2Estimation Method of State-of-Charge For Lithium-ion Battery Used in Hybrid Electric Vehicles Based on Variable Structure Extended Kalman Filter显示文摘Since the main power source of hybrid electric vehicle(HEV) is supplied by the power battery,the predicted performance of power battery,especially the state-of-charge(SOC) estimation has attracted great attention in the area of HEV.However,the value of SOC estimation could not be greatly precise so that the running performance of HEV is greatly affected.A variable structure extended kalman filter(VSEKF)-based estimation method,which could be used to analyze the SOC of lithium-ion battery in the fixed driving condition,is presented.First,the general lower-order battery equivalent circuit model(GLM),which includes column accumulation model,open circuit voltage model and the SOC output model,is established,and the off-line and online model parameters are calculated with hybrid pulse power characteristics(HPPC) test data.Next,a VSEKF estimation method of SOC,which integrates the ampere-hour(Ah) integration method and the extended Kalman filter(EKF) method,is executed with different adaptive weighting coefficients,which are determined according to the different values of open-circuit voltage obtained in the corresponding charging or discharging processes.According to the experimental analysis,the faster convergence speed and more accurate simulating results could be obtained using the VSEKF method in the running performance of HEV.The error rate of SOC estimation with the VSEKF method is focused in the range of 5% to 10% comparing with the range of 20% to 30% using the EKF method and the Ah integration method.In Summary,the accuracy of the SOC estimation in the lithium-ion battery cell and the pack of lithium-ion battery system,which is obtained utilizing the VSEKF method has been significantly improved comparing with the Ah integration method and the EKF method.The VSEKF method utilizing in the SOC estimation in the lithium-ion pack of HEV can be widely used in practical driving conditions.SUN Yong MA Zilin TANG Gongyou CHEN Zheng ZHANG Nong 2016Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2016,29,4:17
3The heterogeneity of islet autoantibodies and the progression of islet failure in type 1 diabetic patients显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus is heterogeneous in many facets. The patients suffered from type 1 diabetes present several levels of islet function as well as variable number and type of islet-specific autoantibodies. This study was to investigate prevalence and heterogeneity of the islet autoantibodies and clinical phenotypes of type 1 diabetes mellitus; and also discussed the process of islet failure and its risk factors in Chinese type 1 diabetic patients. A total of 1,291 type 1 diabetic patients were enrolled in this study. Demographic information was collected. Laboratory tests including mixed-meal tolerance test, human leukocyte antigen alleles, hemoglobin A1 c, lipids, thyroid function and islet autoantibodies were conducted. The frequency of islet-specific autoantibody in newly diagnosed T1 DM patients(duration shorter than half year) was 73% in East China. According to binary logistic regressions, autoantibody positivity, longer duration and lower Body Mass Index were the risk factors of islet failure. As the disease developed, autoantibodies against glutamic acid decarboxylase declined as well as the other two autoantibodies against zinc transporter 8 and islet antigen 2. The decrease of autoantibodies was positively correlated with aggressive beta cell destruction. Autoantibodies can facilitate the identification of classic T1 DM from other subtypes and predict the progression of islet failure. 8Hexafluoropropylene oxide trimer acid,a perfluorooctanoic acid alternative,induces cardiovascular toxicity in zebrafish embryos显示文摘As an increasingly used alternative to perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA),hexafluoropropylene oxide trimer acid(HFPO-TA)has been widely detected in global water environments.However,little is known regarding its toxic effects on cardiovascular development.Here,zebrafish embryos were treated with egg water containing 0,60,120,or 240 mg/L HFPO-TA.Results showed that HFPO-TA treatment led to a significant reduction in both larval survival percentage and heart rate.Furthermore,HFPO-TA exposure caused severe pericardial edema and elongation of the sinus venous to bulbus arteriosus distance(SV-BA)in Tg(myl7:GFP)transgenic larvae,disrupting the expression of genes involved in heart development and thus causing abnormal heart looping.Obvious sprouting angiogenesis was observed in the 120 and 240 mg/L exposed Tg(fli:GFP)transgenic larvae.HFPO-TA treatment also impacted the mRNA levels of genes involved in the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)pathway and embryonic vascular development.HFPO-TA exposure significantly decreased erythrocyte number in Tg(gata1:DsRed)transgenic embryos and influenced gene expression associated with the heme metabolism pathway.HFPO-TA also induced oxidative stress and altered the transcriptional levels of genes related to cell cycle and apoptosis,inhibiting cell proliferation while promoting apoptosis.Therefore,HFPO-TA exposure may induce abnormal development of the cardiovascular and hematopoietic systems in zebrafish embryos,suggesting it may not be a suitable or safe alternative for PFOA.Sujie Sun Li Zhang Xue Li Lu Zang Ling Huang Junquan Zeng Zigang Cao Xinjun Liao Zilin Zhong Huiqiang Lu Jianjun Chen 2024Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,5:0
9Hysteretic behavior of post-tensioned precast segmental CFT double-column piers显示文摘Considering the desirable behavior of concrete filled steel tube(CFT)columns and the complicated behavior of segmental double-column piers under cyclic loads,three post-tensioned precast segmental CFT double-column pier specimens were tested to extend their application in moderate and high seismicity areas.The effects of the number of CFT segments and the steel endplates as energy dissipaters on the seismic behavior of the piers were evaluated.The experimental results show that the segmental piers exhibited stable hysteretic behavior with small residual displacements under cyclic loads.All the tested specimens achieved a drift ratio no less than 13%without significant damage and strength deterioration due to the desirable behavior of CFT columns.Since the deformation of segmental columns was mainly concentrated at the column-footing interfaces,the increase of the segment numbers for each column had no obvious effects on the loading capacity but reduced the initial stiffness of the specimens.The use of steel endplates improved the bearing capacity,stiffness and energy dissipation of segmental piers,but weakened their self-centering capacity.Fiber models were also proposed to simulate the hysteretic behavior of the tested specimens,and the influences of segment numbers and prestress levels on seismic behavior were further studied.Li Xian Zhang Zilin Zhou Tao Xiao Yu Sun Yushun 2023Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2023,22,3:0
10Energy band engineering via“Bite”defect located on N=8 armchair graphene nanoribbons显示文摘Graphene nanoribbons(GNRs)not only share many superlative properties of graphene but also display an exceptional degree of tunability of their electronic properties.The bandgaps of GNRs depend greatly on their widths,edges,etc.Herein,we report the synthesis path and the physical properties of atomic accuracy staggered narrow N=8 armchair graphene nanoribbons(sn-8AGNR)with alternating'Bite'defects on the opposite side.The intermediate structures in the surface physicochemical reactions from the precursors to the sn-8AGNR are characterized by scanning tunneling microscopy.The electronic properties of the sn-8AGNR are characterized by scanning tunneling spectroscopies and 6//6V mappings.Compared with the perfect N=8 armchair graphene nanoribbons(8AGNR),the sn-8AGNR has a larger bandgap,indicating that the liB\Xen edges can effectively regulate the electronic structures of GNRs.Shijie Sun Yurou Guan Zhenliang Hao Zilin Ruan Hui Zhang Jianchen Lu Lei Gao Xiaoqing Zuo Jinming Cai 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:0
11Mutations in epigenetic regulator KMT2C detected by liquid biopsy are associated with worse survival in prostate cancer patients显示文摘Background:KMT2(lysine methyltransferase)family enzymes are epigenetic regulators that activate gene transcription.KMT2C is mainly involved in enhancer-associated H3K4me1,and is also one of the top mutated genes in cancer(6.6%in pan-cancer).Currently,the clinical significance of KMT2C mutations in prostate cancer is understudied.Methods:We included 221 prostate cancer patients diagnosed between 2014 and 2021 in West China Hospital of Sichuan University with cell-free DNA-based liquid biopsy test results in this study.We investigated the association between KMT2C mutations,other mutations,and pathways.Furthermore,we evaluated the prognostic value of KMT2C mutations,measured by overall survival(OS)and castration resistance-free survival(CRFS).Also,we explored the prognostic value of KMT2C mutations in different patient subgroups.Lastly,we investigated the predictive value of KMT2C mutations in individuals receiving conventional combined anti-androgen blockade(CAB)and abiraterone(ABI)as measured by PSA progression-free survival(PSA-PFS).Results:The KMT2C mutation rate in this cohort is 7.24%(16/221).KMT2C-mutated patients showed worse survival than KMT2C-wild type(WT)patients regarding both CRFS and OS(CRFS:mutated:9.9 vs.WT:22.0 months,p=0.015;OS:mutated:71.9 vs.WT 137.4 months,p=0.012).KMT2C mutations were also an independent risk factor in OS[hazard ratio:3.815(1.461,9.96),p=0.006]in multivariate analyses.Additionally,we explored the association of KMT2C mutations with other genes.This showed that KMT2C mutations were associated with Serine/Threonine-Protein Kinase 11(STK11,p=0.004)and Catenin Beta 1(CTNNB1,p=0.008)mutations.In the CAB treatment,KMT2C-mutated patients had a significantly shorter PSA-PFS compared to KMT2C-WT patients.(PSA-PFS:mutated:9.9 vs.WT:17.6 months,p=0.014).Moreover,KMT2C mutations could effectively predict shorter PSA-PFS in 10 out of 23 subgroups and exhibited a strong trend in the remaining subgroups.Conclusions:KMT2C-mutated patients showed worse survival compared to KMT2C-WT patients in terms of both CRFS and OS,and KMT2C mutations were associated with STK11 and CTNNB1 mutations.Furthermore,KMT2C mutations indicated rapid progression during CAB therapy and could serve as a potential biomarker to predict therapeutic response in prostate cancer.SHA ZHU NANWEI XU JIAYU LIANG FENGNIAN ZHAO ZILIN WANG YUCHAO NI JINDONG DAI JINGE ZHAO XINGMING ZHANG JUNRU CHEN GUANGXI SUN PENGFEI SHEN HAO ZENG 2023Oncology Research2023,31,4:0

13Improving Na^(+)transport kinetics and Na^(+)storage of hierarchical rhenium-nickel sulfide(ReS_(2)@NiS_(2))hollow architecture by assembling layered 2D-3D heterostructures显示文摘Mixed metal sulfides have been widely used as anode material of sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)because of their excellent conductivity and sodium ion storage performance.Herein,ReS_(2)@NiS_(2)heterostructures have been triumphantly designed and prepared through anchoring ReS_(2)nanosheet arrays on the surface of NiS_(2)hollow nanosphere.Specifically,the carbon nanospheres was used as hard template to synthesize NiS_(2)hollow spheres as the substrate and then the ultrathin two-dimensional ReS_(2)nanosheet arrays were uniformly grown on the surface of NiS_(2).The internal hollow property provides sufficient space to relieve the volume expansion,and the outer two-dimensional nanosheet realizes the rapid electron transport and insertion/extraction of Na^(+).Owing to the great improvement of the transport kinetics of Na^(+),NiS_(2)@ReS_(2)heterostructure electrode can achieve a high specific capacity of 400 mAh/g at the high current density of 1 A/g and still maintain a stable cycle stability even after 220 cycles.This hard template method not only paves a new way for the design and construct binary metal sulfide heterostructure electrode materials with outstanding electrochemical performance for Na^(+)batteries but also open up the potential applications of anode materials of SIBs.Zelin Cai Zilin Peng Xinlong Liu Rui Sun Zhaoxia Qin Haosen Fan Yufei Zhang 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,11:0
