| 1 | A biooptical model of retrieving petroleum concentration in seawater显示文摘A biooptical modeling, which is based on a radiation transfer model, can be employed to simultaneously retrieve the concentration of various colour factors by multi-spectral remote sensing data, after connecting inherent optical properties(absorption coefficient and backward scattering coefficient) of colour factor with apparent optical properties(remote sensing reflectivity). At present, this method has been used in a relatively wide range of applications in the inversion of a conventional water colour factor concentration in the case II water body: applications such as chlorophyll, suspended sediment, yellow substance. On the basis of extensive field testing data of water quality, correspondingly apparent optical properties, and the full use of the existing parametric model of colour factor inherent optical properties(with the parametrization of petroleum substance inherent optical properties established in the project) the remote recognition model for oil concentration is established by introducing oil as a new water colour factor into a biooptical remote algorithm. The estimated value of the oil concentration was obtained by solving the biooptical model, using the data measured in May 2008 and August 2009 and June 2010 in seawater. | 2 | Comparison of 16 slice multi-detector computed tomography and breath hold 3D magnetic resonance angiography in the detection of coronary stenosis显示文摘Objective To compare 16-slice multi-detector spiral computed tomography (MDCT) and breathhold 3D magnetic resonance (MR) coronary angiography in the visualization of coronary arteries and the accuracy of detecting significant (> 50%) coronary stenoses in patients with suspected coronary artery disease. Methods Forty patients were examined by 16-slice CT (GE, Lightspeedl6)and MR (GE,Twinspeed) within 3 days; 31 of them underwent conventional coronary angiography (CAG) within 2 weeks after CT and MR scan. CT was performed with 16× 1.25 mm detector collimation, 0.5 s rotation time and images were reconstructed at 60%-75% of the cardiac cycle. MR was performed with breath hold 3D FIESTA (TR4.0 ms, TE1.7 ms, flip angle 65, slice thickness 3 mm, FOV 280 mm, matrix 256× 192). Mean heart rate was 63 ± 5.8 bpm and β-blocker was used in 24 patients. MR and CT image quality was evaluated in 9 coronary segments (RCA1, RCA2, RCA3, LM, LAD1, LAD2, LAD3, LCX1, LCX2) using a four-point grading scale.Sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy were calculated for detection of significant stenosis using CAG as the gold standard. Results 16-slice CT showed higher image quality in most coronary segments except RCA2.Forty-three segments were diagnosed as significant stenosis by CAG, 36 and 27 of these were correctly detected by CT and MR respectively. Sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of 16-slice CT and MR for detecting significant stenosis were 83 %, 84 %, 49 %, 97 % and 63 %, 90 %, 55 %, 93 %, respectively. Conclusion Sixteen-slice CT showed higher image quality in most coronary segments excepted for middle RCA. 16-slice CT had higher sensitivity than MR for detection of coronary significant stenosis, whereas MR had higher specificity than CT. | 9 | The structure of the compound eyes and phototaxis in two phenotypes of the bean pest Callosobruchus maculatus(Coleoptera:Bruchinae)显示文摘Callosobruchus maculatus(Fabricius,1775)(Coleoptera:Bruchinae)is a destructive agricultural pest that is harmful to beans worldwide and an important quarantine pest in China.It was divided into two phenotypes based on polyphenism:normal and flight forms.In this study,we first compared the morphological structures of the compound eyes of the two forms.According to the results of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),microcomputed tomography(micro-CT),and computer three-dimensional reconstruction,there are no differences in the structures of the compound eyes between the normal and flight forms except for the number of ommatidia.From the internal structure,the compound eyes have a biconvex cornea with open rhabdom and acone eye,crystalline cone directly connected with rhabdom,and no clear zone.It is a kind of apposition eye.Ommatidia facets range in shape from quadrilateral to hexagonal and some irregular shapes.On electroretinograms(ERGs),the normal and flight forms showed different spectral sensitivities:the normal form had the strongest response to ultraviolet light,whereas the flight form had the strongest response to white light.Behavioral assays revealed that the normal and flight forms showed completely opposite phototaxis behaviors;the flight form exhibited positive phototaxis,whereas the normal form exhibited negative phototaxis.This study not only enriches our knowledge on coleopteran compound eyes but also provides a foundation for in-depth research on the photoreceptor mechanisms of compound eyes,which may be useful in pest control management. | Zhong Du Tianhao Zhang Fengming Wu Zulong Liang Xiaokun Liu Muinde Jacob Weili Fan Lei Jiang Lijie Zhang Siqin Ge Guohong Wang | 2023 | Zoological Systematics2023,48,3: | 0 |
