1Anatomical variation of infra-pyloric artery origination: A prospective multicenter observational study (IPA-Origin)显示文摘Objective: Infra-pyloric artery(IPA) is an important anatomical landmark in treatment of gastric cancer and is the key vessel for pylorus-preserving gastrectomy and subgroup of infra-pyloric lymph nodes. However, its anatomical variation is not thoroughly understood. Our study aimed to clarify the origination of the IPA.Methods: We did this prospective, multicenter, open-label, observational study at gastric surgery departments of34 hospitals in China. Gastric cancer patients aged 18 years or older and scheduled to undergo elective total or distal gastrectomy were assigned. During the surgery, IPA dissecting and exposing the origination point with photographs or video clips were required. The primary outcome was the origination of the IPA. Analysis of variance, χ~2 tests and Fisher's tests were used to analyze the differences between groups. The study is registered at Clinicaltrials.gov(No. NCT03071237).Results: Between May 8 and July 31, 2017, 429 patients were assigned for the study, and 419(97.7%) patients had the IPA dissected and recorded through photograph or video and were included in the primary outcome analysis. The median age was 62 years old, and 73.7% were male. Among the patients, 78.5% received laparoscopic surgery. Single IPA origination was identified in 398(95.0%) patients, including gastroduodenal artery(GDA) in154(36.8%) patients, anterior superior pancreaticoduodenal artery(ASPDA) in 130(31.0%) patients, and right gastroepiploic artery(RGEA) in 114(27.2%) patients. Fifteen(3.6%) patients were identified with multiple IPA and 6(1.4%) patients were identified as IPA absence. The differences in the distribution of surgical approach(P=0.003) and geographic area(P=0.030) were statistically significant. 2Laparoscopic vs.open lower mediastinal lymphadenectomy for Siewert typeⅡ/Ⅲadenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction:An exploratory,observational,prospective,IDEAL stage2b cohort study(CLASS-10 study)显示文摘Objective:This study aims to verify the feasibility and efficacy of laparoscopic lower mediastinal lymphadenectomy for Siewert typeⅡ/Ⅲadenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction(AEG).Setting:An exploratory,observational,prospective,cohort study will be carried out under the Idea,Development,Exploration,Assessment and Long-term Follow-up(IDEAL)framework(stage 2 b).Paritcipants:The study will recruit 1,036 patients with cases of locally advanced AEG(Siewert typeⅡ/Ⅲ,clinical stage cT2-4 aN0-3 M0),and 518 will be assigned to either the laparoscopy group or the open group.Interventions:Patients will receive lower mediastinal lymphadenectomy along with either total or proximal gastrectomy.Primary and secondary outcome measures:The primary endpoint is the number of lower mediastinal lymph nodes retrieved,and the secondary endpoints are the surgical safety and prognosis,including intraoperative and postoperative lower-mediastinal-lymphadenectomy-related morbidity and mortality,rate of rehospitalization,R0 resection rate,3-year local recurrence rate,and 3-year overall survival.Conclusions:The study will provide data for the guidance and development of surgical treatment strategies for AEG.Trial registration number:The study has been registered in ClinicalTrials.gov(No.NCT04443478).Shuangxi Li Xiangji Ying Fei Shan Yongning Jia Zhemin Li Kan Xue Rulin Miao Yinkui Wang Zhaode Bu Xiangqian Su Ziyu Li Jiafu Ji 2022Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2022,34,4:3
3Deciphering the contributions of spectral and structural data to wheat yield estimation from proximal sensing显示文摘Accurate, efficient, and timely yield estimation is critical for crop variety breeding and management optimization. However, the contributions of proximal sensing data characteristics(spectral, temporal, and spatial) to yield estimation have not been systematically evaluated. We collected long-term, hypertemporal, and large-volume light detection and ranging(Li DAR) and multispectral data to(i) identify the best machine learning method and prediction stage for wheat yield estimation,(ii) characterize the contribution of multisource data fusion and the dynamic importance of structural and spectral traits to yield estimation, and(iii) elucidate the contribution of time-series data fusion and 3 D spatial information to yield estimation. Wheat yield could be accurately(R^(2)= 0.891) and timely(approximately-two months before harvest) estimated from fused Li DAR and multispectral data. The artificial neural network model and the flowering stage were always the best method and prediction stage, respectively. Spectral traits(such as CIgreen) dominated yield estimation, especially in the early stage, whereas the contribution of structural traits(such as height) was more stable in the late stage. Fusing spectral and structural traits increased estimation accuracy at all growth stages. Better yield estimation was realized from traits derived from complete 3 D points than from canopy surface points and from integrated multi-stage(especially from jointing to heading and flowering stages) data than from single-stage data. 4Overexpression of Sirt6 ameliorates sleep deprivation induced-cognitive impairment by modulating glutamatergic neuron function显示文摘Sleep benefits the restoration of energy metabolism and thereby suppo rts neuronal plasticity and cognitive behaviors.Sirt6 is a NAD+-dependent protein deacetylase that has been recognized as an essential regulator of energy metabolism because it modulates various transcriptional regulators and metabolic enzymes.The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of Sirt6 on cerebral function after chronic sleep deprivation(CSD).We assigned C57BL/6J mice to control or two CSD groups and subjected them to AAV2/9-CMV-EGFP or AAV2/9-CMV-Sirt6-EGFP infection in the prelimbic cortex(PrL).We then assessed cerebral functional connectivity(FC) using resting-state functional MRI,neuron/astrocyte metabolism using a metabolic kinetics analysis;dendritic spine densities using sparse-labeling;and miniature excitato ry postsynaptic currents(mEPSCs) and action potential(AP) firing rates using whole-cell patchclamp recordings.In addition,we evaluated cognition via a comprehensive set of behavioral tests.Compared with controls,Sirt6 was significantly decreased(P<0.05) in the PrL after CSD,accompanied by cognitive deficits and decreased FC between the PrL and accumbens nucleus,piriform cortex,motor co rtex,somatosensory co rtex,olfactory tubercle,insular cortex,and cerebellum.Sirt6 ove rexpression reve rsed CSD-induced cognitive impairment and reduced FC.Our analysis of metabolic kinetics using [1-13C] glucose and [2-13C] acetate showed that CSD reduced neuronal Glu4and GABA2synthesis,which could be fully restored via forced Sirt6 expression.Furthermore,Sirt6 ove rexpression reversed CSD-induced decreases in AP firing rates as well as the frequency and amplitude of mEPSCs in PrL pyramidal neurons.These data indicate that Sirt6 can improve cognitive impairment after CSD by regulating the PrL-associated FC network,neuronal glucose metabolism,and glutamatergic neurotransmission.Thus,Sirt6 activation may have potential as a novel strategy for treating sleep disorder-related diseases.Jinpiao Zhu Chang Chen Zhen Li Xiaodong Liu Jingang He Ziyue Zhao Mengying He Binbin Nie Zili Liu Yingying Chen Kuanpin Su Xiang Li Juxiang Chen Hongbing Xiang Fuqiang Xu Kangguang Lin Zongze Zhang Jie Wang 2023Neural Regeneration Research2023,18,11:1
5A Novel Model for CFD-Based Throughflow Analysis of Film-Cooled Turbine Blade显示文摘This paper presents a novel approach of modeling the air-cooled turbine with CFD-based throughflow analysis. Starting from the basic equations of motion, governing equations and source terms for mass, momentum and energy are formulated in an analytical manner. These source terms are to mimic the authentic injection-mainstream interactions with easy implementation. The source terms in the aero-cooling scenario are related to corresponding sources in the aerodynamic-only analysis. Based on such formulations, a novel strategy is developed to estimate aerodynamic characteristics of a blade row under film cooling with known characteristics under no cooling. The model and the strategy are validated in the classic NASA E3 turbine guide vane under various operating conditions. Sensitivity studies of input parameters are conducted to evaluate the applicability of the proposed model. 6Superior resistance to alkali metal potassium of vanadium-based NH_(3)-SCR catalyst promoted by the solid superacid SO_(4)^(2-)-TiO_(2)显示文摘The significant decrease of acid sites caused by alkali metal poisoning is the major factor in the deactivation of commercial V_(2)O_(5)-WO_(3)/TiO_(2)NH_(3)-SCR catalysts.In this work,the solid superacid SO_(4)^(2-)-TiO_(2) modified by sulfate radicals,was selected as the catalyst support,which showed superior potassium resistance.The physicochemical properties and K-poisoning resistance of the V_(2)O_(5)-WO_(3)/SO_(4)^(2-)-TiO_(2)(VWSTi) catalyst were carried out by XRD,BET,H2-TPR,NH3-TPD,XPS,in situ DRIFTS and TG.The results pointed out that the introduction of SO_(4)^(2-)significantly increased the NH3-SCR catalytic activity at high temperatures,with an exceptionally high NO_(x) conversion over 90% between 275℃ and 500℃.When 0.5%(mass) K_(2)O was doped on the catalysts,the catalytic performance of the traditional V_(2)O_(5)-WO_(3)/TiO_(2)(VWTi) catalyst decreased significantly,while the VWSTi catalyst could still maintain a NOxconversion over 90%in the range of 300–500℃.The characterizations suggested that the support of SO_(4)^(2-)-TiO_(2) greatly increased the number of acidic sites,thereby enhancing the adsorption capacity of the reactant NH_(3).The results above demonstrated a potential approach to achieve superior potassium resistance for NH3-SCR catalysts using solid superacid.Yaoyao Peng Lei Song Siru Lu Ziyu Su Kui Ma Siyang Tang Shan Zhong Hairong Yue Bin Liang 2023Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,55,3:1
7IGBT Temperature Field Monitoring Based on Reduced-order Model显示文摘With the rapid development of the world economy,IGBT has been widely used in motor drive and electric energy conversion.In order to timely detect the fatigue damage of IGBT,it is necessary to monitor the junction temperature of IGBT.In order to realize the fast calculation of IGBT junction temperature,a finite element method of IGBT temperature field reduction is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the finite element calculation process of IGBT temperature field is introduced and the linear equations of finite element calculation of temperature field are derived.Temperature field data of different working conditions are obtained by finite element simulation to form the sample space.Then the covariance matrix of the sample space is constructed,whose proper orthogonal decomposition and modal extraction are carried out.Reasonable basis vector space is selected to complete the low dimensional expression of temperature vector inside and outside the sample space.Finally,the reduced-order model of temperature field finite element is obtained and solved.The results of the reduced order model are compared with those of the finite element method,and the performance of the reduced-order model is evaluated from two aspects of accuracy and rapidity.Ziyu Zhou Yi Su Xu Zhang Chengde Tong Ping Zheng Mingjun Zhu 2023CES Transactions on Electrical Machines and Systems2023,7,2:0
8Zigzag magnetic order in a novel tellurate compound Na_(4-δ)NiTeO_6 with S=1 chains显示文摘Na_(4-δ)Ni Te O_(6) is a rare example in the transition-metal tellurate family of realizing an S=1 spin-chain structure.By performing neutron powder diffraction measurements,the ground-state magnetic structure of Na_(4-δ)Ni Te O_(6) is determined.These measurements reveal that below T_N~6.8(2)K,the Ni^(2+) moments form a screwed ferromagnetic(FM)spin-chain structure running along the crystallographic a axis but these FM spin chains are coupled antiferromagnetically along the b and c directions,giving rise to a magnetic propagation vector of k=(0,1/2,1/2).This zigzag magnetic order is well supported by first-principles calculations.The moment size of Ni^(2+) spins is determined to be 2.1(1) μ_(B) at 3 K,suggesting a significant quenching of the orbital moment due to the crystalline electric field(CEF)effect.The previously reported metamagnetic transition near H_(c)~0.1 T can be understood as a field-induced spin-flip transition.The relatively easy tunability of the dimensionality of its magnetism by external parameters makes Na_(4-δ)Ni Te O_(6)a promising candidate for further exploring various types of novel spin-chain physics.Cheng Su Xu-Tao Zeng Yi Li Nvsen Ma Zhengwang Lin Chuandi Zhang Chin-Wei Wang Ziyu Chen Xingye Lu Wei Li Xian-Lei Sheng Wentao Jin 2022Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2022,65,9:0
9Analysis of Pharmacodynamic Substance Basis of Fufang Changtai in Treating Colorectal Cancer by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS Combined with Network Pharmacology显示文摘[Objectives] To systematically study the main active components of Fufang Changtai(FFCT) in the treatment of colorectal cancer(CRC), and to explore its mechanism of action. [Methods] The main chemical components of FFCT were analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS) combined with automatic analysis platform, and the main pharmacodynamic substances of FFCT were studied by network pharmacology method and its mechanism of action was explored. The binding degree between the active components and the core targets were verified by molecular docking technology. [Results] A total of 86 compounds were identified from FFCT, among which 26 compounds were Ginsenoside Rg3, Ginsenoside Rb1, Astragaloside III, etc. The key target pathway enrichment analysis showed that FFCT played its role in the treatment of CRC mainly through the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway and MAPK signaling pathway. [Conclusions] This study comprehensively identified the FFCT components. 10Cooling Performance of the Endwall Vertical Hole Considering the Interaction between Cooling Jet and Leading-Edge Horseshoe Vortex显示文摘Interaction between the coolant and the secondary flow plays an important role in endwall cooling performance.For the leading-edge region,oncoming main flow inside the boundary layer impinges onto the vane leading edge and turns into the horseshoe vortex.Horseshoe vortex entrains coolant off the surface,thus posing severe challenges to the cooling design there.Based on analyses on the leading-edge vortex formation mechanism,a new kind of endwall film cooling design,vertical hole upstream of the saddle point,is proposed to obtain more uniform film coverage over the vane/endwall junction region.Coolant injected from the vertical hole can pass over the horseshoe vortex and impinge around the stagnation line on the vane leading edge.Uniform film coverage can be obtained around the vane leading edge where coolant clings to the endwall surface due to the span-wise pressure gradient of the stagnation region.Numerical simulations are conducted about the cooling performance of two main kinds of both isotropic and anisotropic hole geometries for the endwall and vane surface.Results come that the anisotropic hole shows significant advantages over the isotropic one because it suppresses the symmetrical kidney vortices thus weakening the mixture with high-temperature gas.Blowing ratio(M)effect is analyzed and conclusions are drawn that the cooling performance of the endwall around the leading edge is sensitive to M and adiabatic film cooling effectiveness peaks at about M=2.0.Better cooling performance over the vane corner region can be obtained when M gets even higher while the effective film coverage area shrinks.Apart from that,the phenomenon of phantom cooling on the upper triangular region of the suction surface can be observed when coolant on the endwall is entrained by the vortex formed at the corner of the leading edge.CHEN Ziyu SU Xinrong YUAN Xin 2022Journal of Thermal Science2022,31,5:0
11Regulation of serotonin production by specific microbes from piglet gut显示文摘Background Serotonin is an important signaling molecule that regulates secretory and sensory functions in the gut.Gut microbiota has been demonstrated to affect serotonin synthesis in rodent models.However,how gut microbes regulate intestinal serotonin production in piglets remains vague.To investigate the relationship between microbiota and serotonin specifically in the colon,microbial composition and serotonin concentration were analyzed in ileum-cannulated piglets subjected to antibiotic infusion from the ileum when comparing with saline infusion.Microbes that correlated positively with serotonin production were isolated from piglet colon and were further used to investi-gate the regulation mechanisms on serotonin production in IPEC-J2 and a putative enterochromaffin cell line RIN-14B cells.Results Antibiotic infusion increased quantities of Lactobacillus amylovorus(LA)that positively correlated with increased serotonin concentrations in the colon,while no effects observed for Limosilactobacillus reuteri(LR).To understand how microbes regulate serotonin,representative strains of LA,LR,and Streptococcus alactolyticus(SA,enriched in feces from prior observation)were selected for cell culture studies.Compared to the control group,LA,LR and SA supernatants significantly up-regulated tryptophan hydroxylase 1(TPH1)expression and promoted serotonin production in IPEC-J2 cells,while in RIN-14B cells only LA exerted similar action.To investigate potential mechanisms mediated by microbe-derived molecules,microbial metabolites including lactate,acetate,glutamine,andγ-aminobutyric acid were selected for cell treatment based on computational and metabolite profiling in bacte-rial supernatant.Among these metabolites,acetate upregulated the expression of free fatty acid receptor 3 and TPH1 while downregulated indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1.Similar effects were also recapitulated when treating the cells with AR420626,an agonist targeting free fatty acid receptor 3.Conclusions Overall,these results suggest that Lactobacillus amylovorus showed a positive correlation with sero-tonin production in the pig gut and exhibited a remarkable ability to regulate serotonin production in cell cultures.These findings provide evidence that microbial metabolites mediate the dialogue between microbes and host,which reveals a potential approach using microbial manipulation to regulate intestinal serotonin biosynthesis.Ziyu Liu Yidan Ling Yu Peng Shuibing Han Yuting Ren Yujia Jing Wenlu Fan Yong Su Chunlong Mu Weiyun Zhu 2023Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,6:0
12Mechanical property design method of cement sheath in a horizontal shale oil well under fracturing conditions显示文摘Based on the elastoplastic model of cement sheath considering the influence of three-dimensional principal stress and the stress field model of interface crack,a mechanical performance design method of cement sheath is established to meet the wellbore sealing requirements during fracturing.This method takes the failure types of the cement sheath,such as tensile failure,plastic yield,interface crack propagation along interface and zigzag propagation into account.Meanwhile,the elasticity modulus and Poisson's ratio quantitative design charts of cement sheath are constructed based on this method,and the safety and risk areas of wellbores are defined,which quantify the yield strength and tensile strength indexes of cement sheath.The results show that decreasing elasticity modulus,increasing yield strength and Poisson's ratio of cement sheath can avoid plastic deformation of cement sheath;increasing the tensile strength of cement sheath can prevent its tensile failure;increasing elasticity modulus and Poisson's ratio of cement sheath is good for shortening the length of the interface crack,but will increase the risk of interface cracks zigzagging into cement sheath.The model calculation and case verification has proved that the method in this paper can give accurate calculation results and is convenient for field application.SU Donghua HUANG Sheng LI Zaoyuan LI Jin XIAO Dunqing WANG Ziyu LI Juan NI Shuai 2022Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,4:0
