1Analysis of Typical Automakers’ Strategies for Meeting the Dual-Credit Regulations Regarding CAFC and NEVs显示文摘The parallel corporate average fuel consumption(CAFC)and new energy vehicle(NEV)credit schemes that have been introduced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China is an innovative attempt to simultaneously regulate conventional gasoline vehicles(CGVs)and NEVs in the passenger vehicle sector that is expected to function as a long-term management mechanism for CGVs to be more energy-efficient and NEVs to be well-promoted.This will have a significant impact on trends in China’s automotive industry and automakers’business decisions.Taking the cases of four typical automakers with different levels of average fuel economy in their CGVs and advanced NEV production,scenario analysis has been applied to generate these automakers’alternatives in relation to compliance with the dual-credit regulations in force from 2017 to 2020 based on the Interim Measures on the Joint Management of CAFC and NEV Credits(Draft).These automakers’alternative approaches to compliance are compared.Further,in view of the financial losses as a result of halted production if they fail to comply,the values of CAFC and NEV credits and corresponding influencing factors are analyzed from the automakers’perspective.Finally,the most cost-effective compliance strategies for these automakers are summarized and suggested improvements in the regulations are proposed for the government.Yue Wang Fuquan Zhao Yinshuo Yuan Han Hao Zongwei Liu 2018Automotive Innovation2018,1,1:14

3Germanium nanopyramid arrays showing near-100% absorption in the visible regime显示文摘Solar energy is regarded as one of the most plentiful sources of renewable energy. An extraordinary light-harvesting property of a germanium periodic nanopyramid array is reported in this Letter. Both our theoretical and experimental results demonstrate that the nanopyramid array can achieve perfect broadband absorption from 500- to 800-nm wavelength. Especially in the visible regime, the experimentally measured absorption can even reach 100%. 4Facile preparation of nano-g-C_(3)N_(4)/UiO-66-NH_(2) composite as sorbent for high-efficient extraction and preconcentration of food colorants prior to HPLC analysis显示文摘In this work,the nano-g-C_(3)N_(4)/Ui O-66-NH_(2)composite was prepared by one-step solvothermal method.The as-prepared composite was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,Brunner-Emmet-Teller measurement,energy dispersive spectrometer,X-ray diffraction,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.By using nano-g-C_(3)N_(4)/Ui O-66-NH_(2)composite as sorbent,a dispersive solid-phase extraction coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography was developed to sensitive analysis of food colorants including tartrazine,amaranth,carmine,sunset yellow,allura red and bright blue.The experiment parameters including the amount of sorbent,adsorption time,the p H of adsorption solution,desorption time,desorption solvent,the p H of desorption solution as well as the proportion between desorption solvent and buffer solvent were investigated.Under the optimized conditions,the limits of detection(S/N=3) and limits of quantitation (S/N=10) were determined in the ranges of 0.08-0.8 and 0.2-2.0 ng/m L,respectively.With the developed sample pretreatment method,carmine and brilliant blue were determined from blueberry juice by HPLC-DAD.The contents were calculated as 1.53μg/m L and0.17μg/mL,respectively.Xiaowan Zhang Yixin Yang Peige Qin Lizhen Han Wenli Zhu Shaofeng Duan Minghua Lu Zongwei Cai 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,2:2

6Development Trends of Transmissions for Hybrid Electric Vehicles Using an Optimized Energy Management Strategy显示文摘Energy conservation and emissions reduction have become increasingly significant for automobiles due to the severity of the current energy situation.Hybrid electric vehicle(HEV)technology is one of the most promising solutions.This study investigated the total efficiency of a HEV powertrain.To improve the total efficiency,the engine should be regulated to work at its highest efficiency and drive the wheels directly as much as possible.To accomplish this,we developed an energy management strategy based on the direct drive area(DDA)of the engine’s efficiency map.Several typical HEV models were built to compare the fuel consumption using DDA and rule-based strategies.Furthermore,the function of the HEV transmission system with DDA was considered.The transmission in a HEV should regulate the engine to work at its highest efficiency as much as possible,which is rather different than the regulation in an internal combustion engine vehicle.The functional change may lead to transmission systems with fewer gears but optimal gear ratios.If this trend is realized,the manufacturing cost of HEVs could be largely reduced.Tianze Shi Fuquan Zhao Han Hao Zongwei Liu 2018Automotive Innovation2018,1,4:1

8Analysis of influence of the length of ground heat exchangers on the operation characteristics and economy of ground source heat pumps显示文摘A three-dimensional finite element dynamic simulation platform of the ground source heat pump system(GSHPS)is established.According to the outlet temperature of ground heat exchangers(GHEs)required by the code in summer and winter,the calculated minimum buried depth of GHEs meeting the requirements is 60 m,when the number of borehole is 9.By using the established platform,the annual operation performance and cost of the GSHPS under different buried pipe depths are studied.The results show that the deeper the buried depth of GHEs is,the better the heat exchange effect of GHEs is.Compared with the GHEs with 60 m buried depth,when the buried depth of GHEs is 65 m,70 m,75 m and 80 m,the average coefficient of performance(COP)of the unit increases by 4.1%,6.3%,7.7%and 8.2%in cooling period and 1.0%,1.6%,1.8%and 1.9%in heating period,respectively.Considering the performance and initial investment of the GHSPS comprehensively,the optimal buried depth of GHEs is 60 m.However,considering the performance the system and the total cost of the system running for 20 years comprehensively,the optimal buried depth of GHEs is 70 m.Hongzhi Zhang Zongwei Han Lingyan Yang Jiawei Yuan Xinlu Cheng Mingzhen Ji Gui Li 2021Energy and Built Environment2021,2,2:1
9Optical spectroscopy study of Ca_3(Ru_(0.91)Mn_(0.09))_2O_7 single crystal in high magnetic fields显示文摘The magneto-optical spectrum, with magnetic fields up to 42 T, of double layered ruthenates Ca_3(Ru_(0.91)Mn_(0.09))_2O_7(CRMO) single crystal is studied. Both the temperature and magnetic field induced insulator-to-metal transitions(IMTs) are observed via magneto-optical properties of the crystal. The critical magnetic field(H//c) of IMT for CRMO is found to be as large as 35 T at 5 K. The fine structure of optical spectra identified the antiferromagnetic/ferro-orbital-ordering configurations of Ru 4d orbitals at low temperatures. Meanwhile, the configuration of orbital polarization of such double-layer CRMO single crystal is discussed. 10Simulation study on performance of a dual-source hybrid heat pump unit with alternative refrigerants显示文摘To solve the problems of single heat source heat pump systems in severe cold regions,a dual-source hybrid heat pump unit(DSHHPU)is proposed.The mathematical models of the DSHHPU when charging R134a or its alternative refrigerants R32,R290 and R600a were established respectively,and the performance was simulated and analysed.The results showed that the four refrigerants have different performance characteristics in different aspects.In heat pipe mode,the heating capacity and evaporating pressure of R32 are 36.94%and 59.94%higher than those of R134a.The heating capacity and evaporating pressure of R290 are 5.73%and 22.99%lower than those of R134a.The heating capacity and evaporating pressure of R600a are 43.29%and 68.08%lower than those of R134a.In vapour compression heating mode,the discharge temperature of R32,R290 and R600a are 184.88,72.98 and 66.44%of that of R134a.The coefficient of performance(COP)of R32,R290 and R600a are 72.65,111.59 and 117.94%of that of R134a.Finally,the effects of radiation intensity and ambient temperature on key performance parameters of the different refrigerants were analysed.The research results provide a reference for research on refrigerant replacements for multi-heat source composite heat pump systems.Chenguang Bai Zongwei Han Haotian Wei Xiaomei Ju Xinwei Meng Qi Fu 2020Energy and Built Environment2020,1,1:0

12Association of altered serum acylcarnitine levels in early pregnancy and risk of gestational diabetes mellitus显示文摘Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is a high-prevalence disease and diagnosed in middle pregnancy.Acylcarnitines are a series of fatty acid esters of carnitine and play important roles in fatty acid and carbohydrate metabolism.However,the role of acylcarnitine on the development of GDM remains unclear.This case-control study involving 214 study participants(107 GDM cases and 107 matched controls)was conducted in a cohort,in China,from 2013 to 2015.The levels of carnitine and 36 acylcarnitines in serum samples collected at the early stage of pregnancy were determined by using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry.The associations of the levels of the 37 targeted compounds with GDM risk were investigated by using binary conditional logistic regression models.Alterations in acylcarnitine levels were observed 9–17 weeks before GDM diagnosis.The increases in levels of propionyl-carnitine,malonyl-carnitine,isovaleryl-carnitine,palmitoyl-carnitine and linoleoyl-carnitine were associated with GDM risk with odds ratios(ORs)per standard deviation(SD)increment greater than 1(p<0.05),after adjustment for potential confounding factors(pre-pregnancy body mass index and parity).On the contrary,the increases of decanoyl-carnitine,decenoyl-carnitine,tetradecenoyl-carnitine,tetradecandienoylcarnitine levels were associated with the reduced risk for GDM(ORs per SD<1,p<0.05).To our knowledge,the present study is the largest case-control study to investigate the association between early-pregnancy acylcarnitine levels in serum and GDM risk.The findings add to the evidence for the association between acylcarnitine levels and GDM risk.Hongzhi Zhao Han Li Yuanyuan Zheng Lin Zhu Jing Fang Li Xiang Shunqing Xu Yanqiu Zhou Hemi Luan Wei Xia Zongwei Cai 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,1:0
13Exploring the potential for improving material utilization efficiency to secure lithium supply for China's battery supply chain显示文摘Lithium-ion battery(LIB)is the key technology for climate change mitigation.The sustainability of LIB supply chain has caused widespread concern since the material utilization efficiency of LIB supply chain has not been well investigated.This study aims to fill this research gap by conducting a dynamic material flow analysis of lithium in China from 2015 to 2021.Results indicate that within the temporal boundary,lithium flow and in-use stock grew significantly in China due to the rapid development of the EV market,with lithium flow in domestic production of basic chemicals increasing by 614%to 100 kt,end-use consumption increasing by 160%to 35 kt,and in-use stock increasing by 62%to 195 kt.China has been a net importer of lithium,of which cumulative imports and exports were 343 kt and 169 kt,respectively.In addition,103 kt of lithium was converted to inventories or was lost during the processing from 2015 to 2021.By optimizing inventory and processing,developing substitutes for lithium for non-battery applications,and improving lithium recycling,China's net import dependency of lithium could be reduced from 27%-86%to 0%-16%.Our study demonstrates that it is urgent to improve material utilization efficiency so that the lithium resource supply can be secured.Xin Sun Han Hao Yong Geng Zongwei Liu Fuquan Zhao 2024Fundamental Research2024,4,1:0
