| 1 | ECharts: A declarative framework for rapid construction of web-based visualization显示文摘While there have been a dozen of authoring systems and programming toolkits for visual design and development,users who do not have programming skills,such as data analysts or interface designers,still may feel cumbersome to efficiently implement a web-based visualization.In this paper,we present ECharts,an open-sourced,web-based,cross-platform framework that supports the rapid construction of interactive visualization.The motivation is driven by three goals:easy-touse,rich built-in interactions,and high performance.The kernel of ECharts is a suite of declarative visual design language that customizes built-in chart types.The underlying streaming architecture,together with a high-performance graphics renderer based on HTML5 canvas,enables the high expandability and performance of ECharts.We report the design,implementation,and applications of ECharts with a diverse variety of examples.We compare the utility and performance of ECharts with C3.js,HighCharts,and Chart.js.Results of the experiments demonstrate the efficiency and scalability of our framework.Since the first release in June 2013,ECharts has iterated 63 versions,and attracted over 22,000 star counts and over 1700 related projects in the GitHub.ECharts is regarded as a leading visualization development tool in the world,and ranks the third in the GitHub visualization tab. | Deqing Li Honghui Mei Yi Shen Shuang Su Wenli Zhang Junting Wang Ming Zu Wei Chen | 2018 | Visual Informatics2018,2,2: | 69 |

| 8 | Transmission patterns of COVID-19 in the mainland of China and the efficacy of different control strategies: a data-and model-driven study显示文摘Background:The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak has seriously endangered the health and lives of Chinese people.In this study,we predicted the COVID-19 epidemic trend and estimated the efficacy of several intervention strategies in the mainland of China.Methods:According to the COVID-19 epidemic status,we constructed a compartmental model.Based on reported data from the National Health Commission of People's Republic of China during January 10-February 17,2020,we estimated the model parameters.We then predicted the epidemic trend and transmission risk of COVID-19.Using a sensitivity analysis method,we estimated the efficacy of several intervention strategies.Results:The cumulative number of confirmed cases in the mainland of China will be 86763(95%CI:86067-87460)on May 2,2020.Up until March 15,2020,the case fatality rate increased to 6.42%(95%CI:6.16-6.68%).On February 23,2020,the existing confirmed cases reached its peak,with 60890 cases(95%CI:60350-61431).On January 23,2020,the effective reproduction number was 2.620(95%CI:2.567-2.676)and had dropped below 1.0 since February 5,2020.Due to governmental intervention,the total number of confirmed cases was reduced by 99.85%on May 2,2020.Had the isolation been relaxed from February 24,2020,there might have been a second peak of infection.However,relaxing the isolation after March 16,2020 greatly reduced the number of existing confirmed cases and deaths.The total number of confirmed cases and deaths would increase by 8.72 and 9.44%,respectively,due to a 1-day delayed diagnosis in non-isolated infected patients.Moreover,if the coverage of close contact tracing was increased to 100%,the cumulative number of confirmed cases would be decreased by 88.26%on May 2,2020.Conclusions:The quarantine measures adopted by the Chinese government since January 23,2020 were necessary and effective.Postponing the relaxation of isolation,early diagnosis,patient isolation,broad close-contact tracing,and strict monitoring of infected persons could effectively control the COVID-19 epidemic.April 1,2020 would be a reasonable date to lift quarantine in Hubei and Wuhan. | Jian Zu Miao-Lei Li Zong-Fang Li Ming-Wang Shen Yan-Ni Xiao Fan-Pu Ji | 2020 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2020,9,4: | 11 |
| 9 | The effect of melt overheating on the melt structure transition and solidified structures of Sn-Bi40 alloy显示文摘Evolution of the electrical resistivity of Sn-40wt%Bi melt with time under different overheating temperatures during isothermal experiments has been studied, and the relationship between different melt state, solidification behavior and solidified structure has also been investigated. The results show that the melt structure transition revealed by the abnormal change of resistivity would take place within a certain holding time just when the holding temperature is above a certain critical, and that the higher the temperature above the critical, the shorter the 'incubation period' of the melt structure transition, and the faster the transition speed. The results of solidification experiments suggest that the melt structure transition caused by different holding time at the same temperature can lead to a higher so-lidification undercooling degree, finer grain size and change of microscopic pattern. Further exploration indicates that the solidification undercooling degree can come to a head when the melt is held at the specific temperature for a given time. | 11 | Asymmetry in interface and bending property of Al/Cu/Al bimetallic laminates显示文摘This work was aimed to study the interfacial microstructures and three-point bending properties of Al/Cu/Al bimetallic laminates produced by the asymmetrical roll bonding and annealing. It is found that the microstructure and bonding strength of the Al/Cu interface are different with those of the Cu/Al interface. The interfacial microstructure of Cu/Al interface is improved due to the large interfacial plastic deformation caused by the different rotation speeds of roll in the asymmetrical roll bonding process. The bonding strength between Al and Cu layer can be enhanced by the moderate atomic diffusion, but is dramatically depressed by the formation of intermetallic compounds in the interface.The bending strength of bimetallic laminates is enhanced when the Cu/Al interface is loaded in tension because of the improvement of stress transition and damping by the Cu/Al interface during the three-point bending deformation. | 12 | Biocompatible and biodegradable nanoparticles for enhancement of anti-cancer activities of phytochemicals显示文摘Many phytochemicals show promise in cancer prevention and treatment, but their low aqueous solubility, poor stability, unfavorable bioavailability, and low target specificity make administering them at therapeutic doses unrealistic. This is particularly true for(-)-epigallocatechin gallate, curcumin, quercetin, resveratrol, and genistein. There is an increasing interest in developing novel delivery strategies for these natural products. Liposomes, micelles, nanoemulsions, solid lipid nanoparticles, nanostructured lipid carriers and poly(lactide-co-glycolide) nanoparticles are biocompatible and biodegradable nanoparticles. Those nanoparticles can increase the stability and solubility of phytochemicals, exhibit a sustained release property, enhance their absorption and bioavailability, protect them from premature enzymatic degradation or metabolism, prolong their circulation time, improve their target specificity to cancer cells or tumors via passive or targeted delivery, lower toxicity or side-effects to normal cells or tissues through preventing them from prematurely interacting with the biological environment, and enhance anti-cancer activities. Moschatin is a type 1 RIP with a pI of 9.4 and molecular weight of-29 kD. It is a rRNA Nglycosidase and potently blocked the protein synthesis in the rabbit reticulocyte lysate with a ICs0 of 0.26 nM. Using the anti-human melanoma McAb Ng76, a novel immunotoxin Moschatin-Ng76 was prepared successfully and it efficiently inhibited the growth of targeted melanoma cells M21 with a IC50 of 0.04 nM, 1500 times lower than that of free Moschatin. | 16 | Distribution of solanesol in Nicotiana tabacum显示文摘Solanesol is an important secondary metabolite in Nicotiana tabacum. Distribution of solanesol in Nicotiana tabacum was investigated by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) method. The quantitative distribution of solanesol in various organs and tissues of N. tabacum showed that solanesol content, obviously different in all organs, was 6.8, 18.3, 27.5, 45.8, and 68.0 times higher in leaves than that in the stalks, flowers, seeds, fruits and roots, respectively. The contents of solanesol in various parts of leaf, stalk and flower were determined. The content of solanesol in top leaf, middle leaf and bottom leaf gradually decreased (6.124, 5.813 and 5.687 mg·g^(-1), respectively) and the content of solanesol in various leaf-parts (leaf apex, leaf middle and leaf base) also gradually decreased. The content of solanesol in top stalk was 1.19 times and 1.92 times higher than that in the middle stalk and the bottom stalk, respectively. The content of solanesol in various tissues of stalk (epidermis, cortex and stele) dramatically decreased. The sepal contained higher concentration of solanesol (1.192 mg·g^(-1)) compared to any other parts in flower. | 20 | LncRNA-MALAT1 mediates cisplatin resistance via miR-101-3p/VEGF-C pathway in bladder cancer显示文摘The mitotically associated lncRNA(MANCR)participates in breast cancer cell proliferation,while its involvement in other cancers is still unknown.In this study,we therefore studied the role of MANCR in mantle cell lymphoma(MCL).We found that serum MANCR and Runt-related transcription factor 2(RUNX2)were upregulated in MCL patients when compared with those in healthy controls.A positive correlation between serum MANCR and RUNX2 was found in MCL patients but not in controls.Upregulation of serum MANCR distinguished MCL patients from controls.MANCR overexpression promoted RUNX2 expression in MCL cells,while RUNX2 overexpression failed to significantly change the expression levels of MANCR.MANCR overexpression promoted the proliferation of MCL cells,while MANCR silencing inhibited the proliferation of MCL cells.In addition,RUNX2 overexpression attenuated the inhibitory effects of MANCR silencing on cell proliferation.However,MANCR overexpression and silencing had no significant effects on cell migration and invasion.Further bioinformatics analysis showed that MANCR may sponge miR-218 to upregulate RUNX2.Therefore,we conclude that downregulation of MANCR may inhibit cancer cell proliferation in MCL possibly by interacting with RUNX2. | Peihua Liu Xiaozhou Li Yu Cui Jinbo Chen Chao Li Qiaqia Li Huihuang Li Xiangyang Zhang Xiongbing Zu | 2019 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2019,51,11: | 6 |
