HPO_4-H_3PO_4(pH 5.0)(50:50.v/v) was used.Good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.208-41.6,0.197-39.4,and 0.227-114 μM for curcumin.demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin respectively.The limit of detection reached up to 10^(-8) M.which was lower than that by UV detection.The relative standard deviations(RSDs) ranged from 1.06% to 1.88% for intra-day precision and from 4.30% to 5.79% for inter-day precision,respectively.The proposed method has been applied in real herb sample and recoveries ranging from 86.3% to 111% were obtained.Yuling Long Wenpeng Zhang Fang Wang Zilin Chen 2014Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2014,4,5:4
17Identification and quantification of the bioactive components in Osmanthus fragrans roots by HPLC-MS/MS显示文摘The roots of O. fragrans are also a valuable resource in addition to its flowers and fruits. In this study, the HPLC-MS/MS method used for analyzing the chemical constituents in O. fragrans roots extract was developed, which showed high sensitivity for both qualitative and quantitative analyses. Thirty-two compounds were first discovered in O. fragrans roots, one compound of which was reported for the first time. The simultaneous determination method for acteoside, isoacteoside, oleuropein and phillyrin was validated to be sensitive and accurate. Then it was applied to determine the content of bioactive components in O. fragrans roots from different cultivars. The content of oleuropein and phillyrin in the twelve batches was relatively stable, while the content of acteoside and isoacteoside varied greatly.Moreover, the therapeutic material basis and mechanism of O. fragrans roots exerting its traditional pharmacodynamics were analyzed by network pharmacology. The results showed that O. fragrans roots might be effective for the treatment of inflammation, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, and rheumatoid arthritis, which is consistent with the traditional pharmacodynamics of O. fragrans roots. 19Bacterioplankton production in dilution zone of the Changjiang (Yangtze) Estuary显示文摘The bacterioplankton production and bacterioplankton abundance were surveyed in dilution zone of the Changjiang Estuary and a mesocosm experimental device for enriched phosphate experiment and oil contaminated experiment was placed in the waters nearby Luhua Island during October 1997 and May 1998. The results showed that the average bacterioplankton production in spring was higher than that in autumn, the production at the surface water was higher than that at the bottom in the surveyed area; the higher values appeared in the middle of the area. 20Electrochemical behavior and the determination of methyl jasmonate显示文摘In this work,the electrochemical behavior of methyl jasmonate(MeJA)on a glassy carbon electrode was investigated in 0.1 mol/L H2SO4 by voltammetry.MeJA exhibited enhanced oxidation behavior in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS).
